“Obamamania” having swept the nation through the anointing of Barack Obama by the liberal media and the money from likeminded socialists, it is, indeed, possible Obama will be our next president. Obama’s election will bring about an assault on many of our cherished American rights and freedoms.

I predict one of the first things we see will be the most draconian gun control bill introduced by Sen. Schumer (D-N.Y.) that will be supported by Obama. I predict this bill will make the unconstitutional gun ban enacted in 1994 and dubbed the “Clinton gun ban” look mild.
Obama’s record on the Second Amendment is as follows: 1. He has supported a complete ban on handguns; 2. He voted to ban most rifle ammunition; 3. He refused to sign a brief supporting an individual right in the “Heller” case; 4. He supported the lawsuits that were designed to destroy the firearm industry; 5. He opposes the right to carry for self-defense; 6. He supports gun registration (which in Germany before WWII was used to disarm the Jews and used in Australia to disarm its citizens); 7. He served on the board of the Joyce Foundation, a rabidly anti-Second Amendment organization; 8. He voted to allow prosecution of citizens for using firearms for self-defense in their own homes.

I do not recognize these so-called “Laws”, and neither should anyone else! Any law that undermines, limits or suspends the Constitution is in fact unlawful and un-American – period!

It is very disturbing that the U.S. Supreme court recently ruled on the citizens right to keep and bear arms by the slim margin of 5/4! It should have clearly been 9 – 0.

Infowars you claim to be neutral in this presidential Race. Well in recent weeks I’ve must have seen at least 20 negative Obama articles from claiming he will take your guns, to he is hypnotizing people with his speeches, and even implying that he is a communist? Now granted you have a couple negative articles on John McCain but I can count them on one hand. A whole bunch on Biden ; and today is the first article I’ve seen about Sara Palin.
I’ve been coming to this web-site since 2005 and I usually enjoy your unusual perspective on things, I have even sent you articles that you have featured on infowars.com. But in recent weeks I have been extremely disappointed on the attacks of this Presidential Candidate. Now if you have a probelm with him I understand but fear mongering? Leave that for fox news, why dont you help your own cause and feature third party candidates and what they are doing. Even have Featured Interviews with every Party candidate and give your audience a chance to see a fresh face. Rather then just making claims on two candidates, nothing will ever get done if sites like you still follow the same formula that major media outlets use. Look outside the box and maybe you will help the cause!

Obama says he’s for sensible gun control. In Australia land owners, hunters and shooters are allowed access to firearms under a strict permit system, but only farmers are allowed to keep a firearm in their home. Gun ownership for ALL other purposes is restricted. This means you have NO control over the use of your own property. Semi-auto’s are banned has is most types of ammunition.

I have listened to McKinney. She is articulate, intelligent, and well presented. That being said, once she started on reparations for blacks: I completely dismissed her as a potential candidate. My best friend in college was an African American. Nothing made him more angry than to hear one of his own whine about reparations. I myself am Irish American. Should I get paybacks for the Potato Famine? Absolutely not. It is divisive, selfish, and short sighted. I want a representative of all Americans, who looks to the future and not rehashing the past.

I have the solution to the tyranny that has besieged us and the loss of freedoms we are forced to endure. We can fully restore the Republic, strip power from those that oppress us and all Americans can once again enjoy the benefits of Constitutional Sovereignty!
The government (State/Federal) has gone to extensive lengths to keep this information secret and withheld from the public. In fact, the word “Allodial” has been removed from all dictionaries and encyclopedias.
The first step is to educate and inform all U.S. land owners about the fraud that has been perpetrated against them. All land is owned by the state under “color of title”. That is why property owners are given a “Warranty of Deed” not an actual title. This is how they are able to force a property tax, issue Sheriff’s deeds and confiscate land, all of which is done by voluntary compliance by unknowing citizens. The steps to true land ownership is quite legal and simple, but will be met with resistance by the state.
Simply acquire a certified copy of your “Land Patent” from the BLM. Update this land patent into your name and have it notarized. File these documents at your county courthouse. After 90 days, re-file the Patent update form and guess what – you now have true ownership of your land. An Allodial Title!
The party will start when you receive your next property tax bill. Return the bill with a “Property tax refusal form” and demand that your parcel be removed from the tax roll. You will be summoned to appear in District court more than likely. Before the proceedings even begin, be sure to inform the Judge that you are not in the proper venue, and that the state has absolutely no jurisdiction over a Federal Land Patent and if any judgment is made, he will be held liable to a U.S. District court. He will kick it out immediately!
The state of Nevada had so many people file updated land patents that they enacted a law that streamlined the process, requiring land owners to pay an estimated 5% of their property values to create a fund used for taxing purposes!
Google “Allodial title” and educate yourself on the wealth of information that is available while there is still time.
Can you imagine the the shift in power if every land owner did this?

I m not voting for either candidate nor like either candidate; Just saying how, instead of using the same formula major news media uses? Why doesn’t Infowars Promote Third Party Candidates ? Have some more exclusive interviews with these third party candidates rather then just putting out negative articles (mostly) on obama and McCain. Just pointing out the obvious.

Every gun owner must BLATANTLY REFUSE to give up even a single one of their weapons! There will be no way of enforcing gun bans if none of the gun owners are willing to submit to them! Our second amendment rights are the very essence of a free society. Without them, we would be no more than mere slaves. It sounds like Obama (OSAMA) wants to bring us back into the stone age where if a man wishes to merely hunt, he must use a single shot flintlock rifle or crossbow. The right to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE IMPEDED! That is what the real law is, and as gun owners, we must band together and enforce it, even if it means a revolution. If someone comes to take your guns, then it is time to use them. That is why we have guns, to balance power between WE THE PEOPLE and THEY THE TYRANTS!

I met a police leutenant on the golf course in a large city. After small talk I asked him if it came to marshall law, would the police come get our guns. He flat out said “NO” they would not. He said he educates his men that once the civilian’s guns are confiscated, the national guard will then go after the police guns. He then told me to hide my guns and deny they exist. He was very concerned and it seemed like i was talking face to face with someone on this post. He thought that if Obama get’s elected, there could very well be an assination or at least an attempt. The former would be big trouble and we would need our guns to protect us from the riots.

Um about the red pill Groucho.. I think the red pill was the pill that Neo took. Which means you got the pills mistaken. I must say Neuronet has some very good points! It is heartening to see some people that realize the dangers of blindly participating in a virtual personality cult.
Here’s one good thing about Canada, which is where I’m from. We have more than two parties federally, thus giving the people more of a choice. Although only 4 parties have seats in our parliament. One party being a Quebec Sepratist Party. Most ridings in Canada or electoral districts as some would call them have 4 choices. The Liberal Party, The Conservative Party, The New Democratic Party ( basically the Socialist Party) And the Green Party. We also have the rule that the leader of the party with the most seats becomes the Prime Minister. So the legislative and the executive are closely tied however the opposition parties in the case of a minority government can throw wrenches in the plans of the governing party. Does anyone in the USA know Canada had an election. Other nations have elections LOL.
I’ve learned we need to be careful when choosing leaders. And we should not follow anyone blindly. Even Ron Paul. How much in income taxes do you pay? How much has milk gone up over the past couple years, let alone other goods and services? What can you really do with your life without having to ask the government permission?
The answer to those questions is reality and neither candidate is doing anything about it, so we have to.

I simply do not give a rats ass what some trendy politician proclaims about my guns,I will NEVER relinquish them.
It is a non-issue to most American gun owners.
Could it mean that we cannot take them out to a range?,possibly so,but do not under any circumstances disarm yourselves-especially when we have alot of economic catastrophes and a power hungry Marxist like Obama in the making.

I’m glad that I bought 7,000 rounds of .308(for my HK-91 & DS arms 7.62).
Several years ago I paid .17 cents/rd,now it’s .50 cents!Ouch!.

Sadly I can see a WAR coming from the top down and its going to be BLOODY.
Every one I know is buying ammo/guns/food/gas mask/generators and any thing els that they think that thier famly will need. They have had it with this GOV and alot of them are COPS and GOV workers,alot of vet’s and alot of guys in the Military are saying the same thing.
