21 States Claiming Sovereignty: AZ, AL, AK, AR, CA, CO, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, ME, MI, MO, MT, NH, NV, OK, PA, TX, & WA
http://www.mrstep.com/politics/az-wa-mo-nh-ok-claiming-sovereignty/
Wow… it will be interesting to see how this turns out… it’s about time people started stepping up and speaking out. As people have pointed out in comments, all of these (except for HI) are explicit restatements of what has always been in place, but not necessarily enforced, as detailed by the 10th Amendment. HI is actually aiming for total sovereignty as it is claimed that HI was never really a state of the U.S. to begin with. However, I believe the intent of these bills is to let the federal government know that the states’ sovereignty will not be overwritten… say in case certain gun ban laws get passed… or other “War Time / Martial Law” type plans come into play. I agree with the Georgia comment, I have been thinking about that myself if AZ doesn’t get their immigration thing under control.
I am glad to see that States are stepping up against the foreign controlled Central Bank and those who have been planning this take over for 100 years!
They had plenty of time to get us all to this brain washed point, but we only have a small window in chich to react and counter.
I think the people are finally all waking up – the disinfo people are few and run multiple sites at once, so their numbers are much smaller than they appear.
Alex is our Morpheous offering us the red pill and he offers us only the truth – he clears the splinter in our minds! I just can’t believe how deep the rabbit hole really goes!

Now the Govenors of the respective States can use the National Guard at his disposal (which are in his powers) to quell this illegal invasion. Put them on the borders of all the border states. The fact that King George III’s lapdog, Mitch McConnell got back in proves that KY is either full of apathy (there’s a mainstream documentary every decade telling the nation how impoverished and useless we are) or the voting system is completely owned by the NWO. I’m fairly sure it’s both. It’s mostly U.N. auction block land here anyway. We’ll be a main drop-point for foreign troops no doubt, but there are A LOT of people in the backwoods with stockpiles of every weapon imaginable here. You think the big cities are going to turn into meat grinders if it goes down. HA! But no one (decent) wants that. We’re doing what we can.

I agree that soldiers do stand and fight, but they fight with like minded people, so i would stay and fight until there was little time left and then move to the soldier states as the collapse happens, because when the collapse goes into full force, it will be too late to lobby.
Then it is time to get with like minded states and soldiers.

Isn’t it interesting how Obama is portraying himself as the new Lincoln? Started his campaign in the same city as Lincoln, same route to inauguration as Lincoln, used Lincoln’s bible, etc. It appears that his globalist masters know he will have some work to do “preserving national unity above all else.” What happened to preserving the Constitution and the rule of law above all else, or preserving liberty above all else?

I’m with you, Brandon. I’m not giving up my gun and not relocating to any FEMA camp. As for Texas, if they do start talking about a law to “protect” gun owners during martial law, pay careful attention to how they phrase that law. If they do as Mississippi has done and say it’s to “restrict” gun confiscation, you might want to consider coming up here to Oklahoma. “Restrict” is not the same thing as “prohibit,” which is what it should say if they are truly trying to protect our Second Amendment right. In other words, they will give themselves a loophole to regulate what “restrictions” they will place upon themselves. As we’ve seen throughout history, the state never relinquishes its power voluntarily. You can expect they will allow themselves to confiscate guns “under certain conditions” or “within reasonable limitations” and they will decide what “reasonable” means.

I just want to say this is a great thing, but I want to speak to something different. Right now as of 12:50pm on 02/12/09 Alex jones who I listen to everyday on streaming internet and i enjoy, is crapping all over Abe Lincoln on his 200th Birthday.
Alex when you try to do something this idiotic i wonder where you are coming from. Whether you actually believe in what your saying about Lincoln you need to keep your mouth shut, your going to lose this battle because of things like this, you going to lose me as a fan if you keep doing things like this. For christ sakes man let the guys birthday go by with out shitting all over him it does no-one any good.
I know your from the south but Up here he is a Hero, I’m sorry you lost the war and your still angry we won, it’s over move on. Licoln in my opinion was the greatest President of the US, no matter what minor violations to the COTUS he commited, becasue there was no country it was in civil war, you need to relax, the war was about slavery at least the economic aspects of Slavery so in that regard you are also wrong.
Donktastic Reply:
February 12th, 2009 at 1:35 pm
Dan…Abraham Lincoln had no intentions of abolishing slavery until the North was badly losing the Civil War. It was costing a lot of money for the banks and northern manufacturers to fund the war. Here’s the deal…the South exported cotton and other agricultural products to Europe. However, the North favored protective tariffs for their manufacturing industry. These protective tariffs really hurt the South economically. So it was economics, not the issue of slavery that caused the war. In fact, in President Lincoln’s first inaugural address, he said, “I have no purpose, directly or indirectly, to interfere with the institution of slavery in the states where it exists. I believe I have no lawful right to do so.”
From your comments, I can only assume you believe what you learned in history class about Lincoln. History books have misled today’s Americans to believe the war was fought to free slaves. Luckily for me, I had one of most knowledgeable Civil War historians teach Civil War at my high school. You really need to get the book, “The Creature From Jekyll Island” and wake up to what really happened and what’s going on today.

I agree Abraham Lincoln didn’t abolish slavery in the south. He made all the slaves, citizens of the federal government, when the south failed,to stay in the union. They took it upon themselves to dissolve the union,by not coming together, into congress,as required by law.
The representives of the southern slave states, made a bad choice,in how they went about suceeding, from the union. They could have tried to get a two thirds majority vote in congress to let them do so,but, they chose to dissolve the union, without a vote,of congress, and forced lincoln to bring those states back, into it,to preserve the federal government. What good is a federal government, when any state can take it upon themselves,to simply succeed without a majority vote. You may as well,be the enemy of the union,if that is what you think of it in the first place.

Dan, read the text of the emancipation proclaimation. this is the law that people think freed the slaves, but if you read it, it states that the slaves would be freed only in the states that were in active rebellion at the time. it did not free the slaves in the north(yes there were slaves in the north at that time, its funny that were werent taught that in public school), and was a violation of the 10th amendment that says anything like that is reserved for the individual states to decide. the 13ths amendment truly freed the slaves, not lincoln.
lincolns purpose had nothing to do with slavery, it was more about consolidating power in the federal government. before the civil war, each state was treated as soverign nation. this was the intent of the tenth amendment.
Rod Reply:

You can say that again! Everything that used to be a Right, is now a priveledge. Like a drivers license for instance. You have to get permission to get married now. It has been a custom now ever since the 1920’s. A right that has now been licensed by the State. It should be between you, your wife, God and both sides parents as a concideration. I can remember my father telling me stories of him driving a car at 14 with no drivers license. That was in the late 40’s. Now look where we have come. Just to drive a car you need 3 documents. Drivers license, Registration, and insurance verification. And to get insurance many are checking your credit score, plus your driving record. It’s big government in lock step with big corporations, like insurance companies.
Just one example of dozens if not hundreds I could use.
John Henke Reply:
February 12th, 2009 at 11:45 pm
You’re sure right Rod.
Fascism is the union of the corporation and the state. ( Benito Mussolini ).
A corporate Fascist state is what America has become. All of the economic problems that are happening right now are the result, not of the failure of capitalism as the leftist say, but the failure of fascism.
The so-called federal government has been a whore for the ruling class and their corporate fronts for so long now few even remember when we were a free capitalist nation.

Sure, lincoln threatened to make southern slaves citizens,of the united states ,if the southern states, refused to come back into the union, but after he was killed,
the government was never brought back out of,marshall law.
We are still under marshal law, The UCC – Universal Commercial Code,is the law of the federal government.

Lincoln made in one of his speeches that all the “black people need to be sent back to Africa” It is written so and is factual. Those that say the war was not fought about slavery are 100% accurate. Check the records, find out for yourself.Slavery did not enter the civil war until long after it started. I never owned any slaves and no one alive now was ever a slave, not even Queen Oprah. No, the Civil War was not about slavery it was about federalism and keeping all the states under their control, to hell with states rights and soveirgnty, plus he was a racist go look up his own words. This is what he said in his fourth debate with Stephen Douglas : ” I am not nor ever have been in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and the black races- that I am not nor ever been in favor of making voters or jurors of Negroes, nor of qualifiying them to hold office, to marry with the white people; and I will say in addition to this that there is a physical difference between the white and black races which I believe will forever forbid the two races from living together on terms of social and political equality. And in as much as they cannot so live, while they do remain together there must be the position of superior and inferior, and I as much as any other man am in favor of having the superior position assigned to the white race”.

Try on this idea Liberty or Death.
I recently learned something from someone way smarter than me about the civil war.
The “civil war” was not a civil war. It was a war for independence.
A civil war is fought for control of the government. The Confederacy only wanted to be independent, and have their rights respected as per the tenth amendment of our Constitution.
Now, states with guts are passing declarations of sovereignty. What we need is a new Confederacy, only this time, all fifty states need to be in it.

@Kerry, The feds can go to where their from. The US. That’s Washington DC., 10 miles square. They can live happily never after. Or they can go in the dirt.
The 13th amend set the slaves free.
The 14th amend made them all slaves again.
How do you elevate former property (slaves) to the status of freeman as equal to the former owner?
You cant.
So you write a piece of legislation that reduces the former owner to that of the property.
Note the lower case c in the 14th amend.
The new property owner is. You guessed it, the United States because your (they) are all under emergency power act.
But their children were all born free.
We are all sovereign and We are the State.
The State by reestablishing it’s sovereignty reaffirms the sovereingty of the individuals which comprise the State.

Do you really think Abe cared about slaves? And he really didn’t care about the Indians either, they killed and them and took the land. The North utilized slavery more than the south to get what they needed.

Abe lincon was one of the most desrtuctive presidents of all. His emaculation proclomation was an illgely passed document (without consent of congress) that didn’t even free the slaves as most belive. The slaves where still enslaved afterwords and all he did was make the south pay taxes to the north for their railroad. look up lincon + south taxed for railroad.

The North won because they had more resources and an influx of immigrants that were willing to die to be part of the U.S. There were many more Union military personnel killed than Confederate. The Union army under the control of General Sherman committed the most wanton acts of violence against innocent men, women and children ( civilians ) living in the southern states. General Robert E. Lee respected the difference between civilians and military personnel and tried his very best to minimize civilian deaths. Also General Lee was an avid Bible reader who conducted his life in a respectable way, unlike the vile and despicable acts committed by General Sherman and his Union soldiers.

somebody needs to school these people that think the civil war was about slavery. That was just the cover up. You need to read The Creature from Jeckle Island. dag, did I spell that right? it don’t look right. Like a lot of others things in the history of this planet. That war wasn’t about the north verses the south. The sad thing is that so many soldiers die thinking they are fighting for their country, when in fact they are fighting to many bankers richer.

Alex Jones. Good today in that you brought America’s Civil War of the 1800’s.
There was a percentage of people in the 1700’s that took arms against British Rule in the New World. The British power was defeated but they came back. Some of the big companies that needed the Westward Expansion into where more Indigenous peoples lived, had roots in European power.
During that wave, they warred with the Indigenous people and many were placed in reservation ‘camps’.

Rather than sitting around “jaw jacking” and trying to “re-invent the wheel” in regard to the countless problems that are holding us prisoner (at gunpoint), it would probably be more productive (not necessarily ideal) to understand fully what we are facing. That being the some old abuses that have continuously repeated themselves throughout history. We do not need to be scholars / philosophers to grasp these very simple facts.
People have dealt with this already it is nothing new historically, it is only new for this current living generation that has not yet tasted their own blood after being struck across the jaw by the iron fist of tyranny. That being said, the “Founding Fathers” of our nation lived it, hence they have left us a record we can choose to ignore or act upon (your decision). The wise men I have mentioned, continually warned and continue to do so from their graves of “Overgrown Tyrannical Government, Gun Grabbing, Criminal Bankers (Central Banks) and the engineered looting etc, etc, etc. In other words, everything that we see before us today.
Yes, this is a different world then it was during the founding of this nation, from a technological, cultural and calendar perspective, however, it is clear to see that we have not outclassed the generations of old. Therefore do something about the situation that is looming over us all, this is not a left / right, black / white issue for those who truly grasp the subject of Liberty and what the results will be if we continue to be stripped of it.
Ladies and Gentlemen, we are sliding into a revolution (the majority of you probably agree with that fact) It is irreversible at this point (with the exception of divine intervention). The economic situation alone will be the catalyst that shoves “We The Victims” over the edge. Now, combine that fact with the increasing bombardment of tyrannical threats to our freedom i.e. Bigger and Badder government, Increasing Civil Rights / Privacy Violations, Police State / Martial Law etc. Revolutionary momentum is in a full stride, therefore, it would be a wise decision for us to focus our constitutional defense at the “local level” first and foremost.
Best Wishes

I’m afraid you’re right. Even “demanding” our freedom back will come off more like whining than growling. Unless we put an organized force of arms behind our demands, we are bound to become a conquered people. So, the question really is, at what point do we take such action and where? If we try to do it en masse, as an organized militia, they’ll just drop a neutron bomb on the lot of us and take us out all at once. This may take many years of guerrilla insurgencies, conducted with stealth and surprise, followed by retreat. This isn’t a fight we can win on a “traditional” battlefield against a well-trained, well organized armed force, despite our superior numbers.
Oh, by the way. Any of you CIA/NSA/DOD fucks monitoring this, yes I’m calling for an armed confrontation against you bastards (if all else fails, that is). So, if you want to take me off to the camps or “suicide” me, bring it on, assholes! I’m ready. Are you?

At least in the end we can stand proud knowing we did our best and let the Almighty settle the remainder of the score in due time.
If such a day should come that we are attacked in such a manner as mentioned above then I believe we are better off dead if victory proves outside our reach. Look “We the People” haven’t devalued the money, the illegitimate and corrupt government did. All the states that separate from the Union need to do what President Jackson did, have each state make their own currency and burn the dollar which really has little value. Make sure the new currency is in silver or gold not paper. Or make sure all paper money can be exchanged upon demand for gold and silver. Once you dump the World Bankers money you take away their control of you. To be free from them you must change to a currency that they don’t make or control!!!
USpaladin Reply:

“We The People” as the initiating party to the contractual instrument, “The Constitution,” did not authorize these expenditures nor the use of debt as currency. It’d be like coming back from vacation and a bunch of mobsters have been hiding out in your house. Who’s going to pay the bills? Whomever wins the gun fight. As far as the debt, “Give unto Ceasar’s expense account what has been charged by Ceasar.”
Until economic balance is restored, well, what would you do if some mobsters trashed your house and you had to clean up? Sell that plasma screen tv and some odds and ends, whatever you have till you get back on your feet. In the same vein, state specific currency can be backed by coal, oil, wheat, (hemp?) anything with real value until the gold reserves are replenished.
Fiat currency has illigitimate, meaningless value (especially the dollar now) so the outrageous debt stated in dollars is equally meaningless. All it’s good for is an excuse to claim control over the people.

This is GREAT for a start, maybe other things will start to happen also. What I do find strange is the price of fuel as set to the price of oil per barrel. When Katrina hit, the price per barrel was around 65-70 usd, and the price of unleaded was around 1.60 – 1.70 . Now with Oil around 40 – 45 per barrel, unleaded is around 2.00 ? Not one article have I seen in the NEWS about it ? Before Katrina they said the price was up due to economic activity in China, and around the world. Since Katrina, demand has fell here as the price moved up to 160 usd per bbl. Now with the Global collapse, and with what has to be a glut of cracked fuel, and unrefined oil, prices are at least 70 – 80 cents higher than it should be. Businesses have just started laying off big time since Xmas was such a huge bust, and demand for everything is falling off, while were shedding jobs at around 600,000 per month now. Oil producers cannot cut shipments fast enough to stabilize the price hardly. Wonder when we will hear about this price gouging going on ?

This concerns me, also. The 10th Amendment reads “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” The way I read this, it seems that we, the people can also declare our individual sovereignty under the 10th Amendment. That it says “…OR to the people” seems to suggest this. The use of the word “or” means the people, also, have this right/power. Of course, the problem with declaring individual sovereignty is in defending your sovereignty. If you’re opposing both the feds AND the several states, you’ve got quite a battle on your hands.

None of the states listed in this article have actually passed the resolutions, so they are not done in the sense they have outright claimed sovereignty. Their state legislature and governor have not signed or approved anything, as of yet.
I suggest, if you live in any of these states, especially the ones that already have it drafted, to call your state legislators and governor and respectively request they pass this resolution or bill.
Calling or emailing our state-level legislators is really the best thing we can do at this point to ensure these resolutions get passed quickly before the Federal Arm can avert these attempts and clamp down on the states and people.

An aquaintence of mine from overseas mentioned a few years back to me, when Americans begin to have their “stuff” messed with, then that will get em riled up.
To a degree she has a point. The majority of Americans sure do love their stuff; their toys, their gadgets, their gizmos, the big houses, the big trucks and vroom vroom cars…as if money actually makes a person. Moeny of course is needed in this World cuz its the standard.
Most didnt care what was going on in places around the World or who we bombed on the other side of the planet or who was having a dictator installed by us or what trade deals were being done with whom. When times were ‘booming’ and money was flowin’………most American no more cared about that than what the bankers care about Americans now.
Now look at the United States today. Poverty up, troops comin’ ta town, money bein stolen, the country being parceled up and for sale, etc. Maybe if we wouldve gotten a noose around ‘our government’ brutalizing & occupying other peoples countries..they wouldnt have all the power & control they have today that they are trying to tum on us.
Most of those bullshit wars and coups and revolutions consist of the same group of manipulators & butchers in decades gone by, as they do today…only this time the United States is the trophy they want.

the best way for the stupid to stop is a 10 man physical showing at your state leg.next full meeting and let them know that your state must declare sov. immediately (10 days )or these very men will return armed and your time will be up! set up the local news coverage of this prior
you will make enough noise to get your needed results as well the coverage will send shivers to powers of how close they are to open revolt.
2nd after sov. has been claimed present the same (honor guard if you will) to enusure a complete tax revolt – same rules apply if they send you packing – let them know what order they will be in for the coming action and send the second honor guard the very next day !
they will respond with protectionisms but do not be swayed or violent yet!
this is your country – stand and deliver you might be shocked as to who ends up standing right next to you.
i guarantee you will make the noise you were looking for as well asd putting the rest on notice

I wouldn’t mind moving back to Hawaii and becoming a citizen of that place. After I was born there 36 years ago at the Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu. At the time my father was serving in the U.S. Army and stationed at Scholfield Barracks some 25 miles from the city. Since that time I had returned only once to attend Chaminde University as a full-time student (from 1996-1998) after I left the U.S. Air Force. Currently, I’m living in the state of Alaska. Here there a good number of people such as the Alaska Independence Party, that have long been advocating for Alaska to become it’s own country. Given the state of what is going on in this world ( like the total collapse of the U.S. dollar, the birth of the NAU, the rise of a police state, etc.) I hope seperation from the union won’t be nessessary. Besides, in this year 2009, both Alaska and Hawaii
will have the 50th anniversaries of statehood. But, otherwise if things come to a head, I would more than happy to return to the Aloha state (or should I say kingdom or republic) to be on a beach and listen to the roaring waves of the Pacific Ocean !!!!!

You cant.
So you write a piece of legislation that reduces the former owner to that of former the property.

I may not be the one to say it or even the right time to say it but its my will to act.
If 21 States actually succeed in this then we will have lots of State Citizens for the first time in a long time. If 21 States succeed then the Federal Constitution will no longer apply to them and they cant use it in return. Some State Constitution have already controlled the right to bear arms and other key rights and its not as liberal as the Federal. If 21 States succeed then the country would be seperated like never before. What I am getting to is wouldnt it be easier for the States to remain right where they are and rather let the people be sovereign. 10th Amendment “……………The powers are reserved to the………..people. The people are Sovereign State Citizens already. Its the PERSON thats the connecting factor with the US (LLC). The people should avoid being that PERSON and remain in their respective State as Sovereign as can be. Not the other way around. Thats how I feel, and maybe I will show it in a video soon to show exactly how it works before its too late. For more info check out this website. Peace

Yes, this does the beg the question, “what next?” The ball is in the feds’ court now. Let’s see what they do. My guess is that they’re getting scared shitless that the states will secede from the union altogether and will summon military force against them. The arrogant, smug bastards running our federal government probably think they are invincible, but then, so did Alexander the Great, the Romans, Napoleon, The British Empire, Hitler, et al. In the end, the tyrants have always consistently overestimated their power and longevity, and goodness and liberty have always triumphed…at least, for a little while, anyway.

i think maybe the elite, at least the smart ones, know they are not invincible and know there will be an uprising. they will do what theyve always done, let the people reset the clock and when things start to stabilize, put themselves back in power and reinstate a federal reserve type system and get another hundred years of power.
however inevitable this may be, it is of the utmost importance that there are people passionate enough to rise up and ‘reset the clock’, for without a revolution, there would have been no constitution, no america. we dont need to put ron pauls up for president (no disrespect to ron paul of course), we need a revolution. unwriting all the oppression would be far more difficult and damn near impossible. these states claiming sovereignty is a very important step. we do need to bring our troops home to protect ourselves immediately. its also important that this talk becomes common conversation amongst the people.

I just got hit hard trying to spread this word to some idiots in a question forum-
Is there any other place (like on a government web site, or etc) this info is found?
I’ve been trying to get some work done today, so I have limited time to look and get these human sheep to see the light- (it’s always about denying what doesn’t have info from a website that doesn’t end in .gov)

Why is it that California’s claim to sovereignty is dated from 93-94. Does this still carry forth today? I would hope for a more recent demand, as much has changed since ore than 10 frickin years ago. Maybe usurpations of the Federal gov’t continue, but a more recent demand of sovereignty under the 9th and 10th amendment would be a stronger claim.
That’s like saying I was hungry yesterday. That statement doesn’t bear much consequence to my present position. It needs repeating: if I feel the same way, and want some attention paid to the claim.

The main issue was not slavery, it was just the item that finally drew the line in the sand. Will this economic collapse be the new line? James McDonough – the price of oil is determined on the Chicago and London futures exchanges not the market place – that’s why all the swings are taking place. The dis media hides this fact!!!
The financiers battled it out with the oil producers to get the price down from spring this year.
James McDonough Reply:
February 12th, 2009 at 4:56 pm
What I am talking about is the price per barrel to the cost of a gallon of gas. I mean the price per gallon was lower 2 months ago, when Oil traded higher per barrel. The disconnect is not being mentioned anywhere. In fact since that first decline to about 1.75 usd per gallon, it has been fairly steady now for about 2 months at the 2.00 + level per gallon, when there has been an even greater fall off in the economy since then. That extra 60 to 80 cents were being gouged out of could help make a difference in how people feel in their minds. Although I will say I adjusted my driving habits during Katrina by shopping to, and from work, and have not driven much other than that since, unless needed. But, if it did come down to the level it has been in the past I would go out, and about more, and that would lead to more vists to local stores, and maybe stop some of the bleeding were going through now. Peak OIL is a scam. What Lindsey Williams says is the truth, that the Oil industry caused the most recent collapse in the economy. It took almost 3 years of excess prices to cause the breakdown in the currency, economy, and the housing bubble to burst. Sure its all tied together, but this time Oil price gouging caused everything to follow it, as can be seen by the profits Big Oil made during that time. We hear all this mumbo jumbo about Nationalized Health care, but nothing about Nationalized Oil industy. That, and the regulation of usury would go a long way to restoring the economy in this country, and the world. At least things are coming to a head, and sooner or later we will see things change, but hopefully we will awake enough people to change the corruption of the global society for the positive of all mankind.

Here’s a plan
- special forces units delivered by helicopters land in the Rose Garden and blow their way into White House, taking control of the entire Capitol hill, finding and arresting all pre designated persons suspected of criminal involvement in September 9/11 and the bailout ie almost everyone there
- rest of the troops dig in around Washington DC
- block roads
- ground flights
- cut the district of Columbia off from the rest of America – isn’t DC technically a corporation after an act in 1871?
- special units go in to the city, fan out and locate key persons suspected of involvement in crimes in other government buildings, rounding up about 5,000 freemasons etc
- syncrhonised, coordinated action on all fronts to ensure speed and surprise
- suspects are put on trial at different locations around the US for September 9/11 and the banking crisis
- an interim fed government is set up
- fresh elections are held

- rest of the troops build structures, bunkers, watchtowers etc, recruit locals in their areas and gather arms.
- block roads, blow bridges
- shoot the planes out of the sky, suggesting a ‘no fly zone’ over the newly ‘occupied’ areas
- special units go in to the city, fan out and locate key persons suspected of involvement in crimes in other government buildings, and shoot them directly in the face.
- syncrhonised, coordinated action on all fronts to ensure speed and surprise
- no trials
- an interim fed government is set up

This is great news! Yet the battle is just getting started, these bills are only being considered by the State Assemblies, they have not passed yet.
People who live in those states that currently have bills that are introduced in the legislative session need to contact their STATE representative and STATE Senator and politely tell them that you want them to support these bills. The best way to do this is in writing, because e-mails are usually only seen by staffers who keep tack of the numbers of hits for and against a bill, but a personal handwritten or typed letter is usually passed on to the Rep. or Senator. In a state district where a person represents say 10,000 people a thousand letters from people in that district means a lot, so this is where the Infowar comes in to play, if you write a letterand then get your friends and neighbors on board by giving them the facts about what is really going on, well we can win this thing.
If you live in a state that has not introduced a sovereignty bill then it is time to get organized and lobby for it. This is not as hard as it sounds, you just have to identify a “friendly” Rep. to sponsor the bill, but he or she is going to have to see that there is popular support for the bill and that is where the organizing and lobbying comes in! So start meetps or join already active groups and start a local campaign to get this done.

• The Federal Powers shall be regarded and held as self inflicted Nullification, retaining NO remaining power or Authority or influence over the people residing within any State.
• States may deploy any and all force deemed necessary to secure both property and rights. States shall be the Exclusive Authority over each of their states National Guard, which shall be forbidden to heed, obey or enact any and all Federally issued command, dictates or orders.

The beginnings of this happened 100 years ago with four actions that unhinged the constitutional protections our forefathers put there
1 In1912 congress froze the representatives at the level of the 1910 census. It is no frozen at 435.
The US is now the worst of all democracies with respect to congressman/constituent ratio. Congress no longer accurately reflects the makeup of our citizens. Expand the house to 1000 members
2 The 16th amendment took the money and power away from the states and sent it it Washington DC
3 The 17th Amendment direct election of the Senators. The Senate was the body that was supposed to protect the interest of the states.
4 The federal reserve act of 1912 tool away the authority of Congress to regulate the currency.
These set the stage of today’s debacle

I think people need to be clear about these bills, these states are not calling for succession. They are instead reaffirming their soveriegnty as already guarrenteed to the individual states under the Bill of Rights. Actually if State Representatives and Stare Senators would just grow a spine and exercise the authority granted to their office under the respective state constitutions we wouldn’t need these new bills. That said this is a great opportunity to defeat the NWO in our own backyards so we need to make this happen by drumming up support for these efforts.
The Ron Paul supporters had the right idea last spring/summer when they went to the state party conventions and took over the platform commitees. If we Patriots organized on the local level and took over the local party aparatus, we could start winning elections for town council, mayor, county freeholder, sheriff, and the state assembly. This is how we win by getting people willing to stand up and fight for our rights into a position where they can block this bankster power grab. The time is now, we can’t afford to wait on this!

The interesting thing about this is that those states have being working on these issues for over 10 years BUT HOW MANY OF YOU WERE AWARE OF IT?
If these constitutional issues are so important and have such immediacy, why hasn’t they being discussed or presented to the public? Why does it have to be NEWS when, evidently, the states have being at it for so long?
When we practice our citizens right and duty to march and protest government oppression, we get arrested and monitored by the police state. THE SAME COMPLAINTS WE HAVE STATED are stated here but the citizens don’t have the right to talk about it. Only the porkiticians (neologism invented by me: pork ’cause that’s what they are) have the right to question the government.
It proves one more time that the people are right in their denunciations.
WE JUST NEED TO GRAB THE POWER.

Perhaps this is where it begins and how the battle can finally find ballade?
We all accept New Hampshire’s deceleration and set terms the Federal government wouldn’t dream of dare apposing the rights of the States.
The States made this union they can if they acted together dissolve it, there is no way in hell the Federal government can challenge all or most all of the State governments.
At the very least we can threaten them with a Constitutional convention.
February 13th, 2009 at 6:48 am
If this is going to work at all We our State governments need to communicate with each other and back each other up! We can’t have the federal government pulling National guard troops from neighboring states to suppress our own.
Our State legislators and governors need to uses their control of such forces to prevent them from being used by the Fed to make war on its political enemy’s in other states as well as our own.
We do that and this wont necessarily develop into any kind of shooting war.
Honestly New Hampshire resolution in establishing what is effectively a Casus foedoris, is the most secure way to go, an attack on one State is an attack on all States, the federal government needs to be made very much aware of such an alliance.
Unfortunately if they push their luck this could lead to a 2nd Civil War, but I suppose better that then the absolute despotism that is otherwise unavoidable.
South Carolina tried a nullification act before unsuccessfully, the only way we are going to succeed in this effort is if we get enough States behind it that the federal government is unable to fight us. Preferably we want to wait until we got 33 States so we can threaten a constitutional convention.
But provisionally we need to be prepared for the possibility of a Federal dictatorship, our State Governments need to make it clear that such actions regardless of widespread support across the union will not be tolerated in our State nor any other U.S. State.

If we don’t fight the good fight, we’ll lose for certain; ‘but with God, ALL things ARE possible’ including eternal freedom. But remember, we fight not against ‘flesh and blood but against principalities and spiritual wickedness in high places’-fallen angels and demons…”The only thing necessary thing for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing”Edmund Burke

I hope you folks across the water fix this but i have my doubt’s, most of your men are being kept away in the illegal wars in middle east.
Here in Britain we are already under a police state but most people are not aware of it but i do believe people are waking up but i fear its too late.
These Evil Bankers and freaks who caused and planned all this will not give up there power easily or without a fight
Hopefully there are still a few good men in high powerful positions who are keeping quite untill the last minute before taking down these illegal non-human monsters.

politicians, bankers, members of the global elite will not fight, they are spineless. the military are the people of this country and i am confident they will stand up for their families before their government. without them, the criminals are defenseless and they know it.

States’ Sovereignty
There has been a lot of hoopla recently about 21 states claiming sovereignty and many more ready to do so. Hawaii is the only state that actually wants to separate.
However, don’t get your knickers in a snit just yet. These are statements being made by each state to prevent the federal government from overriding their laws, as the government wishes to do in many cases.
In addition, remember–divide and conquer. I said that the North American Union will allow for many break-away republics and independences, under the umbrella of the NAU. So, while some states make the statement of independence, they will all fall under the jurisdiction of a continental dictatorship–The NAU. Look what happened in the EU!

Not a PEEP about this in Mainstream Mis-media. Over 20 states declaring sovereignty and not a word about this. I guess we shouldn’t disturb the sheep as they peaceful sleep.

Im glad that there is some positive movement at the state level, but it is important for everyone to understand what Claiming Sovereignty really means. If someone has already covered this I appologize for the repitition.
Its not the same as Secession which is the actual withdrawl from the United States. Claiming Sovereignty is just a reminder to the Federal Government that they were “granted” certain powers under the constitution, the Tenth Amendment defines the total scope of federal power as being that specifically granted by the United States Constitution and NO MORE!
So basically what the states that are Claiming Sovereignty are saying is “If you pass a law or try to enforce something that is outside your specified powers, given to you by us, we the state will choose whether or not we want to follow it.”
February 13th, 2009 at 1:44 pm
The states lost their sovereignty in 1865 (actually 1861) and its hard to get back something that was given away – more states didn’t recognize the real reason for the war or decided not to make waves. I have given away more copies of the Citizens Rule Book and Common Sense II than I can remember, hoping that people will READ them. One citizen at a time.

There is something about all this that stinks like a rotting fish.
-States asserting their sovereignty would be a good thing, but it seems like a head fake.
Why?
1. Because the only way they could ever hope to enforce it is with the establishment of a Constitutional militia. And contrary to what we have been told or believe, THE NATIONAL GUARD IS NO THE SAME AS THE MILITIA !!! If they were equivalent, then they would not include the word “national” as part of their name.
2. How many states have passed a resolution, or even taken it to some sort of legitimate debate on the floor?
3. Why now? When the States gave up their militia they didn’t complain. When they lost their right to select their senators they didn’t make a sound. How many cases have been filed with the Supreme Court, where a state filed a grievance against the central government on constitutional grounds?
This is just a partial list of why I am questioning the motives. As for the lack of media coverage, the controllers aren’t completely stupid. They know the real Patriots can find information like this. And why set it out in the open and have the sheeple start asking questions. Plus it makes the whole scam look more legitimate.
I hope I’m wrong, but me thinks they doth protest too much.
February 14th, 2009 at 5:10 pm
It’s about time the states reclaim their sovereignty! BTW–I live in Georgia! You folks sure you want to move here?? Trust me, it’s not what you think!

Just don’t know what is going on with NY. Gillibrand seems to be turning on what she said when representing an upstate NY district. Seems she has turned to the NY City, Westchester, LI, Rockland environs. They should be split from upstate and two states created. NY State and NYC State.
NY needs to join this also.

You will know when the time is at hand, it will follow an event or cataclysm. At some point they will suspend the Constitution. All former and present National Guard should be ready to stand with “We the People” in the preservation of our Constitution and our Bill of Rights. Remember your oaths to protect and preserve the Constitution, be a thinker, contemplate what a “DOMESTIC” enemy really is, one who would remove our form of government and replace it with another. Any order given to law enforcement agencies or military, which is a direct violation of the oaths taken, is an “ACT of Treason” against this nation, its Constitution, and “We the People”.
We will fight and we will fight in mass. Any groups formed should be ONLY close friends and families, 40-50, and well armed. Groups should clandestinely collect information on all local law enforcement personnel to use “ONLY” if your group is raided, letting them know, you know where all their families live, and if they continue and refuse to stand down, be disarmed, and return home safely, their homes and family are forfeit by other groups. Groups should communicate, and have a 3 musketeer policy, “all for one, and one for all”. When one group is attacked all groups respond in mass, attacking the homes of those who violate their oaths if necessary.
“It is far better to choose how you will die, than for others to choose how you will live”…..

There is something fishy going on here. How can 21 states threaten Sovereignty when some of these same states are involved in the Constitutional Convention(a.k.a Con Con) This convention wants to rewrite the Constitution….which is the very document that gives the right of sovereignty. So far 32 states want this Convention and 34 states is what the magic number is to start it. Ohio is being courted to sway and they only need one more. So who will be next? Will you, THE TRUE AMERICAN PATRIOT let this happen. Go to this site and be your own judge. http://www.renewamerica.us/columns/baldwin/081216

From We The People USA
I saw today that Obama had been in touch with some Dem Senators to introduce legislation to amend the 10th Amendment.
By doing this, they hope to prohibit state’s from being able to declare Sovereignty (which is what the 10th Amendment is about).
They will rush this through and surely pass it, as it is a Dem dominated Congress (as we saw first-hand with Porkulus bill).
Please pass on to Dr. Taitz to ask State Reps (when contacting them to be Plantiffs etc.) to also introduce and/or speed up in passing legislation to become Sovereign states as defined by the current 10th Amendment. Give Obama a taste of his own BS .. pass it through before Congress changes it.
Those 20 states need to hurry-up and pass this before Congress changes it. Any other states thinking about doing so, must also get in gear and have it done. There is nothing to lose.
Obama is also hosting all state Govenors (don’t know the date), so passing it is also essential before any chance of wooing key officials.
This would also be a good first cohesive task for your state coordinators .. to put pressure and ask their state Representives to introduce and/or speed up Soveriegnty legislation in light of this new and present danger to the Constitution.

This was coming but it can not happen because NAU is already done and what you still live is image of the past. The present is that you all are citizens of the NAU.We can have a good NAU and a new elite also,a good elite who must replace the evil one, which used evil ways to create NAU. Anyway where is the Amero? Why dont they use it? Who is elite of NAU? Why do they hidde?
February 21st, 2009 at 2:30 am
The reason that many states have complain against Federal Elite has created the changes that happen after 2001 where everyone was called enemy if does not operate and fear and control grow. So it was not just outside game but another one for inside also. NAU is born and lives so there is no idea for separating NA in small pieces. It does not make any sense, but replacing the elite is now needed and NAU image must show more clear as EU did, with a head, body and legs.

A lot of people are calling this the beginning of a civil war. I think that’s wrong! I don’t want Americans killing Americans. If it comes down to war, Let it be a Revolution. I don’t believe any State should sussed. We should still stand as one nation while dissolving and reconstituting the Federal Government. This is about the ideas of Thomas Jefferson – Not Lincoln.

Georgia is neither racist or a police state. I’ve lived here for 13 years and the police and local government is cool as hell. They treat you with complete respect and fairness. The taxes are low, the police actually help people and do not try to intimidate you. I’ve seen cops changing tires and bringing gas to motorist. I’ve been let off of speeding tickets and expired tags with just a warning several times. You can actually talk to the cops here without fear. All the cops I’ve met have been kind and have a good sense of humor. At least that’s been my experience but I do not live in the city I live in the suburb not too far from Atlanta. I am all for State’s rights and I feel much better knowing that the State’s are stepping up to cliam their Sovereingty. F the NAU. Join together people and get behind your local government. Help each other as much as possible. It’s likely to get much worse before it gets any better.

Many of these bills are from the mid-90’s, like Ca and GA. So where is the enforcment? Things are much worse today so where is the enforcement of these bills? What’s the point of passing it if they are not enforced?
February 23rd, 2009 at 11:29 pm
I have just finished read all the posting. I worked for a state legislator for 12 years in PA. I .problem is like SunGuard stated these are just resolution. They carry no enforcement. State pass resolution like this all the time. You need a exactly bill and because a act for enforcement. As far a constitution convention. The delegates are appointed by the governor from each state. Once they go behind close doors they can came up with anything and nobody has only say about it. It is never vote on by anyone.

Why was my 2-19-09 1:08 pm. , opinion / comment deleted from display? My comment was way less instigating (provoking) then some of the ones left on display. So what if some opinions are all over the board – opinions are just that everyone has one and they should all be displayed; isn’t that what this forum is for?
So why the discrimination reguarding my opinion and not displaying it — like I said it is way less instigating then some of the others.
Is this a forum of intellecual insightfullnesses or just to dummy down the want-to-be’s; or are you really afraid of great concepts that work the brain to resolve issues for the betterment of mankind?
Hope to see my deleated comment on display.

But NO it is still not there as of today. Why? Coast to Coast surely wouldn’t be a part of the covert tyrannical government, and if not, then why censor my 2-19-09 comment? Someone once told me, “That anything that is secret and covert, is not a good thing!” So much for the ground rules of our U.S. Constitution, and Declaration of Independence proclaiming freedom. I’m confused with California showing on this list when Arnold the Governator who began as a great Governor has done a 180 shocking California even more from what I understand by taking the stimulus funds and being happy with it! One who was totally against communist countries and federal aid NOW taking that direction with a big smile on his face. Am I misinformed? Will California be on this list?
