That which is posted below in red was received via e-mail on the above date. Apparently, this message was designed to provide “very secret information” about a wide variety of sinister matters for the purpose of convincing the message’s reader about the validity of certain legal positions. I can only comment about certain legal points raised in this message, and then not all of them because I am not going to waste a lot of time debunking this garbage. But this type of message is representative of what lots of people unfortunately believe.
3.) The U.S. Has not had a Treasury since 1921. (41 Stat. Ch.214 pg. 654)
This contention has been promoted by many who advocate UCC arguments. I provide here the above referenced pages from 41 Stat. ch. 214, which was an appropriations act for the federal government. These pages show that this act abolished some Treasury offices and also directed the deposit of government funds with various Federal Reserve Banks. I fail to detect how Treasury was abolished.
The truth is otherwise. The Department of the Treasury was created in September, 1789; see 1 Stat. 65. In 5 U.S.C. §101, Treasury is listed as an executive department. The establishment of Treasury is codified at 31 U.S.C. §301. We certainly have a federal Treasury today; see 31 U.S.C. §302.
Rather than being deceived by incorrect information like the above, if you wish to learn about the money issue, read this brief posted on this site, and you should also read Edwin Vieira’s Pieces of Eight. Edwin is the foremost legal scholar regarding the money issue.
4.) The U.S. Treasury is now the IMF. (Presidential Documents Volume 29-No.4 pg. 113, 22 U.S.C. 285-288)
For the above proposition, the message’s author cites some pages from Presidential Documents, which are not posted on the Net. However, the author does cite “22 U.S.C. 285″, et seq., which sections are so posted; however, review of these laws shows this proposition to be without foundation. Here is 22 U.S.C. § 285:

This agency was later designated as the FBI by an act of March 22, 1935, 49 Stat. 77. See 28 U.S.C. §531. I live in Huntsville, Alabama, where NASA was started; see 42 U.S.C. §2472. Pull out the United States Government Manual and one may easily find references to various statutes for the creation of federal agencies.
The author of the message cites United States v. Strang, 254 U.S. 491 (1921), which was a case where the “United States Shipping Board caused the Fleet Corporation to be organized ( April 16, 1917) under laws of the District of Columbia with $50,000,000 capital stock, all owned by the United States…” This case does not stand for the proposition that any particular agency was not a part of the government. The case of Lewis v. United States, 680 F.2d 1239 (9th Cir. 1982) held that the Federal Reserve Banks were private corporations.
8.) There are no Judicial courts in America and there has not been since 1789. Judges do not enforce Statutes and Codes. Executive Administrators enforce Statutes and Codes. (FRC v. GE 281 US 464, Keller v. PE 261 US 428, 1 Stat. 138-178)
The case of Federal Radio Comm. v. General Electric Co., 281 U.S. 464 (1930), simply deals with administrative procedures of federal agencies, and concerns nothing about the creation of any courts. 1 Stat. 138 was simply an act to pay the debts of the United States.
9.) There have not been any Judges in America since 1789. There have just been Administrators. (FRC v. GE 281 US 464, Keller v. PE 261 US 428 1Stat. 138-178)
The reference to 1 Stat. 138, an act to pay debts of the United States, has nothing to do with judges.
Here in Alabama, our Alabama Constitution contains provisions regarding the establishment our courts, as does Alabama Code, Title 12. Federal courts are dealt with via 28 U.S.C.
14.) New York City is defined in the Federal Regulations as the United Nations. Rudolph Gulliani stated on C-Span that “New York City was the capital of the World” and he was correct. (20 CFR chapter 111, subpart B 422.103 ( (2) (2)
Perhaps the best indicator that the author of the message discussed here was taking illicit drugs is this part. The reference to 22 C.F.R. §422.103 for the amazing proposition that New York is the capital of the world is pure fabrication; this regulation concerns solely Social Security Numbers.
20.) The King of England financially backed both sides of the Revolutionary war. (Treaty at Versailles July 16, 1782, Treaty of Peace 8 Stat 80)
The contention that we are Brits is fully discussed here. The foreign country that loaned money to us during the Revolution was France, not the King of England.

I disagree.
Personally I don’t go for all the legal mumbo-jumbo because in order to “claim” you rights you have to become a lawyer yourself and 95% of Americans just aren’t going to do that. But regardless the law was created to obfuscate and confuse the people. If the law becomes so complex that the common man and women need a special decoder ring to understand it then something has gone dreadfully wrong.
All any of us need to do is look around and see if the Constitution is still the law of the land. It is apparent that it is no longer looked upon as the supreme law of the land and that being the case we have to ask ourselves what has replaced it? Obama wants us chained to the U.N. through various treaties, all of them usurping the Constitution. Our country is being bought out from under us. Legalese has and is being used to fool and control us.
It is completely true that we own no private property. I can prove it. Stop paying property taxes and see what happens. When you own something you do not have to pay taxes on it. If you stop paying property taxes the local government will send thugs out to the property in question (what you thought was your property) and remove you from their property. If you refuse to leave they will kill you.
The video is NOT complete bunk. The answer to the problem however is not learning all of their statutes and codes. It is standing up as one people and making the Constitution the law of the land and making it work this time.
Think England doesn’t run us? Why do we have a BAR association in America? B.A.R. = British Accredited Regency. U.S. Judges often laugh when a citizen brings up the Constitution. Actually the Constitution guarantees our freedom, It’s up to us to remove any liens on our person(social#,birth certificate,licenses,mortgage,etc), claim and defend our freedom. As a US Citizen and resident of our state, we are subject to congress(that’s why most don’t listen). That’s all well and good from a LEGAL standpoint, but if this is the END of the story, then there is NO HOPE! So even though I agree we just have to wait for Jesus to come back, I wouldn’t refuse to put up a good fight before that happens. A good example would be something of the likes of what Spartacus did. He was very clever and started a movement of rebellion that almost defeated the Roman Empire from within. (for those who dont know he was a gladiator who got slaves to rebel and built up a slave army). A better plan I think would have been to just keep recruiting more slaves and dividing the slave army into ever smaller units that choose separate paths and are not centralized. Sort f like guerrilla warfare. I mean, even today with all the GPS and all that who the hell’s gonna know where the slave armies really are?

Most of these are “de jure” and “de moral” legalities rather than “de facto” public policy. The problem with this video, beside the fact that it is Alex Jones propaganda, is that most of its content is void now. It’s true of the United States that our legal system does not nullify old laws or policy, except through later laws and amendments. Old legislation forever remains as a record, or stain, from our archaic past laws. For example, many prohibition laws (including the constitutional amendment) are still on the books, but were made obsolete when the Federal government ended prohibition (of selling alcohol), because of the black market and civil disobedience it promoted. Fortunately, the “little known facts” in your video are “little known” for a reason. Unless there is a conflict between individuals or between an individual and state regarding a law, they remain on the books even if they are no longer enforced. For example, yes, the judicial system in the US is based on social understanding and support. There is no agency of enforcement. Also, yes, the Pope is the Vicar of God on Earth, and Catholic dogma traditionally lends him the authority over all states. However, it was only a few weeks ago that Pope Benedict XVI declared that the Pope was NOT infallible and that his domain should be restricted to those who adhered to or confirmed to Catholic doctrine. Any “power” the Pope has only American social policy is restricted to the degree that Catholic dogma finds its way into political ideology here.
However, I certainly do believe “we” are slaves in the sense that corporatism places the state (or other elite societies) in the role of “creditor” and society in the role of “debtor”: the essential master-slave relationship. Though, even given that, our legal “de jure” policies only have as much power as they are enforced. The Supreme Court IS the highest judicial authority in America because that’s the system that people place their faith in. The Court of Pennsylvania might have been the most powerful in the 18th century BY LAW, but like I said, in practice, power in America comes from faith in the outcomes of federal procedure, and not, as in Europe, from submission to national law.
As far as “believing in fictional entities” (Ames, The Ultimate Delusion) goes, that is the WHOLE POINT of democratic law. For example, “equality” in American law, is termed a LEGAL FICTION. So would Ames have us not accept and understand that? There are certainly revisions to be made in our relationship to the American state, but revoking such legal fictions are not necessarily or desirable to achieve human emancipation. Rather, the whole point, as I said, of our Limited Federal Democratic Republic (the USA) is to promote the individual as the foundation of public policy. Where elites hold power over individuals, that should be the impetus of true revolution; NOT an attack on outdated and unenforced laws that hold absolutely no power over the American citizen.

If not let the GOVERNEMENT ie. the United States stand against me in court or any where and face me as a claimant, there is no such REAL person. Even most of the “sources” that are cited are either too vague to be fact-checked or they are taken out of context. This is way beneath Alex Jones. That’s the trouble here. Too many people “Work.” When you work, you pay taxes. When you pay taxes, you fund the NWO. AND you “don’t have time” to research the NWO, or fight against them.

I think you have just proved that point #20 is correct… though I understand that was not your intention. The rights and obligations (to each other) of human beings are covered in common law and were enumerated in the magna carta. ALL other so called law are regulations upon a “person” not a being. Canon law is in the same category as maritime law, admiralty law, equity law etc. etc. Therefore the pope has asserted authority over all law other than common law. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Jim… Let’s take a closer look. Did you notice that the pope claims sovereignty? Who gave him sovereignty? No one! He asserted it! Does he as a being have more rights than you and me? If so, who gave them to him and what right did they have to give them to him? The fact is that no being has more rights than another… the difference in status arises when some beings use their knowledge to assert authority over those who don’t know any better. Let me draw your attention specifially to “For, national canon law, whether originating in custom, statutes etc.”.
You see corporate law is entered as a bill (as in commerce) and when passed it becomes a statute which is not the same as law of the land. When you break a statute, you are doing something “illegal” but not unlawful. In fact those passing the statute are the ones doing something unlawful as in breaking the law of the land. Anyway he asserts authority over national canon law including those originating in statutes and all law other than common law are statutes. I hope it’s not too complex for you… but a full grasp of this is very much a horse that will run… and run all the way to the finish line!

The discussion is about Catholic law: law internal to the Catholic Church to govern her churches and members. It is not addressing civil law except for the mention of Church canon law based on “concordats or solemn agreements” with civil governments. All this states is that the Pope is superior in governing the Catholic Church than civil governments. This is true, and since so many love the separation of Church and State, then this should not be a problem, right?
Furthermore, in canon law there are customs, statutes, privileges, or concordats … etc. For instance, in the American church there is a custom such as meat eating allowed on the Friday after Thanksgiving because of left over meat. This is a custom peculiar to America even though the Church custom is Friday is a day of abstinence from meat. Another one is that traditionally the Archbishop of Baltimore is the highest ranking prelate in America. Etc. You are taking your conclusion and trying to cram the text into it.
Lastly, there is a hierarchy of rights, as I am sure you would willingly admit. Example, the right for a child to live is greater than the right of a mother to privacy or decision concerning medical treatment. Therefore, it should be illegal and unlawful for a woman to murder her child in the womb, and for a “doctor” to do it. The child’s right to live would overrule the other rights, because when rights collide, so to speak, a greater right must take precedence. The right to life is greatest because without life other rights are void.

How about you use yours? I know canon law is supposed to be internal to the church and that would be fine if the catholic church were just a religious organization conning only those who are members of it… but as you should well know… THAT IS NOT THE CASE!
From William I, 1066, to King John, 1199, England was in dire straits. It was bankrupt.
The King invoked the Law of Mortmain, the dead man’s hand, so people couldn’t pass their land on to the church or anyone else without the King’s permission, (modern day probate?). Without Mortmain the King would lose the land he controlled. The Vatican didn’t like that because the King owed a lot of pounds to the Vatican. King John refused to accept The Vatican’s representative, Stephen Langton, whom Pope Innocent III installed to rule England. In 1208 England was placed under Papal interdict. Interdict means a prohibition.
King John was excommunicated and in trying to regain his stature he groveled before the Pope and returned the title to his kingdoms of England and Ireland to the Pope as vassals, and swore submission and loyalty to him. King John accepted Langton as Archbishop of Canterbury, and offered the Pope a vassal’s bond of fealty and homage. Two months later, in July of 1213, King John was absolved of excommunication, at Winchester, by the returned Archbishop of Canterbury, Langton. On October 3, 1213, by treaty, King John ratified his surrender of his kingdoms to the Pope, as Vicar of Christ who claimed ownership of everything and everyone on earth as tradition.
The contract (treaty of 1213) was between two parties. Now the Barons of England would not put up with being slaves anymore so they took to the sword and made King John sign the Magna Charta. So doesn’t this act of the Barons violate the principle of natural law, when they created the Magna Charta, as having no force and effect upon a contract between two parties? Well Pope Innocent III, the other contracting party thought so, for he declared the Magna Charta to be: “. . .unlawful and unjust as it is base and shameful. . . whereby the Apostolic See is brought into contempt, the Royal Prerogative diminished, the English outraged, and the whole enterprise of the Crusade greatly imperiled.” Quoted from G.R.C. Davis: Magna Charta. Trustee of the British Museum. London. 1965.
The Pope, in order to introduce strife in England and Ireland that would help him, used Jesus teachings to his advantage that is verified in the Gospels by two of His Apostles. So St. Levy (Mark 2:14; Luke 5:27), alias Matthew, cites Jesus at Matthew 10::34-36 and Luke 12:49, 51-3. Nothing reveals the antithesis of government and religion more clearly than these facts.
What did the contract of 1213 A.D. create? A TRUST or CONTRACT. Only the two parties, the King’s heirs and the Pope, can break the contract. For the Trust /Contract cannot be broken as long as there are heirs to both sides of the contract.
At this time in history we now know who controlled the Kings of England and the land of the world.
So, on with the story. The King’s explorers had come to America to claim dominion over land by deceiving and murdering the natives, the American Indians. The King operated under the treaty of 1213 and everything was going along okay until the 1770’s when the bunch of rogues called the “Founding Fathers” decided they wanted the benefits but not pay the taxes to the King. They, being lawyers, and professional educated men, didn’t know they were still under the Pope’s control? Their lies and fraud now would affect the American colonies and the people who lived on the land.
Those common people who fought in the American Revolution were unaware that the 1213 treaty still ruled despite the fact they THOUGHT the Magna Charta was a viable piece of work. The Declaration of Rights in 1689 declared the Rights of the British subjects in England. At the end of the English Declaration it stated at Section III ” …that should any of the Rights just mentioned be in violation of the HOLY ALLIANCE (1213 Treaty), …it is as if this Declaration was never written”.
So we know that the English Declaration didn’t fly, so what makes you think the 1774 Declaration of Rights in this British Colony would work. Weren’t these people doing the same thing as the Barons did in 1215 A.D. to King John? A contract is a contract. Look at Article 1, Section 10, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution. Can anyone obligate a contract? Were the “founding fathers” trying to obligate a contract between two parties that still have heirs living today?
How important is the “ultimate benefactor”, the Pope, The HOLY SEE, in the scheme of things? Move through history till modern times and pull Public Law 88-244, which follows Public Law 88-243 – the institution of the law- merchants Uniform Commercial Code. Are you shocked that the Pope is listed in this Public Law?
Doesn’t the United States have an ambassador in the Vatican? Why? Is it a government like all other nations such as France, Japan, Spain or Brazil? The Vatican runs the world, it controls the British Crown. Is it any wonder they separate man’s Church and government?
“Organized churches” are given special tax privileges because the Vatican dictates to the sixty United States trustees through the trust document, the U.S. Constitution created by the 1783 treaty between the King, frontman for the Vatican, and Adams, Hartly, Laurens, & Franklin who were operating for the King and not the people of America. Look at Article VI of the Constitution for the United States for your answer as stated in the “New History of America”.(6)
You see we are still under the Pope who rules over all nations as he declared he did back in 1213. The 1783 Treaty did say in the opening statement quoted exactly as it appears in olde English; “It having pleafed the Divine Providence to difpofe the hearts of the Moft Serene and Moft Porent Prince, George the Third, by the grace of God, King of the Great Britain, France and Ireland, Defender, of the Faith , Duke of Brunfwick and Laurenberg, Arch-Treafurer and PRINCE ELECTOR OF THE HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE, & C. AND OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, . . ..”
(Emphasis added in caps).
Did you catch the last few words? This is from a King (man) who can supposedly make no claim over the United States of America because he was defeated? The King claims God gave him the almighty power to say that no man can ever own property because it, “goes against the tenets of his church, the Vatican/Holy Roman Empire, because the King is the “Elector of the Holy Roman Empire’”
What about the secret Treaty of Verona, made the 22nd of November, 1822, which shows the power of the Pope and the Vatican’s interest in the US Republic.
Here is part of The Secret Treaty of Verona. “The undersigned specially authorized to make some additions to the treaty of the Holy Alliance, after having exchanged their respective credentials, have agreed as follows:
ARTICLE I. The high contracting powers being convinced that the system of representative government is equally as incompatible with the monarchial principles as the maxim of the sovereignty of the people with the divine right, engage mutually, in the most solemn manner to use all their efforts to put an end to the system of representative governments, in what ever country it may exist in Europe, and to prevent its being introduced in those countries where it is not yet known.
The pope still runs the show whether you believe it or not.

Oh for goodness sake Jim are you really that naive? What you see on TV is nothing but a play, a show to keep people entertained. Control is much better excercised from the shadows than in broad daylight where even those that are comatose could see what is going on. In simplified terms, if someone kicked you in a crowded room and you couldn’t identify the perpetrator – he would get away with it. If as is very likely it is a statute then he is the one breaking the law by causing harm or loss to you. I know neither party may fully understand the difference between right and wrong and he may end up using his gun or handcuffs to prove that he is right. people always mention weaknesses in the constitution. i do believe morally that no one person can ever be property or capital, period. now if someone doesn’t have the balls to stand up for their beliefs, than they will be taken advantage of in many ways. on the contrary, the founding father’s were definately not as genius as most would think they were. look no further than the first sentence “we the people, in order to form a more perfect union.” there is no such thing as more perfect, something is either perfect or flawed. while my grammar isn’t perfect by any means, i’m not one of the guys who wrote the most important document ever and made a mistake in the first sentence.

Guys, please don’t believe this stuff until you fact check it.
It seems very convincing on the surface with all the references, but if you actually check them out you will find these “facts” to be very weakly supported, if at all. Don’t forget about context either. Additionally, many of these facts are old. As another poster pointed out, just because it WAS a part of law doesn’t make it law now. You must consider the context.
Example: If the Pope says he rules the United States does that make it so? Of course not. It doesn’t make it any more so than if I said it. If I then make a fancy document that I can then reference it still doesnt’ make it so. The only people who will honor such a statement are those that believe I, or the Pope, has the authority to make such a statement.

“Exist” is the circumstance, “human life” is the condition, but our “awareness” is the issue and its exercise the task.
There will most certainly be a continuity of human life on earth. What is terribly critical is that we maintain and steadily increase our personal awareness as beings regardless of any secondary choice to religiously affiliate.
We all need to get brighter about this ASAP.
I find it entertaining for anyone believing Christ ever did exist–or anyone else who ever lived for that matter–that Christ would suddenly not exist and then have to ‘come back’ to re-exist.
Once alive always alive has nothing to do with faith or religion. It is the condition we all are in, whether someone calls it original sin, in the soup, just plain screwed, or anything else…
Where, how, and who, calling you whatever whenever, is all secondary to simply existing in the first place!
Our FREE existence is ours and ours alone to lose or gain.

Thank you enlightenup… I agree I could have put it better – it is indeed the TYPE of human existence that is ahead if we don’t change it. The fact is that it is totally unacceptable already – the human spirit has been crushed and they are only getting warmed up… no one has the right to take what is ours. My youngest child is a 7 year old girl. When I hear her excitement about life, her wonder, her free spirit that wants to grow, love, explore and learn. When I hear her joy and know her innocence… I know in my heart that there is no option – I have to protect her with every fiber of my being and ensure that she is going to have that life that is hers and no one is going to take it from her! We too are entitled to it but it cements it even more in my mind when I look at my children and realize that evil cannot under any circumstances, be allowed to continue to prevail – there is no reason it should and I would rather be dead a million times over than let it stain my childrens right to a full, free, independent life where they can be all they want to be.

I can see why you feel that way and in a way I can’t blame you. One must understand though that there are evil forces out there as well,Satan being the leader, and has infiltrated the churches. As far as God being a fictional character, one only has to look at the beauty this earth has, the flowers, foods, scents, colors etc. We can see that there is a Grand loving Creator with a purpose, and a plan. What is his purpose? I did research on topic and it isn’t easy.I do have a example:”I went to transfer title and the date had a sribble on it.The person I bought the truck from wrote the wrong date and scribble over and wrote the correct date.The DMV said the title was the states and it was illegal to have a scribble on it.I had correct month and other stuff…. so after a call to her state boss they OK’d the transfer.But they still stated” The title was the states “If someone can explain please do.
