9/11 Truth Activist Sues Glenn Beck and Fox News for Defamation

An East Coast 9/11 truth activist is preparing to file a defamation lawsuit against TV / radio personality, Glenn Beck, the producers of the Glenn Beck Program, and the Fox News Channel.

The complaint will note that – on October 22, 2007 – Beck suggested that those identifying themselves as associated with the 9/11 truth movement are “dangerous” “anarchists” who deny the Holocaust, and are “the kind of group that Timothy McVeigh would come from.”
The suit will also note that during Beck’s June 10th broadcast Beck linked the murder of the Washington D.C. holocaust museum guard with “9/11 truthers.”
As I have previously written, suing people for defamation who falsely claim that 9/11 activists are terrorists could be a good way to stand up to these bullies.

I do so having now cast off all other personal concerns. Having chosen sides… I’ll stand with the patriots.
I will update this post with links to Mr. Hoover’s complaint as soon as it is available.

Christ was called the last Adam because just as all men were cursed by sin through one man, Adam, all men were now released from sin’s curse by one man, Jesus. Man no longer has to live under sin’s curse if they repent and turn from it and trust in our Lord, Jesus Christ, who gave his life as a ransom for our sins.

Yes, Jesus is referred to as the second Adam. But all men are not released from sins’ curse through Christ… for all men will not come to Christ. John 3:19
Christ gave His life for the elect. John 3:16 (compare to the verse below, John 6:44)
“You have NOT chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you that you may go and bring forth fruit…” John 15:16
He also prayed for his disciples; NOT for the World. John 17:9
Also, John 6:44 states that no one CAN (has the ability) come to Christ unless The Father who sent Him, DRAW (elect, select) them.
So much for your free will. So much for man having the ability to come to Christ outside of the the Father’s election. Keep your Arminianism to yourself Denise. This public forum is not intended for your Pelagian/Arminian/Wesleyan nonsense.

She believes in Christ be gentle and kind, bear with one another. You dont need to tell her to keep to herself, how else will the brothers in christ come to agree….

Good luck Mark, this guy is taking scripture out of the proper context. The Scriptures clearly say Jesus Christ died for the sins of the world. It’s worthless to argue with people caught within denominational Christianity because they are following the traditions of men and not the commandments of YHWY. The gift of salvation is there for anyone willing enough to follow Jesus Christ and do His commandments. Who’s to say who is saved and who isn’t? This is a doctrine that has been preached by many arrogant people who think they are already guaranteed salvation yet the scriptures teach us to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling.

It is also the Fathers will that none should perish, so therefore, if i stand before a group of men and offer them salvation through Christ, they still have free will to accept or deny. In reality isnt God always calling for man to repent, and to accept (grace) (Jesus as Lord), or for man through his free will to turn to Him? It is written… that those who call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Repentance is also required. I believe God is Merciful and Just.
I will back my statements with this verse in Ezekiel:
God Says:
“Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?” Ezekiel 18:23
We know by this verse (and many others)… that God wants all to repent. Thanks to Jesus we all have this chance.

Denise, I’m writing to defend your first post, but I will say that we do know who the elect are. They are those who are drawn…the Holy Spirit draws all men to Jesus…AND who accept salvation from Him. Christ for-knew them…He is omnipotent…and pre-destend those people(elect) to salvation(because of their faith in Him)
The pre-destination isn’t that He selected a few people out of many…but that He Predestined us to salvation because He selected eternal life as tghe reward for those who chose to believe.
Well, that’s my best shot at clarity. God drew Dan, or will. His predestined reward is eternal life if he chooses to believe.

Dal the calvinist IS NOT taking scripture out of context in this sense, you’ve just refused to believe what it clearly has taught since the beginning and then you try to rationalize the biblical point away. If you can find an instance where the scriptures proclaim “free will” for salvation I’d like to see it and i’ve read the word more than 200 times. The assumption of free will for salvation has no Bilbical legs to stand on and is Satanic in it’s birth and teaching. God didn’t give Adam and Eve free will, Satan offered that to them when he told them they would not die when they ate of the fruit of the tree. God commanded them to not eat of the fruit, there is no free will here, just complete disobedience to God. It says what it says, period! Just as pharoah was raised for the cause God used him for, as was Paul who was chosen from his mother’s womb. Sound like free will to you? God knows those that are his. God chose Israel, not Israel’s chosen God. Same for the Christians they are predestinated from the foundation of the world. You have any idea what the word predestinated means? Sorry they don’t teach this in your churches, but the VAST majority have gone away from the faith and listen to the doctrines of devils.
BTW, I’m not even a Calvinist, but on this subject, Dal is most definitely correct.

Jesus of Nazareth said that the greatest sin is hypocrisy. That is, if a man conspires to commit a misdeed (sin), as in adultry, and knows that by going through the Church’s process of atonement, he will be absolved of the sin, and thereby morally justified to go out and commit (repeat) the same sin. Jesus of Nazareth had a simpler idea : When he helped Mary Magdalene to her feet, he told her “Go…and sin no more. In other words, the only true atonement is to make a fundamental change in one’s lifestyle, not getting coddled by the Church. The churchmice of the world have drank the koolaid, and have no understanding of this guiding moral principle, walking this narrow path, and realizing that the “kingdom of heaven is within you.” I don’t really know if this biblical story is of historical fact, but it’s a beautiful story, and is worth telling.

2 Peter 1:10 “Therefore, brothers, be all the more diligent to make your calling and election sure, for if you practice these qualities you will never fall.” Explain that one to me? How do you “Make your … election sure”?
Before all you calvinist (of which I am one) go around hating people and spouting off Romans 9, make sure you read Romans 10. Sure I believe in election, I believe God is in absolute control, totally sovereign, He has to be, in order to be God. I also believe you can sin and be outside the will of God. How does it work? Who am I to ask?
Remember, perfect doctrine, without Love, is nothing. NOTHING!
1 Corinthians 13:1 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.2 And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.3 If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.
“Calvinist” (of the type I’m seeing here anyway) tend to really love God, but tend to really not love anyone one else, especially if they don’t understand calvinist doctrine. The funny thing is that calvinist doctrine teaches that the understanding of doctrine is from the Holy Spirit, and not from the self, so to get upset with someone who doesn’t understand is against calvinist doctrine. You can’t be angry at a person for not understanding something that God hasn’t revealed to them. Try showing them love instead, maybe praying for them (or do you not have to do that since it’s already predestined…), probably should go ahead and pray, in my experience it seems to work…
Just remember, doctrinally speaking, Jesus was asked what was the most important law, and he gave 2. Love God, Love others. Not “Love God, Serve others” or “Love God, Teach others”, but “Love God, and Love Others”.
For followers of a doctrine where the Grace of God is so central, I find that other calvinist are to often lacking in Grace. It makes me wonder if they really even understand it at all.

Anyone who repents sincerely from the heart whether they know of christ or not will be accepted, forgiven and loved by God.
It is man who Divides, God is Whole and a man or woman whoever they should not expect their prayers to be answered if they are double minded.
However Im afraid the majority of so called christians I have come across themselves are double minded, this is why there is over 35,000 different denominations arguing who’s denomination is the right one.
God never intended such ignorance and division of mind, That is why Christ came, to heal those who are double minded and once that is healed, everything that is false and or true becomes obvious without effort and of course the fruits of the spirit follow,
Peace, Love, Joy, Long Suffering, etc.
God is good and just as a side note, anything the light can shine on and within is darkness.
Otherwise you would not see it. You cannot see the Sun’s Rays in a Vacuum however you can see the reflection of the suns light off what is Dark.
The Fact of the Matter is, Only Ignorance prevents one from having a Relationship with the Living Presence of God.
And Unfortunately there is much taught out of ignorance in todays churches.
If you want to get an inkling of what the Bible States, the first requirement is to try and understand it from the point of view of the audience it was spoken to in the time it was spoken.
Do this and you will truly wake up.

How do we make our election more sure? Peter is referring to the teachings of scripture here as is evidenced by all the other scripture surrounding the verse you quoted. Read it all, not just a small part to reach your conclusion.
Paul referred to those in the last days who would “fall from the faith”, not so hard to do when people refuse to believe the scriptural truth or teach the commandments of men as did the Jewish in their teachings. We are no better in that sense. Make your election sure by believing what is plainly written, not what you WANT to believe.
Other examples of things taught that are not biblically based are the “3″ wise men giving gifts at the birth of Christ.
Another is the traditional teaching of the cross of Christ was erected on the “top” of Calvary or “on a hill”.
These and many other traditional teachings have absolutely NO biblical foundation, nor does the teaching of “free will” when it comes to salvation.
ROMANS 9:8-23
8: That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
9: For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sara shall have a son.

And just to drive the point home I’ll show you what God has done in the Old testament text in regards to pharoah, and this is CRYSTAL clear.
Exodus 7:3 (3: And “I” will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt.) That’s right!, it was God that hardened pharoah’s heart, not the other way around, read the entire story again if you’d like and see how many times this is confirmed.
Mankind seperated themselves from God. God has no obligation to save anyone, but out of his kindness and grace HE HAS CHOSEN to save a few. So for all you believers out there, be forever thankful that it was God that has chosen you. Once this is realized your election is SURE!

As well, the one you all call Jesus, only died for the nation of Israel, that is why he told his followers not to go among the gentiles or into the way of the Samaritans but rather they should go unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. the gentiles were Israelites who were living among the other nations and adopted the customs of those nations. Salvation is only for true Israel ie people of Hebrew decent, not fake Jews like the Khazars and Ashkenazis that converted in 740.ad, John 3:16 is not talking about the entire earth, the world in Greek is “cosmos”, not “world”, therefore only refering to the “world of Israel”, not the whole planet earth. When the apostles ie “Paul”, and company were preaching the gospel abroad, they were going into the houses of Israelites living in those foreign countries, do the research, and than you will find out who the real “Jews” are. Read Deuteronomy Chapter 28, verses 15-68, and find out about the curses that overtook the children of Israel because they disobeyed the most high, and see what group of people this curse fits.

Religion came about because before man had the scientific tools to explain hurricanes, floods, famines etc. it was the only conclusion we could come to, that’s why we used to have a god for the sun, wind, fire whatever plus the people in power at the time realised it was a great way to control their populations.

Also Sardonicus, God’s pardon was never offered to all as you seem to want to use the word. There have been millions since Christ that have never heard of him and have died (FACT). There are still many today that have not heard and many never will because spreading the word is illegal in many places(FACT). How is this then a pardon offered to ALL in the sense that you attempted to use it?
However, God’s promise has been offered to ALL of his promised elect (FACT), as the scripture you just quoted completely suggests(FACT).

Did you ever hear the story about the foreigner who was forced to leave his home. I forget whether it was political persecution or divorce which forced him out but , he ended up depressed and penniless at the apartment of a deeply committed Christian man.
The foreigner hated Christians because the only ones he had met tried to cram the good news down his throat thinking they were doing God’s will. He couldn’t believe the bad luck … stuck with another “believer” when he was already so hurting.
The Christian man , knowing the misfortune of the foreigner said to him ” I know you don’t believe as I do, and I want you to know that I honor and love you. I love my bible , and I love being with my Christian friends, but I want you to know that for the duration of your stay , I am removing my bible from the house. When neccessary, I will meet with people outside of my apartment because if I were to offend you , it would break my heart. I am here anytime you need me, I will share with you all that I have, and if you need anything or anyone , I will be happy to get it for you”

A SUMMARY OF SEVEN ARGUMENTS AGAINST CHRISTIAN DEPENDENCE ON MYSTERY RELIGIONS BY RON NASH:
(1) Arguments offered to “prove” a Christian dependence on the mysteries illustrate the logical fallacy of false cause. This fallacy is committed whenever someone reasons that just because two things exist side by side, one of them must have caused the other. As we all should know, mere coincidence does not prove causal connection. Nor does similarity prove dependence.
(2) Many alleged similarities between Christianity and the mysteries are either greatly exaggerated or fabricated. Scholars often describe pagan rituals in language they borrow from Christianity. The careless use of language could lead one to speak of a “Last Supper” in Mithraism or a “baptism” in the cult of Isis. It is inexcusable nonsense to take the word “savior” with all of its New Testament connotations and apply it to Osiris or Attis as though they were savior-gods in any similar sense.
(3) The chronology is all wrong. Almost all of our sources of information about the pagan religions alleged to have influenced early Christianity are dated very late. We frequently find writers quoting from documents written 300 years later than Paul in efforts to produce ideas that allegedly influenced Paul. We must reject the assumption that just because a cult had a certain belief or practice in the third or fourth century after Christ, it therefore had the same belief or practice in the first century.
(4) Paul would never have consciously borrowed from the pagan religions. All of our information about him makes it highly unlikely that he was in any sense influenced by pagan sources. He placed great emphasis on his early training in a strict form of Judaism (Phil. 3:5). He warned the Colossians against the very sort of influence that advocates of Christian syncretism have attributed to him, namely, letting their minds be captured by alien speculations (Col. 2:8).
(5) Early Christianity was an exclusivistic faith. As J. Machen explains, the mystery cults were nonexclusive. “A man could become initiated into the mysteries of Isis or Mithras without at all giving up his former beliefs; but if he were to be received into the Church, according to the preaching of Paul, he must forsake all other Saviors for the Lord Jesus Christ….Amid the prevailing syncretism of the Greco-Roman world, the religion of Paul, with the religion of Israel, stands absolutely alone.” This Christian exclusivism should be a starting point for all reflection about the possible relations between Christianity and its pagan competitors. Any hint of syncretism in the New Testament would have caused immediate controversy.
(6) Unlike the mysteries, the religion of Paul was grounded on events that actually happened in history. The mysticism of the mystery cults was essentially nonhistorical. Their myths were dramas, or pictures, of what the initiate went through, not real historical events, as Paul regarded Christ’s death and resurrection to be. The Christian affirmation that the death and resurrection of Christ happened to a historical person at a particular time and place has absolutely no parallel in any pagan mystery religion.
(7) What few parallels may still remain may reflect a Christian influence on the pagan systems. As Bruce Metzger has argued, “It must not be uncritically assumed that the Mysteries always influenced Christianity, for it is not only possible but probable that in certain cases, the influence moved in the opposite direction.”[22] It should not be surprising that leaders of cults that were being successfully challenged by Christianity should do something to counter the challenge. What better way to do this than by offering a pagan substitute? Pagan attempts to counter the growing influence of Christianity by imitating it are clearly apparent in measures instituted by Julian the Apostate, who was the Roman emperor from A.D. 361 to 363. (Excerpted from his article “Was the New Testament Influenced by Pagan Religions” that first appeared in the Christian Research Journal, Winter, 1994).

That will depend on judges that can put a hold on the revelation of facts as important as the qualifications required of a Presidential candidate. By the time anything positive gets past them all their $20 donations will be worth only 20 cents.

He said it on one of his radio talk shows, how his life and recovery from booze had brought him to a real low point. He was engaged but she would not marry him unless he had some form of christian religion in his life. So, he shopped around and tried different churches, none of which he could commit to. He then stumbled his way into a Mormon church, liked what he heard and joined the fellowship and was married soon afterwards. He claims that as soon as he became serious with the fellowship, miracles began to happen and his phone rang giving him the best career offer of his life in being a radio talk host.
Glen said all that on one of his past radio talk shows within the last few months, as I recal.
He belives it was God answering his prayers, but I say his fellowship pulled some strings, which obviously still control him like the puppet he is. God is not guiding this man, but his pastor and church peers are is and that’s a scary thought, but it is reality. No one’s pastor and church peers should control the decisions a person makes, unless that person has been neutered spiritually and those are the one’s that are the most controllable and dangerous. But then again so is false patriotism.

This lawsuit does raise an interesting and timely point with regard to how the proposed Hate Crimes amendment could backfire on the sector that is supporting it. Defamation is a longstanding charge, but if the Hate Crimes amendment is passed, if anyone can put people in prison just for getting their “feelings” hurt, so can the 9/11ers and other freedom fighters, right? Seems to me that even if the Hate Crimes amendment is specific to the internet (haven’t read the wording myself), it sets the stage for extension to other forms of communication.

In truth I rarely make fun of or ridicule anyone, I’m just sick of all the lies and hypocrite’s on this site. I like documentaries also but I wouldn’t call have the films being released documentaries, more like propaganda and truth twisters. My family loves me and even on my worse day i wouldn’t call someone a loser or “nothing.” You’re just upset because what I wrote is true. Everyone wants everyone else to spoon-feed them their information which is called infotainment. The evidence has no bearing on the truth because the truth has never been told on mainstream television. Yes, there are defamation suits, But Defamation, like Libel, are extremely hard to prove! In court you have to show “How you were Defamed!” And how it hurt you or caused you grief, resulting from monetary loss or Pain!
I watched a legal expert explain how it is done and how to win them! Unfortunately, it never included class action, or higher court proceedures!
But, if this is successful, do you think we could Sue DHS for their report about the people who they “believe” to be potential Terrorists?

Rick.. What I refered to as “hard to Prove”, The only way to get ANY type of Monetary payment for pain due to the defammation is to prove that you, 1. Lost a job or other forms of Monetary compensation due to the Defaming remark.(Not that it hurt your feelings!) 2. You must show where and when it was directed at you personally and NOT a GROUP that is loosely affiliated! This is why I said it will be hard to prove!
BUT IF IT GETS TO COURT AND THE PRESS, HE HAS ALREADY WON! Making people aware that we do pay attention and will fight back using their own methods is a good way to make them stop trying to make us out to be what we are not!

I think anyone that believes the towers were blown up are either morons or they are in total denial. You cannot blow up a curtain wall constructed building without it being incredibly obvious. All the support is on the outside. We are talking multiple puffs of smoke simultaneously. The plane hitting the first tower took out 40+ supports in an instant and the building stood another hour. It required the WEAKENING (not melting) of the steel by fire to finally set off the chain reaction. The floors slammed into each other like a stack of pancakes creating loud bangs.

All the support was not on the outside of the building at least with WTC 1 & 2 anyway, it was in the centre core columns. Plus there are alot of puffs of smoke, which they pass off as air escaping, which it isn’t.
Also how come there was molten steel all over the site of WTC 1 & 2 even weeks after the collaspe and under building 7 at all? The New York Times called it the biggest mystery of 911.
Plus nano-thermite being found at the site and backed up by a full scientific journal and lots of other reasons i could go into if i could be bothered but the above is enough.

That he poses as a Libertarian at the same time as saying Ron Paul supporters are dangerous, not to mention the FEMA camp backtrack, is evidence that he’s not what he professes to be. Well, from my understanding, Greg Hoover will have to prove a number of things: 1.) That he is indeed a 9/11 truther, and 2.) That Beck’s comments regarding 9/11 truthers are untrue, and that Becks comments injured Greg Hoover (or will injure Hoover’s reputation in this case), and 3.) That Beck had malicious intent when he said those things about 9/11 truthers.

The first time I ever heard Glenn Beck was during the murder of Terry Schiavo. He was so good at articulating the horror I felt…. that politicians and judges could send an innocent woman to death by starvation , before the whole world. Glenn spoke on behalf of a woman who couldn’t defend herself , and the woman’s parents who struggled to legally fight for the privilege of caring for their daughter at home , at their own expense. I was pretty impressed by him and how he took up Terry’s cause.
But then he decided some people ( 911 truthers) were not worthy of the first ammendment, and he calls down imprisonment and torture on them just as easily as he begged mercy for Terry.
Life for some , torture for others, all depends on who Glenn likes and doesn’t.
He is dishonest, and he is not God.

I think it is imperative that the language we speak clearly reflects reality always, but much more so when dealing with these NWO creeps. They know how to use language to mislead. We must use it to direct those who are lost and searching into the light of fact and truth. One perfect example is that in Romans 13 it clearly states that whatever power is in place at any given time is there by God’s will, and WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES are the power here in The United States according to our Constitution. A Constitution God allowed to be the LAW OF THE LAND so that we, as a sovereign people, can LEGALLY force those who try to overthrow our system of SELF government (which GOD allowed to be in place for us), to stand down or go to prison or worse, if necessary. We are obeying the law and submitting ourselves to the only authority that matters when we are obeying the Constitution and dutifully observing every right and liberty that Constitution points out that we have as United States citizens, and defending those rights and liberties. Do not ever allow any supposed “authority figure”, including so-called “law enforcement” personnel, to convince you that you “must obey Romans 13, because the bible says so, and if you’re a christian, etc., blah, blah, blah”…… because they do not know what they are talking about, only what they were told is effective against idiots who don’t obey God in the first place when God says we must be VIGILANT.

I think that it’s possible that Glenn Beck is trying to incite someone in our movement to attempt violence toward him. That would give him the opportunity to accuse the Patriot Movement/911 Truthers of being the people he has been saying we are. We aren’t a violent movement…we all know that.
What he said at the start of his show today was UNBELIEVABLE. With great indignation, he accused Left Wingers of doing to him what he did to the 911 Truthers two days ago! I can’t believe my eyes and ears!!! And, of course, he didn’t even mention that HE DID THAT TO US!!! He is only complaining about how HE is being demonized by some Journalist in Washington…GIVE ME A BREAK!! That’s how he works. He blatantly does something that is unethical, probably illegal and dangerously slanderous to others and turns right around and claims it is being done to HIM!!! I’ve seen 12 year olds and younger try this tactic in school to get out of some wrong they did…now the Fox News Entertainment Clown in tennis shoes is showing what he is really made of.

You’re right – there is little or no difference between what Beck said, and what is said about him here in many posts, and the potential for lawsuits is fantastic. I guess it depends on motivation. Beck’s comments were certainly defamatory, and I admittedly feel personally affronted. But the reason I want to see him held to task is that, while so many of us do a reasonable job of trying to open people’s eyes to the deception that is the official account of 9/11, Beck is pointedly tying the blindfolds tighter. Add to this a palpable potential increase in the threat to each of us individually who question 9/11, by cubbyholing us as terrorists, and call it exasperation.
I don’t know why Iraq couldn’t sue the US for the WMD reports. Maybe some day they will.

I would think that 9/11 truthers would need to sue as a group. IF the 9/11 truthers had passed out as many DVDs as previously reported, anyone listening to Beck would be able to discern his behavior and desperation from the already established facts. However if Beck disregarded previous scientific studies and facts discovered after 9/11, then his commercially related speech affords less protection than that of an individual. To limit his liability, Beck, and his producer would be required to give opposing views on the very same broadcast networks.

I used to like Glenn. I used to listen to him. I used to respect him (especially since he is a recovered-alcoholic supposedly)–but, from his statements and way-of-thinking that 9/11- truthers are “terrorists”, I fail to want to listen to him ever again! I wonder if there is any case law on this subject already. Beck will claim he was trained by FOX and was only doing his job. If so, vicarious liabillity falls on Fox Corp. However- Unless the aggrieved party was specifically and individually defamed there are no grounds for a suit. It might still be a good tactic, FOX and Fucks will have to send someone to court and it will possibly generate mainstream media coverage. But, case law, at least as of 10 years ago when I studied this, holds that an individual is NOT defamed by accusations made about a group to which that individual is a member. Beck would have had to defame him individually, in which case send in the lawyers!

I was surprised to see Glen Beck do a “180″. Watching him, looked like he had to force himself to say what he did. No one with an IQ over 90 would draw such a rediculous claim to “all 9/11 truthers are phycopaths”. If that were the case, he’d be calling millions “psychopaths” that work in every industry there is, including many in the government who believe it was an inside job.

The beauty of America is that this is a land where no matter what your beliefs are we can coexist peacefully and respect other’s rights to their opinions. We’re undermining our own effort by denying ourselves the chance to unite under the beliefs and causes that we all share. We cannot hope to ever be taken seriously and will always be labled as nutjobs unless we can achieve this unity. Whether you believe in christ or not, if you do please respect that other denominations have a different viewpoint than your own. Make no mistake, as the title of this website suggests we are in a war for our minds. We cannot win a war if we are divided into factions, we must unite under our common cause and save the religious discussions for other times and places. It all comes down to respecting other people’s opinions, not just in religion, but in general. Yep, it’s a .gov “chat-bot” that is monitoring this site, no
doubt about that. As you mentioned, only a chat bot program
could be fast enough to monitor every single post that is posted
24/7 and without ever missing a beat either. And like you mentioned
they have set that chat-bot to allow all of the instane and rediculous
post’s that are all full of insanity. While at the same time, when ever
anyone posts a real good post that is the truth and full of the facts, your post
will somehow get deleted most of the time.
Sometime the chat-bot monitor will not catch everything, and that is how
sometimes your posts will go through. No doubt the chat-bot has a word filter in it,
and if certain words show up in any post, it will automatically block
that post. This is all done like you mentioned, to make Alex’s message
board here look like it’s filled up with just a bunch of insane wacko’s and
nut cases.
I’ve also noticed for years, that somo of the chat bot’s
favorite tricks, is to take out the letter ” r ” in certain words that you type, to
make you look like a fool. For example, you are typing a sentence,
and you place the word ” your ” in that sentence, because that is the
proper way the sentence would be spoken. But when that chat bot takes
out the letter ” r ” from the word ” your ” that you typed, then it looks
like you typed the word ” you ” , and in a sentence, that will make you
look like you have bad grammer, and do not know how to talk, or type
properly etc.
Example Sentence: You type: ” Where is your cell phone ? ” and that chat
bot will take that letter ” r ” out of the word ” your ” that you know that you typed,
and your sentence will end up looking like this: ” Where is you cell phone ? ”
These are just a few examples of very devious chat bots that are all over the
internet. Anything that they can do, to try and discredit the one posting, so as
to make the one posting look like a fool.
btw – I know I typed this post out accurately, so if it comes out with “typo’s” and
letters missing, then everyone will know what has happened.

I can’t believe my eyes and ears!!! And, of course, he didn’t even mention that HE DID THAT TO US!!! He is only complaining about how HE is being demonized by some Journalist in Washington…GIVE ME A BREAK!! That’s how he works. He blatantly does something that is unethical, probably illegal and dangerously slanderous to others and turns right around and claims it is being done to HIM!!! I’ve seen 12 year olds and younger try this tactic in school to get out of some wrong they did…now the Fox News Entertainment Clown in tennis shoes is showing what he is really made of.
My only conclusion, because of the disbelief and other emotions that I felt over what I was hearing, is that he is trying to incite somebody to violence who the MSM can claim is a part of our movement. I wish we could all join this lawsuit. The lawsuit is great, I’m happy about it.
It’s like Hitler said, the bigger the lie, the better the people will believe it (paraphrase). Tonight, he (Glenn Beck, not Hitler…I think) will be interviewed by John Stossel on 20/20 (10pm EST) and the propaganda campaign with a foundation of contrived emotion that is Glenn Beck will handed to ABC watchers with a big dose of honey…

I hope Mr. Hoover includes as a matter of “specific performance” to be ordered by the court with his upcoming win over Beck et. al. a full retraction to be given in the same amount of time the defaming comments were aired not to mention requesting court costs, pain and suffering, and muzzling further related verbal diarrhea. This person should ask for air-time on Fox News Channel as part of the compensation should they get this case heard. Use it to show the real 9/11 truth movement and some of the compelling evidence which has led us to believe what we believe. That would be more valuable than any monetary compensation or apology, because maybe, just maybe, one or two of the brainwashed masses will see it and find the evidence too hard to overlook. I teach at a vocational school and I showed the Obamadeception one day and it really left an impact on my students. I received good and negative feedback. Most of them thought it was very profound and thought provoking. So, far I still have my job…

Holy Crap! This site has gone in the tank. I have always supported AJ through dvd purchases and a prisonplanet membership. Glenn Beck is the best thing going in the mainstream media. AJ is hardly mainstream, although I wish he was. Beck has started a movement, and is anti-governmenet. Why does AJ approve articles like this? Jesus also did not die for the entirety of humanity, but instead as the bible says: died for those whom his father sent him to die for {see John 6:37} which also says all given him by his father will come. Notice that not some will come, but all will come. God does not try to save people, he mercies whom he wishes and hardens whom he wishes {Romans 9:18}. I think this should suffice and end the argument about free will and Predestination!

9-11 “Truthers” ARE a bunch of insane barking moonbats. Nobody buy you idiots is claiming that fire “melted” steel in WTC, only that when the fire reached 600 degrees C, the steel had lost over half of it’s tensile strength, and that the fire did in fact reach over 1000 degrees C, softening it to the point that it could no longer carry the loads above it. Once the main supporting members (trusses and colums) got that hot, the sheer weight of the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF TONS bearing down on it caused them to fail.
You people are also entirely too stupid to realize that ANY explosives that were allegedly placed in the WTC beforehand would have burned up withing the first 20 minutes of the fire (C-4 catches fire at 350 degrees F, and can be lit with a common kitchen match), and that’s not counting all of the wires, det cord, and everything else that’s required for a successful implosion to take place that would have been ripped out when the planes hit the buildings! Oh, and that’s completely ignoring the fact that the floors would have had to have been completely gutted in order for the explosives to have been placed to begin with, which begs the question…didn’t anyone working there notice that their offices had been completely gutted?
WTC 7 collapsed because of the fires that were being fed by the emergency pumps for the generators, spewing diesel fuel at 75 gallons per minute at 50 PSI (roughly 17 times the rate of a normal garden hose) after it was damaged by debris falling from WTC 1, which eventually weakened it’s structural members to the point where they too failed.
If you want to see what steel looks like after a fire, look at the picture here ( http://www.malmesbury-memories.....ndex1.html ). It’s from a factory fire in England. Notice all of the bent up, deformed, folded, SPAGHETTI LIKE STEEL! That’s what happens when steel gets hot, or didn’t any of you remember that steel is made by HEAT?

I’ve seen it, and Richard Gage is a primary reason why Architects aren’t allowed to put their stamp on Engineering prints. I’ve spent over 30 years in the construction industry, I’ve overseen the renovation and reconstruction of more than a dozen multi-story steel framed structures that were damaged by major fire, and in every case, the steel was weakened to the point of failure, and all of it had to be removed because it could no longer bear any structural loads.
Oh, and as for your “flame thrower” crack, it’s just more proof that you’re not really interested in the truth, only in cranking out more of your nonsense.

Recent bejing tower COMPLETELY engulfed in flames and yet it’ stood strong. Jet fuel burns at 500′c, steel that collapsed was burning at 2200′c and theirs only 1 thing that we know of that burns like that and its called “thermite”, the form used and evidence found at all collapsed structures was “thermade” and its a form of thermite only its form is c-4 like substance. So before you think you know it all , pick up a book or better still seek advice of experienced architechs, ALL of which will tell you plainly the buildings were detonated at main or central supporting beams.

Actually, the only way to know at exactly what temperature “steel” melts at is to know exactly what type of steel it is! Simple “mild steel” melts at a considerably lower temperature (1480 degrees C) than chrome/moly steel (1500 C), but again, NOBODY but you loons is talking about steel “melting”, only weakening to the point that it can no longer support it’s structural loadings, which occurs at around (+/-) 600 C.
Now, as to your claim of jet fuel burning at 500 degrees C and the steel allegedly being at 2200 degrees C, this is just more nonsense. What type of “jet fuel” burns at 500 degrees C? Jet A? Jet-A1? JP-4? JP-5? JP-6? JP-8? For your information, Jet-A flashes at 100.4 F, and auto-ignites at 410 F, and burns in open air at 549 F, but none of that has anything to do with the temperatures inside of a burning structure, which routinely achieves, or exceeds, 1000 degrees C (don’t believe me, just go down to your local Fire Department and ask an experienced Fire Chief).
As for your “thermite” and C-4, I was trained with both of them in the military, along with “thermate” (perhaps what you meant when you said “thermade”?), and all of them, along with any other explosives, detonators, wires, det-cord, or anything else used to set off an implosion would have completely burned off in the fire LONG before the building collapsed. Oh, and one more thing, I’ve been involved with imploding structures, and you don’t have the first clue what you’re talking about.

In the summer of 2001 before 9/11, President Bush gave the military a standing order to shoot down ANY hostile plane so what was Cheney’s order on the day of 9/11? Obviously, Cheney issued an order to counter act Bush’s order and let the planes hit their targets. The question is, why did Cheney commit an act of treason?

You are joking aren’t you? I mean…seriously? First of all, NORAD did not “stand down” as you allege, and anyone who thinks it was simply isn’t paying attention to reality. The “orders” allegedly attributed to Cheney were to SHOOT DOWN Flight 77, not for NORAD to “stand down”.
Secondly, prior to 9-11, there had only ever been 1 (ONE) “intercept” of an aircraft inside the continental United States, and that was golfer Payne Stewarts aircraft in 1999, and it took over an hour and a quarter from the time the call went out to aircraft acquiring visual confirmation on the bird. The average time between loss of signal of any of the 4 aircraft on 9-11 and them hitting the Pentagon, WTC 1 & 2, or going down in Pennsylvania was 32 minutes, barely enough time for the jets to be in the air, much less to make an intercept. The entire “10 minute” claim to have fighters in the air and on station comes from….a flight simulator GAME (ATCC), not any form of reality!
One more thing, Treason is defined as giving aid and comfort to the enemy, which is exactly what you barking moonbats are doing every day that you talk about this crap. Now, pull your heads out of your fourth points of contact and use them for something other than a convenient hat-rack for your silly tin-foil caps!

Just like the photo of blood has never determined its type or DNA. You must physically go to the wreckage and verify the serial numbers. Was the “film faked”? Whether they were fake, just like the film of WMD’s Iraq, is up to history to decide. The NTSB was NEVER allowed anywhere near ANY of the 4 planes and the 4 crash sites on 9/11. The FBI threatened the NTSB. Oh, and Kisa, using your lame assed theory that film footage of a plane crash is not proof of an aircraft crash automatically means that EVERY aircraft crash that has ever happened, didn’t really happen unless you can still go to the physical site of the crash and see the debris! That’s insane on a level that defies all logic! Using your silly theory, a B-25 never hit the Empire State Building. The building was repaired and all the debris was hauled away and eventually recycled. In fact, using your failed excuse for logic, NO airplane has EVER crashed, since the sites have all eventually been cleaned up!
As far as the NTSB not being allowed to investigate, that’s BUNK! The NTSB did investigate, and issued their reports, but the main site was under FBI control, so the NTSB operated in a subordinate role to the FBI. 9-11 wasn’t a simple aircraft incident, it was handled as a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION, which is why the FBI held primary responsibility for the investigation, but if you had 2 active brain cells between your ears, you would have known that.

WTC-7 was heavily damaged by falling degris from WTC-1, and widespread fires were reported shortly following the collapse of WTC-1. These fires burned for over 6 hours, fed by the emergency generator fuel pumps leading to the failure of the transfer trusses that supported the floors above, which is what led to the collapse.
BTW, contrary to all of the “theories”, WTC-7 did NOT collapse into it’s own footprint as WTC-1 and 2 did, but rather went over on it’s side, falling across Greenwich and Broadway, with much of the debris striking the US Post Office building about 120 feet away.

I am aware that these comments are a combination of a few people deliberately trying to derail ON TOPIC coherent discourse and a handful of “Pavlov’s dogs” who are unable to ignore the trolls. Democracy is rule by the loudest asshole because 80% of the public follow the loudest asshole. But there should still be SOME of you people out there with three digit IQs who are capable of recognizing what is going on and who can respond accordingly.
Frankly, I cannot see how a lawsuit of this type can actually take form. How can you file a lawsuit on behalf of a group of people who share a belief? There have been a handful of cases where lawsuits have been won by “whole groups” of people, but these generally deal with ethnic race or the like. To file on behalf of those who are self proclaimed 9/11 truthers seems less tangible. I do agree that Beck should be pulled from the air and face trial for aiding the traitors who have hijacked the government. But as for a defamation lawsuit? I just can’t see it. If Beck is forced to pay reparations to 9/11 truthers, how do you weed out those who are real truthers from those who simply claim to be? Having the court force Beck to apologize for his remarks would be ridiculous. It would be like getting the court to cite someone who just killed your entire family in a hit and run accident with a speeding ticket.
Anyway, if anyone can make the goals and expectations of this suit more clear, please, help me to understand.

THE MAGIC QUESTION
One Saturday afternoon at Ground Zero a fellow Truther and I were approached by a Major Media Talking TV Head. He feigned ignorance of 9/11 and pretended to seek more information.

“How come it wasn’t reported that Osama bin Laden is not wanted by the FBI for the 9/11 attack — and never has been wanted, not for a single second?”
About ten seconds elapsed as the famous commentator’s face turned red but his mouth, perhaps for the first time, failed to open.
“Aren’t you glad you’re not on TV now?” I asked. He most certainly was.
I had accidentally stumbled onto a potential weapon of mass media destruction. You simply ask why stories of critical significance concerning 9/11 weren’t reported to the American public.
THEY HAVE NO ANSWER.
Since the media suppressed most of the damning 9/11 evidence, there’s no shortage of stories to ask about.
The good news here is that this line of questioning isn’t limited to famous talking heads. When confronting defenders of the official gov’t story, ask “Why wasn’t it reported . . .” enough times and and any reasonable, open-minded onlooker will get the point rather quickly.
Bonus: nothing has to be proved, no scientific debate is necessary to use this technique. You doggedly tick off the incriminating evidence, preceding each example by asking why it wasn’t reported. Another bonus: you don’t have to prove what was or wasn’t reported, since the entire world was glued to their TV sets the first week of 9/11.
“Why wasn’t it reported to the American public that . . . ” That’s your focus. It’s a killer — like the killers who got away with 9/11.

I don’t know what kind of a man John Caklvin was, and a lot of historical Calvinists have been marvelous dedicated Christians. But Calvinism, the doctine, has the stink of Hell on it an always will. It insults the perfection of Christ’s atoneing death.
