Martial Law Will Be Declared If Banker Bill Not Passed In House

In House debate on the banker “rescue” bill, Rep. Brad Sherman told his fellow Congress critters the government will declare martial law and the stock market will drop 3,000 points if the bill is not passed. “The panic-mongers were to the point of telling people the market would drop 3,000 points and there would be martial law,” said Sherman.
Sherman’s comment was not in the same context as a comment issued by Rep. Michael Burgess earlier in the week. Burgess, who appeared on the Alex Jones Show, said Pelosi threatened to invoke House rule XIII(6)(a), described as “martial law,” intended to suspend normal procedures and safeguards and thus allowing the House leadership to operate in a more authoritarian fashion. Sherman, however, said martial law would be declared on Wall Street, not in the House.
Rep. Sherman said the “exaggerated fear-mongering turned out not to be true” and the House “can draft a good bill,” regardless of the pressure put on representatives to pass the banker bailout bill.

The bailout plan is not only “economic fascism,” as Richard Viguerie has correctly noted, designed to loot the U.S. Treasury and reorganize and further consolidate elite control over the economy, but it is also a brazen effort to impose a martial law and dictatorship. Paulson’s role as financial dictator, not answerable to Congress or the American people, fully compliments additional steps taken over the last few years.
As former California congressman Dan Hamburg said earlier this year, the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act gives the executive the power to invoke martial law in case of “major public emergencies,” not limited to “a natural disaster, a disease outbreak, a terrorist attack,” but also “any other condition in which the President determines that domestic violence has occurred to the extent that state officials cannot maintain public order.” Obviously, a financial crash and ensuing social chaos of the sort now being implemented by the ruling elite would be characterized as a dire emergency and a near perfect excuse to impose martial law, a long standing goal of the elite.
As well, the Military Commissions Act of 2006, codifying indefinite imprisonment of dissidents, and the National Security Presidential Directive 51, ensuring the “continuity of government” in the event of a “catastrophic emergency,” are tools the government will most assuredly use after the economy implodes, now a foregone conclusion according to many economists.
Numerous Bilderberg pronouncements, dutifully reported here at Infowars and Prison Planet but ignored by the larger corporate media, reveal what the global elite have in mind for us — an engineered economic crash followed by a consolidation of wealth under fire sale conditions. In order to successfully accomplish this, the elite must impose martial law and “maintain public order,” that is to say force the public to accept their terms by military force.
As the Army Times reported last month, a battle-hardened “homeland” brigade is now “going domestic” after spending time in Iraq. It appears this illegal deployment (under Posse Comitatus) is designed to respond to “public disorder” as the economy is deliberately and cynically dismantled at the behest of our rulers who are now investing in the Treasury and the executive, with the complicity of Congress, dictatorial powers heretofore unheard of in America.

It’s time to take stock of our surroundings and determine how we will survive in the event of food rationing, water shortages and riots. Luckily I live on the outskirts of a major city, near many Oak trees (acorns and squirrels), and a small stream (dirty and polluted, but should be fine if I boil it). Also, I have no qualms about turning to cannibalism. You’ve gotta do what you’ve gotta do. I’m pretty sure this will break out pretty ferociously in inner city areas around the country. I also envision the dropping of flyers defining the proper temperature at which to cook human flesh, and the means and methods of storage, preparation, and how to determine whether the meat is rotten or gangrenous.

Brad Sherman is one the most even tempered, honest and well reasoned people in the US House. DO ANYTHING PELOSI, who has become more repugnant as she approaches 70 and thinks she can outfox bright truthful people like Sherman. Call her office and speak your mind. The bill is a piece of s--- and anyone who knows finance will tell you that. I also urge Alex of whom I am very fond and admire much not get overheated and too Y2K over this. It is very dramatic though. The fact that the bitch has the nerve to use threats in tandem with Paulson and the team… not to be forgiven! For now.

They DID impose martial law in NOLA during Katrina, they were ready for it in Baton Rouge, as well, and they sent “security” personnel recently to Galveston. And who said a damn thing about forest fires?? I like how you invent s--- like that to make yourself sound credible. So before you call any of us “stupid”, please make an effort to have an explanation in your defense, rather than just criticizing the rest like you’re some kind of authority. Look up the New York Times article yesterday (The Business Section) and you will read that the 5 major banking houses colluded with the SEC to expand there debt/eqity ratios (Usually its $1.00 in reserve but the banks can loan out/create $10.00 to loan out) and because the SEC did nt regulate we have had these banks increase their ratios to $33.00 loaned against the real $1.00 in reserve. Now, the federal reserve wants the taxpayer to borrow $700 billion from the federal reserve and pay them the interest on that loan, while they give our money to the banksters who own the federal reserve. Nice scam.

I think so many americans who think this whole “hunker down with food and water and wait it out” idea of dealing with martial law have either a.) never been in the woods or ever been in any type of combat situation for any extended lenght of time. -or- b.)think that if they just do as there told and try to get by without causing any waves that things will work themselves out. C’mon people! Lets say for a minute that you have an entire years worth of food and clean drinking water. Thats great. Now thats assuming that you stayed in you home, so lets go with that scenario for a minute and tackle that problem (a). What happens if the water gets shut off, or power, or both? What happens if you get sick? What happens if you cant take a shower? Whats the longest any of you have ever gone without a shower? Do you have any idea how fast your health will deteriorate without one? You have no clean clothes, no real way to other everyday items like toothpaste or vitamins. And lets not forget the mental health breakdown of being trapped in your home with only whoever is left in there with you for a ridiculously long period of time and the stress of the situation itself!(no shrinks anymore for some of you!)Now this is all if you get to stay in your home. The situation becomes dramaticaly worse if you decide to go live in the woods or something to that extreme. Well you’ll hunt right. Sure you can shoot an animal if you have to, but can you skin it and butcher it? Would you even know what parts to eat? And this is all ontop off the previous problems. Trust me when I tell you that even being in the woods for two weeks will take its toll without proper shelter…let alone a year.
Now lets take on scenario (b), the people that think if they just sit tight and do as there told that they will get through it and everything will be alright and God will save them or something like that. Well the truth is you might have a real rude awakening coming. More than likely if you haven’t already been removed from your home then you will just be sitting there in the situation that I mentioned above but without any clean water or food. But for these people they have to remember that there will be no commerce, no trucks bringing supplies to the local grocery store,(you wouldnt be able to go anyway), no way to “run out and grab a few things”, they won’t be there anyway. The country won’t just be running as normal but under martial law, it will come to a screaching halt! Remember the government has an agenda and their going to stick with it.
Now I know that everyone is saying “well what do we do then?” Well its simple. You only have one choice. You have to fight! You have to band together and go at the problem straight on. If you dont then it wont be a matter of if you live or die… just when. Total disregard for all authority, police, military, government, etc. I kid you not that if there is a couple of platoons of national guardsmen or couple dozen police starring down a couple thousand armed nothing to loose civilians who have no regard for anything that they have to say or do….I promise you….there will be no fight. Human instinct kicks in and tells you that the majority will win. They will leave and quickly…but they will be back. You will have to establish local leaders in your community to take care of food and drinking rations. Take charge of your municipalities such as power and water. And most of all be prepared to fight and defend them, to defend yourselves and defend your freedom. This will be not a fight for freedom but a revolution. Because they will be back! But for everyone who decides to wait it out, by the time you do become tired of waiting and nothing happening you will probably be so sick, exhausted and ill that you won’t have the health or will power to fight back. You have one choice and thats from the door! The elitist families who ran the world and the powers that be in europe that really controlled everthing during the first revolutionary war are still in power today. This experiment known as democracy cannot be a footnote in history. It has always been a thorn in the side of the elites, officials working for the people that is. This has been a long standing plan to rid the world of democracy. There is a quote that goes like this “put me in charge of a countries finances and I care not who makes its laws” The federal reserve bank is not federal at all(google it)it is a private bank establised on jeckyll island in 1913 by a group of wealthy european and american banking elites whos families and/or companies still sit on the chairs today.(google the majority shareholders of the fed. reserve) So when our “president” borrows money from the federal reserve, he is doing so from the same elites that we so fought to be free from, and he is doing it at INTEREST! You know, I had nightmares when I was young of tanks rolling down the streets, and I remember being very afraid in the nightmares because I didn’t know which side I was supposed to be on. Think about this, folks, the only other super powers in the world are Russia and China. There may come a time when, as we did in WWII, they invade America in order to liberate the innocent from the hands of a corrupt government. We will not know which side to take. Do we fight the invading army and accept the propaganda that the NWO feeds us? Or do we join the invading army to fight off our own government? This will be hell. This will be absolutely horrifying and I have seen it coming for years. I struggle with trying to determine a course of action that would be best for all, liberation of all of us from this coming apocalypse, but every course I look into seems to already have been considered by those in charge. Our exits are blocked, our contingency plans have been accounted for. There is nowhere to turn. Do we don the jackboots and fight against the uprising? To all, I say LOVE is the true power and that the OATH taken by so many is a pledge out of care for what is good and right in this land we call America!
I myself do not wish for a fight and that I have called, emailed, pleaded, challenged to all concerned of their Responsibility and DUTY to the Oath for which they have pledged, from Police, Politicians, Soldiers (I am a Armorer), friends, family and all that are in positions to make a positive effect. Still the ones that are in positions of power will not do THE RIGHT THING or even the job we elected them to, by protecting our sovereign rights as citizens of this land & by promise of their oath to office,leaving us citizens with the last resort to ever come closer.
I am just a man that loves his country and sadly I must now start preparing to defend this land I care so much about; not from some invading Foreign force but my very own ELECTED GOVERNMENT. This is a fight NONE of us should want but to all that have taken the Oath, REMEMBER this!!
Alot of good Men & Women have paid with their lives to keep this land free from the like’s of what we now face and remember that the Man or Woman standing next to you could very well hold true to the Oath that they have taken and so go ahead and commit acts of unconstitutional aggression against the citizens and you just might get a little surprise from the REAL MEN & WOMEN that serve our land and so to the one’s of honor, I SALUTE you and to the ones that dishonor their Oath, I pity you for when you hold your child, think about the world you are giving to that souls’ future and what you may soon be dying for, like I probably will, (at least my death will be with honor)!

The bailout now contains $185bn of earmarks and must be stopped. If you can’t be bothered to read the 451-page document in its entirety, here are the main provisions of the Bailout plan that just got approved by the Senate:
1. Give King Paulson unlimited financial power and $700 billion.
2. Build a national fingerprint registry.
Give a tax exemption for any machinery “(other than any grain bin, cotton ginning asset, fence, or other land improvement)” used in a farm business
3. Require insurers to cover mental health physical expenses.
4. “Forest Receipt Payments To Eligible 9 States And Counties”, whatever that is but it doesn’t sound like a subprime-related issue.
5. Budget for mine reclamation fund gets an additional $9,000,000 in 2010.
6. Increase in limit on cover of rum excise tax to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
7. A tax exemption for wooden arrows, which must “measure 5⁄16 of an inch or less in diameter” and cannot be “suitable for use with a bow”.
8. A seven-year cost recovery period for motorsports racing track facility.
9. An extension of the economic development credit for American Samoa.
Some sort of tax exemption on Christmas tree ornaments that I simply didn’t understand.

I tell you, this disaster will make 9/11, look like a sparkler display… not to belittle the sacrifice of the 3000 people who lost their lives that day, but it will pale by comparison…
Remember, close to 7 million people starved to death here in the United States… during the Great Depression, and what these bastards have planned, will make the Great Depression look like a Sunday school picnic…
This $700+ billion, bail out/paycheck for the Wall Street bankers, will not go to help the people one bit… They are blaming all of this on folks that borrowed too much money for their ability to repay, and are losing their homes… Well, if you do the math on that… $100 billion or so would be more than enough to bail every troubled household out of financial problem, in this country, right now.
No this is a smokescreen for an out and out theft by the international bankers and the global elite, which will chattelize future generations of Americans into the slavery of neo-feudalism under a system that cannot be broken… Not only that, but the amount of money these rascals will ultimately acquire, without restraint or restrictions… restrictions that are absent in the 800+ page bill… is more like $7 trillion… the entire worth of all of the remaining free held real property of the United States…
They are creating money out of thin air, that will just be handed to them, that will collateralize the real property, the real assets of America, at INTEREST all to be paid by the American tax-payers… Much of the money will be used to bail out foreign banks as well… all of this on the this backs of the American people, under a chattel feudal yoke, into perpetuity!

The bailout now contains $185bn of earmarks and must be stopped.
If you can’t be bothered to read the 451-page document in its entirety, here are the main provisions of the Bailout plan that just got approved by the Senate:
1. Give King Paulson unlimited financial power and $700 billion.
2. Build a national fingerprint registry.
3. Give a tax exemption for any machinery “(other than any grain bin, cotton ginning asset, fence, or other land improvement)” used in a farm business
Require insurers to cover mental health physical expenses.
4. “Forest Receipt Payments To Eligible 9 States And Counties”, whatever that is but it doesn’t sound like a subprime-related issue.
5. Budget for mine reclamation fund gets an additional $9,000,000 in 2010.
6. Increase in limit on cover of rum excise tax to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
7. A tax exemption for wooden arrows, which must “measure 5⁄16 of an inch or less in diameter” and cannot be “suitable for use with a bow”.
8. A seven-year cost recovery period for motorsports racing track facility.
9. An extension of the economic development credit for American Samoa.
10. Some sort of tax exemption on Christmas tree ornaments that I simply didn’t understand.

This is not the first time our representatives have been threatened with their actions being the cause for martial law to be declared. I think that the elite have little faith in citizenry in general to think that we are all a bunch of heathens and we would start shooting in the streets. In general most people are fairly fit and smart enough to survive–somehow.
Just as most protests are peaceful though, they tend to evoke the violence within with informant sh*t-disturbers. Don’t allow this to occur. Prepare, buy food, stock up when you have a few extra bucks in your pocket, keep extra blankets/clothing and candles in waterproof storage if you must. Most of all————-BE CIVIL.
Help neighbors as much as you can but there is a point where being a little selfish is a necessary evil, take care of your own and hope to get the word out to notify as many others as you can to do the same. The worse case scenerio would be to end up in government food lines (IF there are any) and eating the crud they chose for you to eat. God knows what sort of disease laden garbage bin scrapings would be in our soup.
Have faith in yourself and others to be as calm and respectful as possible in facing a crisis. Don’t be afraid to take charge (of your resources) or if you aren’t qualified….be less stubborn and allow a brother/sister citizen take that responsibility as a group. There are three ways of living: ignorant, passive, or active.
If one were ignorant:
One would be living a prescribed, monotonous, 9-5 life, confident that life will work itself out and everything would be ok. Whatever happens, happens, and it’s just the ‘way of the world’ shaping up…
If one were passive: One would accept the stream of mainstream media and follow the dictates of powers that be. Our elected leaders and representatives would be trusted to act on everyone’s behalf, and well-being.
If one were active: They would investigate history, question mainstream media, and be critical of the tenets of their particular cultural, social, economic, philosophical, or metaphysical/religious status or creed.
From a young age, I have been interested in Philosophy. As a child, I asked why Plato was important, and why he wasn’t included in public schooling. I never received a satisfactory answer; silence, or lack of information never quenches the thirst of one who hungers for knowledge. Not that I focused only on Phil., but I have noted how my character has followed brighter points of the examined, Philosophical life. These lessons and learnings have prompted me to take my life and time more seriously, and I am bettered for it.
I have been led to examine history and culture. I investigate law and ethics. Recently I am enjoying chemistry and physics. I adore anything pertaining to communication and meanings, or subjective significance. I am really jazzed about the food system, and even more so:
I am absolutely enthusiastic (enthusiamos, from the Greek, meaning THE GOD WITHIN…how is that for empowerment???) about having a remarkable daughter in Deia. Considerate of her, I need to be my best. That standard is addressed by examining the elements of my life, and directing my attention, my intention, and energies toward bringing about a better world for her. I keep in mind that my efforts are not solely for her. A better world for her, is a better world for all (why be exclusive?).
So, synchronicity has enveloped me for the past couple of years. This time period elicited vast change: I suffered a life threatening eye/brain injury, I welcomed my girl into this world, and I have experienced/am experiencing a wealth of resources in new friends, new ideas, and wondrous ‘new’ possibilities, opportunities, and responsibilities.
Through these amazing changes, I have been made aware of several concepts.
One is:
Truth is stranger than fiction.
Another is:
Values underlie behaviors. (Thanks to Dr. Jaehne)
Still another is:
Confrontation elicits change.
I have met people who have left me boggled (Thanks to Kory, Aaron, Matt, Jimmy, Suro Inay, Nate, Tony M.[2], among others). They travel and throw things from across the globe onto my plate. They have encouraged me to read, study, and ask questions. I am a better human being because of their efforts and offerings. I am more actualized: ACTIVE in my pursuit of truth and knowledge.
This pursuit leads me to include you, my reader, in my endeavor.
I invite you to seek out not only your subjective potential, but also incredible human potential.
I invite you to explore and create miraculous opportunities.
There is a tremendous amount of beneficial possibilities available to experience and enjoy.
Tremendous rewards await those who actively engage their world.
One can not live ignorantly of the consequences of their life’s decisions.
One can not live passively, as the initiative and personal agency that is ceded is taken up by others who may not have your best interests in mind.
One can live actively, and secure the possibility of growth, development, change and transformation. An active living asks hard questions of their situation.
Some possible questions include:
Is a better life possible?
Am I living the most amazing life, full of abundant well-being?
What kind of world am I contributing to?
I’ll address these questions, and offer a platform of action.
A better life is most certainly possible, and within immediate reach.
‘I’ live an amazing life, but I want more from it.
‘I’ am contributing to a world that offers some comforts, at the expense of others’ well-being.
I want more from this existence because I deserve more.
I desire clean and healthy natural resources.
I deserve water that is untreated by chemicals including fluoride that hinders my neural and brain functions. I deserve foods that are sourced locally-within my community- and that are without pesticides and chemical hormones.
I desire to travel the world and experience the wonders of other cultures and perspectives.
I deserve the chance to experience other distant cultures without the threat of terrorism or violence.
I desire representative government, free from corruption, avarice, and greed.
I deserve a government whose leaders represent my interests of peace, communication, accountability, justice, and prosperity for the constituents.
I desire to make use of the knowledge of the world, as I can make better decisions when I have a fuller understanding of the variables involved.
I deserve access to the information of the world, be it delivered via the unregulated internet (ALL HAIL NET NEUTRALITY!!!), or through unconsolidated and disparate media outlets.

From the beginnings of social interaction, people have followed a figurehead. Groups have followed the prescriptions of: a strong hunter/leader, a powerful shaman/medicine man, a Pope, a President, a premier, or a Dictator. Groups may have adhered to the prescriptions offered by a group of leaders, provided by a council, a military junta, a corporation, etc.
Such leaders are responsible for providing for the well-being of their constituency. If they do not provide for the people, the constituency suffers, and the most negative, ultimate result would be that the leader has no one over which to preside, b/c they’ve been harmed, or annihilated by the lack of provided care. The people would desert the leader, or would suffer calamities wrought by outside influence. Providing for the well-being of a people includes offering:
basic housing/shelter, food and resources necessary to live well, and access to information and education that contributes to the betterment of the social fabric.
In more modern times, the people in democratic governments have accepted the responsibility to seize the democratic leadership position, and hold their failing leaders accountable. Unfortunately, this is an occurrence that is not regular, and the political reins remain in the hands of those who seek to use power to manipulate and control others.
Can one steadfastly maintain that present leaders in the United States are doing their utmost to bring about equity, participation (besides positing the farcical vote/election process as one of merit), true representation, a healthy and empowered constituency, peace and prosperity to their constituents? As values underlie behavior, the very opposite of these enumerated values are demonstrated.
Worse still, the same government figures maintain the reasoning of how necessary they are to the continued existence of the United States. This is akin to the line of reasoning offered by the post-apocalyptic government featured in ‘V for Vendetta.’ These nefarious leaders inflict terror on their subjects as a motivation for the leadership’s continued role.
BUT!
If corruption, secrecy, and closed-door dealings are necessary to the functioning of their offered ‘democracy’, then violence, aggression and unnecessary bloodshed are the ironic required ingredients of their offered peace and prosperity.
Current leaders are saying that it’s either of two options:
Their economic rescue plan
or
Recession/Depression.
Two options form a dilemma: choose THIS OR THAT.
True alternatives are formed by more than two options. And there are more options that what these ‘leaders’ are offering.
[Consider that more than 400 GLOBAL economists stand opposed to this bill. They declaim how such measures will do nothing but add a paper seal to the exploitation committed by the fraudulent, centralized bankers of the Federal Reserve, among others.
Keep in mind the opposition to such a wall street bail-out on the grounds of its secrecy (voted on under 'martial law' House rules...SEE MY FACEBOOK NOTE FROM A DAY AGO...),
and its distance from the public eye (JUST LIKE THE PATRIOT ACT WAS PASSED!!!).]

and the leaders responsible offer sound bites via distanced, empty words.
The time is short to grasp our sacred, human potential and achieve peace, prosperity and well-being on a global scale. Active and focused attention needs to foment into public, coordinated action. The power and beauty of our best dreams can be realized when we accept our own sacred human power and demonstrate our amazing human beauty.
By choosing ignorance, many select death.
By opting to be passive, many will follow the prescriptions of leaders.
By being active, people will subjectively and collectively grow, transform, and develop.
By accepting a critical and active role, we can realize the most amazing human aspirations and dreams.
We will receive the rewards meant for those who contribute their own effort and energies towards bringing about something new and empowering.

I’ll tell you something, when I first came to Egypt to live, which is a 3rd world country, I went into shock and I ran back home to America after one month. I didnt realize how spoiled I was, how materialistic I was, how shallow I was, how good I had it, how easy it was. I missed Wal-mart so bad, yea I know sounds really stupid and it is, I missed my culture and traditions. When I first came to Egypt I went to live in a small villiage that was very poor, so poor you sleep with your chickens and cows, ducks with crap on the floor, your lucky to get some beans with your bread or rice. The smells were strange, I couldnt speak the language at first, everything was about 100 or more years behind time.
So I left back to America, and at first I felt relief and swore I would never go back, but eventually I asked myself what was it really that bothered me so much. After that I began to figure out what I mentioned above, and I came back to Egypt. I’m fine now with what ever it takes to live here, we live off the land and grow everything we need, have chickens and eggs, and yea if you have to wear the same clothes and wash them by hand when their dirty then you do, and I have. I’m not poor thanks to God, but no one where I live has any money and poverty is nothing to be ashamed of here. We help each other out, we make everything from nature, it’s hard at first, but after you get use to it, you start to love it. Sometimes you have to carry water, the electricity goes a lot but you use candles, and who needs make up or Wal-mart, or the internet for that matter (which soon I wont have). We walk every where we need to go, or take a taxi which cost about $2.00, so we pay no car payments, no insurance payments. We have gone without heat and without airconditioning before. It all sounds hard, but really, living off the land brings a lot of fullfillment and takes a lot of stress off of you in the current conditions in America now. If I can give up all the materialistic things about America, anyone can.
And more than anything, you depend on your fellow humans in this type of environment, what America use to be founded on. We have get togethers, if someone is sick everyone comes to help, cook or clean, when a child is born, everyone comes, when someone dies, everyone comes without fail. Its a strong loving community and we all know our neighbors, as well as work out our differences.
My point is that if you really want to get away from the rat race and have some peace, it is possible, but giving up the American goodies will cause some withdrawl pains and you have to be patient and give it a chance to work. Then after a while you will wonder what the hell you needed all that crap for any way, not to mention you really dont need to spend that much money on a bunch of nothing.

I had a gut feeling that this would happen. Apparently when a bill fails, all that needs to be done to make it more palatable for members of Congress is to add a BUNCH of pork trimmings and fat to it which will benefit their own constituents in some manner. This is nothing short of bribery on a Congressional scale and I believe it falls into a category of high crimes. Then take into account the fact that these s---bags voted for it, which makes them guilty of accepting the bribes. The new bill that was passed is bogus. The whole idea this will rescue and aid the mortgage meltdown is far from the truth. Its another bailout for Wall Street under the guise of helping mainstream Americans with their mortgages that is loaded with pork funds. Now the Fed as usual will cook up more funny money at interest to keep the housing bubble afloat, not the real economy. Can I get a bailout? I wouldn’t count on it, while severance pay for CEOs of belly up banks get millions to live opulent and extravagant lifestyles with their spoiled trophy wives and snobby, pampered, weak and golden diaper children. This represents..if we allow it, a turning point in how we experince the United States in the future.
Patriotism is not a function of accepting the illegal acts of the men that have currently hijacked our government. This union was created as a land of laws, not men. I have sent this to Jones at least 3 times and he still enjoys playing the tape of this guy lying, after he plays the clip Jones rants and raves while wallowing in that’s what they’ll do to you. Jones loves it as it plays into his excited misery mind set.
If I can find the above within 1 minute on the net and remember the guy lied, don’t tell me Jones doesn’t know, or someone other than me hasn’t told him it’s a lie. The lie is just too big to miss.
This is what bothers me about Jones.

No doubt that Bush, Bernanke and Paulsen’s ancestors were Chicken thieves in the past. I’d tell Bush by all means declare Martial law, he’s been a failure at everything else. Why not be a failure at this too. I’m not worried about troops of fighting if it comes to it. I’ll leave no children to leave behind, but those who think they’ll get by with such actions of enforcing martial law have to remember that they have families and they just may get killed and during such chaos and confusion who would take care of the wives, sons and daughters. Who would give up that for a small minded bunch of crooks. They asking for some to give more than some think they’ll give.

In a sense, it seems that in the USA there has never existed true democracy. They always have some kind of law, bla bla, that cancels the decisions made by the elected representatives. Right now it is martial law of the congress. later it will be (i hope not) martial law on the streets (it has already happened in some small places of the country. …and bla bla; the president isn’t really elected by the people, but instead he is basically approved by a group of people called the “electoral college”. This eletoral college can refuse to approve ANY publicly elected president if so they chose to do.
WHY IS THERE ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS NATION?

I realize I haven’t read all of the post here, but my skim of the topic didn’t reveal anyone saying the obvious. There is NO PROVISION IN THE CONSTITUTION FOR THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, CONGRESS, ETC. TO DECLARE MARSHALL LAW AND/OR SUSPEND THE CONSTITUTION! This would be considered TREASONOUS because it would be an attempt to overthrow our lawful government represented by the Constitution for the United States of America! If this is attempted by any government servant and/or his subordinates, they could/should be engaged with malice in order to stop this treachery. The American people have every right to defend themselves against such actions by joining or creating armed/well trained militia groups whenever necessary. This is the reasons for the 2nd Amendment in the first place as well as the mottos “Live free or die!” and “Long live the Republic!” To fight tyranny to the death if necessary to stop such evil whether the perps are foreign or domestic!

I hate to say this but I think the bailout and the insuing misery wether it be marshal law,economic meltdown,NBC attack,or what have you.After this societal meltdown on the the national level even the most brainwashed ,conformist ,astiblishment authority worshiping sheep, will have to admit that there system failed them.Freedom and the ideals of freedom will never perish no matter how strong the oposition to it ,if it takes 10 or 100 years we will rebuild. I think that this candy ass congress lacks guts. Taking a phrase from our illustrious president, everyone of thim should say “bring it on”, we are going to our constituents and tell all and then immediately returned to their respective states for protection.
I do not believe that the criminals would risk an overnight uprising with the population in every state with the much of the military being in question. They may have super technology, but it takes cooperative operators to use it. I believe under those circumstances that foreign troops would immediately become targets of US military if they were to intervene.

US citizens act as though we send congressmen to Washington to pick up goodies from some sort of magical store and bring them home to us. It is about time that the citizens realize that if the congress is there to represent them it is time that we stand up for those that we sent to Washington. If we are not willing to do this we have never had nor do we have a truly representative government. It is time for the citizens to say hands off of our representatives or there will be serious consequences for those who are attempting to intimidate those representatives. It is criminal to interfere with the lawful operation of government in anyway and this should definitely apply to intimidation of representatives and senators by other officials in government.

All law enforcement should take their thumbs out of their A— and analyze what is truly transpiring when the representatives of the people are intimidated. If they choose to go along with the bureaucratic web that has overtaken them then let them do it at heir own peril but it is their responsibility to protect the citizens, uphold the constitution, and work to maintain a stable government. They should understand that stable government is not a dictatorship ordered by unelected or corrupt elected officials. It is time that we as individuals will have to think for ourselves at times to avoid committing grievous crimes and moral transgressions against our fellow man. We must start thinking in terms of just and moral actions. They should make it their business to chase these criminals into hell. Our county sheriffs have to take the lead in this since they are the highest law enforcement officer in the land because they are also elected officials. These sheriffs should deputize every able bodied man that is stable and not a felon in their respective counties. When the smoke settles hopefully the prosecutors and judges will do the right thing.

It is time that we understand that government is formed from the bottom up and not the top down.
Ever individual, household should organize to take care of itself, every family group, every village, every town, city, county, state, and area of the country. When thought of in these terms it is not long until the nation can deal with whatever comes. Loyalty to each other and the constitution will determine the outcome of our future. It would not be long before these parasites trying to enslave us would find themselves surrounded with nowhere to go. It will be tough because the corporations have essentially taken the results of our efforts in building production capability and exported it overseas out of our reach and tried to dumb us down to to where it would no longer be possible for us to regain that capability. All blessings flow from God to those who seek them for righteous purposes.

One thing that the citizens must demand honest prosecutors and judges. Corrupt laws and decisions have caused us a great deal of grief. Citizens must think in terms of honesty and morality rather than short term benefit if we are to overcome this situation. Legal is not necessarily lawful in the site of God. The strength of our system is based on the integrity of our legal system.

This all shows what we are all living in a very restless time in America. Desperation is what politics is now looking at how to still control you and me any way they can. They lie to us and YET people still are silent like a lamb. What happened to the news company’s, going out and hearing peoples opinions? Where are they? Are they afraid to say anything against this government anymore? To bring out truths which the news Reporters Job is to do, and that’s to bring out the news and the truths around us. Not cover them up for the politicians for fear of being shut down. that tells me that there’s too much secrecy in our country and its OUR right to know what is happening. Hell what else are we paying these outrageous taxes for? Why don’t people stand up for themselves anymore? getting to be a passive bunch anymore,shaking in there shoes. Id rather voice my opinion then take it up the poop shoot. Try to come into my house and we won’t worry about calling the police. There jobs use to be to protect, and to Serve! that went out the window too. It’s ok i’ll take care of things around my household myself. I think thats the attitude america better part take in. We need to stand up for ourselves because these politicians and law authorities sure can’t handle it right.

All right. Looking at things logically in the “war” for our minds, it seems that we are not growing fast enough in equivalent to “them” coming out with all these laws, rules, regulations, threats, and upscaled brutality. There are still so many people to “wake up”, but I see there is one thing that will get the people to muster together to the point of believing people like this group who bravely met and had their “down with the regime” conference.
Most people say here and some have even called into Alex Jones’ radio show to say that they are having such a hard time getting others to believe the “truth” stories. Yes, many have “awakened”, but percentage-wise, it is small. There is only one thing that will snap all the nation’s people to finally “get it”, where people who are like this brave group and those handing out “truth” DVD’s or flyers, will be able to be listened to almost immediately. That one thing might happen in the next 40 days or maybe an additional 75 days or so. It was said here by others and has been spoken about for years, starting from the Clinton era before he left office.
The only thing that will snap the entire country into “awakefulness” or realization of the “truth”, is to have Marshal Law to stop either the presidential election somehow or to stop the transfer of power over to the president elect. All other Constitutional laws have been broken by this regime and the people have accepted it, but it seems that they want to have the Constitutional election. So what we need is to have that Marshal Law which seems to be the only thing that the people are saying that they will accept for stopping an election by the Constitution.
If the election or transition of power is done, then I would tend to believe that we really are in trouble because no one would transfer power, which technically is the same thing as giving oneself up to the authorities for crimes committed, unless that person(s) was assured of a safe haven and if a safe haven is available, that means that whomever is taking over the power position would be condoning all crimes committed and therefore would be just as bad as this regime. That allowance of the transfer of power would then obviously be done for a facade, to help fool the people, making it look like “CHANGE” actually is happening, when it would not be.
MARSHAL LAW (or the stoppage of the presidential CHANGEover) IS OUR SAVIOR that will gather the people together in one fell swoop that is not happening now,
