The Battle for the Indianapolis Baptist Temple by Ed Hohmann "No one will enter the New World Order unless he or she will make a pledge to worship Lucifer. No one will enter the New Age unless he will take a Luciferian Initiation." - David Spangler, Director of Planetary Initiative, United Nations
"Fundamental, Bible-believing people do not have the right to indoctrinate their children in their religious beliefs because we, the state, are preparing them for the year 2000, when America will be part of a one-world global society and their children will not fit in." - Peter Hoagland, Nebraska State Senator, on radio in 1983
"Attaining one hundred victories in one hundred battles is not the pinnacle of excellence. Subjugating the enemy's army without fighting is the true pinnacle of excellence."
As the year 2000 draws to a close, most Americans are still unaware that the United States government controls the activities of all churches across this country. The fact is that our central government regulates every aspect of the churches in which we worship, from where they can be built and how they must be constructed down to the contents of the church bulletins and even the sermons delivered from our pulpits. The government exerts its control over American religion through the power of punitive taxation. If a church wishes not to be taxed, it must register itself with the Internal Revenue Service. In order to register itself as tax-exempt, the church is forced to agree to numerous limitations on what it is allowed to teach, preach, and do. If a church elects not to register with the central authority, then it must either pay "taxes", essentially as a bribe to be left alone, or else it opens itself up to attack and liquidation by armed government forces. But even when the tribute is paid, churches are not free: the central government can harass and punish wayward congregations via "tax audits". It is very noteworthy that one major activity that the government stridently forbids its churches from engaging in is criticism of taxes, particularly the Income Tax and the Internal Revenue Service itself. Any minister who attempts to educate his congregation on the subject of taxation will cause his church to lose its tax-exempt status. Taxes that are paid as a result of revoking a church's tax-exempt status are actually fines levied upon the church for committing the heresy of deviating from central government doctrine. The Indianapolis Baptist Temple is over 50 years old and has 1,500 members. At one time, it was the eleventh largest church in the nation. The Temple has neither registered with the central government, nor paid protection money to the agents thereof. The buildings and the land on which the church sits are worth millions of dollars. The elderly Reverend Dr. Greg Dixon has been with the Indianapolis Baptist Temple for 32 years. His son, the Reverend Greg Dixon, Jr., took over as pastor of the congregation four and a half years ago. The Indianapolis Baptist Temple can only be described as a major established mainstream Christian church. At high noon on November 14, 2000, a United States Marshall supported by an army of multi-jurisdictional storm troopers will use whatever force is necessary to seize control of the Indianapolis Baptist Temple on behalf of the central government. Reverend Dixon, as the leader of the congregation, has decided to passively resist the government takeover. Unfortunately, passive resistance in the face of armed aggression is mere acquiescence. Only active resistance by a massive number of people will preserve that small bastion of religious liberty in the heart of America. Reverend Dixon is anything but a pacifist. As a gun owner, he is a strong believer in the Second Amendment and is a supporter of the militias. However, it falls upon his shoulders to lead his congregation through this most difficult situation and on into the future. A brave man of great integrity, Reverend Dixon himself must determine how he will best be able to minister to his congregation for the next thirty years. His decision on how to resist the government forces comes only after long, prayerful consideration, and is based in a large part upon his awareness of high-level plans in action deep behind the scenes. On November 14, in response to the government threat, Reverend Dixon will hold a church service at the appointed hour of noon. In order to take the Temple away from the congregation, the armed minions of Lucifer will be forced to publicly disrupt the services by dragging worshippers out of their pews. Most Christians are ready and willing to stand up for the Lord, but only if it is safe to do so. It is easy to be brave when there is no threat. But how many Christians have the courage to physically take a stand against armed men attacking a church? It was not too many years ago, in another high-tech civilized nation, that Jewish temples were attacked and desecrated by government storm troopers. Christians stood by then and did nothing because they might get into trouble with "The Law". Are Christians in the year 2000 so fearful of "The Law" that they will stand by and let a Christian temple be desecrated? It would serve us all well to prayerfully ask ourselves, "Whose Law do we serve? The Law of God, or the law of our openly Luciferian central government?" The answer to this question is important, for if we acknowledge that the central government does not serve our God (and our leaders openly proclaim that this is so), and that it has instead become a willing instrument of Lucifer, then we are forced to acknowledge that Lucifer himself controls our churches! Unless the Supreme Court grants a stay before then, November 14 will set a precedent. Either the forces of darkness will be enabled to step up their religious persecution of the faithful or the brilliant light of victory at the Indianapolis Baptist Temple will shine as a beacon of hope, encouraging more and more churches to escape the strangling claws of the Luciferian phoenix. This is a major battle in the spiritual war between the forces of Good and Evil, and whatever the outcome, all of us will be affected. Each of us must pray for guidance in this, as in all matters. But we must also act. The Lord God Almighty is our Master, and we are His servants. Servants do not ask their Master to work for them. We should not, therefore, ask God in our prayers to somehow "save the Temple" for us; we need to pray for His guidance, and ask Him to reveal to each of us what our individual roles should be in order to save the Temple. God works through us, so if we stand by and do nothing, we are interfering with His work and are thereby actually working against Him. Following the teachings of the ancient Chinese General Sun Tzu, as described in his book The Art of War, our modern Luciferian warlords believe that subjugating the enemy's army without fighting is the true pinnacle of excellence. We are the Army of God. The central government looks upon us as the enemy, and is counting on us not to fight. While ready to ruthlessly attack us with all the power at the disposal of a modern militarized police state, they expect us to surrender to them of our own accord. Why does the government believe that it can take control of the Temple without a fight? Because it is prepared to use excessive and overwhelming force if necessary. What would prevent them from attacking the congregation? Only the knowledge that the Temple is also prepared to use overwhelming force to defend itself. What will you do on that day, when the Forces of Evil gather in Indianapolis with their physical weapons to attack and desecrate the Holy Temple of God? If, on November 14, one thousand people, or even ten thousand people, standing together at the Temple quietly submit to the Marshall and his forces and let themselves be arrested, they will simply be handing over the Temple keys to the enemy. Most will not even go to jail; they will either be merely shipped away to a safe distance and released, or they will be attacked and dispersed by anonymous helmeted, jackbooted storm troopers in black uniforms meting out the brutality we have witnessed in Seattle and elsewhere. There is no honor in simply submitting and surrendering, for it will not deter the seizure of this church, nor the next, nor the one after that. What enables the governments of civilized nations like Germany and America to engage in barbaric activities, such as attacking, burning, and stealing temples and churches? The answer lies in the very nature of civilization itself. In a civilized society, people are organized into a "System". The personal rights of the individual are surrendered to The System. The System assumes responsibility for the care and protection of the individual. Any individual who exercises his natural rights, accepts responsibility for himself, and holds The System strictly accountable for its actions is considered to be uncivilized, antisocial, and dangerous. Thus, the tendency is for everyone to support The System and work within it. Even when corrupt, power-hungry criminals control The System, the masses do not deal with those criminals directly. Instead, they expect The System to deal with the criminals for them. In other words, criminal leaders are allowed to police themselves. In America, for example, when the President is accused of wrongdoing, he is actually allowed to appoint the investigators and prosecutors himself. In this way, The System shields itself, enabling its leaders to commit the most heinous crimes with impunity, including the destruction of churches and even mass murder. Americans have a difficult time understanding why the German people did not rise up against the criminals in the Nazi party that controlled their country during the Third Reich. Yet those very same Americans would never dream of rising up against the criminals that control our own government today. American Christians, like German Jews, will be model citizens right down to the end, continuing to trust in The System while their property is seized, their holy temples are desecrated, and they themselves are taken away to the prisons and labor camps. They will not raise a finger to protect themselves because their masters would be angry with them for doing so. It is much easier to pretend that somehow The System will ensure that justice prevails. Besides, why stand up and expose yourself to danger when you can just kneel down and ask God to do everything for you? What is more dangerous: to confront Evil and defend yourself, or to submit to Evil and wish for mercy? Instead of asking God to do your work for you, ask Him to help and protect you while you work for Him! We are judged not only by our thoughts and words, but also by our deeds. Hopes and wishes are not enough; it is our actions that count. Our enemy will be judging our strength, not just by our numbers, but by our determination. Ultimately, however, we are judged by God. Should we not, therefore, uphold our honor, take a stand, and do that which we know to be right? Let it be clearly understood that the Indianapolis Baptist Temple belongs to its congregation and Reverend Dixon is the leader of that congregation. We must respect whatever decisions they make. If, in the end, they want to hand their church over to the central government, then no one should interfere with that. But if the congregation does decide to resist the unlawful and unconstitutional seizure of their church, then every Christian in America must rally to support them and come to their aid. November 14, 2000 will be an important day for American Christians. We, along with each and every member of the congregation of the Indianapolis Baptist Temple, must search our heart and soul and pray that we do what is demanded of us. For on that day, wheat will be separated from chaff and our individual and collective destinies as Christians will be determined for many years to come. May God protect us and guide us.
