A judge has reset the sentencing date for a man convicted of participating in a gun smuggling ring that was being monitored in the government’s botched investigation known as Operation Fast and Furious.
U.S. District James Teilborg reset Joshua David Moore’s sentencing for Sept. 26.
So far, 11 people in what the government says was a 20-member smuggling ring have pleaded guilty.
