Additional Footage of Pastor Attacked by Constitution Free Zone Thugs

Pastor Stephen Anderson insisted on his constitutional rights while driving in the Constitution-free Zone in Arizona and was assaulted by border patrol thugs. Anderson was told by a Border Patrol (a fascist subset of the Ministry of Homeland Security) thug he was under arrest for refusing to exit his vehicle and when he refused to comply — citing the Constitution and probable cause — the window of his vehicle was shattered and he was tased.
On May 23, a protest rally will be held at the internal Constitution-free zone Gestapo checkpoint. The check point is located within a few miles of mile marker 75 which is about 75 miles east of Yuma, AZ on Interstate 8.
This is the actual footage from Pastor Anderson’s camcorder as well as from the surveillance cameras at the Border Patrol Checkpoint.

If they didn’t then the government wouldn’t be trying so hard to find ways around the constitution. If they were lost then they would simply ignore everything and carry out terror on the people in full force.
The military and law enforcement are being drilled to break the constitution.

Yes actually, Jesus and his Disciples went about demanding their rights. It was the rights of a natural spiritual human being, something almost unheard of except smaller tribes in those days. These arbitrary checkpoints are illegal under US law, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The new “Homeland Security” features have superceded the foundation of US law, without legal authority. So defying a gestapo type checkpoint where they fabricate “drug sniffer” claims is morally right. Wish the pastor had had a lawyer in the car, and hope he sues them.
Paul appeared before various leaders and pled that he was a Roman Citizen and deserved his “rights” under Roman Law. A non-Roman (slave or foreigner) would probably have been crucified, Paul was put under house arrest. Similarly John was condemned to prison on Patmos for preaching when the “authorities” would have shut him up.
Moses defied the “authority” of Pharoah by demanding that Pharoah let the Jews go from an unjust condition of slavery and oppression. You may recall from your bible story that Moses actually struck down an Egyptian who was beating, torturing and probably about to murder a Jew. So self-defense or the defense of the innocent is viewed with favor in the bible.
Show me from the bible that it is “wrong” to defy an unjust law or to refuse to submit to an illegal search and seizure. If one blindly obeys authority, even when it is performing criminal acts, then one is complicit with the wrongs done by the authority.

As a pastor I don’t think this guy should be given and different treatment from others because he has made a lifestyle choice and is following a vocation, he certainly should not have his window smashed and be electrocuted.
What do the border patrols do when they come up against an individual or a group of people with the will and means to forcibly resist the implementation of vehicle searches or perhaps these border patrol thugs prefer to only use force in a situation where they know they can subdue people with little threat of any harm coming to themselves.

He said they are trained to do this, but they still can’t do it without your consent. That is what they are after, for you to give up and say “YES” or “OKAY”, but it is not okay. He said if they go into your home, car, purse, or on your person. Continue to say “NO” to them, and that they do not have your permisson, and you never gave them permission at all. Quote the 4th Amendment to them. Threaten a lawsuit against them and the city for Unlawful Search or Seizure. Do not curse at,or touch them, in any way, don’t give them the reason they need to take you to jail. If they violate your “NO” at that point and still do their search, you have a lawsuit against the city. If more of us do this, the city will go broke from lawsuits, and they will stop this type of practice on the citizens in your town or city, permanently. Money is the motivating factor to all towns and cities in America. Remember that Americans!

Hey “disciple of Christ” you make incredibly faulty statements. Pastor Anderson was only upholding his 2nd amendement right as afforded in your American Constitution. Is not your Constitution based on the ten commandments which come from holy scripture. Pastor Anderson was preaching scripture through his brave example. If more of the German Christians had done same thing in the 1930’s, Hitler would never have been allowed to take a seat in the temple [2 Thess. 2:4]. If a dog tips off a car, they can completely demolish it, removing the doors and even the engine if they want. Its not worth it to just sit back and ignore your rights. Romans 13 was never intended to be used to support such blantant brutality by a government gone-wild. Once again, scripture is being taken out of context which is very easy to do. A person ONLY submits to authority when it’s duly sanctioned, i.e. in modern terms elected with representation, and IAW the WILL and WORD of God in its ENTIRETY, not mere verses taken out of context. Again, when LEADERS act in STRICT accordance with the WILL and WORD of God (which NONE of them do or can), then and ONLY then do we, the people, need to submit to their authority. For precisely this latter reason, the age of anointed kings and their representatives, came to an END with the arrival of God in the flesh. NO king (or leader) of strictly human origin has the right to unquestioned authority. When authorites do what is RIGHT IAW the WILL and WORD of God in its ENTIRETY (which again they don’t and can not do because of their human nature), then and ONLY then are we, the people, bound to obey and submit to their “ordnances”. More often, we have leaders masquerading as pseudo kings claiming divine inspiration which isn’t from God at all, because Jesus Christ’s appearance rendered such claims void once and for all. I commend this pastor for his bravery, there are few christians outside of America who would actually lift a finger to free earth from the tyranny around us. I come from NZ and had to leave my church because they restricted free speech and free thinking. I received a threatening letter from their leadership then two weeks later I get a visit from CYPS (NZ’s version of Child protection services) saying they had gotten a complaint from someone that I was moving away from my support system. There are no true christians left in NZ, everything here from education to health to religion is under TOTAL tyranny control. All Americans must stand up and fight for the freedoms they still have left, dont let the elite take away your right to bear arms, your right to free speech or your right to see God the way you see him….. Dont become like NZ.

Yes, Pastor Anderson is man of conviction and courage which if far too lacking among the populace. My experience has shown me that many, many “well-meaning” people including brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ would retract God’s highest gift to humanity if they could, i.e. the limited free will. Even God Himself didn’t retract the gift of the free will to His creation (includes Lucifer’s abuse of its position), but rather God provided salvation and help to overcome the abuse of the free will. The actions of many Christians are directly counter to God’s highest ordered gift, because they approve of enslaving the populace with useless ordinances in an attempt to control the abuse of the free will. Unfortunately, it’s too bad that we humans can’t pass and enforce an ordinance removing Lucifer’s right to exist so humanity could live in peace again.

I did and found four arrests – one for DUI, another for trespassing, others for failing to appear or pay fines. It’s one thing to stand up for your Constitutional rights and another to be a transgressor of laws meant to protect the public (DUI arrests are okay with me!)

No, it’s not acceptable for a pastor to drive drunk if the implied allegation is true. Nor is it acceptable for the state to setup roadblocks and check for “drunk” drivers. The state doesn’t have the constitutional right to set a standard for someone’s intoxication. One size fits all, eh? The laws are becoming so oppressive that even stepping outside your home becomes a danger zone where thugs operate with impunity whether sanctioned by the state or not. Don’t do this. Don’t do that … When were the alleged arrests made, i.e. before accepting salvation? I applaud his resistance to state thugs operating under the ruse of power which was deceptively stolen from the people. We need more Americans like him with the fortitude to combat tyranny. If I injure someone in the process, the victim or his family can pursue criminal charges and seek financial redress for the loss. So the government can decide when and where the Constitution is in effect. Constitution free zones, “free speech” zones, the suspension of Habaes Corpus and Posse Comitatus… The police state isn’t coming, it’s already here. It is small, but growing. That should be the issue. Get off the questioning of his religion, and focus on what is the most pressing issue. We are losing are damn freedoms, and we sit here, quoting the Bible for a non-issue, and accusing others of being less christian. Get the fuck over it, and be useful.
I try not worry, but as an organic farmer in training who is trying to achieve a self sustaining lifestyle, I’m starting to worry about the government’s reaction to individuals who desire true independence. This country is RULED by bloated multinationals and unforgiving elites, and our government is a true reflection of who lords of us. They want our dependence, and I’m sure as hell refusing to give it. For heaven’s sake! There is a very big difference between what happened to this man because he refused to answer some questions and allow them to search his car and rounding up Jews during the holocaust!
Know when to resist and know when to fight. This, in my opinion, wasn’t the time. He could have avoided the whole incident. Were the guards right to exert force? No. Was Anderson maintaining his rights by holding up traffic for an hour? No. Should we all just refuse to comply if we are asked questions? This man was obviously trying to push the limit and he got exactly what he wanted – notoriety. Guess for some there are no limits – law is all bad and anything goes – NOT.
Oh and… some pastors that think this was a stupid way for him to act are the same ones who warn their congregations to prepare for the worst. We have no intention of sitting back and leading people into FEMA camps and telling them to obey Romans 13:1. As I’ve said before – we obey the law UNLESS it interferes with the laws of God such as the holocaust, Abu Gharib, unjust imprisonment, abortion, etc…etc…etc… Asking to check the man’s car is not in the same league. This kind of crap is no surprise to me. About three years ago I was stopped by the Police and was asked for licence and registration. I gave them both, and about 7-10 min later he came back to my car. I simply and politely asked why he had stopped me to which he said speeding. Which btw I wasn’t, {possibly 5 over though as I was going slightly downhill and the Cop was going the opposite direction and turned around and pulled me over. He did not issue me a ticket but only a warning. After issuing his warning he then went on to say that I should not ask why I am being pulled over. This was about three years ago. Apparently these thugs think they can do whatever they want and whenever they want and the public which pays their stinking salaries cannot even ask politely why they were detained.
