Airport guard faces Obama threat charges

John Brek, 55, of Linden was charged yesterday with a third-degree count of making terroristic threats after two airport employees alerted police to comments Brek made about Obama on Tuesday afternoon, authorities said. As part of the investigation, armed police officers swarmed Brek’s Hampden Street home in a predawn raid yesterday, neighbors said.
The police found 43 guns, said Paul Kelly, a spokesman for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
While authorities have not finished processing the weapons, so far none of them appear to have been illegally acquired, Kelly said.

Did you see how quickly they investigated this supposed threat? Yet have never verified a single piece of debris from any of the 4 planes from any of the 4 locations from 9-11? Raided someones home based on someones word….though have NEVER verified a single piece of plane debris which has now cost the lives of 4 million people?!!!!
There were no commercial plane crashes on 9-11.

Why would anyone bother with stealing fully loaded commercial jet airliners… kill everyone on board and ditch the planes somewhere that they couldn’t be found?

Do you really think a plane crashed into the Pentagon? Did you see photos of the after pictures that was taken. Looked more like a missle that went thru. How can a pilot fly a plane fast enough and low enough to strike low, and with no debris? Not even a black box? There should be something left over from that plane. And two towers came down by two planes? Did the planes hit the exact spots? Try driving tow same cars into two same houses at high speeds with furnitures inside the house. Is the damages going to be the same? There is no way, those planes brought the towers down. If you belive that, then you are a fool.

Do I believe that the planes brought down the two towers… not by themselves… a coordinated effort. Tower seven was a demolition… no doubt!
Have I pondered the idea that the other two planes were intercepted and shot down and covered up to look as if they hit the pentagon and field… a possibility… a perfect plan gone haywire by someone following protocol… something the American people would go crazy over… on top of the crisis…. hummmm… you tell me.

While making threats against someone may sometimes require a further investigation, scrutiny and in extreme cases arrests – I think that we entered the new era of full blown fascism in the United States.
I’ve heard many people say things against George W. and many of those things brushed pretty darn closely against the definition of a threat and nobody arrested these folks. And believe me – I’ve never been a fan of GWB nor the Republicans.
Given that the airport worker is a gun owner (which happens to be his constitutional right) is one thing but what I want to know is who were the people who notified the authorities. Is there a racist intention somewhere to be found in what was done to the airport guy accussed of threats? Mike Savage calls the “low-wage nazis” – that describes them perfectly.
And then again – the guy happens to be an NRA member. Perhaps the whole thing was blown out of proportion because it serves a different purpose: take firearms away from the Americans.

Heard some intel recently that Obama’s handlers are getting annoyed with him and his defiance and disobedience to their orders, and that if he didn’t smarten up, they were going to deal with it.
I’m curious if this airport worker [an airport guard, I believe, in NJ] was actually a genuine pissed off guy who decided he had enough – in spite of the fact that an airport guard should KNOW that uttering threats at airports and against a US president is illegal and slated at 0-tolerance, according to Homeland Security rules, or if it was a plant or even a set-up [as he does screening at the airport]…
Here’s an excerpt from a NJ source: “John Brek, 55, of Linden was charged yesterday with a third-degree count of making terroristic threats after two airport employees alerted police to comments Brek made about Obama on Tuesday afternoon, authorities said. As part of the investigation, armed police officers swarmed Brek’s Hampden Street home in a predawn raid yesterday, neighbors said.
The police found 43 guns, said Paul Kelly, a spokesman for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey…” [Ref.: http://www.nj.com/news/ledger/.....amp;coll=1 ]
But wouldn’t you think that an airport guard, of ALL people, should already know that uttering what has been deemed as “terroristic threats” is 0-tolerence, as far as the Homeland Security laws are concerned? To me, something doesn’t look right about this…

This looks to me as a setup and at the very least a real pain In the a**. This IMHAO Is a wake up call, and to be very careful who In your lives you should trust. With anything you may say In jest or anything you may have, legal or otherwise and how much. The persons that reported this alledged threat, probably had alot of Information just waiting for the right time to spring Into action. I have worked with idiots like the ones mentioned In this thread. Whether I was kidding or not, If It would of furthered there pathetic little carreer or If they thought for a second they would benefit In anyway shape or form, or appear as a “Hero” In the eyes of the media, they would of used It whether It was the truth or not. Pick your friends wisely………

Sounds fishy to me also. The two individuals could of made it up. Hell, they probably didn’t like the guy in the first place. They probably set him up. He also has 43 guns at home. Good for him! I would feel sorry if a criminal broke into his home. Could it be that the Airport authority know he has large amount of firearms, and he is a patriot, and that they can’t have patriots working in the airport security? Sounds really fishy. Especially since they will not say what he said?

Whats to keep someone or 2 or 3 people from collaborating and coming up with a plan to ruin someones life with a b.s. call to the authorities saying they made a threat against a public official WHEN it truth…they really didn’t….. this has happened before. How can one defend them self against other peoples lies?
Because this has made the news, this guy’s life is history, doesn’t matter if they lied about him, even if the Fed’s leave him alone, which is doubtful, but just say the case is dropped…because of the national attention in the media and ruckus made over it, his employer will find a reason to fire him now, no doubt about it, he will be fired . He will probably never be able to get a job in security again, and I’m talking even if this case against him is dropped, his life is still ruined, plain and simple.
He won’t be able to buy any guns anymore, he will end up on a list, again…..I’m still talking even IF the Feds DROP this case. He won’t be able to get any Govt. or State job , his life is ruined, even if he doesn’t do any time, his life is over with now, John Brek will hit the ranks of the unemployed before long. This is an instance of what you say CAN effect someone else’s life, I cannot think of anything that can protect one’s self against anothers words or false accusations in a case like this.

I,ll bet that when all is said and done that this guy did nothing but express an unfavorable opinion about the prez which he has the right to do.Some Obamite overheard him and didn,t like it. Now he,s having his life turned upside down and probably for nothing. And I should also mention that also applies to here also, pick your words wisely !! Don’t think for a second that this and alot of other sites are’nt being watched 24-7. Surely everyone has heard of “Conavor” right, just because you picked some nick you saw In a magazine, or your dogs name, they can’t hunt anyone or everyone down at a moments notice your sadly mistaken. Every computer thats comes to this site has a unique IP address ( Even Mine) and can be traced back to the computer that you use. They have computers that work 24-7 logging key words and other Info, and the author Is now the object of there affections. I’m not saying this site Is a part of that In no way shape or form, but we got on here to express our thoughts, so whats to stop big brother from doing the same, instead of posting they watch, they plan, they execute. Not that it has anything to do with this story but I thought it was interesting that something called Cyrvallence (may not have spelt that right) in Washington DC Visited my site the other day. I guess they saw I was a fruity psychic and left it at that. They never went to see the blogs. The address they are located was on dwight eisenhower and close to constitution ava NW (I bet they are in the Dept of labor building). I looked it up: ‘Cyveillance, Inc. provides an intelligence led approach to security. Through continuous, comprehensive Internet monitoring and sophisticated intelligence’ My question is why??? If they want to monitor they should look at the entire site. I’ll probably be sitting next to this guy as a terrorist soon enough. Fuck’em I’ll say what I want. I just wish I knew what the guy said so I can reword it if I choose to express the same.
