Al Gore Admits CO2 Does Not Cause Majority Of Global Warming

In a new development that is potentially devastating to the agenda to introduce a global carbon tax and a cap and trade system, Al Gore admits that the majority of global warming that occurred until 2001 was not primarily caused by CO2.
Before we get too excited, Gore is not backing away from his support for the theory of man-made climate change, but his concession that carbon dioxide only accounted for 40% of warming according to new studies could seriously harm efforts to tax CO2, that evil, life-giving gas that humans exhale and plants absorb.
“Gore acknowledged to Newsweek that the findings could complicate efforts to build a political consensus around the need to limit carbon emissions,” reports BB News.
Yesterday we reported on how Gore was set to become the first “carbon billionaire” on the back of vast profits from companies invested in the “green revolution” that the former vice-president has a hefty stake in.

Gore stands to make windfall profits from his stake in carbon trading systems that would be used to manage the cap and trade system currently being readied for passage in the Senate, but his admission that CO2 is far less of a threat than global warming alarmists have been claiming could be a terminal blow for such a proposal.
As Andrew Bolt writes in today’s Australian Herald Sun, his flip-flopping “Suggests not only that was Gore wrong to claim the science was “settled”, but that the hugely expensive schemes to “stop” warming by slashing carbon dioxide emissions will be less than half as effective as claimed.”
“Over the years I have been among those who focused most of all on CO2, and I think that’s still justified,” Gore told Newsweek . “But a comprehensive plan to solve the climate crisis has to widen the focus to encompass strategies for all” of the greenhouse culprits identified in the Nasa study.”
Gore now blames soot and methane for the majority of global warming, leaving the door open for a tax on livestock, a tax on meat, a tax on milk, and on and on until he changes his mind again and blames another culprit so that too can be taxed.
In another indictment of Gore’s accuracy in warning about climate change, he has now virtually abandoned scientific “facts” in favor of characterizing his Inconvenient Truth presentation in the context of a religious sermon.
“Simply laying out the facts won’t work,” admits Gore.
That’s right, the church of environmentalism has come full circle with Gore’s intention to deliver his widely debunked presentation with spiritual overtones, a move that will shock most hard-headed empirical scientists.
“I’ve done a Christian [-based] training program; I have a Muslim training program and a Jewish training program coming up, also a Hindu program coming up. I trained 200 Christian ministers and lay leaders here in Nashville in a version of the slide show that is filled with scriptural references. It’s probably my favorite version, but I don’t use it very often because it can come off as proselytizing,” Gore tells Newsweek.
In a new book Gore has been working on, he attempts to address the rapidly growing skepticism towards global warming alarmism not with science, but by blaming people’s own thoughts, a Kafkaesque cop-out if ever there was one.
According to the book’s press release, “Among the most unique approaches Gore takes in the book is showing readers how our own minds can be an impediment to change.”
“Our own minds are the enemy! Don’t free the minds – imprison them!,” scoffs Tim Blair.

A couple of days ago I was talking to my brother-in-law, who happens to be in 7th grade. He told me, without hesitation that “cow farts” were part of the cause of global warming. I asked him as nicley as possible; I was screaming inside; if that was somthing he learned in school. He said yes, and went on to say that this is what his science teacher is teaching to all her classes. I’ll admit that I kind of lost it when I told him that was all bullshit, and that he should tell his Obama loving teacher the same thing. The point is that this is what is being taught in our public schools. Our young people are being indoctrinated to belive that the world is going to end if they do not personally so somthing about “climate change”. God help us all!

This is actually true, not for CO2 but for Methane.
1 molecule of methane has 25 times more effect on heat in our atmosphere then CO2, not to mention it’s very toxic.
Because a cow has four stomachs, it produces a lot of methane.
Nature has a way of regulating Methane just like it does with CO2.
I’ve read somewhere the NWO Eugenicists had plans for modifying food for farm animals around the world to make them produce more Methane.
Unlike CO2 which nature does a fine job regulating, you only need 1% of extra methane to cook and poison life at the same time.

What’s your problem man, you don’t like it when someone contradicts you?
I was talking about farm animals, we control all farm animals yes. Animals do not herd themselves. Do we control what they eat? Yes, even if they eat grass we can spray the grass. And besides just because the pushed “facts” behind global warming aren’t true, doesn’t mean they can’t be. The only problem is, that people are to ignorant to understand some things.
CO2 is not a problem for our atmosphere because our nature does a good job regulating it, even our own extra emission are dealt with. But nature has a threshold which CAN be reached.
Methane has 25 times (meaning 25x not 25%) more effect. They are campaigning for CO2 tax, because it’s worth a lot of money in tax (everyone has CO2 emission). Not because it’s causing global warming. If they where campaigning it because of global warming, then Methane tax would be a more logical step.
A few facts to keep in mind:
– Global warming (not a myth but a condition, it means the average temperature of earth is going up each year)
– Greenhouse gases (not a myth but gases that regulate heat in our atmosphere)
– CO2 as cause for Global Warming (MYTH, but NOT impossible)

I’m not saying that this is there ultimate plan for mass eugenics, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was in there arsenal. I also stated it to show you how greenhouse gasses CAN be used to cause global warming.
The reason for my comment was that most people have a mindset that Global Warming is a myth, it is but not Global Warming itself. (if the sun burns hotter, we would have global warming too) It’s the cause for Global warming (CO2 Emissions) that they perpetrated which is the myth. The last few years people (not just scientists) have noticed the temperature going up, and there still is a valid cause for it. It just isn’t what they say it is. So if the science teacher was talking about Global Warming and cows as a cause, he could have been talking about methane which seems a more logical cause for Global Warming.
Next time don’t flame someone who’s on your side, for being sceptical.

Regardless if you think the earth is 5000 or 5 billion years old, animals have been farting for a very long time, why is it that only until about 1990 did the farting cause the weather to change? If cow farts caused global warming, then I think the earth would have become a desert planet a long time ago.

I too am deeply disturbed that his next target is the religious, because just like the rest of society, we too as a whole have become braindead. You have to be the biggest government hater to disagree with the pollution thing. This planet has never had a species with the ability to release all of these chemicals into the atmosphere. If the ice caps melt then there’s going to be less heat reflected into space. If the oceans heat up by 1 degree then they could release a lot more carbon. This is all said by Stephen Hawking. Are you smarter than Stephen Hawking?
If the oceans warm up on the surface too much it could also stop it’s ability to move the water from the bottoms to the tops. This will make the surface of the oceans stagnant, which has caused a mass extinction in the past. If the solar system is heating up then I don’t think we need to add to the warming problem in any way otherwise it could set off a chain reaction which will end most, if not all, of the species.

Yeah, I say it again, magic needs to be figured out, and it has to be done with real science.
We have to keep the planet in good health, for real, with many local jobs secured for generations after generations. And for that the people must be reasonably healthy, with many local jobs kept generations after generations.

They did it, they actually did it. They figured out a way to tax the air we breath. That deserves some real admiration. Not only did they convince you that a government tax on breathing is a good thing (think about that for a second…), they are now suggesting that other “offenders” are naturally occurring gases such as methane. I am not here to argue the points of man made warming vs naturally occurring temperature fluctuation based on activity on the sun. We all know the real danger is to our freedom and our wallets.
A system so corrupt and decrepit that the need for further taxation leads them to the only thing left, the air we breath. Brilliant. Sheer brilliance. If Al Gore thought of that, he deserves every medal and honor, and every $100 million he is able to hustle people out of.
Wait a second, you can’t tax the air, who would be stupid enough to pay for that? It sounds like the greenest of us have already started throwing money away in a desperate hope that the “footprint” they leave is minimized. But for anyone with a brain in their head, they need to be convinced.
Hmm… scare them into thinking the sky is falling. Produce a fancy “documentary” and have some trusted guy as the spokesperson. Al Gore was the perfect choice at that time because he had just dropped out of the presidential race (after winning!).
Who wasn’t sympathetic for him? Perhaps the reason he quit the race was a backroom meeting with the real moneyed power elite which promised him a greener, more lofty (and profitable) position in society. Hell, give him a Nobel prize to legitimize him further (after all, the Nobel prize was intended to sway the public’s opinion of the man who created death and destruction in the form of safe explosives, namely dynamite!). This “crisis” now has a face, one we empathize with because he really should have been president.
They used to say “build a better mousetrap and the world will beat a path to your door”. Now you don’t even have to build/improve anything, just have a massive propaganda campaign supported by mass media outlets who have no business reporting opinions and theories as fact. With the media spouting endless fear, the official line becomes “the sky is falling”. The facts don’t support this scenario, not even slightly. Don’t think that will slow them down one second. Massive lies will prevail, as they always have.
The end game for this tax is to tax any and every CO2 producing life form on the planet. Those that can’t pay are polluters and will be levied, fined and will eventually have everything they own confiscated. The benefit to the average taxpayer will be non existent and when Earth’s temperature does go down (from current lack of sunspots), they will claim victory (and tax us more!)! There is no escape. Brilliant. Tax nothing and end up with everything.

It’s my understanding that the true cause of global warming, or of fluctuations in Earth’s temperature, is the Sun.
There is also another cause which involves the Earth’s weakening magnetic field and what some geologists believe is an increased pattern of instability at the Earth’s core. A science fiction movie was made about this, but it’s based on things that are true.
The Earth’s core is a natural fission reactor comprised of Uranium, Iron and Nickel. When this natural reactor exhausts itself it becomes unstable and the magnetic field fades away.
Earth’s fate will resemble either Mars or the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter.
When a natural fission reactor becomes unstable there’s no way to shut it down. It could just cool off and die, or it could go “critical mass.”
I also urge people to really look at our place on the Earth’s crust. The crust averages between 50 miles to 200 miles think and covers a planet that 8000 miles across and 24,000 miles in diameter. The Earth’s crust is literally like a thin cracked egg-shell that floats on a sea of fire–in which our continents float around and grind against each other. The fire remains below, but for how long?
I think people in the gov’t know what the truth is and this is why they don’t come clean about the spraying. This is also why we have the problem with bee hives disappearing and whales beaching themselves. The weakening magnetic field is making it more difficult for animals to navigate. I’ve witnessed flocks of birds flying North along I-5 in December.
Big changes are coming to this world; but I suspect that people like Al Gore just want to turn this into another financial scheme because they know the real issues can’t be addressed anyway. Might as well make some money in the mean time.
