Al Gore Set To Become First “Carbon Billionaire”

The New York Times has lifted the lid on how Al Gore stands to benefit to the tune of billions of dollars if the carbon tax proposals he is pushing come to fruition in the United States, while documenting how he has already lined his pockets on the back of exaggerated fearmongering about global warming.
As is to be expected, the article is largely a whitewash and takes an apologist stance in defense of Gore.
However, the NY Times‘ John M. Broder does reveal how one of the companies Gore invested in, Silver Spring Networks, recently received a contract worth $560 million dollars from the Energy Department to install “smart meters” in people’s homes that record (and critics fear could eventually regulate) energy usage.
“Kleiner Perkins and its partners, including Mr. Gore, could recoup their investment many times over in coming years,” states the report, highlighting the fact that Gore is “well positioned to profit from this green transformation, if and when it comes.”
“Critics, mostly on the political right and among global warming skeptics, say Mr. Gore is poised to become the world’s first “carbon billionaire,” profiteering from government policies he supports that would direct billions of dollars to the business ventures he has invested in,” writes Broder.
Since he left office, Gore’s personal net worth has skyrocketed on the back of his advocacy for global warming issues and the financial dividends this has reaped. Gore’s assets totaled less than $2 million in 2001 and although he refuses to give a figure for his current net worth, a recent single investment of $35 million in Capricorn Investment Group, a private equity fund, illustrates just how fast Gore has enriched himself from his climate change bandwagon.
The Times report notes how Gore “has a stake in the world’s pre-eminent carbon credit trading market.” As we reported back in March, before he became President Barack Obama also helped fund the profiteers of the carbon taxation program that he is now seeking to implement as law.
The Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX) has direct ties to both Al Gore and Maurice Strong, two figures intimately involved with a long standing movement to use the theory of man made global warming as a mechanism for profit and social engineering. Gore’s investment company, Generation Investment Management, which sells carbon offset opportunities, is the largest shareholder of CCX.

Maurice Strong, who is regularly credited as founding father of the modern environmental movement, serves on the board of directors of CCX. Strong was a leading initiate of the Earth Summit in the early 90s, where the theory of global warming caused by CO2 generated by human activity was most notably advanced.
Both Strong and Gore come from the Club of Rome clique, who in their 1991 Report, “The First Global Revolution” openly admitted how they were planning to exploit the contrived hoax of global warming in order to further their agenda.
“In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome. The real enemy then, is humanity itself.,” they wrote.
Gore’s defense against claims that he is peddling fearmongering about global warming to get filthy rich, and one dutifully supported by the NY Times’ whitewash report, is that he is simply putting his money where his mouth is.
However, Gore’s insistence that he is walking the walk, not just talking the talk, doesn’t seem to extend to his own private life in the context of energy conservation and CO2 emissions. While lecturing the world about reducing CO2 emissions and saving energy, Gore’s own mansion uses 20 times the energy of the average American home.
In February 2007, the Tennessee Center for Policy Research revealed that the gas and electric bills for the former vice president’s 20-room home and pool house devoured nearly 221,000 kilowatt-hours in 2006, more than 20 times the national average of 10,656 kilowatt-hours. These figures were not disputed by Gore.
“If this were any other person with $30,000-a-year in utility bills, I wouldn’t care,” said the Center’s 27-year-old president, Drew Johnson. “But he tells other people how to live and he’s not following his own rules.”

A friend of mine just passed last spring at age 80. Her husband had been an
honest businessman and through hard work and thrift saved nearly a million
dollars during his 50+ year career.
However the 2 daughters were spoiled and spent $ like the current president.
They literally worried their father to death and then actually tried to have my
friend declared “incompetent” & forced into a nursing home so they could get
their hands on all her money. Her nurse and I quickly thwarted that plan.
Well the girls got their “wish” last spring when their mom passed, with an
unusual twist. No sooner did the funds clear than the one daughter, age 47,
SUDDENLY DIED. She hadn’t even been sick. Weeks later older daughter was
involved in a serious car accident which has left her paralyzed from the waist
down. The money she inherited will go for expensive medical treatment.
SO, for Mr. GORE and all CHEATERS like him, there is definitely some HEAVY
KARMA COMING DOWN. Gore and his cohorts in the White House, Banks
and Corporations are messing with some SERIOUS MOJO, and their daddy
LUCIFER can do NOTHING to stop it. ITS KNOWN AS THE GOLDEN RULE;

For some they never make the connection when it happens I suppose because of their evil heart. None the less I have seen the happenings, particularly of this year speed up. Yow, well maybe we can carbon date old Al and put him as a statue in Rock City with the little fairy tale people. That would be quite fitting, would it not. When heading to KY this past Friday, I was reminded that good ole Al is quite respected in Tennessee, as I passed the green marker sign upon entering the state that had his name on it. I am sure when he becomes a featured character at Rock City, that tourism will go through the roof. Of course, I suggest that people do wait until he passes on to great Climate Change in the sky before carbon dating him. LOL

To who ever wants to read IT:
I don’t hate or want to hate any rich, famous and powerful person. I refuse to waste my time on that and to give them the pleasure of that type of attention being sought.
But be sure of the obvious fact that solutions that are within reach of real human beings (you know, the one that evolved naturally over billions of years, not articially developed) but are not being sought, and if they are they are not being responsibly informed to the anguished crowd. This solutions are available through all the information already generated and the high tech tools available, and the normal reasoning power of humanity, even with all the mistakes and error prone built in.
If they are lying or creating problems for the population is either because they are sick or they are engaged in personal wars that use the population rather than already trained, and payed for, personnel. Either way is a problem for those at risk, but I think it is this group that will rise with the real solutions, and be sure that we will share them with you, we won’t harrass you, we won’t extorsion you, we won’t make you ill, and we will pick you up if you fall low, we won’t even hate you. But we will not forget what has happened, because if we do, it will happen again.
Things that stand out:
1. There are climate problems visible to any one. The question of this being man made is relevant, the important thing to answer is how is it being done.
2. If all generations are lied to, constantly brain washed, and ‘magic treaks’ thrown in to make it more sofisticated, none of the facts will be clearly answered, neither government, military or any intelligent and ethical scientist will come out with the correct answer. That is problem with horrendous implications, particularly when there are people in the world with enough power to reach the solutions faster.
3. The planet is ours, we keep it for every one, not just a few.

If they are lying or creating problems for the population is either because they are sick or they are engaged in personal wars that use the population rather than already trained, and paid for, personnel. Either way is a problem largely for those at risk, but I think it is this group that will rise with the real solutions, and be sure that we will share them with you, we won’t harass you, we won’t extortion you, we won’t make you ill, and we will pick you up if you fall low, we won’t even hate you. But we will not forget what has happened, because if we do, it will happen again.
Things that stand out:
1. There are climate problems visible to anyone. The question of this being man made is relevant; the important thing to answer is how is it being done.
2. If all generations are lied to, constantly brain washed, and ‘magic’ thrown in to make it more ‘sophisticated’, none of the facts will be clearly answered, neither government, military or any intelligent and ethical scientist will come out with the correct answer. That is a problem with horrendous implications, particularly when there are people in the world with enough power to reach the solutions faster.
3. The planet is ours; we keep it for everyone, not just a few.

Well, this illustrates the real problem: confusion, panic, and fear, casualties even without using the vaccine or even working in that lab.
There is something very wrong when this information is either leaking out easily or the wrong stuff is added without concern of either of the consequences. You just get a set of high school lab supplies and you do the quality control. How can a specialty company be backed up by first world governments and still make such mistake without care of being caught?
I don’t get it; somebody is causing problems too easy to spot. Something else must be going on, and the internet users are being fooled and badly used. For example, adding even more watch to every second of the day, like when you go to the bathroom (ja ja, yes)
But I agree that the response is: they have to stop whatever is going on, there are enough victims across the spectrum. If changes need to be implemented for good reason they ought to be disscussed, not imposed.

I don’t like the idea of a world government; it seems inconvenient for many reasons, and prone to chaos.
What it is rather appropriate is have better exchange, trade, safe traveling, clearer rules and regulations, to keep the planet healthy, including humans. But to ruin humanity to keep everything else is beyond reasoning.
I like what I have, why do I have to grow appendixes I don’t need, why do I have to talk or look exactly like you, why do I have to follow every exotic, yet unnecessary, habit of yours? The list of observable and reproducible details is long, but I bet you that if we compare that list it has many things in common. A single mind and culture is actually detrimental for survival.
We can get along without being clones. If that is the challenge being post, the wrong tools are being applied. In my opinion.

You know, I’ve often wondered what the likes of those like Gore and the other elites plan to do with all of the money they have from the sweat and tears of the working class? Today I was walking through the city and 3 guys in suits came out of the same building as me, then I walk around the corner and went into a restaurant for cover. I thought that by sitting down in there with lots of people around I would be safe but these Bilderberg stooges were so open about it they bought sandwiches and sat down in the booth opposite me. i pretended to go to the toilet then once the door was closed got out through the window, never had such a close call before.
