The Posse Comitatus Act was passed in 1878, just after the end of the Reconstruction following the Civil War, and prohibited the federal government from using the military for domestic law enforcement purposes except in very rare cases. Per Wikipedia, the Act was a political concession to Southern states, withdrawing the Union military forces that policed ex-Confederate states during the Reconstruction.
A couple months ago, the Department of Defense announced it was assigning a full-time Army unit to be on call to facilitate military cooperation with the Department of Homeland Security in the event of another terrorist attack.
A report in the Army Times last month first brought the domestic deployment to light. The Army’s 3rd Infantry Division 1st Brigade Combat Team became the first unit assigned permanently to Northern Command.
According to the Army Times report, the Team would be on-call to respond in the event of a natural disaster or terror attack anywhere in the country, or they could be used to “help with civil unrest and crowd control.” (Link)
This clearly raises issues with respect to the Posse Comitatus Act, but even more troubling are recent reports a U.S. Army War College professor has written a report asserting military intervention would be required in a number of domestic scenarios.

My friend, uncles, dad are not killers, they do not think about war, or killing people ..ever! And especially my brothers and my father (supreme teacher) hate war and will never have anything to do with it. The only way this system can perpetuate itself is because people in this country are constantly taught and thinking about killing other people, that is why they join the military, that is why people love the military channel, Killing people is all that is ever thought of on that channel.
These people are not normal, and neither is #4, he obviously thinks that people who join the killers are normal becuase he himself thinks about war all the time. You are brainwashed buddy,,sorry there is no other way to put it. There are two types of military, well maybe three, no four. You have people who want to go and kill someone and play with explosives and guns but they don’t have the smarts or guts to become a serial killer, any serial killer could pick people who they think deserve to die like a vigil-ante, but they don’t for whatever reason. This type wants to do it legally and they love the thought of having a band of fellow minded people watching their backs. Then you have the ones who get into trouble with the law and don’t have the balls to take the case to court, some of these guys turn into a ratt and tell everything they know about someone they know like a drug dealer or some other crime they know about, some just go down to the recruiting station and ask if the recruiter can get them off if they join the service. Then you have the ones who want to be in charge of the killers, they dream about what it would be like to be an officer, some dream of leading the killers into battle, some dream about watching the killers fight it out from the hills overseeing the battle, these become officers. Then you have the ones from other countries who want citizenship here and are willing to do a little killing to get a citizenship.
But whatever the reason, no one can honestly say that anyone joins the service to get an education or to be all they can be, this is such a lie it is laughable. Ahhh but some get in and then they see the error of their ways, once they are stuck and fucked they finally start listening to their heart, or their subconscience, but by then it is too late, they have signed their asses over to the government and hopefully they do their best to not pull the trigger, who knows.
No one who dreams of serving the purpose for which they were created, and the creator joins the military, this is the only type of people who seem to be in control of their minds, all the rest are either weak minded and are easily duped, or they are hypnotized and brainwashed, but no one is going to tell me that they are just normal folks. A thinking person should be able to realize they are living in a world full of zombies by the age of 5 or 7 years old. I don’t care if your parents are this way or that way, no one has to join the service.
This is evident by the fact that 80% of the people in the services want out of the war, but still keep on fighting, they are weak and don’t have what it takes to just quit, they don’t trust each other to do the right thing, they call themselves a band of brothers, but how can they be brothers when they won’t stick up for one another. All that needs to happen is a whole group of soldiers that is in contact with one another just decide that’s that and stop fighting, maybe they would be thrown in jail, but at least they wouldn’t be fighting the lie they call a war.
The messiah and the apostles were stronger than 99.999% of all men on this earth, yes the methods of brainwashing the people are way stronger and spread out at light speek( television and movies) but still they knew what they wanted and were willing to die for it. And what they wanted was to be in the presence of the one who made them, in the kingdom…..alive!
While some will say “hey the soldiers are dying for what they believe in” it is not the same because when they are dead they have nothing ,,utterly nothing, it is only those who are back here in the usa that get to participate in life, the dead know nothing, and never get to enjoy the so-called fruits of their labor. And murderers will not be in the only place that has life, so it is a joke to say you anticipate that most will do the right thing, if they were going to do the right thing they would be sitting in the brig waiting for a trial or AWOL.
These are just the facts, it does not mean I judge them I’m just telling the way it is, everyone in this world must make the same choices, I made mine, you made yours, I do not kill, not for anger, and especially not for no Fucking president and some rotten devil senators and congressmen lying bastard thieves! And I love all them men and women who are against the war, I try to love the ones who are duped running around listening to some stupid devil music blowing the shit out of everything that moves, but it is hard when you know so much of the truth of this and every other war!

Been there, done that. Me and the boys had the military used by law enforcement to do a search on us a little while back. Total violation of the Posse Comitatis. Got a sheriff to call his buddies at local military base to do a search with military personnel and equipment. Unless it’s for drugs or weapons of mass destruction,they ca’nt assist and if they do search for those things at the request of law enforcement they have to fill out a lot of federal paperwork,going through the local U.S. Attorneys office,the U.S. Attorney Generals office in Washington D.C. and then even more paperwork over at the Pentagon. In our case they went through the old boys network,you scratch my back,I’ll scratch your back,kind of thing. Doing what they did is a 2 year felony under federal law. Did’nt find nothin!

My fellow U.S. Citizens who love and respect freedom, happiness and peace. The time has truly come when “We the People” once again must defend our right to be a free and happy people. Why? It’s time to start preparing for the reality of “gun control” enforcement, and I’m afraid that this might result in the “first shot” being fired. I really hope everyone, especially the readers here who are continually calling for violence as a first option, will think this scenario through and formulate a plan for themselves and their family.
What will you do personally when you are stopped for a traffic violation or the police come to your door and ask to see any weapons in your posession?
If you now own weapons, will you protect them by hiding them? What will be your personal threshold on when to use them?
If you choose not to comply with a direct request to surrender a weapon that you are known to possess, are you willing to use force to protect that weapon?
How will you protect your family if you personally choose to stand against the coming control efforts?
These are vital questions that must be asked and answered by each patriot individually. If things do get out of hand, no amount of raw courage will be sufficent to allow you (and more importantly, your family) to survive. For those who always suggest violence as an immediate. first option, I suggest you think more realistically. You and your family are at home. The “federales”, who know exactly what firearms you own, come to your door. How do you respond? It is way more important that you do the planning and communication with your family needed to address this question than it is for you to come on this site and post meaningless things like “revolution now” and “let’s get this started”.
It the shooting starts, it will not be great, glorious, or heroic. It will be chaotic, confusing, and throw your guts up sickening. True patriots do not start wars, but by planning and determination, they do finish them.
Please plan, get ready (with just as much planning for shelter, water, and food for your loved ones as your put into your armory), and pray that we can stop this thing before that first “shot heard round the world” is fired. That shot will be impossible to take back.

Make provisions to leave this country for a while. See if you can use your skills in India. I hear they are hiring for many jobs. Get your passport ready, even if you must reduce your standard of living, at least you and your family will still be alive once the smoke clears.
