In the second installment of his new audio blog, Alex Jones goes in-depth about his outrage over the BART shooting case, in light of new developments, including clear video and information about victim Oscar Grant’s pleading with the officer for mercy because he has a young child. Alex defends those who stood up to on-its-face police tyranny, despite the negative portrayal of the ‘rioters.’ Alex points out that the evidence points to a premeditated police killing made worse by a subsequent systematic cover-up & lies about the videos that recorded the incident and many other aspects of the incident. Worst of all, it appears that the officer, who has now resigned, is likely to go unpunished.
Alex also discusses the Rockefeller control of Exxon Mobil and other oil companies, the establishment’s all encompassing embrace the ‘climate change’ issue and intent to demonize & regulate carbon dioxide, methane and other basic elements of life and much more.

Alex, I sent this story out to my yahoo group of friends and one buddy of mine responded in double-think. He said that he agreed with me that it was murder & the officer should go to jail, but he thought it might have been an accident because the officer acted surprised after he did it. By definition an accident wouldn’t be a murder, but this guy said he agreed it was murder and then said it wasn’t by claiming it looked accidental. Absolutely amazing. I responded by explaining how the guy was restrained, face-down, not resisting, & the officer clearly pulls his pistol, carefully aims and fires. NO accident there, & believe me, it doesn’t take an Oscar winning actor to act surprised for the public after killing someone.

I appreciate your patriotism… I found you by accident about a month ago, and though I can’t listen to you live, I catch all I can from your site and youtube.
Please don’t burn-out on us. Please stay on the firing line as you’re able… I’m a Bible-believing, home-schooling daddy of nine, and I have to believe that there are many others like me out there who are thankful for your voice also.

He didn’t look all that surprised to me. He didn’t really look confused either – he was well aware that he was shooting a gun and not a taser.
In any case, this will go to court and he will be charged with murder. Anything less will be a complete scandal.

We love you, and your daughter is a blessed child for having you as a father for the time she did. She will grow to be a beautiful soulful woman and know her father loved her. The angels that surround your family will be sure to see to this, as will we. The police are completely gone. My buddy is just about retiring and he regrets how it has changed his soul. Not so much how the nature of the job has changed him, but the attitudes of his fellow officers who have an us vs them attitude. An attitude of we are above the law.

I realize that this is a bit off-topic, but FWIW, I received Chuck Baldwin’s latest email a couple of days ago (see: chuckbaldwinlive.com/c2009/cbarchive_20090109.html – I tried to post this earlier with active links, but I think they get shot down), and this was my reply back to him:

I would guess you’re a very busy man, as the first email I sent you several weeks ago has gone unanswered to date.
Regarding your book selections below, I appreciate you sharing these with us, and noticed some of those I’ve also recently read in the arena of the international elitist’s conspiracy to bankrupt and control our nation and to destroy our sovereignty through the fraud of the Federal Reserve System — there are few in leadership positions, as yourself, who would have the courage to recommend reading down these avenues, and I thank you for your courage in this matter.
However, I did not see any mention of books or authors on the topic of 9-11 truth. Sadly, Mr. Ron Paul dropped off the bandwagon to help get to the bottom of the truth in this major conspiracy among some of our nation’s elitist leaders. As you may realize, the 9-11 incident would not be the first time in our nation’s history that “thrones, dominions and powers” utilized False Flag incidents to supply a pretext to war or the stripping away of our Constitutional Rights (Bill of Rights) or the usurpation of power over our US Constitution — the sinking of the Lithuania for WWI, the baiting of Japan and allowing of the attack on Pearl Harbor for WWII, the total deception and fabrication of the Bay of Tonkin for Vietnam… this completely Unconstitutional War with Iraq (where is Congress’ Declaration of War?), etc.
Where do you stand on the matter of attempting to bring forth 9-11 truth?
With the continued attempts to overthrow the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878; the recent Presidential Directive 51; the numerous UNCONSTITUTIONAL Executive Orders that can give the US President the powers of a monarch; the empowering of FEMA to suspend Habeus Corpus and the Constitution and to intern US Citizens for protesting against these abuses (First Amendment Rights), in light of end-times prophesy, it seems there needs to be many more voices speaking out; would you please consider joining folks like me in doing so?

It was an accident? HE IS DEAD!!! Accident or not… there was no due process, no chance for a trial, no chance for him to serve a sentence and maybe change…. nothing.
Police state… Martial law is on the way.
And the cop shoud be put in jail, accident or no accident. If a normal citizen accidentally shoot someone out int he woods when they are hunting… they go to jail.
I understand that the cops were in a bad situation. No guns though needed to be drawn and pointed at those in custody….. The crowd would have been a bigger menace… insane….

KansasCityConspiracyKook (#26), in October, I attended a Chuck Baldwin event in Kansas City. I asked Mr. Baldwin if he believed the official government version of 9/11 or if he believed the profound and staggering evidence that points to an inside job. He told me that he had “no opinion” on 9/11. He said that if he was elected he would have a new investigation. I thought that was pathetic because we all know that he never had a chance, and he didn’t have the courage to stand up and tell the truth. Building 7 collapsing at nearly free-fall speed and the towers coming down at an amazing rate of ten floors a second….seriously, who can’t see the government’s story is a fraud? I have precious little respect for Chuck Baldwin or anyone else who won’t tell the truth about 9/11.

Hey Joe smith, These cops need indictment by a grand jury for murder 2, trial by jury and to face life in prison. They should be charged with acting in concert, insightment of riots and federal civil rights charges added. If the law will not deal with it, i know a bunch of ex-speical forces types that are patriots and will be glad too. From time to time, freedom must be bought by the blood of patriots. Remember that, when the time comes, will you willingly allow your neighbors who don’t agree with the banksters, to be escorted into gas chambers like hitler did to the jewish people in nazi germany? It was an execution out of rage. They are trained in the us vs. them mentality, and they hate our guts. They are scared to death of us as well. When they confront us, they do one of two things. They either dominate or fear the person(s), and if they have any fear, they pull out their gun. Once that is done, only a fraction of an inch seperates life from death. The cops in this country are out of control. They must, must, back off or they will be sealing their own doom.

This has become totally outrageous! It is time to start sending these criminals hiding in uniforms to prison. The rise of the garrison/police state is on the way and the purpose of these actions is to teach us to submit and cower every time the imperial legat police pass us in a vehicle or deal with us in person. And when we assert our rights, we get a billy jack in the head or a bullet in the back.
While I respect the police as an institution of law enforcement, I will not continue to abide the destruction of my rights and those of my fellow citizens. This is our Republic and we will not surrender it now or ever.

I made an observation.
The other day my friend and I had a discussion on how we found out about infowars dot com. He said he saw “INFOWARS.COM” ON his $ PAPER MONEY written on both sides. The letters were written on the edges (the empty spaces) as to not deface the paper money, yet prominent enough to get the person to check it out. Incidentally I found out about this site by “INFOWARS.COM” ON my £ PAPER MONEY! Recently I also saw “DAVIDICKE.COM/OBAMA” ON PAPER MONEY too.
Probably the founding fathers would DO THIS in our situation to wake people up (as well as GET OTHERS TO WRITE “INFOWARS.COM” ON PAPER MONEY too). As I said, it’s just an observation; I am not saying I AM DOING THIS nor am I saying YOU SHOULD DO THIS. NOW, have a good day. – InfoReborn

Alex should bring out the fact that the media has been sugar coating Oscar Grant’s background. He was in fact a career criminal. Not that it makes the cop any less dirty, but shows the media bias towards minorities and their multiculturalist agenda.

Since the beginning of the year I’ve started taking my camera with me everywhere. I also made up a laminated press card on a lanyard.
Yesterday I went for my walk on the beach like I do every evening. When I turned off my block, I saw 5 cop cars bubblegum machines going. They had pulled over 2 harleys and were questioning the drivers.
I sat down at the bus stop (about 30 feet from them), pulled out the press pass and turned my camera on.
They definatly noticed me, but wouldn’t make eye contact or acknowlege me.
Nothing really out of the ordinary happened. They did arrest one of the guys but there was no excitement.
We all need to be doing this. Just our presence and vigilence will make these public servants stop and think twice before trashing our rights.
I am my brothers’ keeper….

Alex Jones and others of his ilk just don’t seem to get the idea that this country is being overrun by lawlessness. These crackhead gangbanger animals don’t seem to care that there is law enforcement still in this country and that police officers have the right, the responsibility, the jurisdiction and the wherewithal to ensure that the law is being upheld. Of course it is unfortunate that an individual lost his life in this situation however if this same individual had acted like a civilized human being, there wouldn’t be this mess. But no, the blacks in this country seem to think that they pretty much can get away with practically anything, that they won’t be called to answer for their actions and if they do, they can always play the race card and our politically correct society will not only bend backwards for them but actually bend over and kiss their collective asses. I’m totally aware that whites also do commit crimes in this country and they too are being dealt with, but, the overwhelming majority of crimes are being committed by blacks then by latinos. What about the other races and nationalities in this country? We don’t seem to hear much about them. Why is that? First it was justice then equality then integration. It seems that it wasn’t really integration that they wanted but access. Access to whitey’s money, to whitey’s property, to whitey’s jobs, to whitey’s wives and daughters etc., etc., etc.. I think they call it reparations. Mark my words it’s not going to stop here and now with Obama, you haven’t seen nothing yet.

Corruption. The cop who killed Oscar Grant is to be held accountable. Resigning does not change the facts; it doesn’t change the fact that the person in question was a cop at the time of the shooting, therefore, he is to be held accountable. It’s funny, when corporations sue, such an argument works for them, I wonder if it would work for us the people. Even if he resigns, it don’t matter, a uniform don’t matter to justice; he will pay for his actions. Apparels don’t change a criminal; he’s done it, he’s going for it.

Maybe he accidentally discharged the weapon? Maybe accidents happen in this universe? Maybe people and the police are not perfect, sure nobody deserves to die, but that doesn’t mean they will not because we say so. Why else would so many die in car accidents every year, or accidentally shoot themselves? I don’t think it would be a good thing for someone to get away with calculated murder, but he probably didn’t set out to kill anyone, but he seems like he failed to keep a cool head, who knows what was going through his mind, only he knows that, whatever happened to the cop being innocent until proven guilty. How can anyone prove intent? Seems premature to imply meaning, looks more like chaos and stress at work to me.
Now do I think the police can be trusted to always do the right thing, of course not, but that appears how the legal system works, it appears slanted to the rich and well connected. As for the cops on the transit they are close to the bottom of the heap of the justice system, I wouldn’t blame them as a group but they are fairly predictable even though they work on the element of surprise, seems they surprised themselves here and this guy slipped up, too bad for both of them, one dead and the others life ruined cause of a mistake, they both made mistakes, bad luck for both of them.
Try to be polite and curteous to people that carry guns around, they are dangerous as this event clearly illustrates, assert your rights but don’t be agressive at all and most should be just fine, in this case a person pushed the guy with the gun over the edge and that lead to a mistake that can’t ever be compensated for, afterall money simply appears meaningless in the grand scheme of things, too bad for the kids life and the cops sanity.

Your comments anger me… Clearly you do not know a lot about firearms. Johannes used a SIG Sauer .40. It has a very heavy trigger pull. The hammer was not cocked so it required the full effort to squeeze the trigger through the double action.
Second if you are a police officer, you are a professional. Which means you to keep a professional attitude at all times, especially if you carry a firearm. I have relatives who fought in Vietnam, Rhodesia and in the South African Defense Force and who are able to keep an equitable attitude to life, despite being in desperate situations.
Third, this incident illustrates why the Second Amendment is needed to fight tyranny. You will realise that Joe quite soon believe me. Then again, maybe you are that conditioned by the mass media liars that you will again praise Law Enforcement bullies when they kill you and/or your family.

Police brutalize a man, (Rodney King), this man, massive riots ensue when there is an injustice, martial law is declared, militarized police end the dissent. It sure looks like they were trying to cover it up. Why else would they confinscate eveybody’s videos then not show them if they wanted the truth to come out. They could review the vids untill they can figure out how to create a loophole in it. You see, if they have all the vids they can edit them untill you think it was just a tazer and not a gun at all, then proceed to doctor all the records and say Oscar died of other complications. But they never banked an extra vids comming out. They should not have a legal right to steal eveybody’s cameras. It’s personal property. Thank God for video recorders! You put a cop with a gun, and a ticket book on every street corner in this country, sooner or later, it will cause bloody revolution in the streets. Some interesting info from the Oakland Tribune…
“The department [BART] does not have enough of the stun guns to equip every officer with one, Gee said. When officers do carry Tasers, he added, they are kept on a separate part of their belts from their service pistols.
“They keep those Tasers on the opposite side of their gun hand, or in the middle, pointed the opposite direction so you have to turn your hand to get it,” Burris said. “No movement (on the videos) suggests (the officer) was reaching for anything other than the location where the gun was.”
Burris said he has not requested any information from BART police but plans to submit a request in the next day or two.
Standard-issue pistols for BART police are Sig-Sauer .40-caliber semi-automatic pistols, Gee said, and the department uses the X26 model Taser.
A loaded Sig-Sauer weighs nearly three times as much as the X26 Taser and is taller by about 2 inches, according to specifications on a gun dealer and official Taser Web sites.” -Oakland Tribune
It’s obvious to anyone who has seen the video that the officer(Johannes Mehserle…is this guy even an American) is reaching for his gun; but the above info just nails it. In asia if you sell drugs they eliminate you, if you get caught with one joint its life in prison, if you are a suspected drug dealer and you try to elude police they will make your fleeing van look the the last seen of bonnie and clyde. If you attempt to kidap someone and are caught you will be hanged within six days. The police in the UK try to convince us that they are careless and irrisponsible with guns. However when someone from the IPCC investigated the chap shot on the Tube tran at Stockwell station she discovered that they grabbed hold of the man, bent him down and shoved his face into an empty seat and shot him 7 times in the back of the head. That sounds very deliberate to me.
Most people, including me were pleased when we heard the police had shot dead a terrorist. However we all thought “next thing we will hear is that they were not a terrorist”. And that was what we heard. Then came the excuse of the packpack with wires sticking out and various other excuses which have been dismissed in court. Then the final insult that the police could not actually be charged with murder, simply open verdict was the toughest choice.
So I don’t trust the police to shoot the right person. I now think these things should be settled in court, as inadequit as that obviously is.

Not to mention it’s pointless, this is just an open format for people to express there opinion and sometimes vent (even though I think the people that vent should truly consider composing themselves prior to venting there frustration…….it will help add clarity to there comment). If people really feel that threatened about a certain comment that they have to result in accusing them as a government agent, there either really to young to handle this type of information or there not capable of composing a strong enough argument.
So let’s go over the facts in the case at hand. A man get’s shot in the back of the head by a law enforcement officer. The man in question has a “questionable” back round, and the police officer claims it was an accident. NOW with this evidence alone the man should be looking at man slaughter charges HOWEVER were still waiting on one key piece of evidence…..THE GUN. If the gun has a defect in any way the law enforcement officer in question might be able to fight the charges, and get off. But that’s the only thing that should be preventing this officers indictment.
So please let them do there jobs and bring forth the evidence when it’s done.
But from the looks of it this guy is guilty as sin regardless of the deceased priors. A gun shot wound to the back of the head is hardly a justifiable act, regardless of the person under arrest (unless of course the man was a child molester, those people should be shot on sight!!!!).

I hate to say it but BoP made some sense.
You were doing real well until you started singling out specific offenders. The scales of justice are blind. No one offender should be singled out to not be excluded from the process. No matter how much I might agree. The process must remain intact.
I will concede that grant was not given equal access to that process. However, I will stand by the assertion that he was the victim of an unfortunate accident. Actually, if you watch the videos again you will see that things escalate when a skinhead officer comes into view from the left. I’m just starting to watch your link you keep posting (I hope you don’t mind) it’s rather interesting to say the least. I was a little bit skeptical at first because I mistook your link for another common link that is constantly being posted by other blogs (i think you might know it the 9/11 missing links site). That site is so one sided that it makes me truly uncomfortable. It’s anti-semetic opinions are so vulger and demeaning that I can’t seem to grasp why anyone would ever believe a word that site has to offer, it even claims to have translated the jewish talmud. Now I’m not jewish but I am familiar with history and if my memory serves me write the translation of the talmus has never been done in english, or been written (due to the fact that the jews consider the talmud to be a discussion based literature reserved only for scholars who are well studied in ancient hebrew and Aramaic), for this I find the whole basis of there arguments to be completely false and refutable.

so the video though long was great nothing to refute there, no racism, no smug remarks, just the facts………I like that.
It was nice to see someone come up and point the obvious other then Steve Watson (who seems to have attracted negative attention from Greg Palast (which i can’t seem to piece together, considering I find greg to be the last of his bread of investigative reporting).

Actually, the fact that he resigned and won’t cooperate does NOT mean its over or that he will go free. It just means he is skirting around the Garrity law which promises that anything the Officer under investigation says to his internal affairs investigators can not be used against him in a criminal trial. (Except to impeach his testimony in other cases) The law also states that failure to cooperate honestly with internal affairs investigation will result in termination from the job.
So, since he resigned at the advice of his lawyer, he is no longer in danger of losing his job for refusing to cooperate. It just means that the Police internal investigation will not involve questioning or cooperation from him. However, the case will most certainly go before a grand jury for no bill or indictment. Very likely he will face at the very least some sort of gross negligent homicide charge. Its not over for the Officer though. He will not get off completely.
The Garrity law is good for a more minor investigation that would not likely cause the loss of the job. In that case, you may as well cooperate with the internal investigation and take your lumps but keep your job. In this case, he was going to lose the job anyway so he resigned.

Only three or four of the comments out of the last 25 are about the Oscar Grant incident that we are discussing on this board. Let’s get back on track people.
Come on Joe Smith/others like him! WAKE UP! Have you even watched the BART video? Are you blind? What if it was white kids on coke/booze (plenty of them around SANFRAN/Oakland) that the cops were singling out in these major cities with gang problems (and believe me…they will be coming after you white kids soon), and not young black men who have to sell the drugs to buy food for their impoverished children; drugs allowed into the U.S. by our own ‘protectors’. In that case…could have been you Joe Smith, or your son/daughter; if you even have the ‘goods’ to create a demon child of your own.
Fact: Johannes had no reason to draw the gun in the first place; this is plainly evident in the video. Oscar Grant was unarmed and subdued. If it was an accident (yeah right), and if Johannes can’t handle a gun properly, or properly maintain his issued equipment and his composure in stressful situations, then why did he have the job of police officer in the first place? That’s a big question. If it were a situation this far fetched, then it would be negligent homicide on the part of Johannes, the other cops, and BART for hiring this hot head, hair trigger cop? Put Johannes in jail NOW, till we figure all this out. He is obviously a menace to society. I feel sorry for Johannes Mehserle’s new born. To grow up knowing that their father is a murderer/national idiot will be hard, to say the least.
Also Joe Smith…look at the facts about the different specs on the sig-saur .40 caliber vs. the tazer BART issues to its officers, and the location of the tazer vs. location of sig-saur .40 caliber on BART police officer’s utility belts all in my post #136. Accident my ass!!! WAKE UP MAN!!!! Murder in the second degree…plain and simple. The other officers were accessories before and after the fact. BART as an organization is responsible for this wrongful death, the attempted cover up, and negligence/accessory to this murder for hiring these monsters in the first place.

I was just thinking about building a website to host people’s video recordings they take of cop related events. A place where you could upload your videos after first transcoding them into mp4 format to save space, then give place, time, date, and description of what the person taking the video saw or heard! Just a thought.
Here’s why, the guy #69 may have thought that nothing happened but he didn’t see what the guy who was arrested was charged with right? Maybe the cop wrote something down on the police report that would be completely contradicted by the video. Maybe he charged the guy with assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, and something else, you never know, one thing I do know is that cops are liars, they constantly put down as many charges as humanly possible so that they can do the barter thing down the line by offering a plea bargain ya know, so a citizen force that places it’s videos online for anyone who needs them to use would be a great thing. I mean hey they are always telling us “dwi blitzes are everywhere” or we’re watching or whatever. Well our message could be to them “We’re watching you!”

And you’re right #69 had a great idea. I wish I had the funds to wire my car up like that. Wouldn’t it be great to pull up to a checkpoint, have the cop stick his fat head in your car, and see a camera staring right back at him. “Have a nice evening, sir”, is what you’d here more often I would think.
You’re idea is more easily attainable, would reach more people, and I think you should do it. Who knows, maybe it’ll be the next myspace. Let’s hope we don’t have that much police brutality related video and material for it to get that big though?

And I tell you what I say that, even I disagree with Alex in this particular case of the Bart shooting.
Because I think there is actually reason to believe it might was a accident!
As I check out the footage of the shooting and I look at the body language of the officer I see he is in shock for a moment so that’s why I think it was no planned murder!(why would he be shocked if he planned to do this)
If it turns out to be a accident I actually feel sorry for that officer and I don’t want to be in his shoes cause if he is not as emotional dead as you he will suffer from this.
But then I really don’t like what he did 6 seconds later as he is fighting around with the man he just shoot! Also I don’t like the attempt of the police to confiscate footage and denying in the first place there was any!
Anyway I do not always agree with Alex I still researched lots of what he exposed myself and found he brought up a lot of truth in many cases well he is only human so he cant be right every time! I want this officer to have a fair trail where he is assumed innocent until proofed guilty as charged but there must be a trail Police have to be accountable towards The People!

You say the gov is going to bring the pain but they are to busy stealing your money to build another housing project in some neighborhood that you are probably afraid to walk in. Which government do you speak for? Is it one that Rod Blago is part of? Is it the same gov that steals from people in kansas e.g. and gives the money to banks or the UAW or any other deadbeat organization? The “Thin Blue Line” is very thin indeed. And it doesn’t take much to break that line. How many cops are going to show up for work when they see that their ass is a target? Most of these guys are marginally smart enough to practice self preservation. About the first time “demonstrators” overrun an attacking police line, lots of cops will get a mystery illness & not report for work. Just look at New Orleans after Katrina. How many cops stayed there? And what did those that stayed do? A real high point for law enforcement.

I have been a police officer for 11 years,and this the most disgusting and cowardly thing i have seen a fellow officer do.First of all how many officers does it take to subdue one individual,i could have handcuffed the individual by myself.My point is,if it was taser confusion,what was the need for a taser anyway?Just handcuff him.
