If you read the Civilian Inmate Labor Camp docs it clearly states that inmates already in a correctional facility can be used as supplemental labor at no cost to the gov’t, not the general public. Folks here is the problem with the FEMA camps scenario. Do the camps exist? Doesn’t matter. Do they plan to use them? Doesn’t matter. Why doesn’t it matter? Because your gov. military included is not capable of the necessary logistics to pull it off. Thousands of people in hundreds of camps. Food, sanitation, secuity, etc. etc. All that while all hell is breaking loose across the entire nation. They are more apt to simply shoot your ass, because they are NOT capable of housing and holding that many malcontents, and the ones they will try to hold will be the dummys, they will still have to deal with those who escaped, and there will be thousands of them. Think!!!!
