Alleged North Carolina Jihadists to be Tried with Secret Evidence

The Associated Press reports today that the supposed North Carolina terrorism suspects may be tried with secret evidence. The case may involve “classified material that will raise national security issues if given to their defense attorneys,” federal prosecutors told the AP. The men charged in the case are to appear in federal court on Tuesday.

The government filed a motion under the Classified Information Procedures Act (CIPA), which sets guidelines for the disclosure of sensitive information. CIPA is not intended to infringe on a defendant’s right to a fair trial or to change the existing rules of evidence in criminal procedure, but it appears that is precisely what will happen if the government is permitted to keep evidence secret in the case.
In 1996, the government used CIPA in its prosecution of Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols in the Oklahoma City bombing trial (see McVeigh’s 3/96 Memo Summarizing The Classified Information Procedures Act; see also Stephen Jones’ Others Unknown, p.133). In 2007, Nichols revealed that McVeigh was connected to government provocateurs.
It is entirely possible a similar situation exists in the North Carolina case. The AP notes:
Prosecutors haven’t said whether the terror suspects had any specific timelines or targets, although the indictment said some of them went on trips over the past three years to Jordan, Kosovo, Pakistan and Israel “to engage in violent jihad.” The indictment said the elder >strong>Boyd received terrorist training in Pakistan and Afghanistan two decades ago and, more recently, recruited followers in North Carolina. (Emphasis added.)
It is a well-established fact these training camps were funded by the Saudis at the behest of the CIA and managed by Pakistan’s ISI. As documented by Jason Burke (Al Qaeda: The true story of Radical Islam, p. 77-78), numerous camps were built at Zhawar Khili, Jali, Pabbi, Khaldan, Ali Khel, Tora Bora and elsewhere along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border.
The training camps were maintained by a handful of Mujahideen, including Osama bin Laden (his primary camps were named Badr I and Badr II) and Gulbuddin Heckmatyar, a trusted CIA-ISI asset that received a lion’s share of covert funding. In the 1980s, CIA officials often visited these camps, according to research conducted by B. Raman of the South Asia Analysis Group.

According to the current Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, in the mid-80s the CIA examined ways to increase the participation of these internationally recruited Islamic fighters, including the formation of some sort of “international brigade” (see Steve Coll, Ghost Wars: The Secret History of the CIA, Afghanistan, and Bin Laden, from the Soviet Invasion to September 10, 2001, p. 146).
A brigade of patsies and useful idiots, specicially organized to put a face on false flag terrorism, would later be created, dubbed “al-Qaeda” (after a Mujahideen database) and used for propaganda purposes in the manufactured GWOT, or “global war on terrorism,” designed as a pretext to destroy societies in the Middle East unamenable to the bankers and also construct a police state and pervasive surveillance apparatus at home.
According federal prosecutors, Daniel Patrick Boyd are others were present at these CIA-ISI micro-managed camps in the late 80s. It appears there is something related to their presence in Afghanistan and Pakistan federal prosecutors want to keep secret and not have introduced during the trial. Is it possible the government wants to prevent any mention of the possibility Boyd and his alleged co-conspirators are in fact CIA operatives or more likely duped patsies and mental deficients?
If so, it would hardly be a historical precedent.

Atta’s luggage was the ONLY luggage that didn’t make the flight. In his luggage was everything you would expect to find in a terrorist luggage. Maps, notes, threats, flight training manuals, letters to Allah, without his luggage you would never have known anything. His was the ONLY luggage not to make the flight.
The reason they only found his luggage was because there were no commercial planes on 9-11. It was all a lie. Without that plane crashing, the never ending global US war on terror does not exist?! I live in N.C. approx. 20 minutes from the town Patrick Boyd lived in. The entire thing just kinda stinks from the stand point of our local news. I’ve yet to see any photos released of his two sons, who are not minors, by any of our local media nor are they mentioned regularly although they were also arrested. There have been many in the community of Willow Springs where Boyd lived that have come out in support of him stating he was anything but a crazed terrorist. They’ve stated how he was helpful to his neighbors and the community and were completely shocked by the aligations. I know at one time most Serial Killers were great guys too but the support is overwelming with neighbors making an posting front yard ” Support Boyd” signs. The arrest also suspiciously occured simotaniously with the arrival of Obama in Raleigh (about 10 minutes away) for his “town hall” ObamaCare meeting at a local high school. I just wish more was being done to be objective. My personal feeling is he may have been stock piling weapons for events we all know are coming from the real terrorist.

I am almost sure most actually don’t. I am a bible believing Christian. I use the word fundamentalist very reluctantly because of the negative connotation I sometimes even have toward it by the images projected on the television screen. I believe that the bible is the word of God and Jesus is God incarnate let us leave it there.
Do you wonder why all those type’s seem to have the biggest megaphone. Maybe they get it because they are that way or maybe sold out to the powers that be. There are I am almost sure Christians pastors that have whored themselves to the government. Tragically.
Just because you sit in a pulpit or have the title of Pope does not mean that when you die you will not be condemned to hell.
Most are in the pulpit everyday and doing what they know to be best and probably do not agree at all. You do not hear about them much, well maybe because they don’t agree.
One excellent preacherman put it this way, a seduced bride. Tragically I am sure he is right. The preacherman all need to stay away from the very corrupt government and do what Christ actually told them to do; MAKE CHRISTIANS!

On Monday Aug. 3rd AJ had a guest on his show that calls himself a psychiatrist. I call him a misinformation agent. It is shows like this one that convince me that AJ is nothing but a provocateur.
I am a Psychologist (by virtue of 8 years of school, and degrees). On the show in question this quack and Alex Jones were talking about involuntary institutionalization and use of psychotropic medications.
In the early part of the twentieth century there were insane asylums all over the US and they did indeed practice involuntary institutionalization and use of meds. However, in the sixties and seventies a process of deinstitutionalization began. Many asylums were closed and community mental health programs began. Laws were passed making it illegal to institutionalize individuals without their consent (unless they broke the law) even if they have a full blown psychosis. It is also illegal to make individuals take any drugs without their informed consent. These laws are still in effect and adhered to by psychological professionals.
It is clear to me that Alex Jones is a misinformation agent for the NWO trying to provoke the people into revolt. So that we can then be rounded up or taken out.

Let’s discuss our mental health system. I have a friend who made a remark a couple of months ago about wanting to off himself. Anyone who knows him knows that he would never do this. However, he is a bit of a lazy sod and hadn’t worked in several months and was not looking for work.
So. his sister called the cops, figuring she’d teach him a lesson and get his ass moving. The cops came and took him away involuntarily even though he stated he had said what he did just to get his sister off of his back. He stayed at the waiting room of the Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, CPEP unit, for nearly 3 days in what he described as conditions right out of a horror movie.
They would not let him take a shower until day three. The food was horrific. People were lying on the floor urinatiing and defecating. There were no sleeping accomodations – just chairs. He would go to the nurse’s window to report that someone had urinated on himself or that someone else was threatening violence and the nurses would tell him to go sit down and go on as if nothing was happening. He would see them behing their glass window laughing and having a grand old time as people were herded into a small room like cattle, urinating, screaming, pacing, etc.
One poor soul had gone to the hospital for the removal of a cyst, was on his way out of the hospital, went down the wrong corridor and wound up at CPEP by mistake – they kept him there for a day and a half until they finally found out that he did not belong there.
I’ve know this guy for 10 years and he would have zero reason to lie to me. He did get a job though.

Yes you are right in that a person can be held for 72 hours, beyond that the person would have to be shown to be a danger to themselves or others. I don’t doubt that there are abuses but people are not being locked up on a whim.
I myself had an experience in which an ex girlfriend called the police on me and told them that I was gonna kill myself. The cops broke down my door and sprayed me with mase, I’m a very large guy 6′5″ 300 lbs. They hauled me to the doctor and when the Dr. found out that I was the head of the psychology dept at a local college, he told the cops to take me home. The cops argued with the Dr. but the Dr. held his ground. I guess if it wasn’t for my position they would have brought me to the nut hut. So in light of this reflection I guess I should be open to the possibility to more blatant abuse in the system.
Thanks for the argument, perhaps opened my eyes a little. I have been out of psych for about 6 years now.

The mental health system is open to abuse to be sure. Just like CPS. I don’t agree with Alex that all CPS workers are demons. The fact is, there ARE monstrous, abusive parents out there – parents who burn their kids with cigarettes, physically, psychologically and sexually abuse them, etc. Of course, that system too is open to corruption. Any system or bureaucracy is really, not to mention our judicial system, to finally get back on topic.

Many are racists and neo-Nazis like you know who. Not all of course. In fact, I used to hang with a biker in my younger days. He wasn’t a complete outlaw but he was pretty rough around the edges. This was about 20 years ago. Come to think of it, a few of his biker buddies were, in fact, extremely racist. One had a swastika tatooed on his forehead – he was always getting into fights in bars and stuff. Probably dead or toothless by now.

If Boyd’s trial has any similarity with other ‘terror’ trials then the main evidence will be taped conversations between him and his ‘terror recruits’.

You never know when the false flag attack will be launched – in reality it is probably going to consist of a series of small false flaggers that they use to improve the effectiveness of them.

Think about it – can u really turn off gps tracking on your cell phone? The answer is actually NO – there are very few that don’t leave GPS tracking on for what they call “911″ service. 911 is run by NWO-based government. DO the math and wake up! When the Feds were searching Murphy, N.C. (Cherokee County) for their employee (Eric Rudolph), the locals were watching and sabotaging the Feds. Every time the agents went to a laundromat to wash their uniforms, the locals would pour red or orange dye in the washers. After a few weeks, the now paranoid Feds were doing their laundry by hand in the sinks of their motel rooms and they refused to dine in restaurants unless they could see the food being prepared. I couldn’t tell you how many ATV and truck tires the agents lost due to mysterious “sidewall punctures”, but it was definitely in the upper hundreds!
