Anderson Cooper/Southern Poverty Law Center step-up propaganda against American people
March 30, 2010
Mark Potok of the Southern Poverty Law Center was asked to join yet another on-air discussion this week, this time with CNN, which continues the sound the panic alarm against informed Americans the same way the mainstream media did against Islamic people after 9/11.
The Southern Poverty Law Center is an organization that superficially fronts as an “anti-hate organization” to win public support then uses that support, and peoples’ trust in its mission, to socially isolate groups and organizations that protest various federal government policies and lump them together with a few lone extremists. Earlier this year, in a report it released, the Southern Poverty Law Center labeled We Are Change a militia group without offering any basis for doing so. We Are Change has never done anything militant and has always preached peace. Its members include people of all races.
Realizing that people are beginning to wake up as the President of “Change” proves to be just another George Bush, and fearing public backlash against growing federal power, CNN and the rest of the mainstream media are aiming their cameras back at the public in an attempt to divide it, promoting hatred among Americans while pretending to condemn it.
In this segment the pundits imply there is no push by world leaders for world government and that entities like the EU are not the first steps towards one, when the EU itself was once considered a conspiracy theory (now it has a president) and our own world leaders discuss their desire for a world monetary unit and global financial governance. Also notice how Pot0k tries to justify the MIAC report– a DHS document for law enforcement which classified Ron Paul supporters as potential domestic terrorists.
Demonizing “conspiracy theories”– (the ones they don’t want to promote, while continuing to peddle the ones they do, such as the notion that Iran is on the verge of making a nuclear bomb)– this transparently blatant propaganda piece shows just how afraid the corporate media is of the internet and the ability of average people to communicate true information to each other.
