Another Attack on the Constitution: Obama Hijacks the Census

It’s another shot across the bow of the Constitution: the White House has announced it will micromanage the census. It is said Obama and crew — you can almost hear Rahm Emanuel cracking his knuckles in Obama’s ear — decided to lord over the census after California Rep. Barbara Lee, chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, and Hispanic groups complained to the White House about Judd Gregg, the Republican senator from New Hampshire slated to head the Commerce Department. Lee, the Caucus, and Hispanic groups complained Gregg couldn’t be trusted to conduct to run the census, at least not to their liking, and in response the Obama administration hijacked the census.

On February 6, White House spokesman Laena Fallon said: “From the first days of the transition the census has been a priority for the president, and a process he wanted to reevaluate. There is historic precedent for the director of the census, who works for the Commerce Secretary and the president, to work closely with White House senior management — given the number of decisions that will have to be put before the president. We plan to return to that model in this administration.”
In short, the Obama administration plans to violate the Constitution and the law. According to Article I, Section 2 the Constitution: “The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct.” As for the Law, Congress decreed the following:
The Secretary [of Commerce] shall perform the functions and duties imposed upon him by this title, may issue such rules and regulations as he deems necessary to carry out such functions and duties, and may delegate the performance of such functions and duties and the authority to issue such rules and regulations to such officers and employees of the Department of Commerce as he may designate.

Title 13 of the U.S. Code, Chapter 1, Subchapter I, § 2, entitled “Bureau of the Census,” states: “The Bureau is continued as an agency within, and under the jurisdiction of, the Department of Commerce.”
Not under the jurisdiction of Obama and Rahm Emanuel, but the Department of Commerce. The Director of the Census by law must be within the Department of Commerce and under the direction of the Senate approved Secretary of Commerce who then reports to the president.
According to the Chicago Daily Observer, the Secretary of Commerce will not report directly to Obama, but his designee — feared by Republicans to be Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. Last week, Mary Ann Akers of the Washington Post cited a senior Republican Senate aide, who declared that letting the census “be run out of Rahm’s office is like putting PETA in charge of issuing hunting permits.”
For the Democrats, all of this is exceedingly important because census results will determine the redrawing of congressional districts and electoral college numbers and may impact the 2012 elections when Obama could be fighting for reelection and Democrats fighting to hold on to the House and the Senate.
In such matters — considering the composition of government — the integrity of the Constitution and the letter of law come in dead last. Obama is said to be a constitutional scholar. In fact, he has about as much reverence for our founding document as George W. Bush, who infamously said during a meeting with Republican congressional leaders in 2005 that the Constitution is “just a goddamned piece of paper.”
Obama may indeed have a soft spot in his heart for the Constitution, not that it matters — he is little more than a front man for the ruling elite who call the shots.
Sabotaging the Constitution has nothing to do with Democrats, Republicans, congressional districts, or the Congressional Black Caucus and Hispanic groups — it has to do with control exercised by our rulers. If the census needs to be fiddled with in order to make sure the globalist agenda remains on track with the current spate of factotums in place, the act of treading on the Constitution is of no account.

I love this administration. They are ready to push us into full on financial collapse and they continue to violate the constitution. American’s are so lazy we need something drastic to happen to snap us out of our fantasy worlds. Let them destroy this economy, the ignorant can be opposed and forced to eat their words and our fists if necessary. We can reconstruct the world as we see fit when full collapse is reached. We will rise up and take over when faced with the real reality of whats going on. I commend Obama for that, and respect his political starting point at Bill Ayres house, weather men are on the rise! Destroy and rebuild is our only solution right now, so let Obama fully destroy the economy with the new package so we can rebuild as we see fit.

Only the globalist elites have already planned to rebuild the world as they see fit after the collapse! What part of that do you not understand? Start a REAL community and work together. If the police come to take someone’s land away EVERYONE stick together and defend them. That’s what they are doing in Argentina – and with the spirit of American innovation I am confident that not only can we maintain our standards of living by doing this – we can actually improve them in ways globalization and the sociopaths in our government could never have done.

No you are right – its time to stop talking and start doing something.
Thats all these other people can do is bicker, nit pick, insult, and debate. I like you’re idea of rebuilding – I just think we need to start now – start with something small ANYONE can do – like just finding one other person – a friend or family member that has a skill and start producing something locally – be it vegetables, birdhouses, a chair – whatever. It is a basic, obtainable goal you can do THIS MONTH. Then work on expanding it – getting more people involved – organizing swap meets and events – training seminars and so on. For one this denies the government income taxes, secondly it denies them sales taxes. It is a scalable solution that brings you from a good feeling of independence up to and including actual real economic and social independence.
You don’t have to build a walled in Utopian commune – you can just have a loose confederate of producers that participate in a micro-economy locally with your own agreed upon local monetary system. Just find a common place to meet.
This isn’t beyond us people – how do you think we got this far in the first place? Now with technology like RepRap.org, or CNC machining we can do even more on our own without corporations and government … the limit is only your imagination from there on out.

Let me correct myself …. find a family member or friend with a trade/skill, AND trade with them what you are able to produce. Then expand from there by finding more people to join this “barter club” – organize weekend markets to trade – seminars to expand people’s abilities to produce and become more self-sufficient …. and so on.

In the past week I spent over 60 hours trying to do SOMETHING to help. Atlas Shrugs. Does anybody really give a shit anymore or is everyone just content to come and post their opinions as if THAT will change ANYTHING?. I suggested that everyone who listened to the show and frequented the Infowars websites simply donate 5 bucks between February 12th and the 22nd so that the Infowar could go mainstream. Some people think it’s a great idea. Others seem just as apathetic as those still stuck in the Matrix. If everyone who takes up their precious time posting on these sites took 2-minutes to donate $5 to the Infowar, we could turn this around much faster. I looked and couldn’t find a video of those words, I thought I had seen it before but maybe it was just a lot of videos i’ve seen that claim he said it; either way do you need to see a video of him saying it? Shouldn’t the actions he took in office be enough to prove that’s how he felt, or have you never read the constitution which he swore to up hold during his inauguration? The census has an important historical meaning. Did anyone ever wonder how the Nazis new the name of every jewish resident in a particular town? It was from the census collected a few years prior to the Nazi rise. That information combined with the IBM hollerith machines made it all possible.

Yeah between this and Glen Beck’s “we surround them” where you take his psychological profile to identify you as a dissenter and then voluntarily mail in a picture of yourself – they are setting the stage if I’ve ever saw one – for a massive round up. Well – come on folks – they didn’t build those FEMA camps as concert halls for chirping crickets.
Don’t fill out your Census. Or fill it out with lies. Give them the answers they want to hear and really screw them up – war is deception.
In the meantime, learn a trade, find another person, and start a barter club. You can do it tomorrow if you have a garden or the ability to make a sturdy chair and a friend at least half as capable as you. Trade with each other and deny the government their income and sales taxes. Get more people involved, get more people producing, food, items, services. Teach people a trade if you know one already. Construct your own micro-economy with your own monetary system – locally. This is our last chance. Instead of offering you protests, battles in the streets, or political movements – I simply suggest you start building a libertarian free-market community out of your friends, family, and fellow patriots.

Don’t be daunted by the task ahead, simply get started – all journeys begin with a single step. It won’t be long before people ridiculing you will desire to join you.

I have been actively reading infowars & prisonplanet for years now, and it appears that the planned NWO outcome for us is coming faster and faster. However I have yet to see any action (on our part), or even better a structured resistance. It appears that this “infowar” is a one sided fight, and “we” are being obliterated.
Something more has to be done. Right?

Well if it wasn’t for Alex Jones, many people wouldn’t even be aware there was a fight going on at all. The infowar has also most likely caused them to accelerate their plans and in other instances set them back quite a bit. People waking up all in itself is having an effect.
We do obviously need to do more. I suggest we start barter clubs exchanging whatever we are capable of producing locally instead of shopping at corporate outlets. This denies the government sales taxes and income tax – as well as rebuilds our badly needed sense of community. Barter clubs will give us a small degree of our self-reliance back in the beginning and as it expands beyond your friends and family and more people begin doing this it will only get better.
It is also something you can do today if you have a garage to work in, or a patch of grass to cultivate. You don’t have to quite the globalized economy or your job now – this is a stepped process to wean ourselves off this corrupt system. Its better than whining – better than putting down other people’s efforts whether you think they are futile or not. Give it a shot.

Instead of worrying ‘what we can do until alex posts a video on how to save ourselves’ perhaps we should do it ourselves. Me, I have water purification, food stocked up, and everything I need to live in a serious disaster. Ofcourse, I have no real solutions to the entire situation at the moment. I have considered the creation of another currency that doesn’t have debt pinned to it, and i have considered the well.. more barbaric stances.
Again, I have nothing of value to offer at the moment except the insperation to others to brainstorm the best they can. Someones got an idea somewhere, and I hope it reaches us.

Long about 1870 or so the Constitution was changed. one word was changed that made a great difference in the power of the document, the original “organic” Constitution for the United States was laid aside and a new document was “made” Constitution of the United States. this was secretly done so the government could become incorporated for the Bank of England, you know, our frends.
For was changed to Of, a simple little thing that lessend the power of the document over the government, I understand that you can see the original in the Library of Congress if you can find it. So the question comes to mind, On the document you now see that has been changed years after being signed by the Founding Fathers and you see their signatures, are you looking at a forgery??? Since they were very careful about the language they used would they have signed it with that little change? No I dont think so. So some one was hired to print or forge a new document with the little change, other than that a perfect copy with forged signatures.

The way I see it, America only needs one conviction of someone high up in either the former administration or our current one.
I think if the charges were serious enough and there was a conviction of insiders being complicit in the execution of 9/11, that a true awareness revolution would take place, that would annihilate the NWO & Neocon agenda.
I also think that many more Americans would then rexamine the Constitution and other documents and that the public awareness that would result would turn this nation in the right direction, leading to more investigations and convictions.
Our country has been hijacked from within and the real question is, who are they working for and are they defending this country from all enemies both foreign & DOMESTIC!!! The word “domestic” in this case, is any of our officials that violate the Constitution, misrepresent and mislead the people and this includes everything from lying to Congress and We The People, to downright trickery, such as allowing the White House to the “estimate” the census figures to their advantage.

Seeing as how more and more states are declaring state sovereignty, perhaps on of those state will become active and apprehend, charge, try and convict someone high up, even a former so & so and send them to prison. Think of the process that would then follow, once it becomes real in the eyes of America. We also need some serious help from mainstream to rake up what needs to be raked up and shine the light of truth onto those that have nefarious intentions and have participated in the overthrow of this country, by what is illegal and made to appear legitimate(repugnant laws & legislation).

Unless I am mistaken, this is about Obama returning the census to statistical sample methods, after Bush went from sampling to counting. Counting means only Americans who answer the questionaire get counted. Many people, particularly transients and very poor people, don’t get counted, for various reasons.
Sampling means that statistical methods are employed to get a (hopefully) more accurate count of the actual # of Americans.
Republicans like counting because it leaves out the poor and minorities, and Democrats like sampling because it increases the number of poor and minorities.
The goal of the census should be to achieve maximum possible accuracy, by using the most accurate method.

Hey, I just saw this article at CNN, can anyone tell me what the hell “unregistered ammunition” is? I can fathom an unregistered firearm, but unregistered ammunition? How do you register a bullet? What if you make your own? My dad reloads his bullets for his deer hunting rifles, buys the powder, the firing cap, melts lead or whatever you do to relaod your ammunition. How do you register ammo? Or is this just conditioning to make us accept that terms like that actually make sense? Or that bullets are illegal? I am at a loss.

You know that they were test taking and hiring for the 2010 census since spring of 2009 right? You know that the bush administration has been having these census tests at every unemployment across the northeast…they’re trying to hire minorities in particular because they need to figure out the number of all the illegals in the country, and to try to “make jobs”. What does obama have to do about any of this? Where is the constitution violated? The 110th congress just met, they’re holding the census in 2010, well within the three year range, and then the last census was in 2000. ten years. Its us code that names the commerce secretary to the census not the constitution. Judd Gregg has opposed the census outright in 2000 and refused to fund it. Judd Gregg himself tried to abolish the commerce department!!!! 2010 is a dangerous time to not fund the census. we have to have at least 12,000,000 illegals here. at least 5 million minorities unaccounted for.
