Another Government “Emergency”

National “emergencies” are always good for “bypassing rules” and making things up on the fly.
President Barack Obama declared the swine flu outbreak a national emergency, giving his health chief the power to let hospitals move emergency rooms offsite to speed treatment and protect noninfected patients. Health and Human Services chief Kathleen Sebelius now has authority to bypass federal rules when opening alternative care sites, such as offsite hospital centers at schools or community centers if hospitals seek permission.
The hysteria is completely out of control. Meanwhile, remember that Obama’s children will not, as of yet, get a swine flu vaccination. See this October 8th post.
President Obama’s school age daughters have not been vaccinated against the H1N1 flu virus. White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs says the vaccine is not available to them based on their risk.
The Centers for Disease Control recommend that children ages 6 months through 18 years of age receive a vaccination against the H1N1 flu virus. At this time only children with chronic medical conditions are receiving the vaccination because their immune system is not strong enough to fight off the strain. The CDC also says a regular seasonal flu shot does not protect against the virus.

[Note the carefully constructed PASSIVE phrase by the White House: "the vaccine is not available to them," as opposed to say, a more PROACTIVE and ACCURATE phrase: "have decided not to vaccinate." Why? Because the latter phrase would prompt people to ask why the First Family is withholding consent to vaccinate, while the former makes it falsely appear like the decision not to vaccinate was imposed on Obama. Personally, I've heard thousands of parents refer to their decision not to vaccinate their children. But I've never once heard anyone explain that the "vaccine was not available to them." Does anyone believe a vaccine would not be made "available" to the President's own children?!]
In the video below, watch him circumnavigate the question about whether his children will get the juice. Without a teleprompter he is lost, with no ability to think on his feet. At the time he was asked this question (September 20th), surely he knew the unyielding position of Health & Human Services Czar Kathleen Sebelius and the CDC, but note that he says, “My understanding at this point is that……” sputter, stumble, ummm… The position of necessary vaccination — and even the repeated attempts to make the vaccine mandatory — had been communicated well before this point in time, yet he pretends to not understand the position of his own Health Czar and the CDC.

Quarantine measure advances

BOSTON – The state House of Representatives on Thursday approved a bill that gives public health officials the authority to isolate or quarantine people to contain swine flu or other infectious diseases.
The House voted 113-36 to approve the bill, developed to prepare the state in the event an emergency is declared over swine flu. The bill also calls for fines up to $1,000 or jail terms of up to six months if people violate certain measures instituted during a public health emergency.
Rep. Sean F. Curran, D-Springfield, said the bill is an overreaction to a problem that currently does not exist.

“Swine flu hasn’t taken off as a pandemic,” Curran said after the vote. “We’re jumping the gun with this legislation that could potentially quarantine people.”
Other House members from Western Massachusetts who voted against the bill included Reps. Rosemary Sandlin, D-Agawam, Brian M. Ashe, D-Longmeadow, Cheryl A. Coakley-Rivera, D-Springfield, Angelo J. Puppolo, D-Springfield, and Todd M. Smola, R-Palmer.
Supporters said the bill is aimed at spelling out the powers of government and the rights of individuals in the event of a public health emergency.
“It’s a necessary framework for responding to epidemics if we have them,” said Rep. Denise Provost, D-Somerville. “We need to have laws in place that lay out what rights and responsibilities exist.”
The Senate in April voted unanimously to approve the bill, but the House stripped out some provisions that opponents believe are too onerous in controlling civil rights.
Rep. Jeffrey Sanchez, D-Boston, the co-chairman of the Committee on Public Health, said the House eliminated Senate provisions such as one that allows public officials to search private properties without a warrant and to restrict public gatherings.
The House also refused to go along with a Senate measure that allowed officials to force private nurses into working for the state, he said.

Yeah, no I agree, getting rid of poliomyelitis was a stupid idea. I think we should have just let the 58,000 cases per year result in their inevitable 5% death rate and 50% paralysis rate. Building elevators everywhere so that the absurd population of disease-crippled adults is much more cost effective than an unsafe, unnecessary polio vaccine.
I’m sure you’ll agree that stepping up pollution restrictions in the United States following the increase in asthmatics from just letting H1N1 run its course won’t even approach the cost of a one-time vaccine.
It’s also terrible that we ever considered the MMR vaccine in the first place- I mean, look at the 1,400 cases of autism per year that are dubiously linked to the kind of pants the kids wear, but better linked to that than to the MMR vaccine. I think we should have just let 58,000 cases of disease-induced mental retardation per year happen as a result of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella run its course. I’m sure you wouldn’t mind having a massive lump in your neck- you’d be sure to be in style that way.
But the really unnecessary vaccine definitely has to be Tetanus. I can’t even believe that they would spend so much money on preventing incidental paralysis from injury caused by a material as rare as metal. I mean, where do you see metal, anyway? It’s not like it’s in your walls, your ceilings, your home, your canned foods, your office, your car, your entire city, countryside, economy, and life. I’m sure the hundreds of thousands of incidents of paralysis could be dealt with by minimal taxpayer involvement relative to a Tetanus vaccine.

None of your “points” are relevant or even factual, if I can even call them points. The regular flu kills 30,000+ per year in the US alone and hospitalizes several hundred thousand, this H1N1 flu has only killed 1,000 in the US since it broke out 6 months ago and maybe 5,000 worldwide if you believe the official numbers, yet we’ve never had this kind of blatant propaganda to get people take an untested and unsafe vaccine for such a relatively minor virus.
On record, vaccines have been used to sterilize large portions of 3rd world populations and introduce cancers and other long term illnesses. I believe thats what we have at work here. This is just one step in a long term culling of the population.

My initial comment was in regard to the government’s state of emergency, not the harm or benefit of vaccine science.
No question that vaccines have benefited countless people. There is also no question that vaccines have been used to spread disease. Furthermore, this years array of fast tracked State and Federal programs to distribute untested flu vaccine that contain proven toxins put everyone who exposes themselves to them, (not just a small percentage as the establishment media are saying) at risk.
Read the product inserts. Not tested for causing sterility, not tested for GBS…
The point is, GOVERNMENTS, in an attempt to justify themselves and their actions ARE POSITIONING THEMSELVES TO TAKE AWAY YOUR RIGHT TO DECIDE FOR YOURSELF.

Try again,polio was on a steep decline prior to the vaccines being implemented and Jonas Salk even admitted as much before his death.
Water treatment with chlorine took most of the problems away.

They are slamming on the brakes because they have finally realized the vaccine is, “high risk.”
What they are not telling us probably has something to do with side effects seen among volunteers given from different batches from different manufactures and they are trouble shooting as fast as they can while simutaneously, “testing the waters,” as they move forward.
If there is a disaster with the first wave of mass vaccinations of this type, it will quell future developments for a nationwide mandatory vaccination program. Since they want nationwide, mandatory legislation to pass, they need to look like heroes this time around. Although, my biggest concern is with long term stealthside effects and reactions, that could serve another purpose much later down the line when triggered by a complimentary GMO.
I still think the real danger is putting live DNA or viral derived vaccines together with GMO’s, which could, in just the right combination, trigger reactions resembling(mimicing) a host of communicable diseases and even a non communicable pandemic. In this case, niether the vaccine or the designer GMO alone would cause a reaction, but when put togehter some time down the road, could then become a, “controllable look-alike pandemic.”

On the subject of that video…Obama has to do public appearances shaking hands with people and such yes? then surely he is one of the first in line for the swine flu vaccination, because of having to do these public appearances in schools and other places, where the most vunerable to swine flu are based…it only adds to the suspicions that the vaccination is more of a danger to people than the actual flu…if you have sustained reasonable health, swine flu will be fought off the same as any other infection that occurs in the human body.

So just when exactly is this “death shot” supposed to kick in? One month after injection? Two?
Pregnant women and small children first! Doesn’t this tell you it is geared more towards sterilization if anything? I would even go as far to think it retards normal brain development, but not death. It would be too obvious when the injection will be given over the span of several weeks/months.

In my understanding, when a national emergency in invoked the first priority should be to make sure that the the guys running the country is safe. So if this is a real threath, Obama should have been already vaccinated and he should speak with confidence about it to install reassurace to the people.
Furthermore every time he is thinking before speaking, he gaze to the floor on is rigth side. At the end the the interview, before confirming that he and is familly will stand in line to get the vaccine, he just look down briefly. I was thinking about the same idea. But found many perplexing paradoxes that show what few rights we have.
1)The people with jobs are the same ones who look the other way, and will never risk their jobs for anyone else.
2)Any deliberate strike that dampens the economy is considered a terrorist threat.
(We all want the best for America, and just because we are upset does not mean sabotage the world or someone else’s paycheck.)
So when you have a corrupt government and cannot do anything without being called a terrorist. How do you bring about change with the orwellian laws in effect??
We only have the right to praise government. We have no rights to speak about disappointments or else we see reactions like the town hall meetings where they call us nazi’s and terrorist.
But I am ALL for a national strike. It needs to be a week long and the people with jobs have to be the ones who join in. But as I stated above. This is why we are losing.
Maybe if the pay czar goes after some businesses, the businesses might recognize they are also victims and allow the national strike and join in.
The people with jobs are not my enemy. They are just doing nothing to help others.
I also thought about maybe they should fund an unemployed person to protest on their behalf if they choose to show some concerns. You may not have the time to speak out against the corruption, but at least you could help out in your own way.

If they declare a National Emergency for smoking related deaths maybe it will open up the way for affordable “quit smoking aids”? No. no. They wouldn’t want that. Doing something like that would actually prove that the attack on smokers is for the health of the smokers and not for more money in the pockets of the government.
Basic thing to remember about the government is that for whatever reason it appears they are doing something, they are doing it for another reason.
When they began attacking smokers they said the money would go to “quiting smoking programs”, but almost none of the money went to that and what did went to stupid phone numbers that you can call to have someone talk to you, not to any quit smoking aids whatsoever. Instead the government raises taxes on tobacco to pay for “other” expenses, and even have the gall to use “evil smokers” to pay for childrens’ health insurance which means if they actually help smokers quit then the poor kiddies won’t have health insurance.
You can bet that this vaccine and healthcare reform are for totally different reasons than what they state. For instance, every healthcare bill has mandatory coverage in it. Why? So the insurance companies and federal government can get more money, not because they care about the health of these people (just like the smokers). Its all about opening up a new source of income, not about giving more coverage to people…

Exactly! The deadly H1N1 virus can provoke a serious negative response in those with underlying neurological disorders. We can only hope that the shortage of vaccine will only be temporary and those that are fortunate enough to have already been injected will continue to spread their immunity.

He meant The president was simply stating the priority of a specific underlying issue. Neurological disorders can be quite serious if that person were to contract the deadly H1N1 virus. If all of the life saving vaccine were available right now, this would not even be an issue, but for safety sake, there are certain priority classes of vulnerable people.

It says in the insert for the vaccine we are getting in our area (and most vaccine inserts say this but I haven’t read them all), “FLUVIRIN® is not indicated for children less than 4 years of age because there is evidence of diminished immune response in this age group.” AND it says, “Safety and effectiveness of FLUVIRIN® have not been established in pregnant women, nursing mothers or children less than 4 years of age. Antibody responses were lower in the geriatric population than in younger subjects.” It further states that, “If FLUVIRIN® is administered to immunocompromised persons, including individuals receiving immunosuppressive therapy, the expected immune response may not be obtained.”
So my question is this, WHY is the news saying that pregnant women, infants, those with weak immune systems and old people are the FIRST to get this shot when the insert says THE EXACT OPPOSITE?!?! And if that wasn’t enough it also states, “FLUVIRIN® has not been evaluated for carcinogenic or mutagenic potential, or for impairment of fertility.” So it could give you cancer or make you infertile.
Why are these inserts not readily available at vaccination sites? I went to Walgreens where they are giving the shot and it wasn’t posted anywhere, you have to ask for it. But there was plenty of propaganda posted about how good it is for you. People need to know how potentially dangerous this is, especially to pregnant women and infants. The insert is there for a reason and after reading it I certainly will not be rolling up my sleeve.

Isn’t it JUST A COINCIDENCE? After a big surge in flu shots from companies giving free common flu shots to the company’s employees, the common flu cases around the U.S jump up in numbers, and the mainstream media declares the after sickness from the shot as the H1N1 pandemic. How can anyone believe this crap? At work, I did NOT take the common flu shot. Many people at my work did take the shot. For 2 weeks, these people were sick with all the common flu symptoms. RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) â A rockslide in western North Carolina near the Tennessee state line has closed Interstate 40, and officials say it could take several months to clear the debris. The state Department of Transportation on Sunday issued an emergency declaration. Initial estimates from engineers are that it could take several months to clean up the entire slide and restore traffic.

Has anybody thought about a way to “fake” take the nasal spray, if truly pressed? Swab the nostril with an alcohol based product (hand sanitizer, isopropyl alcohol), put something super absorbant up your nose (like a piece of a tampon…just hear me out lol), take the vaccine and then promptly remove and re-swab the nostrils with alcohol. How To Legally Avoid Unwanted Immunizations Of All Kinds – Know The Laws
As you read this work, and put its principles into practice, there are two basic axioms you never want to forget, because they are the rock upon which all your actions are based.
1. No one, nowhere, no time, and under no circumstances has the right or power in this country to immunize you or your children against your will and conviction. If they attempt to do so, you can legally charge them with “assault with a deadly weapon” and have the full resources of our laws behind you.
2. At all times in attempting to avoid unwanted immunization, you have the Law of the Land behind you. Those who would try to vaccinate you against your will are on very shaky ground. Into every compulsory immunization law in America are written legal exceptions and waivers which are there specifically to protect you from the attempted tyranny of officialdom. It is not only your right, but your obligation to use them, if this is what your conscience tells you.
Article I
In all your contacts with any member of the school, public health, or legal establishment, always remain calm, courteous, and humbly reverent toward their position. You are only asking of them that which the law duty binds them to give you. There is no reason, or advantage to be gained, by antagonizing them. Most of these officials believe they are discharging their trust as outlined by law. If they are overstepping the law, then you must very diplomatically bring the true facts to their attention, but without attempting to belittle them. The more you can preserve their ego, the more easily and quickly you are likely to get what you desire – a waiver of immunization.
Rule No. 1: Do not harass, belittle, or antagonize officials unnecessarily.
Article 2
All compulsory laws concerning vaccination (including the military) contain exceptions and waivers. It is these protections placed in the laws that you may legally use to exclude yourself and your children. Surprisingly, these exceptions were placed there, not for your sake (although you may take advantage of them), but for the protection of the establishment. How is this? Let us assume that these exceptions were not there and everyone was actually forced to be immunized. Should a child die or become mentally or physically disabled, the parent would have the perfect case to sue the doctor, the school, the health department, and even the state legislature for enormous damages. Since they allowed no exceptions, they must accept full responsibility for all the adverse consequences of the law. However, if exception waivers are placed in the law, the responsibility is then transferred back to the parent. If a child should be injured by immunization, the officials can say, “Well, the parent should have exempted him if they thought there was any danger.”
Therefore, there is in truth no such thing as a compulsory vaccination law in this country. They are ALL, in essence, voluntary. The problem is that practically no one in authority will let you know this fact.
Rule No. 2: There are no compulsory vaccination laws. All are voluntary, and you are held responsible for the adverse results upon you or your children.
Article 3
While all immunization laws have exceptions you can use, the wording in each state differs, and you must know the exact wording for your state to make the proper request of waiver. This information can be obtained in one of two ways.
1. Go to the reference section of your local library- look in the State Statute Revised Law Book under Public Health Law or Communicable Disease sections. The list of immunization requirements will appear first and then the exemptions will be given. Usually one or two provisions will be listed, either on religious or medical grounds or both.
2. You may call or write your state representative and ask for a copy of the immunization law in your state. Making this available is part of his job, and it will be sent promptly.
Rule No. 3: Know your own state law so that you can conform to its exact requirements for exemption.
Article 4
There are two basic reasons for exception – medical or religious. Which one you choose will often depend upon the wording of the law in your state and your personal convictions. We shall discuss medical exemption first. While laws do vary, nearly all states require that a note or certificate of waiver be submitted by a physician licensed in the state of residence. In some areas where states are small and people continually travel from one to another for business, a statement from a physician in a contiguous state will be accepted.
In this letter it is usually necessary to state the reason for the requested waiver and the length of time it should extend. Many laws limit all such letters to a school year and they must be renewed each fall. The two most valid reasons for medical waiver are “the fear of allergic reaction in a sensitive child” and “to prevent possible damage to a weakened immune system.” Both of these can occur in a child who has been immunized, and since no one but the physician and the parent will be held responsible for their consequences, it is up to them to protect the child.
It is possible that some states may require the letter from an M.D. or D.O., but many will allow an exemption letter from a chiropractor if it is courteously and properly written, as outlined above.
Rule No. 4: Medical waivers are always valid but must be written to fit each state law and often need to be renewed annually.
Article 5
Most people will be best served by a religious exemption unless the state law is so restrictive as to make this nearly impossible to obtain. The only church that is legally opposed to vaccination is the Christian Science Church. They took the matter to the courts and obtained a legal ruling of exemption. It is because of this that state laws recognize the religious exemption.
Another church, The Church of Illumination is also by its tenets opposed to immunization for its adherents, and they are encouraged to go to jail if necessary before submitting to this procedure. Since it is a “Church at Large,” they are able to enroll members throughout the entire United States and would be pleased to consider any applicant who is without present church affiliation and who desires the legitimate support of others in his convictions.
In some states an official letter from a church authority is required before exemption will be given; in others, it is only necessary to submit a notarized letter that you ADHERE to religious tenets which hold vaccination against God’s laws. All officialdom becomes a little shaky when you mention religious freedom, as it is one of our basic American rights and no one wants to be made the “heavy” in denying anyone religious freedom.
The general desire of most health officials is to exert as much control as possible, while assuming as little responsibility as possible. If you place them in a position in which they must either give you a waiver or assume additional responsibility, you will usually get your waiver.
Rule No. 5: Waivers can usually be obtained by a letter from a church official certifying that you are a member of a church that recommends against immunizations for its adherents. Many states will also allow exemption on religious grounds if you send them a notarized letter stating that you ADHERE to the beliefs of such a church, even if you are not an official member.
Article 6
The foregoing may work for school exemptions, but are there any such waivers in the Armed Forces? Yes, all branches of the Service provide “immunization waivers.” Again, if they did not, you could sue them for millions of dollars if a reaction occurred from their immunizations. Because of these waiver provisions you become responsible if you react.
When you first sign up or enlist, you must state your objection to the vaccinations and tell whether it is “religious conscience” or medical reasons, such as allergies or a low tolerance to medication of any kind. If you do not show objection at this time, you have given the military the right to do what they will with you. If there is any difficulty, the same rules apply here as in the school program. Never forget, even though you may be in the Service, no one has the right to immunize you against your will. You do not give up your constitutional rights when you join the Armed Forces.
Rule No. 6: The rules that govern school vaccination exemption also apply to the military. Never let anyone tell you otherwise. They do not know, or are hiding the facts of the law.
Article 7
What about international travel? May I go around the world without vaccination?
The World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva grants American visitors the right to REFUSE shots when traveling internationally. However, if an area you wish to enter is infected, you may be detained until the public health servant gives you the “go” (at his discretion). Thousands travel world-wide each year without shots – so may you if that is your choice. Many of our co-workers have travel led over much of the world and have never taken any immunizations, nor were they ever detained.
It would be wise to request a copy of Foreign Rules and Regulations, Part 71, Title 42, on immunization when you receive your passport. Never forget the basic rule, however, “No one will vaccinate you against your will because by doing so they assume full responsibility for the consequences both legal and medical.”
Rule No. 7: You may travel wherever you wish in the world without vaccination. The worst that can happen is that in very rare circumstances you may be detained temporarily.

Beware! The so-called flu pandemic might be a ploy to discredit and disrupt the truth movement. Suppose the vaccine really works, because a deadly microbe is released and the vaccine truly protects against it. The globalists have two benefits. Second, the non-vaccinated people get ill or dead; the non-vaccinated survivors lose strength, and confidence in their movement.

I find it funny that the pres at 0:54,0:55 says children that are at high risk, “neurological” are first. I’am a nurse and i know which children that are at high risk, ie “heart problems, lung problems, kidney etc etc”. No where did i see “neurological” as a high risk for flu. A neurological disorder would not make them vulnerable to developing the swine flue, but they are more at risk from being harmed by the vaccine given that it contains mercury.

The insert for one of the current Swine Flu vaccines says that if you have a history of Guillain-Barre Syndrome that you should think carefully about whether you need to take the shot – Guillaine-Barre Syndrome is a neurological disorder and has been frequently linked to vaccines, particularly the Swine Flu vaccine of 1976.
Even if we believe the vaccine makers BS that there is no link between GBS and their vaccines – the packaging itself cautions against taking the vaccine if you have a neurological disorder – which is the exact opposite of what Obama said!

You know, because most people are outside recreating in some way or another, trying to enjoy their weekend off from work. I wish I could determine where these are being shot from. I would REALLY like to go and see who’s doing this work. Yeah, I was pretty ticked off today when I saw so much of this.

Those are just Contrails or persistant contrails caused by the new fuel additives. I’ve researched this very topic for many years with some very smart scientists and we all agree that it is caused by the fuel additives that are used to increase engine efficiency and longevity.
Personally, I would be more concerned about global warming and rising water levels.
