Homeland Security Chemical/Biological Umbrella
will be conducted by the Army and the Environmental
Protection Agency.
Alex interviewed the reporter who wrote the above
story yesterday. He admitted that the Army gave
a document to the Health Department saying that
they would be spraying pesticides and a type of
bacteria. For some reason he didn't add that to
the story. That was the "other material"
