Arizona is now close to becoming the first state to outlaw climate change legislation. The state Senate voted Monday, 19-10 to approve a bill banning the Department of Environmental Quality from enacting or enforcing measures with language pertaining to climate change. The bill is now awaiting House approval.
The bill will likely pass and be signed into law thanks to a switch in power. Formerly, Janet Napolitano (D) was governor of the state, but she left to join Barack Obama’s Cabinet. Napolitano was replaced by Jan Brewer (R), who has not indicated a strong desire to support AGW theorists.

Arizona is run by wild west robber barons, but by living here my whole life, I understand how their particular form of corruption works. If you want to learn more about it, google “Citynorth lawsuit” to see how their style of corruption works. It’s funny because there is a 6 story parking garage out in the middle of the desert (not far from those mass graves), and whole bunch of empty store fronts paid for by city taxpayer’s.
Construction companies, and mining firms, run the state government with an iron fist.
The NWO agenda actually conflicts with the Arizona agenda. Climate change bills will prevent mines from being mined and prevents buildings and roads being built. Everywhere you look in Arizona, there are buildings and roads going up. Even during the depression we have now, instead of homes and businesses going up,it’s now more roads. While Michigan is turning paved roads back to gravel, Arizona is still paving and widening roads, because those projects always get first dibs.
Obama’s “stimulus” money for Arizona mostly went towards widening interstate highways like I-17 in north Phoenix and I-10 in Cochise County.
Most states run CPS kidnapping rings,but in Arizona, they boot as many kids out of there as they can, because it’s a burden. AZ opted out of No Child Left Behind and cut funding to TANF which is a eugenics-minded program for needy families. AZ also refuses to do bilingual education and when the federal government imposes fines, Arizona refuses to pay. Arizona always battles it out with the feds, and we were one of the first ones to do the 10th Amendment sovereignty law.
Arizona is extremely pro-gun. Even the democrats are pro-gun, except for this nutty one named Kirsten Sinema.
AZ also has 9/11 truthers like Karen Johnson.
AZ is far from perfect though. (google “RP4409″ to find out what he confronts) Redflex is a mafia that runs the traffic cameras to impose fines for private gain. We get chemtrailed hard, and if you end up in the wrong neighborhood, you get kidnapped and your arms chopped off by drug and human traffickers.
The illegals are everywhere, but there some areas they just won’t touch. If you call the county sheriff if you live in Maricopa, they actually lock up illegals, because world famous Sheriff Joe despises illegals.

Im in the process of joining the Harris County Sheriff’s Dep. in Houston. I wish that our Sheriff Adrian Garcia would do something about our illegal alien problem. We are out numbered, its nuts.
Id say use your AZ mafia to your advantage. Let them duke it out with the Federal government, then take control of your state government.

Enforce the 9th and 10th Amendments to the Constitution of the United States for the United States of America.
The Sheriffs should all be in collaboration to expel the Federal agents out of the Counties in the State. They have that authority, and the U.S supreme Court supports the powers of the Sheriffs. THey are above all Law Enforcement bodies whether they are Local, State, and Federal officials. PERIOD.
The power is with the States, not D.C.

I say we boycott the Alex Jones show until he clarifies or takes back what he said about gay couples adopting kids yesterday. That was something that I would expect from Mike Savage I thought Alex was more of a free thinker and believer in equality than that. I am so disapointed….anyone else? I think this was just a slimy attempt to pander to the religious bigots that tune into his show and/or provide funding, either way it was a disgusting and backward comment that shouldn’t be allowed to slide.

One thing Arizona forgets is that they have a big water distribution and supply problem living in the desert. The Federal Govt. will have them by the balls if the new water control legislation is enacted.

Believe it or not, there are alot of States that have that very same issue since the Army Corp. of engineers started building dams for Hydro-Electric power!
I know that Colorado, Nevada and ( I believe, if memory serves) New Mexico have water issues due to all of that!

According to the NOAA Solar Position Calculator, the sunset at Dallas on 6-21-07 was at 7:34:48 PM, and the sun’s declination was 23.44°, that is, its northerly displacement from the celestial equator. No surprise there.
But the point of disappearance on the earthly horizon, the solar Azimuth, was 298.54° (Clockwise from North) which amounts to 28.54° North of West.
Apparently the anonymous author of the webpage “Solar Angle Variation” could use a more accurate angle measuring device!
As to Ben Tremblay’s take on it, he didn’t read it very carefully, because he thought the 26° was supposed to be added to the 23.5°, rather than substituted for it, which latter amounts to a mere 2.5° shift.
The cause of the apparent shift is the same cause that makes a 23.45° declination amount to 24 hour daylight above the Arctic Circle (no, that’s not “Artic”). Bottom line: it depends on where you’re standing, too, not just where the sun is standing.

Global warming has been caused by man. The chemtrails made of aluminum particals amount to an aluminum roof over us. I have worked under a non- insulated aluminum roof and you could fry eggs easily at 10 am in summer under it. This is the reason for warming. The nwo gets a twofer by doing this: they poison us with chemicals and super heat our atmosphere, and prove their claim of change in temperature The only benefit we get is that people are able to see proof of the threat and they are about to riot to stop it. Personally, I have not read the entire bill! It is hard to stomach something that is so full of BS and redirect to make this Country subject to Imperial Government it’s pathetic!
I was asking you though, if you could give him the Benefit of the doubt? That is all! Every Politician that voted for the damn thing used the term Toxic Emissions, Everytime they spoke of it, So in my best guess, (If I had to make one) Is that he was trying to be as sarcastic as possible.

How many politicians is that? Do you have a count? And how many times did they collectively speak of it? Were you a witness to every such event? And what is the formal title of “the damn thing”, and when was the vote cast? Are you sure there was such a vote? Would you bet your house on it?
Can you provide even one example with a traceable reference or link? With all due respect, I cannot imagine any person in favor of limiting greenhouse emissions using the word “toxic” in that context, referring to that subject.
Words mean things — they’re not just percussive condiments, like wind-chimes. Serious people don’t add words for effect unless the precise meaning of them is applicable in the sentence.
Please, if you are serious, give me one real example, a headline, a URL, an exact quote from the media article you read that included this language, that I can google and read for myself.
Otherwise, look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, “Do I really want to make statements that are wholly without substance, and swear to them on line?”

P.S., (I’m re-reading your latest) I didn’t read the goddam bill — I just opened it (it’s a PDF) in Acrobat and did a search. It took about 30 seconds. You know those little binoculars at the top of Adobe Acrobat? That’s the icon for the text search function. It’s not necessary to read a whole document to be sure that a certain sequence of letters is definitely there or not there. If it is there, the search brings you right to the place.
Alex knows all about this. If you’re a regular listener you have heard him correct callers who try to recite long web addresses (URLs), by saying, “we don’t use URL’s in this modern age — we use search engines. Just give the headline, and I’ll google it.” He says that all the time.
The same is true in a web page you’ve got in front of you (Ctrl-F for “Find”) or a PDF (binocular icon). My God, man, why walk 20 miles when you can catch a bus? This isn’t 1860! Does your computer run on coal oil? Or do you burn leaves and sticks in it?
There is no doubt, as far as I can see, not about that.
I grant you, he was being sarcastic to an extent. But not wisely. For he then goes right ahead and argues seriously against the thing (straw-man) he sarcastically posited.
When an intelligent or educated person hears such a kangaroo argument as the straw-man about “toxic”, they immediately write Alex and his whole audience off as Li’l Abner types from Dogpatch, impervious to rational thought. Which, if Alex’s argument is valid, that increased solar output is to blame for the increase in global temerature, and there really have been increases throughout the solar system including shrinking of the Martian polar caps, which is an actual realistic argument if true, why, then, this valid argument is lost in the empty chatter about “toxic”.
Thats known as shooting oneself in the foot. For all I know, Alex is right about solar output, and I’d hate to see a valid point get lost in invalid bluster and bombast.
That’s all — just don’t waste good food by mixing in hair tonic, like a bunch of 6-year-olds playing kitchen.

With respect Primate, I did say that I didn’t read the ENTIRE bill. I understand what you were saying, and Yes, ALL of the idiots that voted for it continually used the Phrase “Toxic Emmissions”.
Which I myself find disconcerting, knowing that ALL foilage on this planet uses Carbon Dioxide as a basic part of their life cycles.
What I was saying about Alex though, it is possible that he mis-spoke himself. It happens to everyone from time to time.
I just hope the Senate, throws the Bill away like they should! I have already been in contact with several, over the last week or so, and have told them of MY thoughts on this issue, and several have said that they have been getting alot of calls on this Bill! The only problem with everyone calling is this, The Bill will not come before the Senate right away, and several Senators will forget the conversations that they have had with US, their Constituents! Then they will be pressured by the Obama bunch, and vote for the damn thing, especially if we don’t keep up the pressure!

Chicago has had the coldest spring since records were kept. Does that mean it is so hot thats it’s actually cold? Like an ice cube floating around in a pressure cooker? I brought this up with some family members and one of them called me a nazi. The only thing Global Warming Legislation is going to accomplish will be towards aiding in the process of restructuring monopolies for the banksters.
The entire package is an outright lie, based on theories that can’t be proved, but it will change the way money is used, giving the banksters and elite more control over how we will be allowed to spend our hard earned money. The trading of carbon credits will force all kinds of new mergers that would otherwise never happen and so to survive one will be forced with cap & trade.
The cap and trades will be tweeked and adjusted the same tax deductions are today and it’s really just the creation of another means to manipulate where the money goes and who gets eliminated from various markets. It’s a diguised form of what Paulson is doing, favoring one bank over another.
Nothing about the Global Warming Legislation has a thing to do with our climate in terms of the atmosphere and air, but rather has everything to do with controlling the climate(s) of global economy. In otherwords they are creating a new and twisted version of the IRS and taxation, where the UN will be Grand Central of the new manipulation network. Keep in mind the UN is not a sovereign nation and is more like the District of Columbia only it’s located off shore.
This is just horrible and it reminds me of a Frankenstien version of global law, global economy and global market monopoly rolled into one and is as illegal as sin itself under our Constitution and every principle this nation was founded upon. It is a direct insult to the VERY PRINCIPLE of every war we ever fought and every soldier that ever served as a US soldier.
I can’t believe what these bastards are doing, saying one thing and doing another and then acting like they know nothing about what’s actually happening with deals made behind closed doors, as they make up excuses and illusions to deceive us all, as the master plan moves forward.
It will literally kill this country, but I guess that’s the plan they refuse to acknowledge or discuss and mainstream is forbidden to mention. I can’t believe this is happening, that our leaders have sold us to the butcher and they are going to call us pork chops when it hits the new markets. The new apple is over the horrizon and they are going to feed America to that new apple, called the NWO and the UN.

i really enjoy the people that the show presents. there is very informative information on this program. what disappoints me is that so many people truly believe that alex is a man of principles and sacrificing for the greater good and sacrificing himself financially.
1. before alex was william cooper. and unlike alex HE PREDICTED 911. alex rode his coattails. how dare alex say he had the acumen to decipher the media and call that prediction.
2. several years back alex was invited to this christians home in texas who was having problems with the police wanting to raid his ranch. he interviewed this man because this man TRUSTED alex. alex allegedly then turned around and sold him down the river to ABC news( the interview) for like a pathetic few hundred dollars. ALEX is motivated by your money people, dont doubt his intentions!
3. alex would truly gain many peoples trust if he was willing to publish the way the money from the moneybomb was spent. if his intentions are altruistic, dont you think it would just be natural for him to want to LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW THEIR MONEY WAS SPENT??

What is the militia? The term “militia” consists of two parts: the organized militia and the unorganized militia. According to the organic Maine Constitution and backed by the United States Code, the organized militia is the standing military force in the state (the “State Guard”) while the unorganized militia (which is commonly called the militia) consists of all other males between the ages of 17 and 45 (or 65 if they have prior military service). The militia was established for the purpose of defending the state (a sovereign nation) and the United States of America (a union of nations) from all enemies “foreign and domestic” based upon principles of community self defense established hundreds of years before the nation was formed. However, while the organized militia was tasked with the defenses of the states, our forefathers, having just fought their own government, did not place their entire trust in the government or a standing army to protect them but reserved the right and the means to protect themselves – thus the unorganized militia. The militia was and is a defensive body set up so that its members can take care of normal peace by internal lawless elements, or government usurpation of the rights and power of the people guaranteed by the Constitution, there is a group of people that owe their allegiance to no one except God and their fellow Americans who desire to remain free.
The mission and purpose of the militia have not changed. What has changed is the status of the organized militia. The “State Guard” with the duty and obligation of protecting the state is now under federal jurisdiction (the “National Guard”) thereby obligating it only to the federal government making the unorganized militia the only constitutional force available for the defense of the state.

I LOVE AZ! But I’ve been supremely disgusted with the residents for repeatedly putting the Kyls, Franks, and McLAME back in office. McCrook brags that he’s never put an earmark on any bill! I thought he was supposed to REPRESENT AZ by getting some of our money back from the feds. No, he’s let REAL pork go to other states when AZ desperately needs every penny. He also came to our Colorado River town and refused to help the bankrupt town get federal money to finish a sewer project that was MANDATED by the state. It was mandated to prevent the pollution of the river which supplies 10% of the whole country’s population it’s water! He called it pork!
I see anything that is done to resist IS dangerous. We look like an ant colony compared to the NWO. I feel like there is a very heavy and thick blanket being lowered down over all of us. It gets harder to breathe every day.

Chemtrails, why put it in airplane fuel ?? Ever thought of your car ??, Whats in your cars Fuel ? Wouldn’t it be better to distibute it this way, instead of true the air, people can see it then, from your cars exaust will never be noticed by us .
Just a thougt, anybody investigated this yet ? I do know they are experimenting with fuel like crazy, in 1 gallon of fuel these days only 3/4 of it is an oil Derivatives, all the rest are dodgy chemicals.
