Arkansas State Health Department: Mandatory Vaccines Are Constitutional

A member of the public who was concerned about a mandatory mass vaccination program in light of the swine flu pandemic called the Arkansas State Health Department for advice only to be told that mandatory vaccines were constitutional and could be enforced at gunpoint by the government if necessary.
The editor of the popular blog “Pissed Off Former Democrat” phoned the legal council at the Arkansas State Health Department to seek advice about obtaining waiver forms for a future mass swine flu vaccination program.
One of his main concerns centered around the fact that the company chosen to mass produce the swine flu vaccine, Baxter International, were recently caught in a scandal after it emerged they had sent out vaccines contaminated with the H5N1 avian flu virus to 18 countries from their Austrian branch. It was only by providence that the contamination was found after the batch was first tested on ferrets in the Czech Republic, before being shipped out for injection into humans. The ferrets all died and the shocking discovery was made.
Some Czech newspapers speculated at the time that Baxter was embroiled in a conspiracy to provoke a pandemic from which it would reap billions in profits from producing the vaccine to counter a bird flu outbreak.
As we have previously covered, the last time the government ordered a mass vaccination drive in response to a swine flu outbreak, the program had to be stopped short after the shots caused over 500 cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome, a severe paralyzing nerve disease. 30 people died as a direct result of the vaccinations.
During the phone conversation, the legal council discusses the potential of a future mandatory swine flu vaccination program and states, “That’s constitutional, there’s no doubt about it….mandatory vaccinations are legal under the Supreme Court….absolutely.”

The caller responds, “I’m an American and I have a legal right to make my own decision whether or not someone sticks a needle in me,” to which the legal council responds, “That’s not true….no.”
“As a lawyer you believe that I don’t have the right to deny a vaccination,” asks the caller,” to which the legal council responds, “Absolutely….I don’t know why you have a problem with that….mandatory vaccines are constitutional,” adding that it doesn’t matter about personal or religious objections.
The caller then asks how the mandatory vaccine would be enforced by law, “for example somebody sticking a gun in my face,” to which the legal council responds, “you could be held liable.”
The legal council at the Arkansas State Health Department cites the 1905 Supreme Court case of Jacobson v Massachusetts to argue that governments can force citizens to take vaccines.
Less than 50 years before, in Dred Scott v. Sandford, the Supreme Court also ruled that black people were slaves - property of their slaveowners with no inherent rights whatsoever.
22 years after Jacobson v Mass., in Buck v Bell, the Supreme Court also ruled that people designated “feeble-minded” by the government could be sterilized.
The fact that the Supreme Court made a ruling over 100 hundred years ago saying the government could inject people by force doesn’t make it morally or constitutionally justifiable.
To stick needles in people at gunpoint by government decree is blatantly unconstitutional under any reasonable definition of basic human rights or the freedoms enumerated by the founders in the constitution itself.
American Indians were rounded up and sent to death camps under legal orders, but that didn’t make it right or justifiable.
Hitler’s mistreatment of Jews, Gypsies, political dissidents, homosexuals and others who resisted government policies imposed during times of “emergency” in Nazi Germany was all perpetrated behind a thin veil of legality, but that didn’t make it right either.
As a member at the Prison Planet Forum points out, “Tyrannical evil loves to mask itself in the robes of righteousness, to justify itself with legal documents, to trample the very ideas of what Law and Right mean. Resisting that evil, rising against that tyranny, by saying No More. That is right.”
As we previously reported, Time Magazine has been preparing Americans to accept the idea of mandatory vaccinations, reporting on April 28th that a mass vaccination program is being readied to combat swine flu while also urging Americans to “trust that the government is working for the greater good” and to not resist draconian measures.

option 1 is slow and painful death
option 2 is horrific experimentation, torture, and ultimately death, but only after they have finished with you . Technology to keep you alive longer exists so they could keep you there for hundreds of years.
option 3 is the only option available where you may live. There is still a huge possibility of dying, but its the only one to choose. Any person who works for the NWO, either making the vaccines, or working at the companies, any drivers, transport companies, doctors, vets, etc involved in any aspect of the delivery of this would need to be stopped at the source.
The military will be called in to be used against the public, we will then need to target all our protesting efforts on slash and burn. Burn the entire area down. Even if they win, there will be nothing left. it will all be gone, and the last places we will burn will be the fema camps to free our friends if they are still alive.

The caller should have brought up to this lawyer who claims that the caller would be putting “society’s” health at risk by not taking the vaccine that: the vaccines either work or they do not work. If they work, then the people who take them would not get sick if he gets sick, so he does not need the vaccine. actually, when you get vaccinated, you become a carrier and spreader of what they injected you with. So in effect, by injecting someone with a deathly vaccine, will make them highly contagious for a week or 2, if they live.

You know nothing about vaccines do you? Vaccines are almost always DEAD versions of the bacteria or virus. The only LIVE versions of any vaccine are the nasal spray vaccines. They are WEAK, but live versions. They are NOT given to babies or the elderly due to weakened immune systems. You don’t become a “carrier” of the virus. The purpose of ANY vaccine is to train your immune system to recognize the virus/bacteria and to teach it how to fight it off. That’s why vaccines are also known as IMMUNizations.

I want to get my kittens spayed and would like the vet to honer my wishes to REFUSE the rabies shots for them.
1. I said will not vaccinate them before spay surgery because it could kill them and I would have to sue.
2. Have another vet remove the stitches so I can’t be pressured about the shots than.
3. Threaten the vet with offspring kittens on their doorstep if they refuse to spay without because I would rather not spay if I have to poison them with crap.

I grow all these in my yard, but Eucalyptus does not grow well in GA and you should not eat it rub on skin ect. It is extremely flammable. A good mix of herbs in a tea/food form cleanses the body.

I can not believe this whole scenario. We must take this swine flu vaccine if it becomes mandatory! I think not, as it has been my right not to take the yearly flu vaccine. Why will this new one possibly be mandated? The swine flu has caused some deaths, but most people have had milder cases from which they recovered. The deaths that occured were in people who had underlying medical conditions and were compromised. What the hell is going on here? Well, the more informed people have a good idea. Most of them believe after getting the facts that this is VERY questionable at the very least. Concerned about our safety? YES! Most decent hard working Americans never thought they would see the greed and money hungry steal citizens pensions, etc. but it happened. Every day it is something else. So many citizens act as if they are in a fog and can not understand the simplest things anymore. It is as if they are dumb and numb. I have been noticing this for quite awhile. Someone will ask a question and you will tell them 2-3 and it still doesn’t seem like they are getting it! Sadly even the children. What has been done to us so far? Please do not tell me I am going overboard. I am concerned about our rights, health, finances, etc. It is all being taken away. It has been slowly, now escalating particularly last few months. The agenda is being stepped up. See it for what it is. No, I not a terrorist against my government but I now realize I will be viewed as one because I have expressed some opinions. I thought I still lived in the United States and I could. I am glad many of my loved ones are gone so they don’t have to see all that is going on. That is my only solace. In JACOBSON V MASSACHUSETTS the only thing that was at risk was $5 silver (constitutional) dollars of your money if you refused to be vaccinated. You could pay the fine and be done with it. But today if what the “legal council” stated above is true then your very life could be on the line. Now what are your options? Leave your home – run to another state or get the militia together and start a war with the state. In the short term, I don’t see many other options. Better educate your state legislature on the dangers of vaccinations and get them on your side or be prepared to fight. This doesn’t bode well.

However, without any serious testing, the United States government has not only allowed GMO ingredients in our food supply, but the FDA has actually tried to forbid companies from truthfully advertising “GMO Free” products. As my Congressperson, I want you to take a lead in reversing this trend. The Precautionary Principle, in essence, hold agencies and countries to the standard that is something has not been shown to be safe, it cannot be used, grown, offered or sold.
Genetically Modified Organisms do not meet the Precautionary Principle because they are administratively, not scientifically, deemed to be equivalent to unmodified organisms while excellent science substantiates that they pose special high level dangers for consumers, farmers and the environment. Disturbingly, these dangers are not temporary since, once the novel DNA, the antibiotic resistant DNA and the promoter virus are introduced into the DNA of the consumer, or of other organisms in the environment, the consequences are totally unpredictable and have been shown to be highly dangerous. Once loosed, however, the novel DNA cannot be called back, like the genie in the bottle.
Congressman Dennis Kuchinch has introduced three important bills to comprehensively regulate GMO products since they are virtually unregulated now. These bills are:
• H.R. 6636, The Genetically Engineered Food Right To Know Act, which would require mandatory labeling of all foods that contain or are produced with GM material. No such labeling is permitted at this time in the US.
• H.R. 6635, The Genetically Engineered Safety Act, which would require that GE foods follow a food safety review process to prevent contamination of food supplies by pharmaceutical and industrial crops. This Act would also require that the FDA screen all GE foods to ensure they are safe for human consumption. No such safety review is permitted at this time in the US.
• H.R. 6637, The Genetically Engineered Technology Farmer Protection Act, places liability from the impacts of GM crops on the biotechnology companies that created the GMOs, and protects farmers from lawsuits by biotechnology companies. No such liability exists at this time for pharmaceutical plants and animals once approval is granted by the acting agencies for the organism and the same is true for non drug modifications as well.
These flaws in the regulatory structure are of great concern to me and I believe that they should be deep concerns of yours as well since more than 80% of all food consumed in the US today contains GMO food or ingredients. Lethal allergies, auto immune disease (including diabetes in children), birth defects and sterility rates are rising and can be, in large measure, laid squarely at the door of a dangerous food supply, including GMOs in most of what we eat.
I urge you to become a co-sponsor of these bills or to introduce sister legislation in the Senate in order to protect us from the currently unknown potential threats of GMO products. This is a very important matter to me and I am among the over 80% of the public that a recent NY Times / CBS poll indicated wants mandatory GMO labeling.
As a concerned citizen, I will be watching your active stance on these bills and look forward to sharing the news of your co-sponsorship and support for these measures with other constituents in your district.- – -

period. i worked for a group that protested and tried to stop the invasion of iraq…
they were tried twice.
the second trial was federal -your tax dollars at work.
the federal judge prohibited the mention of the us constitution in front of the jury…
among a lot of other things. the jury mainly takes their cue from the judge and the
judge knows exactly who they are working for.
the first trial, locally, the judge was definitely on our side, helping to get the defendents full story and justification out. i saw him for one moment after the trial and in one of those moments that seems like time as stopped…, i said “thank you” and he looked up and we locked eyes.
he didn’t say anything, we just had a brief moment of humanity and justice. he knew that what he had done in the courtroom was surely or possibly going to affect the rest of his carreer. depending on how much the “powers-that-be” cared about this case, he might look forward to political assasination and perhaps a job as a street sweeper. maybe than his wife would leave him, his status seeking friends would desert him, his family would consider him a failure.
remember, any street sweeper or homeless guy mite be that judge…
and remember why that new judge is sitting in that chair.

Do you people understand the scope of the strain an outbreak puts on an infrastructure? I understand that idea is horrible, and the fact that the vaccines could potentially be hazardous.
Although, I completely agree that forced vaccinations should be given(under extreme circumstances) IF the government can be 100% confident in its vaccines. There is some old case law, from the beginning of the 20th Century before modern notions of privacy and began to have US Supreme Court support. Given the lack of competent and reliable scientific proof that vaccines do anything other than (a) spread disease and (b) maim and kill thousands, I do not see how an unbiased court would sanction such a gross invasion of personal liberty.
With self-shielding (and where necessary, self-quarantine) a viable alternative to mandated, uninsurable and largely untested vaccines, we can assert our privacy rights even in the face of a manufactured pandemic declaration.

I’ve read a lot of BIG talk on this message board. “They won’t this…and they won’t that….” Get real people! I agree with you, I don’t want the shots and will resist too, but are you really ready to loose what little freedom you have to put up a real defense. Let’s face it, there will only be isolated resistors to any inoculations, and those few will be jailed, hassled, fined and then inoculated – or – they will be dead. In the later case maybe the resisters will take a few fools with them, but in the end it doesn’t matter.

cells normally reproduce with an exact dna match, however many viruses do not. every host can potentially produce a new strain. whats even worse is that two stains that infect the same host can mutate and cross genetic paths, forming an entirely new strain. so which is worse, the former or the latter.. is a matter of randomness. Anyways, diseases like polio have a different genetic makeup that differs from the common cold or flu (apparently not able to mutate) (retro vs non retro?), so there for some viri that can be eliminated with vaccines. but not so in this case. check out my rant with any certified doctor and he will very the facts.
