| Big Brother To Monitor High Schools DALLAS -- Hundreds of Dallas high school students soon will have video cameras watching over them if Dallas Independent School District officials follow through with their plan. DISD leaders want to install surveillance cameras in 22 high schools within the district. The cameras would be placed in the hallways and some common areas of the schools. Principals said the cameras would provide evidence during investigations of fights and other punishable incidents. Some parents, however, don't want the cameras installed
