The Changing of the Guard

There is a common phenomenon going on around the world lately; there is a mass, seemingly all-at-once alteration in the international political landscape. How so? To name a few, the newly-elected Democrats will take control of Congress in the US, as Robert Gates, longtime friend of George HW Bush, and former member of the Iraq Study Group (co-chaired by Lee Hamilton [9/11 Commissioner] and James Baker [Carlyle Group/Bush Sr. associate/friend) has already taken over the ousted Rumsfeld's position as Secretary of Defense (or Secretary of War as it used to be known).

In Canada, the Liberal Party leadership race concluded with a surprise; Stephan Dion, a one-time Bilderberg guest in 1998 won, ( http://www.bilderberg.org/1998.htm ) and now with a leader in place, what does the future of Canadian politics hold? Speculation has been arising about the possibility of a Liberal/Bloc Quebecois attempt at an election, but Harper will not go quiet into that good night, as right now his popularity is unnoticeable at best, and it seems unlikely that the Globalists would want to have another Canadian Prime Minister to mold into the North American Union implementation process, and just after Harper has so easily and forcefully pushed for alignment with the US that has never been so apparent and disregarding of all Canadians' national identity.

What's more, is that the Globalists already have to reign in and use the new Democrats in Washington as well as Vincente Fox's replacement in Mexico, Felipe Calderon, after they recently stole the elections down there, which
led to fist fights in the Mexican Congress as well as Congressmen throwing
chairs at each other ( http://www.cbc.ca/world/story/2006/12/01/mexico-calderon.html ). This makes it seem to me that perhaps three changing political bodies might be too
much, but then again a changing of the guard often instills a comforting
sense of apathy to the masses that all is well. So, if the Liberals end up
pushing for another election, you better believe that Dion would win and
further push the North American Union agenda.
So that is North America, now, on to Europe. In the United Kingdom,
change
is soon afoot as current Prime Minister Tony Blair is expected to resign in
the summer. It is widely pushed in the media that the already pre-chosen
successor is to be Gordon Brown, current UK Chancellor of the Exchequer,
also responsible for handing over monetary policy to the “independent” Bank
of England, as well as selling 60% of the UK's gold reserves.

occurring, as the current German Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel, is
set to take over both the leadership in the G8 and the Presidency of the
European Union, of which Germany is the largest contributor. Merkel is
expected to attempt to push through the EU constitution, which France and
the Netherlands recently vetoed. Among other important issues will be
Afghanistan, as Germany is said to be increasing its own role in
Afghanistan, a larger role for the EU as a whole can be expected in
relations to the Middle East, with other issues as well such as Iraq and
Iran.

Germany is the one non-UN Security Council Country that helped draft the
resolution to the nuclear Iran issue, which is to be at the forefront of the

UN, as it just changed the role of Secretary General over to Ban Ki-moon, a
former ambassador to Austria as well as having been posted twice to the
Korean Embassy in Washington D.C. as well as having recently been the Korean

Foreign Minister, and just gave a speech to the Council on Foreign

push for North Korea to take a larger role in international relations. The
two European countries that have chosen to veto the EU constitution, also
face changes. In the recent election in the Netherlands, home of the
infamous Queen Beatrix, Lady of Shell, the current power holder Jan Peter
Balkenende maintained his seat, although somewhat weakened by the runner up,

a former top Royal Dutch Shell official Wouter Bos.

the controversial last-minute call by the incumbent leader to propose a ban
on burqas being worn in public in the Netherlands.

occurred as Ségolene Royal won the Socialist victory to run for the French
Presidential election in 2007

as Jacques Chirac steps down, and his current Minister of the Interior,
Nicolas Sarkozy, a hard-lined politician tough on immigration and popular
for favouring “American-style” economic reform, as well as pushing in
legislation that infringed civil rights, and had referred to those in the
poorer areas of France as “riff-raff”.

basis of being the only candidate who has a chance of beating Sarkozy in the

coming elections.
In Iran, President Ahmadinejad lost ground as his political allies
did not
do so well in recent elections across the country

In Venezuela, a recent election saw President Hugo Chavez cast his opponent
away in a 60% victory

In Turkmenistan, a seemingly unimportant and insignificant country in the
international arena just lost their recent multi-decade long dictator,
Saparmurat Niyazov, to a heart attack.

replace current tyrant Vladimir Putin in March of 2007.

However, all these changes and many more current news items in the
international arena should be under close scrutiny and examination. For
instance, the recent big story of the murdered former-Russian spy, Alexander

Litvinenko. Now what does this have to do with all that is changing in the
world? Well, it is important for a variety of reasons. One, is that the
mainstream media is actually paying attention (seemingly) and is making it
an issue. So, we have to examine why. Well, we hear all the blame being
pointed at Putin and the FSB (successor intelligence agency to the KGB),
which was responsible for the 1999 apartment bombings across Russia as well
as the Beslan school massacre ( http://www.prisonplanet.com/911.html#fsb ).
However, under the revelation of very interesting and thought provoking
articles and media discussions with Wayne Madsen and David Shayler, another
perspective emerges. In an article by Wayne Madsen, NSA whistleblower, the
contacts of Litvinenko were traced through Mario Scaramella, an Italian
intelligence official with ties to the recent extraordinary rendition
scandal in Italy that led to the purging of intelligence officials for
complicity in helping the CIA (or Defense Intelligence) kidnap Italian
citizens to be flown to secret CIA prisons in Europe and around the world
for torture. Madsen also points to a link between Scaramella and the funding

for a possible false-flag operation in France involving the current Interior

Minister and Presidential hopeful, Nicolas Sarkozy.

Madsen states how Scaramella is seen by Russian and Italian government
officials as a Neo-Con pawn. Madsen points the finger of blame not at Putin,

because as he examines, all this controversy has made Putin lose his place
in the international arena. This is a view shared by David Shayler, former
MI5 agent who has gone public on 9/11 and 7/7 being inside jobs by the CIA,
MI6, MI5, and other respective intelligence agencies. Shayler said in an
interview on Sky News in the UK, that the Litvinenko affair is not a Russian

intelligence hit, as their usual method of doing so would be a powder-like
substance that could be blown into someone's face and give them a heart
attack, leaving behind no trace, as opposed to a slow and gruesome death by
Polonium poisoning over many weeks, giving Litvinenko a lot of time to point

his finger at Putin, the red herring. Shayler pointed his finger at the New
World Order of high finance in the arms and oil industry. Why? Because
Litvinenko was exposing false flag terror.

the FBI has been called in to London to investigate, where they have no
jurisdiction, but as Madsen points out, have the talent of covering up for
American crimes. Even the choice of Polonium is almost obviously a ploy, as
it can only be traced to nuclear countries, which makes Russia a large
suspect, yet, was currently dismissed as having done so by the IAEA. In
another article, Madsen further details Scaramella's links to the US,
predominantly the CIA and/or Defense Intelligence agencies. It was also
reported that Scaramella has a “deep knowledge” of nuclear materials and was

the last person to see Litvinenko before he became sick

So, what conclusions have I drawn from this. Well in under the tight
lens
of associates and affiliations and events surrounding the poisoning, it has
been designed to be massively confusing and a lost cause for truth. However,

under a wider lens that views it in relation with all the other current
global changes, it starts to form a more understandable picture. We must
always keep in mind the broad, ultimate aims of the Globalists as they
spread their touch around the earth. The ultimate agenda is of course, a One

World Government. And we must always remember those who hold the highest
ranks in the New World Order, being of course David Rockefeller, the
Rothschilds, the Queen of England, the Queen of the Netherlands as well as
the other European royalty. As the Rockefeller henchmen regained some excess

of control of the US from the exceedingly insane Neo-Cons, with James Baker
and Robert Gates holding more political significance, as well as the fact
that Rockefeller's right-hand man, Henry Kissinger, has been reported as
being the new political advisor to the Pope, following after the previous
Pope's advisor was another of Rockefeller's dearest minions, Zbigniew
Brzezinski, ( http://ncregister.com/site/article/1370/ ), the Secretary of
State under Jimmy Carter who oversaw and implemented the formation of
Al-Qaeda through the CIA and ISI. It is clear that this will be an
interesting year.
What can we expect from the Globalist agenda? Well, three top
priorities
are the European Union, the North American Union and Iran. Now, how do these

all neatly tie together, in relation with the Litvinenko assassination?
Here's my analysis of it.
Recently, there have been troubles with Russia. This has been
occurring in
a variety of areas. Russia has consistently blocked a quick resolution to
the UN Security Council's resolution on Iran as well as having been very
much opposed to any military action against the Islamic Republic. However,
the same was said by Russia before Iraq. Nonetheless, Russia has significant

interests in Iran, especially in it's oil. And the world isn't the same
since before the Iraq invasion. Competition between competing world powers
for oil is growing more rigid. This raises another important factor,
Russia's current energy policies. A massive project in Russia's oil sector
was to team up Russia's state-owned oil company, the massive Gazprom, with
the goliath multinational Royal Dutch Shell, whose largest shareholders are
the Dutch and British Monarchs, respectively. However, after many delays and

trials for the multinational giant, Gazprom took over the project
completely, leaving one of the dominant New World Order corporations and
power-brokers in the dust. Russia wanted to maintain its own control over
its gas and oil, so it threatened Shell with ecological damage repercussions

and other bureaucratic means of interference, forcing Shell and the other
interested private oil partners to sell off their stake in the project to

So, all these factors lead me to believe that this international
changing
of the guard is a precursor for some other large international changes as
well. While the Litvinenko assassination appears to be a New World Order hit

to assert bad publicity to Putin and to diminish his power in relation to
the European Union and the United States. It is an inner fight between
power-holders of the New World Order, it is a fight that is not meant to be
comprehended by the general public, but more to use the public as an
unwitting pawn to put pressure on the Russian President, to get him in line,

just as the Democrats had to take over in Congress as a tool for the elite
to reign in the Neo-Cons and exert a more direct control over things.
In Turkmenistan, the death of the 66 year-old dictator has been
criticized
as being a possible US covert operation. Completely possible considering the

CIA implemented the Worldwide Attack Matrix just a few days after 9/11,
which allowed for an expansion of covert operations in over 80 countries in
the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

And every following CIA director has advocated increased covert operations
and spying. To analyze the Turkmen issue, the dictator was a hard-liner who,

it was reported in 1997, had offered Shell leadership on a project for
building a pipeline from Turkmenistan to Turkey, through Iran.

2003, it was reported that Shell in Turkmenistan had shut down due to an
uncooperative government. It also mentioned the proposal of building a
trans-Afghan pipeline, but it was an unrealistic goal under the leadership.
The article also mentioned how ExxonMobil packed its bags and left the
country in 2001.

Turkmenistan is home to the second largest proven gas reserves in Asia,
and the company with the greatest ties to Turkmenistan and had a near
monopoly of control over Turkmenistan's gas was none other than Russia's
Gazprom. Eastern European countries get their main gas supplies from
Gazprom, as it is the only company through which the West can access the
Turkmen's resources.

dictator is dead in the (interestingly enough) Muslim country, the stage is
set for his replacement, the former Deputy Prime Minister, who the elite
have already shown their support for. Could he be a favourite of the West?
Most likely.
This possible coup could be another Globalist blow to Putin's
Russia,
asserting more pressure for everyone to get behind an attack on Iran. This
is where it really gets intriguing. After a wave of all of these events,
Russia has announced it agrees on a UN resolution on Iran, which calls for
Iran to halt uranium enrichment, a request which if history stands as a
precedent, the Iranian government will refuse

will allow the push for war to continue, as Iran can be labeled as rogue and

aggressive. With the backing of the power-nations, Iran is toast.
However, the ongoing Iraq civil war and US occupation, as well as
the
recent Israeli-Lebanon war have sent public support for wars plummeting
worldwide. Many EU countries have been compelled to leave Iraq and
discontinue support for the war. When the Spanish were pissed off, an
intelligence covert operation was undertaken to make them fearful,

the government was ousted and replaced by a less US-friendly government. As
covert operations in Lebanon have been plunging it into a deeper political
and social crisis, all that is needed is a big bang to force the Western
public to take the giant leap into the arms of the Globalists.
With the ever-rising presence of US and British as well as other
allied
countries' military and naval forces in the Persian Gulf continues, war with

Iran looms over the near-horizon. However, a great problem stands in the way

of this Globalist plan: public support. They have to make the general
populations support a war with Iran, and history of how the elite exert
their control over the people rests in fear and terror. This raises the
large possibility of several false flag attacks to occur in the coming
months and year. Now this is a fear we live with from day-to-day, as it is
never possible to say with any certainty when and where the Globalists will
attack, but this is my attempt, nonetheless. Much speculation has occurred
lately as to the possibility of another large-scale false flag attack
occurring in North America to push the populations for war with Iran and to
speed up the implementation of the North American Union. This is still a
very valid point, especially considering that Council on Foreign Relations
member Robert Pastor, author of the North American Union blueprint, recently

stated that a “new 9/11 crisis would be the catalyst to merge North America”

and adopt the Amero as our common currency.

crisis could theoretically be a market crash, it doesn't have to be another
false flag attack. However, it is likely that a false flag attack,
especially one massive in scale, would result in a market crash. So, a
planned attack could speed up and shoot forward plans for the North American

Union, especially an attack in the US and Canada, as Harper would gain
popularity and be able to maintain control and avoid another election. If
framed on Iran, the US and Canada would ready for battle. However, this
time, it may be necessary to make the attack, or separate false flag
operations, to be throughout Europe, namely in the UK, France, and the
Netherlands. This is so because another attack in the UK would allow the
current British media attention to the police/surveillance state to subside,

and for the public to be more subservient and allow Blair's currently
unpopular national ID card plan to pass. France should brace for a false
flag operation before the April elections, to make the public fear the
“Muslim enemy”, and back the hard-liner, pro-American Sarkozy over the
socialist Royal. This would also allow Germany's push for an EU constitution

to be better realized, as an attack throughout Europe would unite them
closer in fear, so it would allow them to be united closer in political,
social and economic affairs under the EU. This is also a possible reason
behind an attack on the UK and the Netherlands. As the Netherlands and
France were the only ones to veto the constitution, an attack could make
them fear isolation from international “protection” of supra-national
bodies. Then Germany could focus its aim on the Middle East and Eurasia, as
the recently acquired Turkmenistan gas fields, which will most likely open
up for Shell again, will literally surround Iran with western influence,
from Iraq, to Afghanistan, to Turkmenistan. All that's needed is to clear
the path for the pipelines (ala Afghanistan), take control of the oil (ala
Iraq), through an international US(NAU)-EU sponsored war. As the Middle East

would erupt in chaos, Israel would seize its opportunity to re-enter Lebanon

to “save it” from revolution, and enter into Syria. It is after all very
likely that Mossad will be linked to any large-scale false flag attack.
It would seem that the possibility of a false flag attack occurring,
and a
very large one at that, superceding a massive market crash, is still a very
dire threat, as a war with Iran and a resurgence for the Globalist agenda is

desperately wanted. After all, when you look at the key players and Kingpins

of the New World Order, the majority of them are quite old, and this is just

idle speculation but, I'd assume that they want to see their One World
Government before they die, and not only that, but that they want to rule it

for quite some time before they pass. Make no mistake, they know their time
is limited on this Earth, and their greed for power will drive them to do
anything they can to obtain it, including drastic measures. We are all very
aware that war with Iran will not be an isolated incident in the way that
Iraq is, as the conflict is within the country alone. Rather, this will
spark international conflict, with the possibility of China making its move
on Taiwan when the US is busy in the Persian Gulf, but the possibility also
arises that China may not just sit idly by as their oil deals with Iran are
bombed to oblivion. It looks like we are being geared up for another World
War, the last great war. The Globalists know that this is the only way to
achieve their combined goals of One World Government and massive population
reduction. As well as with the fact that a huge prison grid is and has been
established within the United States with massive amounts of concentration
camps being built to house millions of US citizens. This has been admitted
by Halliburton's website, who received the $385 million dollar contract to
build the camps

However, there is hope in this madness. In observing the elite in
their
desperation, I have come upon a rather positive conclusion. I believe that
the way humans have been made, by whatever means you believe we came about,
we have been made in such a way that for those who are overcome with this
lust for power and drive towards evil, they can only ever achieve so much. I

believe that humanity is such a way that it is not possible to ever take
total control of the world in one lifetime. Global domination is an age-old
dream of powerful men and institutions. Yet, no one has ever achieved it. We

are coming closer today than ever before with rapid accelerations in
technology and science. Yet, it is this same technology and science that we
have been using against them, with the massive sharing of information on the

internet, which has challenged their power in a way they never could have
foretold. This tech-age may facilitate a rapid transgression into Globalist
plans, but it can also be used to more rapidly challenge and ultimately
defeat them. It is such a way that no single person can conquer the world in

one lifetime, and the simple fact that those who attempt to do so become so
greedy in their aspirations for power, that they exceedingly expose
themselves and come out of the dark to attack. It is their continued
exposure, which will ultimately defeat them faster. Their own greed is their

greatest downfall, so we must use it against them. It is because of this,
and because history has proven that when the people truly unite, their power

is greater than any gun, and their success and victory is never a matter of
if, but only a matter of when. It is up to us to speed up that process. It
is without doubt in my mind that we will be forced to go through harder
times than this before their defeat can occur. But it will only be possible
tomorrow by what we do today.
So, just because there has been an international changing of the
guard does
not mean that we have any reason to let our guard down.
