New PNAC/neocon front group pushing tri-national ID on 9/11 corpses

Total 911 Info | March 15, 2005

A new group has popped up to lobby for the new REAL ID Act, a bill which would turn state drivers licenses into tri-national ID cards and share sensitive biometric data on Americans with the Mexican and Canadian governments.

The Coalition for a Secure Driver's License is lobbying Congress and buying advertising with the claim that "18 of the 19 terrorists responsible for the 9/11 attacks held multiple, state-issued driver's licenses." They fail to mention that seven of the 19 alleged "hijackers" were alive well after 9/11, according to news reports. The Coalition also cites the disingenous cover-up report of the corrupt 9-11 Commission headed by bin Laden associate Gov. Thomas Kean .

Both the President and the Executive Director of this group come from the Center for Security Policy, a neocon warmongering operation headed by Frank Gaffney. Gaffney is a founding member of the Project for a New American Century (PNAC) and longtime associater of Prince of Darkness Richard Perle. PNAC, of course, issued a report calling for a "new Pearl Harbor" in order to justify the conquest of the Arab world.
