Sgrena Must Be Lying Because The Government Has Never Done Anything Corrupt
US Scrambles to Cover-up Botched Assassination
Paul Joseph Watson | March 8 2005
AP snip: The White House on Monday said it was "absurd" for a former hostage in Iraq to charge that U.S. military forces may have deliberately targeted her car as she was being rushed to freedom.
Snip: Sgrena, the ex-hostage whose life Calipari save, said it was possible they were targeted deliberately because the United States opposes Italy's policy of negotiating with kidnappers.
They botched the assassination attempt and now the cover-up is in full gear. The baloney 'here's the hot tip' speculation about the US not being on keen on negotiating is a bait and switch for the real reasons Sgrena was targeted.
1) She wrote articles condemning torture at Abu Ghraib and more dangerous to the US, articles about the use of napalm in Fallujah.
2) She was told by the group that kidnapped her that a threat to kill her if Italian troops didn't pull out of Iraq wasn't made by them. This means that Rumsfeld's Ministry of Truth in Iraq is putting out false statements by fake Jihad groups to try and maintain the facade that the resistance is run by brutal terrorists under the direction of Al-Qaeda/Iran/Syria or whoever else they want to bomb next.
But she's a left-winger = she hates America = she's lying! Maybe she deserved to take a bullet anyway, posture the Neo-Con blogs. After all, one of their darlings, the New Republic's Tom Frank, recently shared his desire to see anti-war journalists meet down a dark tunnel with bunker busters.
And Lt. Gen. James Mattis said it's fun to shoot people. Maybe our guys were just blowing off some steam, like the Abu Ghraib guards who raped kids and beat people to death.
Karl Rove and the rest of the Straussian 'noble liars' have again excelled themselves.
It's absurd to think that they'd target journalists?
The Pentagon admitted they would target journalists before the war even started. The BBC's Kate Adie reported,
" I was told by a senior officer in the Pentagon, that if uplinks --that is the television signals out of... Baghdad, for example-- were detected by any planes ...electronic media... mediums, of the military above Baghdad... they'd be fired down on. Even if they were journalists."
Since then we've had a record number of journalists killed, almost all in suspicious circumstances.
Like Sgrena, many had stumbled across secrets too contradictory to the 'liberation philosophy' to be allowed media coverage in America.
Reuters cameraman Mazen Dana made a big mistake by filming mass graves of US troops near Abu Ghraib. A tank lunged towards him outside the prison walls and shot him dead. But of course, it's just ABSURD to think they'd do such a thing! After all, when has this government ever done anything corrupt? And they didn't lie to you about WMD either.
The scenes showing another tank slowly aiming at the Palestine Hotel in Baghdad before blowing a few more journalists to bits was also another ABSURD lie sneakily crafted to try and fool people into questioning the proven fact that the Iraqis are throwing flowers at the troops' feet and dancing in the streets.
