ATF agent kills man during raid in Arlington

A Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agent shot killed a man inside an east Arlington apartment complex early Thursday morning during a raid.

The raid was one of several dozen raids carried out this morning throughout north Texas area.
The raids targeted members of the Texas Syndicate a violent prison gang.
It was unclear Thursday afternoon if the dead man was a member of the gang.
The raid was executed shortly after 6 a.m. at the Arlington Parks apartments in the 3100 block of East Park Row. Agents had warrants allowing them to search for guns and drugs.
Several people, including children, were inside the apartment at the time of the shooting, said Tom Crowley, an ATF spokesman.
Details of the shooting were still under investigation, Crowley added.
Arlington police are investigating the shooting.

Sounds like another episode of well trained, organized, badged thugs running an exercise to get in a little field experience (against an untrained, unsuspecting, small group of lowbrow street thugs). In the ensuing “small scale Waco” (women and children were present), one of the badged thugs had the good fortune to cap an easy target. Another BATF hard-ass made his bones (maybe next time he’ll get to blast a baby). He’s now a seasoned (field-tested) NWO warrior, kill-prepped to assist in murdering the rest of us. No doubt there will be many of these BATF (”bone-making”) exercises (perhaps at your house) in the near future.

I can honestly say, until you walk in an officers shoes, you should keep your mouth shut. I get a kick out of people who talk crap about law enforcement or even bomb them like William Ayers and then call on them when the media is trying to ask him questions or they are needed for stupid stuff. Just remember that they aren’t all bad. I actually performed the job because I liked helping people.

It’s true that they are not ALL bad, but it is true that they are almost all out of control. The “good” ones stand by and let the “bad” ones do what they will, and the “good” ones say nothing, do nothing, stop nothing, and/or change nothing. That “thin blue line” you guys go on and talk about is nothing more that turning a blind and ignorant eye to what is becoming a rampant pattern of violations of people’s rights. When was the last time we heard a report about a cop stopping another cop from abusing someones civil rights by placing that cop under arrest when they try to violate those rights?
Tens of thousands of videos on YouTube showing BLATANT and SYSTEMIC abuse of people’s rights at the hand of IDIOTS carrying badges, which is then defended by the higher ups as justified or reasonable. For what? To “protect” people? To “serve” people? NO!!! They do it simply to show that they are in charge and they are in control, and we are nothing but sheeple that need to be hearded around by sheppards in black uniforms and at times ski-masks, like them. They believe that they are there to “restore order” and that they can do whatever they need to do to ensure that their version of “order” is restored. Cops are taught from cop “boot camp” on that the FORCE CONTINUUM allows them to order and then force anybody to do anything they so desire as long as they can “articulate” a reasonable reasoning for issuing such orders. Then, after they kill someone for not following one of their orders, they insist that it was the victims fault for not listening to and/or obeying the cop who shot him or her.
Last Friday, I listened to a cop here in Austin Texas give his version of a “Terry search.” In his version, they can “detain” you for any reason as long as the cop can articulate that reason to a jury to be “reasonable,” and in that detention, search for “weapons” and if you do anything to resist that search, well then YOU, not them, escilate the situation to justify use of force. I asked him if having a weapon makes us dangerous, and was amazed at how he dodged that question. I mean, are we not allowed to have weapons? Is personal protection illegal in this country?
The BATF is probably the WORST of the groups. (well, maybe the CIA or FEMA are worse) They were created and designed to grab guns from American citizens and close gun shops who sell weapons to people who wish to defend themselves. And because they are the BATF, they believe that every action they ever take involves armed people and therefore, every action they take is performed in a SWAT-like fashion with guns locked, loaded, and drawn. Who does this protect? Who does this serve? Other than the BATF of course.
I have a better solution. Stop taking people’s guns altogether. Abolish the BATF. Imprison some of them. Stand by the 2nd Amendment for ALL American citizens. And put criminals in prison for committing crimes, and make them serve their sentences in prison. That way, members of violent gangs like the Texas Syndicate will stay locked up and unable to get guns. Everyone has a right to defend themselves, a right to defend their families, and a right to keep and bare arms. Committing violent crimes should get your locked up for a long time, NOT render you defenseless and incapable of protecting yourself or your family.

Send your critism of the brevity and incompleteness of this story to the Star-Telegram, Ft. Worth’s leading newspaper. The story is posted here to raise awareness of the BATF’s willingness to execute a 6 in the morning, no knock, execution of a guns drawn warrant on a home with children inside, and how they show no compunction whatsoever about blowing a guy away in front of his kid.
What in the hell makes it necessary to do that? Why can’t they just cover the exits of the home, and knock on the front door? Are they seriously AFRAID that they may be fired upon? And bullet-proof vests, and portable bullets shields are not enough to help with that FEAR? Did it have to be a no-knock? Did it have to be 6 in the morning? Did they have to use their gastapo-like tactics to execute this warrant? With chilrden inside? This “better safe than sorry” bs is the DIRECT CAUSE of innocent people being shot. Now, I’m not sayin’ this guy was innocent, but that old lady in Georgia was, when they busted in on her. They even planted drugs on her to justify that nonsense. That mayor and his dogs were innocent when they wrongly busted in on him and shot his dogs. Hell, even recently, a guns drawn warrant to recover a stolen cell phone had an old man with a gun to his head, because the suspect lived in his house 7 years prior.
Statistics show that taxi driver and truck driver are far more dangerous occupations than cop, but any time the cops can even hint that a weapon may be present, the cops COWER to the use of these CRIMINAL executions of warrants, and use that hint of weapons present to justify it. Now, there is an innocent child who gets to live with seeing his dad blown away by a cop. How do you think he’s gonna turn out when he grows up?

I’m a veteran of the first Gulf War, and on the front lines it’s not about what color or religion a person is that is fighting beside you.

I guess I am just another NWo supporter, but I wold like to see the whole story before I comment on what the police did. I know lots of good cops out there and wow they are on SWAT teams, and yes they have killed to protect themselves while serving a warrent and looking for guns, drugs and other things.
They still have a job to do, and sometimes people get killed, and you always cannot hold fire. somtimes their are kids in the way and it is a judgement call.
So I do not dondemn all police and lump them all together. I want all the facts before I sit and bash all police, and this story did not give them all.

As long as people embrace racism there will be no hope for the United States. Can’t you see that division leads to faster conquests? If they can divide us, then they will win. It doesn’t matter what they use to divide us.
Criminals should be taken care of, but remember, more attacks occur against law abiding citizens than criminals. If they can get you to think it was OK because that person was Hispanic or Black or whatever, then when they come to get you the other people will say finally they went after them, too. In fact, they should never go after anyone that has not committed a crime. Infringement of our constitutional rights is never OK, no matter what race the person is whose rights are getting infringed.

I live in SE Texas and I have friends of several ethnic backgrounds and I would be honored to stand side by side with them to defend YOU. If you are white and a white cop draws down on you and a darker skinned fellow human happens to pop a cap in his ass, how would you feel then? Same goes for black, Hispanic, Asian, Arab, etc….
Freedom knows no color,no race, no religion, no national boundaries. It is an age old belief held sacred by billions of people throughout the ages. How many have fought, died, and sacrificed all for this concept of freedom?
I know a few cops and I talk to them regularly about many of the issues reported and discussed on this and other alt news sites. You would be surprised at how many of them are just as sick of this as you and I are. I read it earlier about cops that turn a blind eye due to the thin blue line. Has it ever crossed your mind that some of these cops are scared. They have families and friends that can be threatened. Granted, I believe that they should step forward and report any violations a person’s Constitutionally guaranteed rights. But I also understand that in some police departments, opening one’s mouth would be the wrong thing to do. My mom left law enforcement because she could not report wrong doing in her division because the whole local system was corrupt all the way from county judges, district attys, and most of the force on which she served.
I grew up in a city full of corruption starting at the mayor’s office and filtering down to the dog catcher. You could not sell drugs there unless “official authorized” and then they left you alone…for a healthy sum of course.
Now, these federal police forces must go. But as long as the corruption in our government continues and blatant police state tactics are encouraged, these incidents of excessive force, abuse and murder will only grow in number. I do not know about you but Waco is still fresh in my memory. I urge everyone to get to know their local police officers, especially in rural areas.
I have the feeling that the small towns will be the last places that the troops will try and control. I say this because the cities will crumble into decay once the SHTF. How many city neighborhoods have vegetable gardens? well water? livestock?
Once the shelves are emptied at your local Kroger or Walmart and food is scarce, what will you do? People will flee the cities in droves only to be rounded up on the highways leading in and out of the cities. Have any of you ever been in an evacuation? I have been told by numerous people about the evacuation before Hurricane Rita in SE Texas. All the highways were jam packed and quite a few people died while fleeing the coast. All THEY have to do is block off an interstate or two and send in a few gunships…population control???

Hi, I used to work at the apartments where this man was killed, and I used to live there too. In this part of the city we all have to be careful because people brake our windows and doors trying to get in. Now, it doesnt matter what race because we are all considered brothers and sisters. The first ones in this country were the indians not mexicans, not whites, etc. I know the man ATF shot was not the man they were looking for. The man they were looking for was a friend of mine. He used to take my boys to school and pick them up when needed, he is a very nice person. I used to be an officer and I dont agree with people that are in gangs or drugs no matter what race they are. I know we are not all perfect but this agent didnt have any reason to shoot. I know ATF and FBI made a lot of mistakes that day because Arlington Police is not happy with what they did. The children were in the apt. and that is the saddest thing…My respects to the family..and to all of the people because we all have different opinions.
