Exclusive: Citizens For Legitimate Government has learned that Deborah Jeane Palfrey’s lawyer, Montgomery Blair Sibley, has intervened to stop a lawsuit seeking to prevent the Tarpon Springs, Florida, Police Department from releasing information requested by Sibley pertaining to the investigation of Jeane’s death.
On July 22, 2008, Sibley requested under the Florida Public Records Act, "copies of any and all records, including without limitation police reports and photographs, related to the investigation of the death of Deborah Jeane Palfrey on May 1, 2008, at [redacted] Tarpon Springs, Florida. This request includes copies of every document related to the matter, regardless of the format in which the information is stored. I note that information stored on a computer is as much a public record as a written page in a book or stored in a filing cabinet."
Citing his obligation to discharge explicit instructions from his former client, Jeane Palfrey, the so-called DC Madam, to "fully investigate and reveal the circumstances of her death if deemed a suicide by authorities," her attorney, Montgomery Blair Sibley, has moved to intervene in a lawsuit filed by Jeane’s mother, Blanche Palfrey. That lawsuit seeks to prevent the Tarpon Springs, Florida Police Department from releasing information requested by Sibley pertaining the investigation of Jeane’s death on May 1 of this year.
Sibley said, "While I don’t mean to cause Jeane’s family additional grief, an attorney’s first duty is to his client, and Jeane was very clear with me that if she was ever found dead of an apparent suicide, I was to make sure that all the evidence was publicly disseminated so that it could be independently evaluated."
A hearing has been set in that matter on August 15 before Florida Circuit Court Judge Linda Allan in Clearwater, Florida.

Interesting to hear about this case once again. More interesting is the fact that her mother has filed suit AGAINST having information pertaining to her death brought out. That seems to me to maybe be something no one thought of….her mother having something to do with the “suicide”.

You know many might dismiss this woman because she was a “madam” but even Jesus had dinner with her type and of course she is not a terrorist or murderer like those in our government. I seriously think she heard and saw some things that bothered her and she wanted all of us to know what these NWO’s do. I can guarantee you that come judgment day that Deborah Jeane Palfrey can hold her head a lot higher than these cold blooded killers that call themselves politicians and businessmen.
I don’t know much about her other than her story but I hope that she did not leave any children behind as the NWO has a tendency to go after them as well. I say we all keep her story alive as a testament to what can happen to anyone who sees or hears too much.

The main thing is.. this whole episode was “gone and forgatten” by all… and not a soul in the US(Short of here mother) in allprobability ever gave it a second thought 30 minutes after she was on the other side of the dirt…..
The lawyer may be(all of a sudden) doing his “legal duty”(whatever that may be these days in our corrupt legal system) and I know I never gave it a second thought .. and would be willing to bet most didn’t either(including those who posted before me) until this story rose from the ashes. Let’s be honest now….

To respond to a few comments here in relation to what I said about this incident surfacing once again being a rather forgotten circumstance, I am glad that I said something that brought out other ideas as to why it is here NOW and why Deborah Jeane’s mother is the one fighting against the evidence over her death to be let out. More than likely the mother is being threatened rather than she herself having anything directly to do with the apparent “suicide”. Still, it is a thought that should be retained. Maybe the mother was threatened beforehand to leave when she did that horrible day. Maybe she was not aware as to what was going to happen to her daughter or maybe she did, but was too scared to really believe it. Obviously, for her to not want the evidence to be brought out, that is strange, you have to admit.
Then I have one other question. Why does the lawyer need anything at all from the “official” papers? It says that Deborah Jean gave him her secrets. No? Did I misunderstand something here? I think so by what I just asked. By re-reading the article, it is those here who might have misunderstood what it says. It seems to say that the lawyer does not have any secrets. He is to just get the evidence and make it public from the authorities. That is also why, I see now, that it has taken so long to come around again. He must have started to get the information then her mother put a stop to it. Therefore even if the lawyer is killed, the information is still not in his control and anyone further down the line could go after the information that I believe should be public information anyway. Rumors are they’re making it very difficult for anyone to obtain public records, and not only in Florida. Pretty soon they’ll privatize them, along with local police departments and state police, just like the prisons and roads, and only people able to pay or hire powerful lawyers will receive or utilize the services. The world is just one great, big money collecting mafia when you think about it.
If Ms. Palfrey wanted her death to be investigated, and specifically expressed the desire and any fear to her attorney, why would her mother want to deny her grown daughter’s final wishes? Strange……….. very, very strange.

No one should have to die the way she died. By the way “Casual Observer”, I think you are wrong about nobody giving it a second thought about her “death”. I have wondered off and on about whether she was murdered or not but I have heard things said about how women don’t usually hang themselves when they commit suicide and things like that. We all need to vote out the bad, corrupt and career people in our government because that is the only way I know that we may have a chance to save our country.

As for her mother not wanting the info out and that being strange, I agree. Are there other family members that she might be trying to protect from being snuffed out as well? Or maybe the thugs just described in detail to her how slow and painful her own “suicide” would be and that scared her. I think if it were my child, I would “sacrafice” my own life for the sake of the truth. I mean, why not go out with a real bang and take some of them with me? However, If another one of my children, or other family member were at risk, I would have to sacrafice the truth for their life.

They probably went to the mother after they killed Jeane and threatened her or paid her off to stop the release since she is a next of kin and would have a strong influence over the judge. AntiChip Beast Man, don’t worry about what day you worship on. Paul told us in Colossians:
16] Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
[17] Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
The sabbath or “day of rest” is just a “type”–showing us that we are to rest completely in the saving grace of Christ–not in the keeping of this day or that day or holydays or eating this thing or not eating that. God was trying to show the Jews that Messiah would demand complete rest in his grace and not the “keeping of laws” for as Paul said by the keeping of the law is no man saved. Complete rest in the saving grace of Christ is what the sabbath signifies.
No man should be judging you on these things as Paul points out above. All of these feasts and rituals were given to us as types of Christ and his saving work–nothing more. It points to Christ and his grace or it is nothing.
The Christians met on the first day of the week to celebrate the resurrection of Christ and most Christians have done likewise.

That must be why the commandment says “Thou shalt remember THE sabbath day, to keep it holy; in 6 days thou shalt labor and do all thy work, but on the SEVENTH thou shalt rest. For in 6 days the Lord made the earth and all that in it is, but on THE SEVENTH he rested, wherefore he hallowed THE sabbath.” It doesn’t say remember *A* sabbath day, it says remember *THE* sabbath day. There is only one day that is the seventh day, and the Bible consistently keeps track of that day. We still have Saturday as the SEVENTH day of our week in our calendars, just as the ancient Jews did.
Furthermore, every time God’s people were “lost” in the Bible (i.e. after the bondage in Egypt) the first thing God does when He speaks to His people is to re-establish the Sabbath day. It is the seal of the commandments, without which God would be just a god, not THE supreme God and Creator. He even says in the Bible “I have given you the Sabbath as my seal”.
An additional point to make is that days in the Bible are not measured from midnight to midnight as we do in this “modern” era of decadence and decline. They were measured from SUNDOWN to SUNDOWN. Did God give us the concept of “midnight”? Heavens no! Human beings aren’t supposed to be AWAKE at midnight. Even a cursory study of God’s law reveals immediately that days are to be measured from sundown to sundown, so even if we were to posit that the sabbath was on Sunday, that would mean Saturday at sundown, you’d better stop working and laboring and take time to be with God and your family, and you dare not re-commence such labor until sundown on Sunday.
Will God strike you dead if you don’t? Nope. God doesn’t work that way. But if you read the unadulterated Bible, Jesus is very clear in saying “If ye love me, KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS.” Later, in 1 John 5:7, it is written “There are three that bear record in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Spirit; and these three are one.” The Word IS Jesus. The Father is God. They are one, therefore when Jesus says “keep my commandments,” it is God saying this. Thus, if you love God, you keep His commandments. The commandment says to keep THE sabbath day holy, not A sabbath day, not just any old day you please or whatever is convenient for you. If you believe it’s just any old day, or even just a couple of hours on one day, then you’re as good as a Catholic worshiping the self-appointed vicar of Christ (the Greek for that is “antikristos” by the way; sorry Catholics, your much-loved Pope is The Antichrist; read Daniel and Revelations if you don’t believe me).
There is but one day of the week that is the Sabbath, and that is Saturday. Moreover, “Saturday” in the Biblical sense is from sundown on Friday of our calendrical date until sundown on Saturday of our calendrical date. The rest of the week, do all the work you need to, make all the money you want to, go out into the world and be productive, but on that seventh day, the Lord is very specific that you keep it holy for Him. The only caveat to that is that it is not to be ritualized to the extent that the Pharisees took it. The Pharisees were stoning people to death for venturing outside their home (which begs the question why were the Pharisees outside to see these people venturing out in the first place…Satan is always a hypocrite, haha!). If a man is being robbed outside your home on the Sabbath, it is not breaking God’s law to go outside and help him.
Use your judgment. Saving a life if you are a nurse or a doctor or an EMT is not bad or unholy on the Sabbath. Performing a surgery that is elective and will net you 100,000 Federal Reserve Notes is. It could wait until later. God has a plan for each of us, but in order for Him to act through us, we have to submit ourselves to His laws. Without keeping the Sabbath as it was properly intended, how can we expect to be filled with the Holy Spirit in order to rise above temptation and death?
In closing, #39 may respond to this entire comment by saying “no man shall judge you regarding…holydays.” My response to this is simple: I am not saying I am judging you or any man ought to. I don’t sit around on the sabbath and think “look at these sinful idiots wandering around drinking and carousing and working and doing all the things they aren’t suppose to.” No one should do that. That’s just like the Pharisee who prayed to God and thanked him that he wasn’t wicked like the Roman tax collector. It’s missing the point. I am not “better” because I keep the sabbath. However, I am keeping God’s law. GOD will judge you with respect to whether or not you kept his commandments. So yes, let no MAN judge you with respect to any holyday, but let GOD judge you. All a man can do is kill your body and set you in the ground to sleep until Judgment. But your Creator may utterly erase you from the book of life. Whom do you fear now?

If the Catholic Church is the bride of Christ, why is it that the Catholic church preaches ecumenism? Didn’t Jesus say “*I* am the Truth and the Light and the Way”? He didn’t say “Krishna, Buddha, Zoroaster, Allah, Kwanyin, and I are the Truth etc.”.
Why does the Pope have a miter that says “Vicar filii dei”, which is Latin for “Vicar of the son of God”. What does vicar mean? It means to act in the place of. One who acts in the place of Christ? The Greek for that is “anti kristos”, which is the origin of our modern word “antichrist.” The antichrist isn’t some dark demonic evil beast with 10 heads and 3 butts that craps lightning, it is a man who acts in the place of Christ to supplant the teachings of Christ with false doctrines.
Why does the Pope carry a staff with a cross at the top with Jesus Christ affixed to it? The Bible I’ve read says Jesus was taken down off the cross and laid in a grave and he rose again. That is the great Joy of Christianity: that Christ rose again and the grave is empty, just as the cross is empty. Why do all Catholic churches have a crucifix with Jesus on it? Why do most Catholic households have this? Christ didn’t ask us to remember how he died, he asked us to remember how he LIVES. He LIVES! He LIVES! Christ Jesus lives TODAY! He walks with us and talks with us. The Lord IS our shepherd, we shall not want! But instead your Catholicism would have us believe Jesus is the eternal sufferer, the man still affixed to the cross, still dead, mere carrion.
Why are All Seeing Eyes and other masonic symbols rampant in all Catholic churches? Find me a Catholic church that doesn’t have a sun-cross (cross inscribed in a circle) and I will shake your hand.
I tell you what, let’s make this simple. Instead of me sitting here and typing 500 facts that prove your religion is a sham, why don’t you just watch Dr. Walter J. Veith’s video series “Total Onslaught” which is available for free on Google Video or AOL Video. Do a Google Video search for “Total Onslaught 201B”. Or if you want to get right to the meat of the matter, Total Onslaught 213 will show you all the places where the Bible has been subtly altered to make Christ less divine, or in some cases not divine at all!
They don’t just tweak the New Testament either…my favorite change that these surreptitious sneaks have perpetrated is in Daniel, in the story of the furnace. When the three believers are cast into the furnace to burn and are not consumed, the king and his men look into the furnace to see why there are no screams of anguish, and they see the three men in the midst of the flames with another who appeared “as the son of God.” Well, in the “new age” Bibles, they changed it to “as *a* son of God.” In the former instance, it is Jesus fulfilling prophecy and foreshadowing his ministry on earth; in the latter, it is just some angel. Major difference.
So enjoy your Vulgate Bible if you want. Have you really done research in an unbiased fashion? Have you ever read the Jesuit catechism? They ask the Jesuit catechumen “What if the Holy Scripture and the Holy See are in conflict one with another?” and the catechumen is to respond, “Then the Holy See must be obeyed above all else.” Oh ok, so if Jesus said “Love thy neighbor as thyself” and the Pope says “Nope, don’t love your neighbor” then you have to stop loving your neighbor even though Jesus Himself said otherwise. TOTAL BLASPHEMY! There are only two blasphemies detailed in the Bible:
1.) presuming to BE God
2.) presuming to forgive sins
If the Pope sells indulgences and says his word is absolute over the word of Jesus, then he is claiming to be a higher authority than God and is pardoning sins. He is a blaspheme! He IS the wound in the side of Jesus! The Catholic church is the little horn power described in Daniel and Revelations. READ DANIEL! There are 14 characteristics of the little horn that are described. There is one person and ONLY ONE person on all of earth that can fulfill them all! The Pope IS the antichrist. Catholics know this: You have been warned in having read this and researched this. If you now choose to ignore the prophecies of Daniel and the laws of God, you do so with full knowledge and must face your creator with this sin to bear. And God says if ONE SIN is unconfessed and not paid for in the blood of Christ Jesus, it cannot be permitted into the kingdom of heaven.
Jesus Himself said it is impossible for one TIDDLE of the law to be changed! How then can the Catholics and their Pope claim to change the law? Pope Gregory changed the DATE! He actually presumed to move the calendar forward! It wasn’t enough to pull the political strings of all of Europe, he had to presume to control time too! And we still bend our knees to it. Disgusting!

Incidentally there are only 4 times that God writes with His own Hand in the Bible:
1. the first set of 10 commandments that Moses dashed on the ground when he descended mount Sinai and saw the golden calf
2. the second set of 10 commandments that were set in the ark of the covenant beneath the Mercy Seat
3. the writing on the walls of King Nebuchadnezzar’s palace that told him the reign of Babylon was at an end
4. the sins of the Pharisees written before the adulteress to save her life
Jesus died because we are sinful and need to be redeemed. But that doesn’t mean it is okay for those who have opened themselves to God to turn and cast aspersions on those who have not or on those whom they deem to be inferior. So, let him who is without sin cast the first stone. Whether or not the D.C. I think anybody that can sum up world religion into a paragraph and say it’s all based off of astrology is the one, in need of soul searching. Look around you, this is not by the hands of chaos. Go take walk outside, go out into natural creation and tell me this is some random mutation of the universe, everyday science moves closer to finding our origin. Have you ever witnesses the miracle of birth and death? When the men of science and numbers, find all the answers and explanations, what will give people hope? A calculator? A chart of all of Earth’s genomes? Somehow I doubt that. We are children of a God, a creator, a propounder, an order out of the chaos. The other side. You are both almost like whitwashed tombs aruguing about simantics. 25 years ago when I cam to a severe crossroads, and the gospel of Jesus Christ was presented to me, I called out to “Jesus” to save me. I had been living a sinfilled life full of drugs, sex, selfeshness, lies, stealing, and non belief. I don’t think the Messiah was too concerned at that time what I was calling him. He heard a lost heart calling out to him and he answered. However you want to phrase it, he came into my heart and radically change me from the inside out. He broke my hard heart and changed my whole perspective on my mess I made. 25 years later I’m still happily married (once) with two beautiful children, one a missionary. Sure, I learn a bit along the journey, and change the way or place of worship, but it’s still just specks of sand in the great universe of knowledge. I’ll never fully understand God and His ways, but I keep my heart open to His Spirit and follow Him. I think that even He is much bigger than my limited vocabulary and maybe the fact that I got his name wrong.

I know in my heart that no woman who had any decent type of relationship with her 80 year old mother, would commit suicide in a place where her mother would find her. As for her mom, i think she is terrified. And, I don’t think anyone needed to say anything to her, or rough her up to feel that way, the circumstances were enough.
When i watch the video of Bush on 911, the look on his face just screams “oh fuck, they really did i!”, and as far as Cheney, well, i believe him to harbor the same type of evil that someone like hitler did. I, in my thoughts, am cultivating that Deborah sent many copies of the information to reliable friends and associates.
So many are now coming out about what they knew, motivated by their fear of a “war crimes trial”. There is no end to the Bush Cheney guilt.

Debra Jeane was murdered it’s pretty clear,first her assistant hung herself then Debra Jeane hanging herself,very amazing coincidence,and her mom was terrified,an old lady finding her daughter hanging in a shed,it’s a small wonder she didn’t die from the shock,too bad Debra Jeane didn’t mail Alex files for safe keeping or release.

Since many people say that this is a “conspiracy theory” website, then I have a “theory” to add to the mix. Let us say that a body was found and by the mother. How about if it was a lookalike of Deborah Jeane and now she is in one of those protective custody things where her identity is changed. By ALL the evidence being brought out, it might be discovered that the woman found dead was not really her.
Hey, this is almost just as good as to the strangeness of her mother fighting against the evidence being brought out. As far as I can tell, someone like Deborah Jeane was more of a desire to have around than to have her gone. She was a professional and respected people, something not often found especially in her line of work. Otherwise she would not have gotten into her line of work to the degree that she was in. Therefore since she might have somehow made a powerful enemy, there might be enough good people in power who would do what they could to save her. Suicide? A suicidal person could not most likely have achieved what she did. She had to be a fighter. She definately was a thinker to have achieved what she did at that level.

I agree with your comment #73 to me, but when it comes to being in the big time where murder is involved, that means fear is around and many strange things that the average person would not even think of happens. It is just so strange that Deborah Jeane’s mother is fighting the information being released that I feel should already be known by many since Deborah Jeane was a high status woman. Of course that could be why so much might be being held back and as was said in someone else’s comment here, maybe the mother is being threatened or most likely someone else she loves is and that is the reason for the fight. At least it puts on a good show and if the information does come out, she cannot be blamed for it. Then again, any threat made to her still could be carried out just to show that whoever might be doing it has power and of course that would just be a warning to others that no matter what, no one is safe.
