I thanked Democrat Bob Filner for voting NO on the bill BOTH TIMES in the House and I chastised Democrats Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein for voting YES on the bill in the Senate. Look, the middle class have been losing ground for the last 30+ years!!! Nobody claimed that if we lost our jobs, that the entire country would collapse. Now, Alan Greenspan got rid of the the Glass-Stiegel Act and the up-tick rule in the 90’s that facilitated this CRISIS. Derivatives is what created this. Let’s put this in Laymen terms: When there was a free-for-all with bankers, and all huge corporations and cities to make 10,000-1 bets that the mortgage market would do well and others were making 1000-1 bets that the mortgage market would fail while the betting house (gov’t) allowed these bets to go through telling the bookies that they would insure these bets if the betters couldn’t pay, then you have a picture on what happened. The Wall Streeter’s horses lost and they couldn’t pay when the bookies were wondering who was going to pay them when the betting house was reneging. Instead, the booking house gave the bookies a down payment because if they covered the whole bet, they would go bankrupt. The corporations own the horses and the people maintain the horses. The bets are made on top of that and they don’t represent any real work, they’re just placed on top and work with the machinations of the real world.
Sorry, this is the best analogy I can come up with. These are bets that can’t be paid by real assets because they did it with credit (leveraged). Banks like JP Morgan Chase are leveraged upwards of $100 trillion on $1.2 trillion in assets. See the dilemma? We can’t bail these asses out!!! This can only lead to hyperinflation once they fully fractionalize the $700 billion (29 times to over $21 trillion). This will decimate the Dollar. If you make $100,000, this will be inflated to be worth $50,000 and after taxes, you will get $30,000. Get the picture? If you make below $100,000 good luck! This will not even be sustained in the long term once the Dollar is worth a Continental. Remember in my analogy, institutions are making money off of this crisis. Some companies like Goldman Sachs bought up the sub-prime mortgages and then hedged their bets by buying up derivatives against him. If this is not criminal, I don’t know what is. Check out what happened to Bear Stearns a-la JP Morgan Chase due to a rumor that they were insolvent and people bought shorts on Bear Stearns with 5 days to go on the swaps where Bear Stearns had to lose about $45/share in 5 days???? for them to get paid huge dividends!!!!

Someone needs to start a national boycott website where each week a Fortune 500 company is highlighted/targeted and all of their crimes against the US and the 3rd World are clearly displayed. All visitors to the site would then be encouraged to boycott that particular company for one week. After a while, if this catches on, we could have a powerful tool on our hands

Having the “WILL” to do anything meaningful has always rested on those that were willing to sacrafice for the greater good. Unfortunately in our current role as citizens we are to mind controlled and too pre-occupied with Jerry Springer and all that stupid crap on TV. Until we rise up and take on the elite demons on a one by one basis we will not be free nor will we be free to speak out or act out against the NWO. Ho wanted independence from the French after WWII.. and wrote Truman a letter requesting Truman use his inflence to request the French not return to Vietnam since they were called back to France tio fight in WWII…
Truman ignored him(prejudice I suppose.. the “little yellow men” concept) and misjudged them.. Vietnam began to start cooking immediately after WWII…

Exit polls offer some concerns for networks

Barack Obama’s tendency through the Democratic primaries to perform better in exit polls than he actually does at the ballot box has some media organizations nervous heading into Election Night.
Television networks want to avoid having their performance become an issue for the third straight presidential election. Their political experts hope that experience gained during the primaries will help things run smoothly Nov. 4.
ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, Fox News Channel and The Associated Press pool resources to conduct exit polls in select precincts, hoping to glean information about why people vote the way they do and to help predict a winner or loser. A combination of actual vote counts and exit polls is generally used to “call” a state for one candidate or another.
Exit polls frequently overstated Obama’s vote during the primaries by as much as 3 percentage points.
“We’re concerned about it, but not, `Oh, my god, the exit polls are going to be wrong,’” said NBC News analyst Chuck Todd. “We’re aware it’s an issue and we’re doing everything we can to correct it during our survey work.”
Well-educated and young voters are more likely to agree to fill out an exit-poll survey, and both these groups have tended to favor Obama, the experts said.
Enthusiastic voters are also more likely to seek out pollsters, or at least not go out of their way to avoid them. That was true about Obama during the primaries, just as it was for Republican Pat Buchanan during the 1992 New Hampshire primary, said Kathleen Frankovic, CBS News director of surveys.
It was the exit polls’ overstatement of John Kerry’s support in 2004 that caused problems for the networks, particularly when the first wave of results were leaked on the Web. That led to a “quarantine room” reform that will be in place this year; the people with access to poll results are locked away until at least 5 p.m. EST, giving them time to check for any problems and keeping the early numbers from conveying false information and possibly affecting turnout.
The problems were more serious in 2000, when networks prematurely “called” Florida, and thus the election, for George Bush. It led to a congressional investigation into their practices.
For the Obama-McCain contest, there’s concern about whether some voters will say they voted for Obama but, for racial reasons, actually didn’t.
Frankovic said this was a real issue for pollsters years ago, but studies show it has virtually gone away. The false reporting was more pronounced when voters were actually interviewed by pollsters, but the current exit poll is a paper survey that voters fill out in private. It was only in the Northeast that Todd said he saw false reporting problems during the primaries.
A presidential election with a black man leading the ticket is uncharted territory for the United States, however.
In general, Republicans tend to be less enthusiastic than Democrats about taking exit polls. An unknown this season will be whether resentment toward the media fomented by John McCain’s campaign will make his supporters even less willing to “help” them by taking a survey.
The smallest of factors can play a role in the makeup of a poll; some older voters, for instance, are uncomfortable dealing with young pollsters, and are turned off if they’re standing near partisan demonstrators. News organizations this week sued the state of Minnesota to block a state law that would keep pollsters more than 100 feet from a polling place.
Simply knowing all of this will help the news organizations be ready, the experts said.
“I wouldn’t overstate the concerns,” said Dan Merkle, decision-desk director for ABC News. “They are the kinds of things we’ve seen before with different elections and different candidates.”
Kathleen Carroll, executive editor of The Associated Press, said she’s aware of the issues but isn’t worried about the Election Night performance. In states where a race is close, the AP relies on vote counts to pick a winner, she said.
“The AP has never run out and called a close race based on exit polls,” Carroll said. Where they can be used to make a call is when the exit polls confirm pre-election polls in contests that are lopsided, she said.
Todd said there’s been some notable successes with the exit polls this year. For instance, they precisely forecast Hillary Rodham Clinton’s surprise win in the New Hampshire primary, something pre-election polling did not, he said.
People focus heavily on the exit polls’ forecast of winners and losers and tend to overlook the greater value, in providing insights on what a population is thinking politically, he said.
“Anybody who just goes off exit polls is a fool,” he said. “It is a part of the process, but it is not the process.”

Since so many people want to know what to do, when is the gunfighting going to start, or just claim what they would do if such and such a situation ever happened to them or one of their own, maybe all those capable should find out where Alex Jones, Ron Paul, Jessie Ventura, Greg Palast and many of the other patriots who Alex has interviewed are and follow them around all day long giving them body guard services.
Now, obviously the enemy will eventually start something that will start a shoot out, but the defense will obviously be a glorious one that will go down in history as the first shot of the real revolution, the day when the battle cry started from the masses, not just the few. The enemy of course has the high tech weapondry and the tanks and aircraft, but it will be an organized effort on the part of the ones who are serious and capable of doing something for the first time as the question constantly arises about everyone organizing somehow to do something useful for the cause of stopping this police state we are now in.
Ones like Alex, Dr. Paul, Greg Palast, and Jessie Ventura are alone in a sense. They are lone wolves. They are loners. They are the ones who are presently out on the front line. So why not start an organized effort yourselves to be with those loners on the front line while you can? Go help those on the front line already, bodily help that is, not just writing here or buying some of their books. Physically they have no protection, even if they have private body guards. Those who are capable of doing what I just suggested now become publically involved and the front liners are the ones who need it most giving them the backing they need for their very lives that they do not have presently. I am sure that someone here can now expand on this to make it work. Yes?

All right. Looking at things logically in the “war” for our minds, it seems that we are not growing fast enough in equivalent to “them” coming out with all these laws, rules, regulations, threats, and upscaled brutality. There are still so many people to “wake up”, but I see there is one thing that will get the people to muster together to the point of believing people like this group who bravely met and had their “down with the regime” conference.
Most people say here and some have even called into Alex Jones’ radio show to say that they are having such a hard time getting others to believe the “truth” stories. Yes, many have “awakened”, but percentage-wise, it is small. There is only one thing that will snap all the nation’s people to finally “get it”, where people who are like this brave group and those handing out “truth” DVD’s or flyers, will be able to be listened to almost immediately. That one thing might happen in the next 40 days or maybe an additional 75 days or so. It was said here by others and has been spoken about for years, starting from the Clinton era before he left office.
The only thing that will snap the entire country into “awakefulness” or realization of the “truth”, is to have Marshal Law to stop either the presidential election somehow or to stop the transfer of power over to the president elect. All other Constitutional laws have been broken by this regime and the people have accepted it, but it seems that they want to have the Constitutional election. So what we need is to have that Marshal Law which seems to be the only thing that the people are saying that they will accept for stopping an election by the Constitution.
If the election or transition of power is done, then I would tend to believe that we really are in trouble because no one would transfer power, which technically is the same thing as giving oneself up to the authorities for crimes committed, unless that person(s) was assured of a safe haven and if a safe haven is available, that means that whomever is taking over the power position would be condoning all crimes committed and therefore would be just as bad as this regime. That allowance of the transfer of power would then obviously be done for a facade, to help fool the people, making it look like “CHANGE” actually is happening, when it would not be.
MARSHAL LAW (or the stoppage of the presidential CHANGEover) IS OUR SAVIOR that will gather the people together in one fell swoop that is not happening now,

It would be helpful if we could actually contact those that you suggest Rhonda. I would absolutely follow Jesse Ventura and be on the front lines. As I would Alex. We need to be able to reach and work it out. I attended the 911 anniversary in NYC because Alex was to be there and so was Cynthia MCKinney. Neither were and no explanaition given.
I have woken up within the last couple months and am e-mailing at nausium all in my address book. It has been frustrating but I keep going. I also have ordered magazines from the Restore the Republic site and am distributing them at Grocery stores and will at work on Monday morn (they just arrived Friday).
I also plan to distribute some with a typed out letter to my neighborhood. Suggesting they look up a few things on Youtube and included George Carlin as some of his last statements were very prophetic. Also encouraging communitioes to start grouping together…such as neighborhood watch.
We must implore them to look at the facts and not just try to force them to see.
Remember they have been purposely blinded. And the’yre tactics are potent. But their actions of late have been blatant so it should be easy to wake the masses to what it plain.
I did notice a little ploy that has been established to let the massews know that everything is fine.
I wen’t today to fill my tank up and noticed that the meters have been slowed and the price reduced to 3.41. I don’t expect that will last, but it is a play on the mind. Bailout happens and price drops. Also it should be noted that because the meter was slowed it takes more time for it to filll the tank and they are also playing very sadate music. This to me seems that they are giving the illusion you are getting more for your dollar, when actually they are just wasting your time. The music just lulls you into the game.
It is very psychological. But they will employ force at some point. Probably after they raise the prices again and we start really seeing the hyper inflation.

Keep speaking to people and start reaching out if you haven’t. We are being assaulted daily and we need to keep up with the awakening. It will probably take a few empassioned arguements, even with family but the emotion must show through.These fucks are playing for keeps and they got the technology on their side. Plus they are cowards that do everything behind our backs. We don’t typically know how to play that game because we are about honor. They don’t know that and don’t play by the rules that have been set forthe. We need to learn how to play dirty when necessary. Just know your enemy. Palast is right in that we do need to do some type of Bail-out, for the alternatives are very scary. We are the worlds biggest problem now. America is controlled by a elite that is making war on the world, but all indications are that the WORLD HAS HAD ENOUGH. The American people have to demand that the US stand it’s military down. NO MORE TRILLION an a HALF defense budgets. The Russians have been building up its alliances again, because of what the criminals done to it in Georgia. China is telling us no more arms to Taiwan, and they hold a lot of our debt. We are soon going to have to do something here, about the Republican, and Democratic problems that we call our elected representatives. What I don’t know, but if we don’t change soon, the WORLD WILL CHANGE IT FOR US. We need a Anderson, Perot, or a PAUL type of third party guy, one that we can focus our vote to. I envy a country like Ukrain, or Russia, that has a strong leader that stands up to the monied elite, to help the people. The USA now is just a CANCER upon the world, and soon they will have to cut it out, hurting 100’s of millions of good people, because of a CORRUPTED few.
