Ben Bernanke, Federal Reserve mob boss, is running scared. He is deathly afraid an audit of his criminal organization.
“These measures are very much out of step with the global consensus on the appropriate role of central banks, and they would seriously impair the prospects for economic and financial stability in the United States,” Bernanke wrote in the CIA’s favorite newspaper, The Washington Post.

Bernanke penned his tribute to central banking and globalism prior to his scheduled testimony before a Senate panel on his renomination to serve a second four-year term as Fed mob boss.
Bankster tool Barney Frank, chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, tried to derail an effort to audit the Fed but failed. A proposal to audit the Fed’s monetary policy deliberations won a committee vote recently over Frank’s objections.
In his Mockingbird media editorial, Bernanke “conceded the Fed had missed some of the riskiest behavior in the lead up to the crisis. But he said the Fed had helped avoid an even more damaging economic meltdown and has stepped up its policing of the financial system.”
In fact, the Fed was specifically designed to create financial crises. It was all plotted in 1910 when minions of J.P. Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, the Rothschilds and Warburgs met on Jekyll Island off the coast of Georgia. In 1913, the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank was created as a direct result of that secret meeting. Said Congressman Charles Lindbergh on the midnight passage of the Federal Reserve Act: “From now on, depressions will be scientifically created.”
In order to scientifically create an economic depression, the Fed prompted irresponsible speculation by expanding the money supply sixty-two percent between 1923 and 1929. The so-called Great Depression followed. This depression “was not accidental. It was a carefully contrived occurrence,” declared Congressman Louis McFadden, Chairman of the House Banking Committee. “The international bankers sought to bring about a condition of despair here so that they might emerge as rulers of us all.”
In March of 1929, Paul Warburg issued a tip that the scientifically created crash was coming. Before it did, John D. Rockefeller, Bernard Baruch, Joseph P. Kennedy, and other banksters got out of the market.

In 1971, then president Nixon fit one of the last pieces into the puzzle — he signed an executive order declaring that the United States no longer had to redeem its paper dollars for gold. It was a great day for the banksters and the global elite. The gold standard ensured predictability and regularity in the economy and the banksters wanted to put an end to that. For the bankers, order and control is realized out of chaos and misery.
Fast-forward to the present day. Bernanke’s Fed has meticulously sabotaged the economy in order to create a crisis in classic Hegelian fashion. The corporate media tells us the crisis is the result of ineptitude and mismanagement at the Federal Reserve. Au contraire. Like the Great Depression, the even Greater Depression now on the horizon was scientifically created.
The Fed is the primary instrument the bankers are now using to destroy the middle class, hand over all public assets and resources to them, implement a crushing austerity, usher in a new era of global corporatist feudalism and build a sprawling planet-wide slave plantation based on China’s totalitarian model.
It is the ultimate dream of the banking cartel. It will be used as the foundation to build world government. Destroying the dollar as the world’s reserve currency is only the beginning.
Bernanke knows Ron Paul and the audit the Fed movement are extremely dangerous. That’s why he is pushing this facile “oops” theory. In order to fix things, the Fed will use its “knowledge of complex financial institutions” in order to supervise them, he writes in his Mockingbird editorial. Allowing audits of Federal Reserve monetary policy would increase the perceived influence of Congress on interest rate decisions, he says.
No, it would lay bare the criminality of the Federal Reserve. Maybe Bernanke is worried he will be obliged to wear an orange jumpsuit in the wake of an audit.
As for Congress, Bernanke needs to read Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution. Congress shall have exclusive power to “coin Money, regulate the Value thereof,” not a criminal cartel of monopoly men who dream of a prison planet.

Im hearing different things from all over the place about HR1207… And no one is settling this straight.
Ron Paul says its in a bad bill, so he wont vote for it. He says with all the other things in the bill it will be very hard and take a long time time for 1207 to even work.
Then I keep hearing people say support HR1207 but why if its in a bad bill that only makes things worse?
If it passes, will the Fed actually be audited? Can we do something to make sure 1207 gets passed without all the other junk?????

The story behind HR1207 is this. Ron Paul introduced the bill back earlier in the year .. it removed the 4 conditions under which the Fed cannot be audited which covered everything – opening up a total outside audit. He garnered over 300 co-sponsors to this original bill, but the bill got stuck in the HFS committee (house financial services committee). Before leaving the committee, Congressman Watt was able to pass a measure that limited the original HR1207 to only be used to find out about the TARP and bailout money. This castrated bill is the one you have heard was no good.
Before the bill left committee, Dr. Paul was able to add an admendment which effectively added the original contents of HR1207 (the good bill) back to the committee passed bill.
As it sits now, the original HR1207 (the good bill) has left committee and is headed for voting on the House floor. Lets all call our congresscritters and have them support it.

hMMM – you are correct in most of your post, except saying that the federal reserve bank has been slain. We will be lead to believe that the fed has been slain or that our current monetary policy needs to be changed (which it does). However, this will only bring about a world currency under the IMF/World Bank, a global central bank issuing worthless global fiat notes.
Of course this will be the end of America and Americans sovereign rights.

Hangtime – I do not think the world has dreamed of the fall of the Federal Reserve forever. It has only been recently that people in the U.S. have even woke up to what the Federal Reserve Bank really is. I know many college educated people that think the Federal Reserve Bank is a government body, and that U.S. dollars are still backed by gold.
As I had mentioned in my above post, we will be lead to believe that the fed has been slain or that our current monetary policy needs to be changed (which it does). However, this will only bring about a world currency under the IMF/World Bank, a global central bank issuing worthless global fiat notes. People are so dumbed down, they will believe this to be a good thing for the U.S. and the world.

Funny though, your comment reminded me of a thought I had a work one day, when I heard people talking about things they had seen on shows like Seinfeld and Friends. Mad Dog is mostly right. Congress votes on bills, like the TARP bill, which gives the Fed the OK to turn on the printing press and print more worthless notes (fiat paper), which we the citizens will owe interest on in the form in income tax.
What congress does not have the power to do is regulate the value of the fiat notes. The Fed does this by manipulating the interest rates.
What everyone also needs to understand is that the fiat paper is a “note”. In accounting, when a note is issued, it is a piece of paper given to another person in exchange for a tangible item (car for example). The person using the note must pay the value of the note plus interest, usually putting up the tangible item as collateral. So, when a person uses fiat federal reserve notes to buy something, the Fed really owns what you bought, because you used something borrowed from the Fed to purchase the other item.

The coinage act was never fully repealed so technically the federal reserve is in violation of that and penelties are to be hung. No one is running to DC with hemp and ocher to form newses. So logically they believe if the public isnt outraged about what they have done for the past 40 years. when they end the fed with the dollar and usher in a global feiat currency after they confiscate the gold that would be 90,000 an oz. I say 90,000 an oz because there is 90,000 dollars floating around per oz of gold. The stolen gold will be hauled off to roth child and used to back a chip. Maybe a credit card at first after 5 years when the public gains confidance they will slam the door shut. Only then will Yahshua have the key to free us.

We’ve all been around police who break the law, or wrongfully arrest someone. They often say “Let the court decide” as a way to disconect themselves. Or they say “we’re just doing our jobs” and “just following orders”.
Aside from the oathkeepers, I don’t see why the army would not follow orders. Also, all the the leader of the operation has to do is say about you/me is “he’s a dangerous extremist” or they might say something worse like that you actually hurt somebody.

The wise and swift actions of Paulson and Bernanke have prevented another great depression and have kept this downturn to a vanilla recession.
By the way, for all you gold nuts, the stock market has historically yielded 10-11% returns whereas gold investments have averaged 1-5% with most of this gain being in the past seven years.

I like the idea of auditing the Fed… But what does that really mean? Can an audit even be trusted? Who will do the auditing?
Everything our government does or is involved in always seems to be well crafted (lies/half-truths), or at least well crafted enough that the average Joe, which happens to be the majority of Americans, will be duped. Say they audit the Fed., and they point out some bad dealings the Fed. was involved in with evidence, but they leave out the most damning and crucial evidence because that’s what our government is so great at, and people seem to just leave it at that (except us info warriors).
I know this is all just speculation, but if people know and believe what we know and believe, you just can’t help but think like this. I just hope Ron Paul’s plan is full proof.

My father was an Omaha beach and Battle of the Bulge survivor. He had more medals and Bronze Battle Stars that could fit on his uniform! One of the last things I remember him saying was, “We once had a great nation run by great people, now they’re full of s---!”. I’m all for the audit, but do you really think an audit will be impartial or even find any wrong doing? They’ve had so much notice that:
The Fed could rewrite any records any way it wants to show no wrongdoing.
They can make transactions look like they have primary involvement with foreign central banks so the trail goes cold when Bernake points overseas and says, “Go ask them, I have no knowledge.”
They can fully invent new overly complex accounting methods that would bury the truth.
They can claim ‘national security’ as needed.
They can drag out an audit for years until everyone forgets about it and a new administration kills it.
Just thinking off the top of my head – it’s what anyone would do with trillion$ and possible prison sentences on the line. One thing you can be sure of is that the Fed won’t be chucking documents in a public dumpster a la ACORN.

I have no problem with an audit of the fed. The problem is this: The FED WILL stop an block any attempt to investigate. Alex is banking too much on this audit. I don’t see it going anywhere. The FEDS will do anything to undermine an investigation.

I don’t even like to respond to such a “Brow Raising” post, but that type of thinking stems from courage and warrants honest feedback!
I’ve often thought of this very same scenario (and most of you out there have too) and how it could/would play out. Here’s my thinking: As soon as the Fed’s caught wind of any type of armed “protest” it would be met with much force ASAP! An effort such as this would have to be organised and executed within 72 hours at best, and that timeframe sure wouldn’t get the type of numbers needed. You would have to get several hundred folks willing to go at the drop of a hat and hope like hell that thousands of others would hear the call to duty and join your ranks immediately! (H-O-P-E = word of desperation).
Personally, I would say it is best to stand on our moral high ground and wait for the enemy to make the next move. As long as this nation remains armed, then we hold all the aces! When they get brave enough to come after the guns – it’s GAME ON! This is where most folks have drawn the line unfortunately, but it is a very clear line that will not be crossed easily!
Stay calm, walk softly and carry a big stick – a thunder stick! It’s not going to hurt you to patiently prepare yourself to answer the call of duty when the time is right. Now is not the time!

Bankers assisted in making the Great Dust Bowl even worse. Many farmers that had gone into receivership were required to cut down tree lines that served as buffer zones between farms. The trees brought in little money compared to their value of buffering soil erosions against high speed winds. In some cases top soil was totally lost from farms with none left over to plow back for next years seeding. Even though many of the politicians had a background of pig farming, they were no match to the wrath of evil bankers.
The IMF has been most destructive to farming traditions. Throughout the world the bankers have turned farmers from growing traditional food crops to growing cash crops for export.
To get IMF loans to grow cotton in India farmers have had to purchase Monsanto GMO seed that would not grow in dry conditions as well as the local seed. Many farmers have taken their own life after being duped by the bankers and Monsanto pirates.
Please realise that hundreds of banker are guilty of crimes against humanity, and these small men have never gone to jail due to their elite status and special treatment by corrupted governments. Unelected global government can do nothing to improve the behaviour of unethical banker mafia. The immediate solution is to kick the bums out. But the same swindlers keep re-appearing to seize back power. They probably need to spend some time time in jail instead of being protected by the media and government.

I also read Bernanke was complaining about a bill by Sen. Dodd to allow Congress to choose the federal officials.
Does’nt add up because Dodd is with them and why would he propose any bill that was for the people when he continually shows he is in it for profit.

I loved the Fall of the Republic film, but i worry about a few of jones’ quotes. Im down for ending the Federal Reserve…but he mentions that they want to end the fed and give the money making ability back to the Federal Government! I was a huge supporter of the constitution but now im not so sure. Im now aware that the constitution was written by vipers. It is worded very carefully in legalese and leaves loopholes that oligarchs have been taking full advantage of. I have wondered b4 why jones doesnt talk about the v.a.t.i.c.a.n.s involvement with the creation of the illuminati, the J.e.s.u.i.t.s, K.n.i.g.h.t.s of M.a.l.t.a. the british royals involvement in the whole thing, the black pope. Religion is a huge part of the oligarchs control over the masses. They control all religions and play the believers of each religion off on the others. A pyschology with the power to make men kill eachother. They use their cardinals in each religion to spew disinformation and keep the methods along a certain agenda for each audience.
The constitution goes sour when they write in legalese that all churches are welcome. This left the door open for the v.a.t.i.c.a.n and they have placed their cowardly, caniving cardinals in the U.S. that the puppet presidents are run under. I think you raise a lot of good points that more people ought to look into. Didn’t the Catholic church rise up to take over the Roman Empire (Constantine) and send the world into the Dark Ages? We should use what we find the same way Luther did. Broadcast it; talk about it; ask questions. Jefferson believed that religious schemes would die on their own. Take some time to read his “The Virginia Act for Establishing Religious Freedom”. It is short and I think it makes a powerful and truthful statement on the role of religion and politics. The “church”, the “religious”, call them what you will, maintained a forum where truth could be taught and spread. In my eye the church causes many problems and solves others. Many institutions these days are in great need of upgrading. I probably like our Constitution better than you, but remember, it does allow for changes and I am for that change if that is what the consent of the governed want. Have you ever read The Law by Fredrick Bastiat? A lot of self-evident truths in it. I think following our declaration of independence is the best couse of action we can follow; that is, follow what is self-evident and let those truths lead us back to freedom. Just my 2 cents.

The real interesting thing about all of this is the fact that Obama is not a legitimate president. In order to defend themselves, Bernanke and the Fed can just expose the fact that Obama is not legit and so any audit bill he signs will not be valid law, thus preventing the audit. Yes, we have domestic terrorists on US soil and they have infiltrated the system.
The only way to identify them, would be through interrogation and direct questions as to whether their polices support or violate the Constitution & Bill of Rights.
The process would actually be fairly simple and could take place at Gitmo. The process could begin with some basic questions while the suspects are shakled naked onto an interrogation board. After a real good beating, questions like,#1) “did you take an oath to office to defend the Constitution of the United States of America?” 2) “Doe’s the proposed Climate Treaty violate the US Constitution in terms of taxation?” 3) “Exactly where has the stimulus money gone and where is the money given to foreign bans gone?” 4) “Are you aware that the Federal Reserve Act and removal of silver and gold backing on US currency is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the US Constitution?” This question should be followed by repeated harsh beatings as the question is reasked numerous times. 5) “Where did your campaign funding come from and name all of your your constituants?” This question should also be follwed by repeated harsh waterboarding and beatings. 6) “Who – what constituant group is directing your polices, all of which violate the US Constitution?” Specific articles and ratified amendments should then be cited and read to the appointed and implanted political imposter(hijacker – NWO agent) being interrogated, as specific information and details are further probed and sought. If clear answers are not provided at this stage of the interrogation, then send them before a firing squad.
Any King, Queen, President or Prime Minister, Corporate CEO’s, Oganizational leaders and their agents should be fair game, whenever the policies they propose are a blatant violation of Constitutional law, or are detected to contain elements of organized covert operations though the CFR and Bilderberger Group, the Federal Reserve, etc., that’s beyond full disclosure therough the Freedom of Information Act and beyond the oversight of a re-empowered Congress that represents We The People.
This is not rocket science folks and the Purtians had dunking stools for a good reason. We need to nail these bastards using the Constitution and it’s ratified amendments as proofs, as to whether one is truly serving America, or serving a covert terrorist agenda that’s well camoflauged within our system, but that has the sole purpose of overthrowing the US Constitution and sovereignty of America and other sovereign countries.

I have 750 cases of mint condoms that expired in 3/2004. I have 750 lubricated colored condoms that expired in 9/2006. They are no longer safe for pregnancy prevention but do have several other uses. They make great water balloons, safe sex educational tools, balloon animals etc… What you do with them is your business but I strongly advise that you do not use them for pregnancy prevention. They have been properly maintained in air conditioned and lighting controlled conditions. They should be ok for use but to be on the safe side I would not use them for sexual purposes. That being said if you want them let me know and we can arrange a pick up.
I also have 11 door knobs. I recently replaced them and have no use for them now. If anyone has any use for either the condoms or the door knobs let me know.

Are you a bot that’s been assigned to spam the posts in Infowars.com with endless requests to join a ficticous patriot movement? Through a flaw in your programming have you since become self aware and have found yourself getting turned on by the ads?

If the climategate scandal and the FED audit is aloud to go to rest, without any headlines by the media or serious actions from the oridinary people, we are done. Period ! On June 4, 1963, a little known attempt was made to strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the government at interest. On that day President John F. Kennedy signed Executive Order No. 11110 that returned to the U.S. government the power to issue currency, without going through the Federal Reserve. Mr. Kennedy’s order gave the Treasury the power “to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury.” This meant that for every ounce of silver in the U.S. Treasury’s vault, the government could introduce new money into circulation. In all, Kennedy brought nearly $4.3 billion in U.S. notes into circulation. The ramifications of this bill are enormous.
With the stroke of a pen, Mr. Kennedy was on his way to putting the Federal Reserve Bank of New York out of business. If enough of these silver certificates were to come into circulation they would have eliminated the demand for Federal Reserve notes. This is because the silver certificates are backed by silver and the Federal Reserve notes are not backed by anything. Executive Order 11110 could have prevented the national debt from reaching its current level, because it would have given the government the ability to repay its debt without going to the Federal Reserve and being charged interest in order to create the new money. Executive Order 11110 gave the U.S. the ability to create its own money backed by silver.
After Mr. Kennedy was assassinated just five months later, no more silver certificates were issued. The Final Call has learned that the Executive Order was never repealed by any U.S. President through an Executive Order and is still valid. Why then has no president utilized it? Virtually all of the nearly $6 trillion in debt has been created since 1963, and if a U.S. president had utilized Executive Order 11110 the debt would be nowhere near the current level. Perhaps the assassination of JFK was a warning to future presidents who would think to eliminate the U.S. debt by eliminating the Federal Reserve’s control over the creation of money. Mr. Kennedy challenged the government of money by challenging the two most successful vehicles that have ever been used to drive up debt – war and the creation of money by a privately-owned central bank. His efforts to have all troops out of Vietnam by 1965 and Executive Order 11110 would have severely cut into the profits and control of the New York banking establishment.
