At least six blasts struck near government ministries and other targets at the heart of Iraq’s Shi’ite-led administration, weeks after U.S. combat troops withdrew from urban centres in June, thrusting Iraq’s security forces into the lead role.
“This operation shows negligence, and is considered a security breach for which Iraqi forces must take most of the blame,” Major General Qassim al-Moussawi, Baghdad’s security spokesman, told Iraqiya state TV.
The government said this month that most of the city’s blast walls would be removed within 40 days, a sign of confidence in its security forces after U.S. combat troops withdrew from urban centres in June, and before elections due in January.

Sadly, this is true. Saddam was a sick bastard, murdering rapist, but there would be much more Iraqi’s alive, and American soldiers at home with their families or someplace where they should be, like a US military base or guarding our boarders, etc.

Page 29 lines 4-16 in the HC bill: YOUR HEALTH CARE IS RATIONED!!!
Page 42 of HC Bill: The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your HC Benefits for you. You have no choice!
Page 50 Section 152 in HC bill: HC will be provided to ALL non US citizens, illegal or otherwise
Page 58 HC Bill: Govt will have real-time access to individuals finances & a National ID Health card will be issued!
Page 59 HC Bill lines 21-24: Govt will have direct access to your banks accounts for elective funds transfer.

Page 469: Community Based Home Medical Services = Non profit organizations. Hello, ACORN Medical Services here!!?
Page 472 Lines 14-17: PAYMENT TO COMMUNITY-BASED ORIGINATION. 1 monthly payment 2 a community-based organization. Like ACORN?
Page 489 Sec 1308: The Govt will cover Marriage & Family therapy. Which means they will insert Govt into your marriage?
Page 494-498: Govt will cover Mental Health Services including defining, creating, and rationing those services.
Senator, I guarantee that I personally will do everything possible to inform patients and my fellow physicians about the dangers of the proposed bills you and your colleagues are debating.

The U.S. legislature is funding a military occupation of Iraq that they do not have the legal authorization for. Because the temporary, conditional SOFA ratification expired July 30, 2009 when the required ratification referendum wasn’t held before the mandatory deadline stipulated in articles 2 & 3 of the ratification law.
The SOFA is unratified, null and void. The illegal occupation funding should be cut off and the illegal U.S. occupation force of unlawful combatants should be confined to base and withdrawn from Iraq completely as soon as possible.
