Bailed-out bank enjoys concerts, dinners, parties

A bank that received $1.6 billion dollars of the government’s bailout money sponsored what reports are calling a lavish series of events in Los Angeles, California, last weekend.

Northern Trust, based in Chicago, Illinois, spent an undisclosed amount of money sponsoring a Professional Golf Association tournament and associated client events, including concerts, dinners and parties, according to celebrity Web site TMZ.com.
The bank spent millions of dollars on the event, which included — on top of the sponsorship costs of the Northern Trust Open tournament — concerts by Sheryl Crow and Earth Wind & Fire, a private party at music venue House of Blues and gift bags from Tiffany & Co., the Web site said.
According to TMZ.com’s report, employees and clients attending the tournament dined on seared salmon and petite Angus filet and stayed at some of Los Angeles’ most elegant and expensive hotels.

Think it through. If you start a riot, what will happen?
Riot police will come and arrest you. Then governments will start installing curfews, passing more gun laws and they will become more violent. In short, you will give them the excuse they want to further implement police state policies.
Don’t get mad. Get even.
It is time for revolution. But the only revolution that will be effective against the central bankers is a monetary revolution.
If you stop using the filthy money that they supply to you, their banking system will dissolve. When you switch to an alternative currency the bankers will no longer be able to steal from you through inflation and usury. You will not be dependent upon them for credit and you will no longer be dictated to by the politicians that the bankers employ.

While I can certainly understand the outrage and I do agree that there is no such thing as reason with such assholes, don’t riot just yet- wait until they fire the first shot, then unload every last bullet you got into their collective faces. At this point the sides are congealing, those who love liberty and the constitution and everyone else. When that line is drawn, then is the time to act but rioting today will only hurt, not help- let’s get as much info and intel as we can about these dickheads, and if it comes to violence, let’s bring them such violence that they and their kind will never forget it.

Hey! I work in a 5* hotel in the UK and the BAnks have continued to visit the hotel even though the british government own massive stakes in them and essential they are spending tax payers money. The banks come in using aliases and strike a deal with the hotel saying that if there anonymity is broken then the hotel is liable for some money! CRAZY

How about a ‘General Strike’ but only in reverse. We pick a Two Week period,say, 6 months from now. In the meantime,everytime you go grocery shopping you stockpile a little extra food. You gas up your vehicle as normal,but you fill a jerrycan(s) every so often.
On the BIG DAY you go to work or about your business as normal,EXCEPT WE DON’T BUY ANYTHING for TWO WEEKS,OK,not a thing.
Granted,some businesses would not be affected eg. Your company would be buying material/supplies from the wholesaler. This would create a situation where some businesses would be busy and others not busy. NOW SEE HOW FAST ‘s--- HITS THE FAN’ !!!!!!!!!!!
To get something like this to happen would not be hard in theory.
It would even be better if one could go INTERNATIONALLY on this!
