New video of Baltimore police officer Salvatore Rivieri in action at the Inner Harbor. This time he confronts Billy Friebele, an artist from Washington D.C., who was videotaping at the Harbor last summer.
Our buddy officer Riviera gets suspended with Pay for his violent outburst. This is the second video of officer badcop.
Friebele said he was taping the reactions of passersby to a box he was moving with a remote controlled car. Officer Rivieri is seen on tape kicking the box off of the car and then kicking the car. The officer then orders Friebele to leave the area.

How about the alternative…US citizens stop allowing cops to act like this…period. Yes, before recording the bullying became easier with cheap technology, the brutality of police was abundant except, no one (especially the nazi controlled media) would believe the victims. The media, and even common folks, thought that the victim was blowing the incident out of proportion or the victim had done something to deserve the brutality. Society, afterall, could not be held responsible for the maniacs that they were paying to protect everyone from criminals. My 15 year old son, years ago, was given a $75.00 ticket for riding his skateboard on a sidewalk. I considered taking $75.00 in loose pennies in coffee cans down to the courthouse to pay the fine and pouring them out on the counter for the over-paid clerk to count out. Of course, I was afraid that charges would be trumped up against me and I could be severely beaten by police while being arrested.

The inner harbour is a nice place. I was there in at a conference in 2006. The USS Constellation is a great venue for a banquet.
Can’t imagine British policemen acting like that in such a public place. He looks like nasty bully who deserves to lose his job. Perhaps he’ll be better suited to a job where he works on his own. Road sweeper, toilet attendant etc. He’s probably the type of chap who kicked other kids’ toys as a child.

Why does the city of Baltimore keep this grade of law enforcement on the payroll. The good people of this city pay their taxes for the best cops ( I would hope ). Is this guy for real ? – What is the matter here ? – But most of all is the city condoning this type of acts ?? All I know is that I am deff. going to stay away from Baltimore, Maryland as a tourist this Summer.
