Banker Bailout Bill Contains IRS Police State Provision

Not only is the recently passed Banker Takeover bill larded up with pork, it also contains dictatorial provisions. In addition to making former Goldman Sachs chairman and current Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson an economic czar — a provision completely at odds with the Constitution — the bill grants police state powers to the IRS. Declan McCullagh writes for CNet:
The bailout bill also gives the Internal Revenue Service new authority to conduct undercover operations. It would immunize the IRS from a passel of federal laws, including permitting IRS agents to run businesses for an extended sting operation, to open their own personal bank accounts with U.S. tax dollars, and so on.
McCullagh notes this is nothing new. Beginning in 1988, under the so-called Anti-Drug Abuse Act, the IRS began functioning as a secret police force, but this authority was temporary and intermittent. In April of this year, senators Max Baucus (D) and Chuck Grassley (R) began an effort to make this authority permanent. “Undercover operations are an integral part of IRS efforts to detect and prove noncompliance. The temporary status of this provision creates uncertainty, as the IRS plans its undercover efforts from year to year,” the senators claimed. Earlier this week, the provision was buried in the Banker Takeover bill and is now law.
“There’s another section of the bailout bill worth noting,” McCullagh continues. “It lets the IRS give information from individual tax returns to any federal law enforcement agency investigating suspected ‘terrorist’ activity, which can, in turn, share it with local and state police. Intelligence agencies such as the CIA and the National Security Agency can also receive that information.”
The NSA, FBI, CIA, and military intelligence are less interested in “terrorists” than they are in domestic opposition to the government. In fact, the CIA is in the business of creating terrorists and the FBI habitually has its agents and operatives pretend to be terrorists (associated with the terrorist groups created by the CIA) to ensnare non-terrorists. The IRS worked with the FBI in the 1960s to go after antiwar and civil rights activists. In 2005, it “warned one of Southern California’s largest and most liberal churches that it is at risk of losing its tax-exempt status because of an antiwar sermon two days before the 2004 presidential election,” according to the Los Angeles Times.

In the weeks and months ahead, there will be no shortage of Americans who will organize and protest against the banker takeover, especially as negative economic aspects begin to eat them alive. The result, as Dave Lindorff so aptly put it, will be that America will become “a smoking ruin, with Americans, like Weimar Germans before them, going shopping with wheelbarrows full of worthless green paper to exchange for a few days’ groceries.” In the meantime, however, millions of Americans will discover what the banksters are up to and will attempt to organize for change.
The banksters and their minions understand this full well and that is why they are installing their control grid at a record pace, systematically passing draconian legislation such as the Patriot Act, PDD51, the Military Commissions Act, and soon enough the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act. It is no mistake a combat brigade, fresh from the killing field of Iraq, are now working with Northcom, once upon a time forbidden under the now moribund Posse Comitatus Act.
The IRS insertion in the bankster bill Bush signed into law is but yet another example. All right. Looking at things logically in the “war” for our minds, it seems that we are not growing fast enough in equivalent to “them” coming out with all these laws, rules, regulations, threats, and upscaled brutality. There are still so many people to “wake up”, but I see there is one thing that will get the people to muster together to the point of believing people like this group who bravely met and had their “down with the regime” conference.
Most people say here and some have even called into Alex Jones’ radio show to say that they are having such a hard time getting others to believe the “truth” stories. Yes, many have “awakened”, but percentage-wise, it is small. There is only one thing that will snap all the nation’s people to finally “get it”, where people who are like this brave group and those handing out “truth” DVD’s or flyers, will be able to be listened to almost immediately. That one thing might happen in the next 40 days or maybe an additional 75 days or so. It was said here by others and has been spoken about for years, starting from the Clinton era before he left office.
The only thing that will snap the entire country into “awakefulness” or realization of the “truth”, is to have Marshal Law to stop either the presidential election somehow or to stop the transfer of power over to the president elect. All other Constitutional laws have been broken by this regime and the people have accepted it, but it seems that they want to have the Constitutional election. So what we need is to have that Marshal Law which seems to be the only thing that the people are saying that they will accept for stopping an election by the Constitution.
If the election or transition of power is done, then I would tend to believe that we really are in trouble because no one would transfer power, which technically is the same thing as giving oneself up to the authorities for crimes committed, unless that person(s) was assured of a safe haven and if a safe haven is available, that means that whomever is taking over the power position would be condoning all crimes committed and therefore would be just as bad as this regime. That allowance of the transfer of power would then obviously be done for a facade, to help fool the people, making it look like “CHANGE” actually is happening, when it would not be.
MARSHAL LAW (or the stoppage of the presidential CHANGEover) IS OUR SAVIOR that will gather the people together in one fell swoop that is not happening now,

Alright I know everyone’s calling for an armed revolution, but we’ll never be able to do it alone. We need the support of other countries that are also fed up with the American government. I’m thinking Russia, Venezuela, Iran, China, etc. Even one of those countries supporting us would be better than going it alone with little supplies of arms. We also can’t meet anywhere in the country. If a revolution was to gather in America, it would immediately be removed before it had a chance to do anything, and would be framed as an insurrection that was heroically stopped. You’ve probably heard about how the government is organizing special militarized groups to eliminate “fifth columnists” even thinking about overthrowing the government. That there would completely crush any resistance, and would make it even harder for anyone else to wake up. We need a place outside the country to meet, and before we do anything, we need to get the support of other nations not part of NATO.

I will keep only the smallest amount of money in my checking account, buy from yard sales, moving sales, thrift shops, local business’s local grocery stores. Another thing to think about is what will we do if our revolution is successful?
What will we put in place so that this will not happen again, otherwise a revolution is pointless.
We should take the time to look back in history and find out why other revolutions started and why they were successful or unsuccessful.
We should also keep in mind our childrens future, what a revolution will do for their future and any other possible outcome that would not be good for the people of our country.

I’m spending this Saturday night watching TV, OK. I decided to clue in CNN’s “Beyond the Politics”, and man, talk about total propaganda! They had some Jewish professors, that Black chick who looks like she came out of a CIA security box, and another guy who supposedly gives “spiritual advice.” All of them harping how America has to band together in these hard times, the same way you did on 911.
Since the host didn’t mention how the internet is also a major source for information and how people can get at the truth, it’s obvious which viewers they were trying to reach.
By questioning the subjects of torture, invasions and trying to push for more wars, the latest bill to bail out the banks, they want people to think that they [the American public at large] are not being patriotic if they donot accept such things.
Like I said, since CNN spoke of how the media and newspapers are the peoples main source for getting the truth [yeah, right!?] and did not mention the internet , they were directly targeting the flag wavers. This tells me alot more of these types are beginning to question the whole thing and the government is worried they might be losing the battle for what’s left of these minds. Seeing it’s support starting to severly waver we are going to see more and more of this kind of propaganda coming from the MSM. Afterall, they too have been making pretty damn good profits the last couple years, they have to earn their keep.

The main issue before all of us is that We The People are no longer being repressented by the snakes and vipers in Washington. The only people being repressented are their rich buddies, and Corporations that show no loyalty to this country. The question we should be trying to answer is What are we going to do about it? They now have the Patriot Act where it states in section 802 Anyone who breaks a state or federal law that endangers human life could be considered a terrorist. So if your jay walking your breaking a state law, and your endangering your own life so according to them your a terrorist. I certainly agree with this article. But the reasons given for the coming massive inflation are by no means complete. My own view is that – whether the $700 Paulson Plan is passsed or not – Mainstreet America is going to suffer badly any way you look at it. Here’s why.
Most articles which address the effects of the Paulson Bail-Out talk directly about the economic view, the Wall Street view, the Mainstreet view and the Government view. Funny that no-one ever talks about the Paulson Plan with regard to banking laws and banking mechanisms. If people studied it from this aspect – the would fully realize the perverse affects of The Paulson Plan.
Put simply, The Fed is a Bank – and therefore acts under the normal banking laws and banking mechanisms of the US. One of these mechanisms is called ‘Fractional Reserve Lending’(FRL). This mechanism allows any bank to multiply its cash holdings by 10 in order to lend out money as loans. Simple and legal.
So when The Fed – a bank – receives the $700 billion – they will simply multiply this amount by 10, so that it has now grown to $7 trillion. And when the Fed ‘lends’ this money to save other financial institutions – these banks can also multipy their amount received by 10 using the FRL mechanism.
So, now the amount has grown to $70 trillion out of thin air.
My question to you is – what will happen to the dollar when this $70 trillion suddenly hits Mainstreet America ? And who will suffer the most ?
It’s a Mainstreet massacre any way you look at it.

I HAVE HAD IT! The only way to peacefully reverse trend is for the people themselves to simply STOP SPENDING. I’m leading a NATIONAL effort on my own blog (I entered my blog in the Website field of this post) I have affectionately dubbed the “National NO SPEND Initiative”
These scandalous maggots count on their assumptions that Americans will always spend, simply because they love to spend. With THIS American, they thought wrong. Though I have loved spending on nice accessories and electronics gizmos in my past, I am now mad as hell and I’m initiating a “lead-by-example” project. It’s simple. No more spending now, no more spending this holiday season, no more spending for the entire next year. Necessities ONLY (food, water, utilities, rent).
Here is one of my posts from the project blog. Unlike those who just robbed us blind, I am generous. I believe in spreading the WEALTH (smile) Pass it on. Let millions of Americans receive this text, whether it’s from my blog or from you simply passing it on.

Dear Secretary Paulson, President Bush and All Corporate Lobbyists:
Now that you have criminally held a political gun to my head and duly robbed me, you have received your small amount of money from me through taxes. But your precious wealth is now threatened as justice will be dealt to you in the form of my right as a human being to choose whether I spend or don’t spend. It is my right to choose NOT to spend any more than I have to in order to survive, to prove my point. Be it hereby known that I choose to NOT spend and that I will gently ask millions of my fellow Americans to follow my lead.
I have closed out all my savings accounts. My funds are no longer available to the banks to help them in providing loans to corporations. Since the banks were partially responsible for the robbery of my tax wallet, I have no mercy left.
I have chosen to keep only enough in my checking account to pay utilities, rent and food. I choose to keep the rest as cash for the purchase of emergency supplies I will need to survive when your house of cards comes tumbling down all around you.
I have withdrawn the remaining funds I had after losses in the markets. That’s right, no one bailed ME out and prevented MY losses. But I took my losses AND the remaining money from all of my investments and closed out every account. I will not put my money into the stock market again, as my losses are your gain. I absolutely refuse to prop you up.
I am opting to stay out of 401k retirement plans. Your wreckless behavior threatens every 401k account. I will not lend you my money through a retirement account because the banks borrow it to invest, thus making profits from my money for themselves. You and they robbed me, and you will not receive another dime from me willingly either.
I am paying off my credit cards rapidly. I will never, ever use them again. You may as well not invest in credit card banks because you are losing my dollars!
I will not purchase a single new item from any store again.. no K-Mart, no Wal-Mart, nothing. Bare necessities perhaps. But no more stereos. No more computers. No more portable media players. I will purchase used items only, through yard sales and auctions. I will barter and trade when possible. No new money from me will be spent on new items from you.
We will care for our cell phones and we will cease buying the latest and greatest every two years, no matter how appealing you make it look to us. Our phones will not be replaced until they are completely worn out and unusable.
We will not purchase any high-definition television sets. We are canceling any purchases of cable or satellite television equipment. We will obtain a cheap converter box and continue using the television set we have now. And when it breaks, we will fix it or.. buy a used working one from a pawn shop or yard sale or auction. NO NEW TELEVISION SETS FROM YOU!!!
With the help of others, we will modify engines from internal combustion to implosion engines, which can burn hydrogen. Compared to gasoline which explodes, providing pushing power… hydrogen IMPLODES creating a vaccuum in a cylinder which generates more motive power than combustive explosion. Therefore, we need no more gasoline from you. Further, hydrogen and passive solar heats homes quite well. Soon we will need no natural gas or propane from you either.
We are canceling all spending in the areas of memberships of any kind. No magazine subscriptions. No more YMCA membership. No more movie theaters. We will not purchase any more DVD movies. We will rent one a month. We refuse to buy new ones from you.
Yes I know you expect me to spend on something, because you feel that we Americans will always spend because it’s what we like to do. But since you have robbed me at political gunpoint, under threat and duress through my representatives, this American has seen your expectations of me and you will now discover that I am incensed so dramatically over your “bailout” that you can stop expecting me to give in to my “American Urge to Spend” for one year, two years, perhaps even longer. I don’t need your stinking ‘progress’ and my family and I can survive just fine without your “technology”.
To those corporations trying to gain monopoly powers over seeds and life through genetic engineering and “biotechnology”… you can forget it. We will choose to grow our own food from seed stock we have which doesn’t have your manipulated genes in them. We won’t buy your tainted, horrific products.
So in closing, you may laugh in my face against my words now. But this upcoming holiday season, my lack of spending as well as the millions of others I convince to join with me in NOT spending, may you find yourselves eating Raman Noodles and Oscar Meyer hot dogs.
No feast of stuffing for you. At least I hope that this one wish of mine comes true!

Now since we know these blogs our monitored by spies, I’m not going to go into a lot of details about who these people are or what kind of work they do and how I’ve met them over the last 30 years, the only thing that’s funny is that they’ve hid their wealth from bad government, gold diggers, lawsuits, thieves, fake friends and other predatory elements.

It has come to me..
The average person has “converted” and accepted the use of the coins(worthless excpet at face value) and paper Federal Reserve Note( a piece of papaer worth nothing in value except what value is placed on it by a market standard or a person willing to accept it) have been used to purge the US finacial system of any use of preciosu metals as currecny over the past 100 years for the banking industries purpose.. NOT GVTs.
If the banks have collected as much of the precious metals as possible from circulation as to where it would be difficult to use them as an “underground currency”..where people could exchange the value of the coins as “market value” and only come forward when ready to pllace their metals into the finacial system at their choice..
Unfortunately that option has been defeated some time ago.. When we are working.. they are figuring out how to take the “fruits of our labor”..
In short.. we are being “farmed” as people by the financial industry..
Most people simply do not have gold or silver in hand…and I stand by my principles.. Gold and silver are worthless compared to food in a time of need….
My view..If a person has a pound of gold and is starving and times are critical… and I have limited food… I will wait for them to starve and them take the gold…
(NOTE: I said “critical”..meaning if I were in a position to help.. so be it… but gold as compared to something more useful would be my aim..)

They just gave away $87 BILLION DOLLARS of your tax money with no explanation as to why or how they expect to recover those funds, if they plan on recovering those funds or anything. Whoa!!.. This is the first time on this site and what an array of comments!! I must say this has opened my eyes and mind on many issues and thoughts!!?? I recently worked with the IRS and seen first hand the confusion many tax payers had with notices, threats,levies,rebates,balance due,,,.. all of course called “Compliance!! “… the workers here are there Paid Puppets!! I know, I was one!!.. Well, now I am not there and I can say what I like ..or can I??? Just another way for the Government to Make More Money,,meanwhile we can abide by all the rules,laws,and ordinances,,,YEAH RIGHT!!.. I think I’ll check out working in Canada and maybe even live there!!Anyway,, I wish all of us GOOD LUCK in the times to come!!..

I need to point out to you and to everyone that all these sections do is modify the effective dates of these provisions. IT DOES NOT CREATE NEW PROVISIONS. These provisions are already in the tax code — 26 USC 7608(c) and 26 USC 6103(i)(3).
In fact, 7608 and 6103 are VERY interesting reads. I encourage everyone to read them.

information
Sec. 7608. Authority of internal revenue enforcement officers
So here’s a question for #111 and anyone else. And PLEASE forgive my ignorance. What makes these already-existing provisions so much more horrible because the effective date has been changed?

This is not a big mystery … giving the IRS extended powers. Someone has to collect the “protection money” we just paid the gang, right? Fortunately, the automation is not in place yet to allow them to do it directly. It still requires the “consent of the victim” in the form of your W-4 and 1040 submissions. Assuming we’re all still around in a functioning society in April, every patriot must act in accord with his/her conscience.
Ballot boxes and tax forms are the only “tea party” statements we can make and keep this non-violent and we must make those statements – each according to his own conscience.
