Banksters Refuse to Honor Bloomberg FOIA Request

As Bloomberg reports today, the Federal Reserve has refused “to disclose the recipients of more than $2 trillion of emergency loans from U.S. taxpayers and the assets the central bank is accepting as collateral.” On November 7, Bloomberg filed a Freedom of Information request to disclose the recipients of more than $2 trillion of “emergency loans” from U.S. taxpayers and the assets the central bank is accepting as collateral, but the private banker syndicate has told Congress and the American people to go fish.

Bloomberg notes that the Freedom of Information Act requires federal agencies to make government documents available to the press and the public. However, the Fed is not a federal agency, it is a cartel of private bankers. It is a consortium of twelve private banks which are not part of the United States government and does not answer to it. The Fed controls our monetary system and acts at the behest of large national and international private banks. 100% of its shareholders are private banks and none of its stock is owned by the government.
Expecting a cartel of private bankers to respond to a FOIA is to say the least an exercise in futility.
Perpetuating the scam and the illusion, the Fed tells us they are subject to oversight by Congress, which periodically reviews its activities and can alter its responsibilities by statute. “As we know from watching the business news, ‘oversight’ basically means that Congress gets to see the results when it’s over,” writes Ellen Brown. “The Fed periodically reports to Congress, but the Fed doesn’t ask; it tells.”
In response to the Bloomberg FOIA, the Fed said it is “allowed to withhold internal memos as well as information about trade secrets and commercial information,” in other words it does not owe the American people the transparency it initially promised before the purse strings were loosened. Fed mob boss Ben Bernanke and Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson said in September they would comply with congressional demands for transparency.
Recall Nancy Pelosi declaring a congressional version of martial law in order to get the banker giveaway bill passed, as revealed by Rep. Michael Burgess on the floor of the House. Rep. Brad Sherman repeated Burgess’ claims. “Many of us were told in private conversations, that if we didn’t pass this bill on Monday, the sky would fall, the market would drop two or three thousand points, another couple thousand the second day, and a few members were even told that there would be Martial Law in America if we voted no.”

“We just witnessed a full week of Wall Street experts on television threatening the American people, and President Bush threatening Congress, claiming that ‘to do nothing’ will result in a economic crisis — possibly a depression,” Patrick Henningsen wrote on October 3. “So constituents called their Congressional representatives telling them to ‘do something’. No one is entirely sure what that something should be, so most Congressmen and women guessed that ‘something’ must be a $700 Billion ‘get-out-of-jail card’ for the bankers.”
As it now stands, that paltry $700 billion figure has ballooned to an astounding $8.5 trillion, a figure that represents almost 60 percent of the nation’s estimated gross domestic product. As the San Francisco Chronicle admitted, the “final cost won’t be known for many years.” Most of the money, about $5.5 trillion, will be printed by the Fed crime syndicate on its fantasy printing presses and loaned to the government. Our children, grand children, and great-great grand children will be on the hook to pay off this stellar debt — currently 10 trillion dollars, projected to go to 11 trillion or more in two years — for decades to come. It’s a dream come true for the international bankers.
“There has to be something they can tell the public because we have a right to know what they are doing,” Lucy Dalglish, executive director of the Arlington, Virginia-based Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, told Bloomberg. “It would really be a shame if we have to find this out 10 years from now after some really nasty class-action suit and our financial system has completely collapsed.” In fact, the banker debt scam is already crashing the economy, as planned.
“The fall of the US economy will have a domino effect and bring about a worldwide depression that will further depress the US economy and bring a full fledged inflationary depression worse than the great depression of the 1930’s. When this happens most companies will go bankrupt and will be nationalized,” notes Don Koenig. “When the US economy goes down it will take the world economy with it. This economic collapse will cause great civil unrest all over the world, cities will be filled with riots and later with troops.”
It’s the final stage of the bankster take-over, the last chapter of a plan to turn the world into a hellish corporatized slave gulag based on the China model. It really is naive to believe the Fed will respond to a mere FIOA request and reveal the details of its plan to crash the global economy. Bloomberg’s lawsuit against the Fed is commendable, however it is predicated on a false and dangerous assumption: that the Fed is a government institution answerable to Congress and the American people. It is not, although the illusion is alive and well.

Remember the Ron Paul dollar? I know they started printing money in one neignborhood so far and it’s doin’ okay, but if it gets popular like the RP dollar did, the FED will send their troops in and confiscate the money and arrest the printers and prosecute them like tax-evaders.

And remember, they may not be governmental, but they control our government. Our Constitution required a full accounting of government expendatures and that is why the Neocons strategically overthrew our Constitution and Congress, so it would be legal to rob us blind with no accountability.
This is as bad as allowing Federal agents to borrow your personal credit card to cover their expenses for whatever, with no accountability, other than you get stuck with the bill they run up. How much is each working American good for on this massive haul???, in the end probably over 100 grand and that means each and every one of you reading this post.
For what???, who knows and they don’t have to tell you, only the bank will send you the bill each month for the next 50 working years of your life.
Rather than using my formula and breakdown of how it works, they call it the bail out, but it accomplishes the exact same thing only it’s said a different way. It’s what you might call, “mass unarmed robbery,” and is actually a well perfected form of government sponsored identity theft on a GRAND scale. They just gave it a different name so you would not get as pissed off about it.
I think the Fed got the basic idea from the illegals that rob people’s identity and life savings and then merely federalized the process on a grand scale and gave it another name like, Save The Dollar For Tomorrow’s Children. That’s it, sounds good and so off they go with the plan.

Ridiculous; simply ridiculous.
We shouldn’t pay them back anything, and we shouldn’t go to them for anything.
The Fed is the problem; and the only solution is to go back to gold and silver. I’m sorry that everyone won’t have a much speculative credit to piss down the hole and claim that they understand how capitalism works; when a mixed economy is all that we have.
The worst part is the system the Fed is pushing for doesn’t work either; and will surely erupt in their faces as people begin to rebel.
It may be time to start considering the DGC and just keeping a little bit of cash. After all, percentages are percentages. If paper money falls apart, and gold is still worth what it’s worth; and remains convertible and accepted; then the people that embrace it will be fine.
You can always choose to turn your money back into paper later; though I wouldn’t reccomend it.

Will someone please explain to me where the Fed (BEN) got the authority to announce his latest $800 Billion program to buy trouble assets? Why did he and HENRY go to Congress (Three Weeks Earlier) to get permission for the $700 Billion TARP program? And the TARP which was initially intended to buy TROUBLED ASSESTS, doesn’t buy troubled assets, but this new program does buy TROUBLED ASSETS.
Am I missing something here? Why the first Dog & Pony Show for $700 Billion and then 3 weeks later, nothing for $800 Billion to do exactly what the first $700 billion was intended, but didn’t?

You know, I am one of those American citizens that is sure getting tired of following the law because it seems none of the higher-up echelon has to.

Friday, Alex said that the NYT and others had reported that Fed officials inferred that the War Powers Act was in place in regard to the bailout. Alex, claiming that he had the documents, also said that Nimmo had reported this at infowars, referencing this article. However, I find no mention of the War Powers Act here. What gives? Does anyone know of a reported reference to the War Powers Act being associated with the bailout?

Understanding the unique phenomenon of Palestinian refugees, however, requires first understanding just how anomalous the institution designed to assist them is.
UNRWA WAS established by General Assembly Resolution 302 in December 1949. From the outset, the agency had an extraordinary degree of autonomy, largely due to pressure from the UN’s Arab bloc. It was thus free to set its own definitions and guidelines – which were markedly different from those of UNHCR.
For example, UNRWA defines Palestinian refugees as “persons whose normal place of residence was Palestine between June 1946 and May 1948, who lost both their homes and means of livelihood as a result of the 1948 Arab-Israeli conflict.”
By contrast, the UNHCR definition – recognized as the international norm – describes a refugee as someone who “is outside his/her country of nationality or habitual residence; has well-founded fear of persecution because of his/her race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group or political opinion; and is unable or unwilling to avail himself/herself of the protection of that country, or to return there, for fear of persecution.”
By emphasizing “country of nationality or habitual residence,” UNHCR clearly intends to exclude the transients embraced by UNRWA’s definition – people who had only recently arrived in Palestine from neighboring Arab countries in search of work. Moreover, while UNHCR seeks to prevent expansion of its definition in ways that would encourage its improper use for political ends, UNRWA has done just the opposite: Not only has it declined to remove the status of refugee from people who no longer fit the original description, such as the hundreds of thousands of Palestinians granted full citizenship by Jordan, but it indefinitely confers refugee status on refugees’ descendants.
By expanding its already problematic refugee definition, UNRWA guarantees that the problem will remain ever-growing, and thus ever-worsening. For some Arab leaders this may be precisely the aim: So long as the Palestinian refugee problem is visible and acute, Israel remains a convenient scapegoat on which the region’s ills can be blamed.
