This is a good place to assert that label and use it wisely by enhancing the charges against these psychopathic, doughnut munching retards.
I think if I were in the Pastor’s position, I would use my influence to get a convoy of thousands rolling down that highway and completely overwhelm that checkpoint. A little citizen justice is necessary. I’ve been through that boarder patrol site on I-8, I thought it was strange that in the middle of nowhere the two lanes of traffic come to a dead halt for border patrol to check the car…This pastor was coming from San Diego. Why the need for border patrol between states? They ask questions like what’s your citizenship, where are you coming from, where are you going? I hope this pastor gets a good lawyer and builds a case.

I live in San Diego county, and they have a border check every direction that you travel. Its common here, usually they just waive you through, but if you’ve been drinking in the desert or up in the mountains, they like to harass you. Stand your ground and be firm with your voice. Know your rights, remember that the police and border control alike are dumbed down and IQ under 100 pts. Treat them like elementary school bully’s, just without the violence

USC 18, Civil Rights Violations by Police Officers. There is some good case law that has come out of that. Lots of precedents, like Cobb 1990. But, the USC is hardly ever used in defense anymore, lawyers aren’t smart enough to keep up with the huge amount of law.

This is a clear cut case of the Police attempting to Murder Mr. Anderson.
If they wanted to search his car all they had to do was call a Judge and get a Warrent! No probable cause, no Warrent, no search.
Repeated Tasering leads to death. The Police were trying to kill this man.
They held him for over an hour before they decided to try to kill him. Any good cop with probable cause can get a warrent to search in an hour from a Judge.
Mr Anderson states that the Police had Video of this incident. I suggest that the Police be petitioned to show this Video BEFORE it can be altered. If they (The Police)have nothing to hide, let them release the Video.

This incident might be giving us a hint at a new novel way to get around the fourth amendment. All “law enforcement” types will soon carry small animals with them such as birds or rodents that are “trained” to identify the odor of drugs, smuggled aliens, and political dissent. When the animal”alerts” on the person then there will be probable cause to grind your face into broken glass and laugh at you while you suffer. Pretty soon we won’t need a fourth amendment, we’ll just have “alert” animals to detect crime for all “law enforcment”.

As far as those border patrol agents go – they do not recognize your rights under the constitution. The issue is that the constitution has only been viable for about 7 years since it was constituted. We have been under international maritime admiralty jurisdiction for over 2 centuries. The key in understanding how to live peaceably in this situation is to know who you are.
The pastor did not know how to negotiate the situation in admiralty – he went back to the constitution and began to argue and got himself in dishonor with the court – the court is right out there on the road side. In admiralty the facts are on the moon and what ever they can charge you with is valid because they see you as a debtor – you have to learn how to represent yourself as a creditor.
I have listened to Alex Jones for years – but I realized that he is leading many into dishonor and argument with the powers that God has ordained – and he is not teaching you how to live peaceable and get your remedy in the context of the one world government. When we are argue the facts or the law they will come at you and punish the body – we bring it on to ourselves.

He is the senior pastor, and the congregation is fairly big. If he get’s a little more media attention, I don’t think they will be charging him with anything. Baptist’s are pretty intense people, so he’ll get support from the whole church. They are enraging these people all across the country, right before the elite throws us and them in a pen. But judging from the names of those agent’s, they don’t sound that bright.

Faithful Word Baptist Church is NOT a big congregation. The church is in a storefront. They might have people who claim to be members who live out of state and such, but I doubt they get many people who actually show up to a STOREFRONT church.
I’m wondering why this type of incident wasn’t a big deal under the Bush administration? After all, the Department of Homeland Security was created in the wake of 9/11 and the good ol’ Patriot Act. But now that we have a Democrat as the President, all of a sudden it’s Obama’s fault about Border Patrol? i like how people complain and act like they know so much more about laws than then actually do. Too many people empower themselves as informed citizens cause they watched a few episodes of COPS. Do your homework.
1. zero level of suspicions is need to stop a car at a BP checkpoint.
2. mere suspicion is needed to send a vehicle into secondary at a BP checkpoint.
3. a highly trained dog hit is automatic probable cause.
4. dogs usually sit down when they ‘hit’ on a vehicle, not bark like this uncooperative terd is so sure of.
5. what law says that a dog hit has to be showed to the suspect? dumbass
This ‘cult pastor’ failed to comply with the laws, it is not an illegal search when the dog hits. Because of his actions the law had to intervene accordingly. He was obviously resisting and it resulted in his minor scratches.
If this was the correct course of action for the cult pastor then any drug/human smuggler would act exactly the same in an attempt to get through the checkpoint.

Well the sick thing is this was just a case of standard operating procedure. We’ve seen the face of the fascist pig force and this is the actual way they all behave nowadays. After they beat and abuse anyoen and everyone, they laugh and mock them while they continue in their careless disregard.
The only thing keeping any one of us from the same exact mistreatment is the split second you don’t submit to their increasingly ridiculous demands. If they don’t like the model of your vehicle, or anything else they so choose, be prepared for the worst – and if you don’t throw out every right you ever thought you might have and totally sumbit, they will beat you to a pulp, that is absolutely clear.
So, it sure seems we’re way beyond no internal “papers please” checkpoints, and if you’re targeted, it’s the end for you.
The internet has exposed what has been getting worse for some time, and I seriously doubt the internet can stop it.
Even as we’ve had the internet the ridiculous TSA procedures of stupidity have been put in place, and changed the minute the fascist incompetant retard tread on all of us forget and rights lame brained loon dictator crew gets an update on their own stupidities, case in point and great example, the “shoe bomber”.
Next came the toothpaste and shampoo mixer bomber threat.
Pretty soon we’ll have threats of clothing cord detonation mixed with sweat or liquid – whatever- they’ell have everyone stripped and hooked to a state monitored IV for in flight dehydration prevention.
They’re overboard and on the loon express of terror and tyranny, and they can’t even ask illegal aliens if they are nationals of another country and get rid of them.
I imagine the law enforcement is frustrated and knows it’s a big fat farce deep down inside, and winds up beating the crap out of people from the indoctrinated frustration of the ridiculousness of it all.
Take note, if you don’t obey and comply with their every demand, they will beat you senseless, and now shock you, haul you off, and fine, incarcerate, and endlessly harrass you – no doubt about it.
Your best bet is to never encounter them, at anyplace, anytime, anywhere, ever. You will definitely be better off, every single time.

This is to the border patrol agents, and DPS Officers in Arizona. Have you ever heard of 1983C Violation of civil rights or Official Oppression which is you abusing your authority as a publc servant. First of all you should be arrested for Official Oppression (Class A Misdemeanor PC 39.03 of the Texas Penal Code). Second you should be sued for violatin of this man’s civil rights, and the Department’s you represent should also have to anwser for this incident.
Here’s a personal thought I think you are scum, and or a disgrace to the badge, and dont have an ounce of integrity to be wearing a badge! I don’t understand something. obama wants to treat the terrorists almost as citizens of the U.S. (which is unconstitutional), releasing interragation techniques that saved American lives to the enemy. I’m suprised he hasn’t offered them a lifetime of manicures and pedicures.
