This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply himself, or his agent, to any foreign government, or the agents thereof, for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.

You are right, the Logan Act only applies to those working for the Federal government and the Federal Reserve is a foreign banking institution.
So, we went to war based upon foreign intel that turned out to be fake/implanted intel provided by an off shore CIA guy named Curveball.
We torture in our off shore sponsored prisons, using foreign agents, so we can claim we do not torture.
And of course lets not forget all the deals negotiated through the CFR, or our soldiers wearing the blue colored UN arm band, our use of foreign troops, etc., etc..
They all belong in jail!!!

All emails(posts) to 911truth are routed to an off shore hub and then back to the US, so the Fed can then claim it’s coming in from a foreign country, justifying FISA eavesdropping, monitoring and profiling.
The same thing has been happening with all our medical records and tax returns that are processed off shore. Using these methods they can claim we do not collect your personal information here in America, although they do have all the information elsewhere.

There is no doubt in my mind that Osama is a covert usage of the CIA, the same as the Federal Reserve being an off shore, private loan agency. Bernanke works for this foreign loan sharking company and the only thing American about it is the name “Federal Reserve” and it’s not much different than allowing a foreign bank to exist on US soil by giving it and American name, but their obligations still remain foreign, LEGALLY SPEAKING!!!

In the LOGAN ACT…it’s only ILLEGAL if the person is NOT AUTHORIZED by the US government to partake in such a meeting.
Look it up people…it’s not hard to find. It’s in the 1st paragraph of the freaking law.

What is the penalty for impersonating Commander & Chief, when one actually represents the foreign interests of off shore bankers, off shore markets and militaries and false off shore intel to justify a war and hijack all US institutions?

I do not know if there is an easy admin fix for this problem, however, if you read someones post and it seems to be contradictory of the normal tenor of their thought, please recognize that you are reading a pirated handle written by a troll. I imagine that most of these posts will come in as detracting from either Alex, Infowars, 911Truth or similar. A pirate troll can have no success in promoting the cause he wishes to destroy, so basically, I would imagine that alot of the negative or discordant posts on this site emanate from this person or persons.
