Bloomberg’s End-run Around the Second Amendment

In New York, the notorious gun-grabber Michael Bloomberg wants to censor the Second Amendment. “New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has moved from outrage to atrocity, said the Second Amendment Foundation, by asking anti-gun activist federal Judge Jack B. Weinstein to ban any reference to the Second Amendment during a civil lawsuit trial beginning May 27 against Georgia gun dealer Jay Wallace, proprietor at Adventure Outdoors,” reports PR Newswire.
But the “billionaire demagogue who considers himself so far above the law,” as Alan Gottlieb, founder of the Second Amendment Foundation, characterizes Bloomberg, wants to go after the First Amendment, too. Bloomberg wants a gag order slapped on the case. In “Mikey’s world… a fair trial is one in which a defense attorney is muzzled, and the defendant is already guilty until proven innocent. Bloomberg missed his calling. Instead of being mayor of an American city, he should have been the administrator of a gulag.”
Reports the New York Sun:
City lawyers, in a motion filed Tuesday, asked the judge, Jack Weinstein of U.S. District Court in Brooklyn, to preclude the store’s lawyers from arguing that the suit infringed on any Second Amendment rights belonging to the gun store or its customers. In the motion, the lawyer for the city, Eric Proshansky, is also seeking a ban on “any references” to the amendment.
“Any references by counsel to the Second Amendment or analogous state constitutional provisions are likewise irrelevant,” the brief states.

In other words, New York is a Constitution free zone. But then so is much of the rest of the country, thanks to Bush, who considers the Constitution “just a goddamned piece of paper.” Bush and his coterie of Straussian neocons need to get rid of the Second Amendment in particular because militarized police states don’t go far if people have guns. Come marital law, Bush and crew may want to begin with New York, Chicago, and D.C., where restrictive gun laws rule. Short of some draconian law, it will be hard going out here in the hinterlands.
Bloomberg’s senator, Hillary Clinton, would have us believe she is a defender of the Second Amendment. She recently sent out a mailer with a picture of a 66 Mauser rifle — printed backwards — declaring her support, or rather Obama’s lack of support for the Second Amendment. It is funny, though, how the elite, who run Hillary and Barack and John the robot alike, are fond of sending cryptic messages to the commoners. “The Mauser costs about $2,200, and sports a double trigger, an accessory rarely found on American guns, but more typical of Western Europe, where the firearms market is more geared to custom guns for the aristocracy, as opposed to America’s off-the-racks guns for the masses,” writes Dave Kopel.
Clinton has a nearly perfect gun-grabber record in the Senate and now she wants you to believe she is a staunch supporter of the Second Amendment. If we examine her political literature, it appears she supports the right of the ruling elite to own fancy hunting rifles.
Once Clinton or Obama take over, we can expect stunts like the one Michael Bloomberg is pulling to become common place. Recall Hillary’s hubby signed into law background checks and an assault weapons ban. He wanted a national licensing program for all gun owners, but that ran into a lot of opposition. Hillary will pick up where Bill left off.
Bloomberg’s attempt to squash the constitutional rights of a gun shop owner in Georgia is simply another angle gun-grabbers will take up with frothy zeal if a “liberal” — as in neoliberal — gets into office. Here’s how Bloomberg runs his scam, according to a Liberty Coalition letter sent to Michael J. Sullivan, acting director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives:
Bloomberg has organized a multi-state vigilante-style campaign against federal gun dealers. Bloomberg’s gambit is simple — without any federal or state law enforcement authorization, he sends people to federal firearms dealers to break federal law by providing false information on the federal ATF Form 4473 firearm transfer form, and then purchasing guns for persons prohibited by law from taking possession of guns (a so called ‘straw sale’). Bloomberg then files a civil lawsuit against the dealer in a New York court while using a covertly made video tape of the transaction to blackmail the dealer into ‘settling’ on terms where the City of New York’s ‘Special Master’ will supplant ATF supervision of the dealer and peruse Americans’ confidential federal gun transfer records at will.
Expect more of this funny business after Clinton-Obama, Obama-Clinton get in the White House.
And if you think McCain will save the Second Amendment, think again — there is a strong possibility Mike DeWine will become his attorney general if the McManchurian candidate is selected. DeWine is a darling of the gun-grabbers with a Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence endorsement. “When he ran for the Senate in 1994, he backed the Clinton Gun Ban,” writes the Buckeye Firearms Association “In 2006, Human Events Online named DeWine among the Top 10 anti-gun U.S. Senators. And shortly before his defeat, DeWine took a position in opposition to legislation which barred gun manufacturers, distributors, dealers or importers from frivolous lawsuits designed to put them out of business.”
Call it the Bloomberg tactic, an end-run around the Second Amendment.

The time has come for this country to be partitioned. I say, let socialist have half and constitutionalist have half. Work out a property exchange. We will end up in one hell of a fight, if we don’t. Be outraged, be mad, but be involved. This ploy of censoring the evidence in court is not new. It is not the judge who decides what is “permissible” or not it is you the jury who have within your power to judge not only weather a person is innocent or guilty, but also weather or not the law being applied is just or not. By the way inform the judges that it is not their court, but that it belongs to the people and it is the jury who decides the verdict be it to the liking of the judge or not , for if he obeys the law he will abide by the juries decision.
As far as the Second Amendment, Bloomberg knows their are far to many people that realize the Heller case should have no bearing on the fifty states seeing as D.C. is under Admiralty Law as are territories of the U.S., therefore not actually having any bearing on state law unless we allow them to ram it down the masses throats.

I was at work yesterday speaking to a young girl about why gas prices are going up so much and went into a few of the many things that are taking place and why. She was only a little skeptical, because it made sense to her, but she hadn’t heard any of what I was saying before. A woman, much older started telling me to shut up and that I was trying to convert her, hahaha. Then she said AJ is insane, hahaha… and told me to shut the F up. I tried debating her and she wouldn’t and said oh yeh to everything I said and left it at that. So I went and continued to talk to the young girl and gave her wearchange.org and wrote down a bunch of documentaries to watch. I wrote down Loose Change 2nd Edition, final cut, America Freedom to Fascism, Zeitgeist final edition and The world according to Monsanto. I said there is more than enough there to get started on the truth movement and learning about what is really taking place. She was very interested and said will watch them all.
I also went and gave a dvd qual copy of Zeitgeist to a girl at my other job, she gladly took it in anticipation of learning the truth. I am not a hard core hand out guy, but I am becoming more involved daily.
I have been also downloading everyday’s podcast of the AJ show and plan to make disks with them and hand them out.
It is difficult speaking to people about any of this without someone wanting to pick a fight. I also work with a homosexual guy, that has strong opinions about anything I say, but can’t debate anything I say with facts or anything to that point, he is happy to be controlled by the propaganda and spew their lies.
Guns, you cannot speak to anyone about what is in this article, you have to send them the link or print it out and hand it to people and hope they will actually read it. Try to get people to go to this website, it’s like pulling teeth. When they do, they freak out, it’s too much for them to handle.

Just about all those who favor gun control are wanting to subdue the general populace into feudal slavery. I live in NY, one of the worst States for gun owners, period. Just to buy BB’s you damn near have to undergo a cavity search. NYC is the biggest joke, the only thing to hunt are squirrels with names like, “Bloomberg” and “Weinstein”.
Upstate in the Catskill & Adirondack Mts, everyone is poor and HAS to bag 2 deer to survive the winter months (median family income: $30K or less a yr.)

A judge swears an oath “To protect and defend the constitution”.
If you violate it, you perjure your “oath of office’.
The constitution states that insurrection against the oath means the person vacates their office.
14th amendment section 3
Section. 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. It’s very simple. It’s law 101. People need to enforce this. If the judge listens to Bloomberg, the people should throw his butt off the bench… Because if he does this, he perjured his oath and is no longer a judge.

Maybe I’m just slow, but I don’t understand the tactic Bloomberg is using. If a “plant” fills out a form incorrectly, isn’t it the shill that’s committing the crime? Is not Bloomberg committing the crime of conspiracy to commit a Federal Offense? GOA is not all over this? Not to overlook including the offense of being a “straw” buyer. How is the FFL merchant guilty of wrongdoing? In closing, if someone decides to take out Bloomberg via a tainted deli sandwich, would that arouse the wrath of the Brady Bunch? And that’s a really powerful tool, because people are attracted to the truth. Lying to people is really difficult. You have to find a good cover story and keep lying to people all the time, over and over again to keep them in submission. But you can flip people in one hour by telling them the truth.

We had 600+ kids scraping at Locke High on Friday. (see LA TIMES) Hopefully, this summer the raza will become very aggressive and start killing a large number of non-raza’s. If there are good kill numbers, the local/state/fed LEO’s will certainly be busy inserting martial law and perhaps at that time many prior military will finally run some missions.
Would be nice to have address information of all government personnel. GOA has assigned a grade to state senators. I’ll put it out there that anyone with an “F” rating should be removed. It would be a start.
