The shooting was reported about 9:15 p.m. near the border on Shockey Truck Trail southeast of the San Diego Sheriff Department’s Campo substation.
Four engines, paramedics, and a medical helicopter were dispatched to the area, but the agent was declared dead at the scene, according to Cal Fire Battalion Chief Nick Schuler.
Police report that the victim was shot in the head.

We need to build that wall, all right. But I think you have your location misplaced.
Let’s put that wall around the non-U.S. area of Washington D.C. From there comes the legislation that creates the violence surrounding the drug war. From there comes the legislation that makes it possible for American countries to send our jobs to some third-world hole where the people are being screwed to make the crap that we need. And from there comes legislation to take money out of your and my pockets and give it to some fat-cat so he can take THAT offshore to avoid paying taxes.
First of all, though, we need to extend the boundaries of Washington D.C. to include Langley Virginia. And second of all, we need to “sterilize” any 5-sided buildings.
Then they can sit around printing their monopoly money and passing it around, buggering each other until their socks fall off, and passing all their stupid legislation.

Some of these comments really disgust me. Rakman, you obviously have no clue what you are talking about. No true American would help secure our borders? Well I’m a “true” American and I believe our borders need to be secured from illegal immigrants coming into this country. I know the border patrol has done some bad things, but like everything else, is compartmentalized. There are good and evil people in the border patrol, just like everywhere else in life. Many of the men patrolling the borders are true Americans that are trying to secure our borders. They have families they love and love them, just like you and me. I don’t think anyone here should be celebrating this man’s murder, unless you happen to know for a fact he did evil. Just because there are some bad border patrol agents doesn’t mean this guy was one…you don’t know anything about him. Not every police officer, border patrol agent or military person is evil. I live in South Texas and know many border patrol agents who are hard working, honest people who love their families and their country, and to label them all as fascist pig’s reveals your ignorance.

This is extremely bad for us. My heart and soul goes out to this trooper and his family and friends.
Nobody should shoot a cop, especially like this, for no reason. This is definately going to hurt this movement as well. The more cops we have being killed for no reason, the harder this will be. Martial Law will be brought in to protect the law enforcement, this is something we need to understand fully.
If they want to use this event to get us to give up our guns, we shouldn’t comply, but we all need to do what it takes to make sure that those of us who are waking up are doing so non-violently.

Being a single mother, I visit a local food pantry. Well, I did anyway. I went to my church’s food pantry once a week for almost a year. Every week, there were more and more Mexicans. They just decided last month, due to the overwhelming amount of people, majority Mexicans without identification or proof of address, they could not give out anymore food. When I first went, there were maybe 20 of us, different races, but American citizens. The last time I went, there were 130 Mexicans in line with us. Also, my childrens’ physician told me that I needed to prepare for my kids medicaid insurance to be done away with, due to all the mexican children coming over taking our healthcare.

As tragic as this incident is , it,s no surprise that it happened. The border with Mexico is now more dangerous than the DMZ that separates North and South Korea. The Border Patrol laments that it doesn,t have enough resources on the border and yet it puts a number of its agents in these inspection stations far from the border to stop and harrass Americans who live here. Go figure.

I am a wife of a Border Agent. My heart goes out to Robert Rosa’s wife and 2 year old son, and 11 month old daughter. Robert Rosas is a hero…all of these men and women are! They risk their lives everyday for our country. I am saddend at what has happened. That could have been my husband..I have 3 sons that need their father, and for these drug smugglers to think nothing of it to take a man’s life…an honorable man’s life for what??? Because they want to push their drugs through the border? Agent Rosas was just doing his job. He followed the policy 100%. There is nothing that he could have done differently. There were not enough agents at the time…to double them up. My husband would push groups by himself all the time. That is what they had to do. The only good thing that is coming out of this tragedy is that we are now getting the resources to double up our borders…these men will get caught, and justice will prevail. But, Mrs. Rosas will never get the love of her life back, and those small children will never get to know their father. I hope that they will grow up knowing that their daddy died serving his country…protecting our borders…he was a honorable, good man. I pray that God will wrap his arms around that family and comfort them during this time. I pray that those men that took his life will be found and put to justice. I hope everyday, they are reminded of the fact they took those children’s father from them. Please pray for our agents…everyone..pray for their safety while we deal with this drug war!

Out in this neck of the country we have a lot of bull haulers for the beef plants. I say they round up the illegals out of those plants, load um up on the back of those trailers and drive south. Stop at every jail house on the way and pick up the illegals sittin around in jail on our dime. We can have the minutemen sittin on the border ready to pick um off one by one as they cross over illegally again. If the local beef plant didn’t have over 70% illegals in it with knives an the plant was english speaking more whites would work there. The pay is very good but it is a dangerous environment right now so whites wont work the plants.
The illegals here line up at the welfare office to get benefits using their real name for their anchor kids (3-12) and then work out at the beef plants using fake documents. It makes me sick. No one does anything. I haven’t seen a raid on the beef plants for over 8 years.

I am truly saddened this happened and feel for the family. This US agent was trying to protect our borders to ensure our freedoms. However, our federal government has done almost nothing to stop the illegal entry of illegal aliens into our country. As a matter of fact, they have hindered the progress. Remember the militiamen? They did a great job and showed the world how they were making a difference and protecting their property on the border. What did our government do? Made fun of them, our American patriots. Truth is, Bush and Clinton never wanted border control. It did not fit in with the North American Union plans. Obama does not want it either.
