ok on one side of the coin the guy shouldnt be doing heroin but then the judge should be ordering him to put anything in his body that is an invasion to your person it should be suggested not ordered because this will pave the way for far worse…they always start with “crims” or people who do wrong and then they accuse people who have done no wrong and threaten prison if they don’t recieve a medical chip after all “it keeps us safe” and only terrorist would say no that means your a terrorist it isnt the issue that he got ordered a chip or implant to stop his addiction the issue is that it paves the way for something more sinister

i have been a staunch opponent of illegal drugs AND mandatory minimum sentences for non-violent drug offenders, and I never said anything to the contrary. All child predators should be shot in dick at point blank with a 12 gauge. The illegal drug problem is a slippery slope. there are many other problems connected to it. but make no mistake about the creator, He is VERY evil. You cannot have good without bad. Sure g-d created poppies and apples in the same vein, and it says so in genesis. but he also created evil. this is so you can use the universe as a medium.

get rid of mandatory minimums. but until then, we have to deal with all of the ill that comes from drugs being illegal. and honestly, i love drugs. all of them. i have an extremely high tolerance, but heroin is impossible to NOT get addicted to. period. thats the problem. even if it were legal, and it basically is (in the form of pure oxycodone, Oxycontin), i dont know that id want people using it at free will. its just too damn pleasant. when you actually dont mind dozing off in the high speed lane going 80mph, then a drug is dangerous. Oxycontin is pharmaceutical grade heroin. Crush it up, snort it, and you will get higher then snorting heroin. Oxy is produced by scientists to be more efficient in attacking the same part of the brain as heroin (which is produced quite crudely) and I actually prefer snorting and banging OC compared to heroin. well, the original OCs, before PP lost their copyright.
