Bush Dismantles Economic Programs for Small Business as Economy Continues Downward Spiral

Ninety-eight percent of all companies in the United States have less than 100 employees. Twenty-seven million firms fall into the category of small business, and small businesses employ 56 percent of our nation’s population. These companies are responsible for over 90 percent of the new jobs, over 90 percent of U.S. exports and over 90 percent of innovation in American business. Congress realized America’s small businesses were the heart and soul of our nation’s economy when they passed the Small Business Act in 1953.
Our nation is in the midst of one of the most dramatic economic downturns in modern history. More than ever, America’s 27 million small businesses need the economic benefits the Small Business Act was designed to provide.
None of this seems to matter to President George W. Bush. Although President Bush regularly panders to small businesses in his speeches, his policies paint a different picture. At the same time that President Bush backed the $700 billion dollar Wall Street bailout, he continued to dismantle existing federal programs designed to assist American small businesses.
During his two terms, President Bush has systematically dismantled each and every program established under the Small Business Act to assist American small businesses, especially those firms owned by women, minorities and veterans.

President Bush’s anti-small business policies began during his first week as president. The first thing he did to dismantle America’s small business programs was to remove the Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) from the President’s Cabinet. Then he began to cut the SBA’s budget and staffing more than any other federal agency.
Since 2003, over a dozen federal investigations have been released, which have all found rampant and government-wide fraud, abuse, loopholes and a blatant lack of proper oversight in federal small business contracting programs. Several of the investigations found that the Bush Administration has diverted billions of dollars in federal small business contracts to many of the largest corporations in the world.
Current federal law requires that a minimum of 23 percent of the total value of all federal contracts and subcontracts be awarded to small businesses. However, every year the federal government awards billions of dollars in small business contracts to some of the largest corporations in the U.S. and Europe.
Report 5-15 from the SBA Office of Inspector General states, “One of the most important challenges facing the SBA and the entire Federal Government today is that large businesses are receiving small business procurement awards and agencies are receiving credit for these awards.”
Several Bush officials have privately acknowledged that at least 50 percent of all federal small business contracts or about $70 billion a year actually go to corporate giants. Based on information obtained in a series of successful Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits filed against the Bush Administration, the American Small Business League (ASBL) estimates legitimate small businesses are being cheated out of over $100 billion each year.
Last year, the Bush Administration adopted a policy that will allow Fortune 500 firms to continue to receive government small business contracts until 2012. (http://www.asbl.com/showmedia.php?id=592)
Last month, Bush officials began to dismantle one of the government’s only programs to assist minority-owned firms, the Small Disadvantaged Business contracting program.
Senator McCain has never objected to any of the Bush Administration’s anti-small business policies. During more than two years of campaigning, not once has Senator McCain mentioned his intention to restore America’s small business programs. If Senator John McCain is elected president, he will likely finish what Bush started and completely dismantle all federal programs designed to assist American small businesses.

This is no big deal and I will tell you why. Most of this money is given to the elites and their buddies. They set up corporations off the beheamith corporations and that is how they keep getting richer and making you poorer. It is a who you know to get most of this money. These funds are gobbled up by the big guys. Most of us sheeples have been shut out anyway. Do the research.

why would you buy one of these coins? What’s wrong wtith you? You’re only encouraging the implimentation of them, and doing your part in ruining American Soveriegnty. Do you understand the ramifications of a one world currency?
At least now when we have competing currencies it creates a sense of competition which keeps services up and costs down. If you have one currency, and have no other choice of which to hold your money, or have no choice of moving to another country, then what’s to stop the bankers from hyperinflating the money at will and printing off more money to give to their buddies at the top/multinational compaies who don’t need it/and themselves?
Not too mention how easiliy it woudl be to buy off ever poilitician in the world with this currency. “If you control a nations money supply you control that country.” You need to do some homework, and undesrand why it’s important that we have competing currencies, and competing countries. Just like in business, a monopoly in goverment brings less choices/higher costs/less service, and you can end up spending a months’ wages just to feed/cloth/shelter yourself with aboslutely no discretionalry income……hell, you may even end up in debt after just buying necessities of life. We’re already heading in that direction so it’s time we all did our part to stop this momentum……………………AND TAKE THE POWER AWAY FROM THE BANKERS.

Also, please understand that the peopel who orchestrated this financial crisis are the same ones buying up assests at rock bottom prices, and consolidating more power into their own hands both domestically and abroad at the expense of the tax payers and citizens.
They are criminals. It’s like Enron, but for the financial industry, and on a MUCH LARGER SCALE, and with more politicians involved.

First the “national” buisness elite worked with the global money elite to displaced and co-opted the latafundia. Then, global money elite worked to take control of the national corporations. Next, they began to step of the globalization program, which included converting national corporations to trans-national corporations. Now, the global / “national” elite will take down the remainder of the economy while also pulling the rug out from under small business so that they will more easily be willing to melt into the North American Union.

HERE IS AN IDEA: You can’t march on Washington DC because if you did you would have one single target for the government to hit all at once. So I propose that on December 31 ( New Years Eve ) that the American people take back there government at the state level. We the people march on and take over the capetal building in every single state all on the same day at the same time. That would take care of the army because they cant fight us all at the same time in every state. We would just have to worry about the state government. Not to mention it would be a world wide event that they couldn’t hide on the back page. So we bust down the door for visual effect, we occupy the capitol building for a period of 3, 5, 7 days what ever. The point is we shut them down on the state level for a few days. You don’t want to really have a long stand off because you want the people to stay on your side and the people that work for the state still need a pay check at the end of the week. And we’r e just making a point. That we the people have had it and in stops RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW. BUT, if the government moves on it’s people in any state and I mean any state. Meaning that if they try to get us out using any kind of force at all, guns, tear gas, microwave cannon, whatever, then we burn it down all of them captil buildings in every state all at the same time. Now of course this plan needs a lot of fine tuning. but we have two months to make this happen. Hell, for all I know there might not be enough people pissed off yet. And for all you jerk offs out there that want to criticize me over this why don’t you tell me what your plan is instead of just bitching about it. I would really like to here what it is. I bought one so I could try to wake people up.you can preach until your gums bleed but holding one in there hands seems to make an searing impression on them. still most people I actually show it to dont give a crap. and 70% of them dont even read the writing on the coin. atleast %30 get interested. the coin I bought is not the “offical” amero but a “concept coin” I suggest you get one so you can use it to wake people up too.

instead of bieng onesided, it would mean more to me, if you published where both canidates stand. i believe it doesnt matter which canidate, (democrate or republican) gets in, they are both going to finish the job that bush started. they are all working hand in hand and have been for a very long time.
