Executives from Blackwater, which has generated controversy because of its aggressive tactics in Iraq, helped the spy agency with planning, training and surveillance. The C.I.A. spent several million dollars on the program, which did not successfully capture or kill any terrorist suspects.
The fact that the C.I.A. used an outside company for the program was a major reason that Leon E. Panetta, the C.I.A.’s director, became alarmed and called an emergency meeting in June to tell Congress that the agency had withheld details of the program for seven years, the officials said.

We are at the point where EVERYONE who knows what’s really going on need concern themselves with nothing more than giving out copies of DVD’s, copies of the Jane Bürgermeister lawsuit article by Kurt Nimmo, wearing infowar t-shirts in order to get conversations started, and most of all, educating yourselves so that you may speak to the subjects intelligently and calmly. I’m with you, Juror. Like Vade, I used to be annoyed, but then I realized that perhaps it could inevitably be a good thing. I say whatever it takes to get people exposed to the information is fine with me.

There is a blackwater operative on assignment, or in collusion with the Llampasas county, Texas Sheriff’s dept.
Don’t know his name, but he is about 5′7″, stocky and lives there. The man drives a black, dodge srt truck.
I approached him about buying some equipment, and he made a call to see if a friend was interested. In minutes, a detective car and a cruiser rolled up. Joined soon thereafterby another cruiser and a secoind detective.
He tild me he had been attacted to Condaleeza Rice on her visit to Iraq, and was back in the states because of an injury.
Thay ran me through the wringer for about two hours, then let me go. This was less than a year ago.
