The following republicans voted FOR the largest tax bill ever passed by a session of Congress.
Any good work they have done has been for naught. Unless they change their votes by the deadline, Wed, July 2nd, they will for ever be a member of the Cap and Tr8tors.

MOTION TO RECONSIDER
A motion to reconsider is a parliamentary practice that gives the House (or Senate) one opportunity to review its action on a motion, amendment, or measure.
Motions to reconsider are routinely laid on the table — or killed. If a motion to reconsider is adopted, it requires a vote be held again on whatever the House has voted to reconsider. Only Members who voted on the winning side may move to reconsider a vote. Members have been known to change their votes at the last minute in order to be eligible to offer the motion.
If the original vote on a question is close, enough members might be persuaded to change their position, or absent members could come to the floor, vote to reconsider, then reverse the outcome of the original vote.
Typically, however, after announcing the result of a vote, the Speaker states that, “without objection, a motion to reconsider is laid on the table.” This uses up the one opportunity to reconsider, and makes the result of the vote final.
LAY ON THE TABLE
A motion to lay on the table a bill, resolution, amendment, point of order, appeal or another motion disposes of the question immediately and finally and adversely — it kills it without a direct vote on the substance of the question. A motion to table is not debatable and is adopted by unanimous consent — without objection — or by majority vote. It is a “highly privileged motion” — that is, in the order in which motions are given priority in the House, only a motion to adjourn has higher precedence than a motion to table a measure.

And you think holding bullshit “threats” of voting them out is going to concern them in the least? Voting is all rigged. Voting is a scam. How many of you guys on here, are members of your local, or State Militias? If you really want to do something, & be prepared, then do as your forefathers demanded, & join the Militia! This was an order, not a suggestion! I’m not talking about the Washington run National Guard either. If you read, in the Constitution, you’ll find that the Militias are not to be sent off of U.S. soil, nor be at the command of the President, unless there were a major emergency! So the second the Government sent the NG overseas, they became nothing more than a branch of the U.S. Military. This is very important, that you guys on here, especially those who own riffles, seek out the closest Militia to you, & start training. There are plenty of legitimate Militias out there who are not Neo-Nazi’s, or Goobers in uniforms, that are in place to be called out by the Governors of your respective States. Our Framers set the Militias up to be a counter part to our Military. Has anyone seen Glenn Beck on the Cap and Trade bill. Check it out on youtube. All i can say is wow….even the MSM is telling the sheeple how bad it’s gonna get with this bill…but the way they do it is surreal. The way they deliver it…as bad as it is is kinda smoothing. These people that deliver bad news, deliver it in such a way as to blind you to the disaster coming! I can’t believe i’m watching this with a smile on my face; i think i’m under hypnosis. I’ll tell you, my mind has completely changed since i dumped that direct tv crap. Now my computer (mind) is running at optimal performance.
On the flip side….we have to be careful on what we seek on the internet as well. Can’t take EVERYTHING you see as gospel; you have to dig in order to find the treasure. A great example of that would be that fake as Neda video. That shit was ALL staged. Sorry charlie! It was a pretty good video…but it started off wrong. I could point out soooooo many errors in that video but you probably wouldn’t believe it anyway. All i can say is…it was a good attempt to stir up something…but fell short. The guy in the striped shirt missed his marks. If that person was shot…why no movement…her eyes moved but her body was stiff as a board. Boy, i guess working in hollywood sets really did pay off. May i suggest Lincoln had more compassionate motivations than you are proposing. He proposed giving all people equal freedoms under the law, regardless of whether it helped him politically or not. Lincoln returned to the political stage as a result of the 1854 Kansas-Nebraska Act, which led the states into the Civil War.

I can’t recall the verbatim quote, but I know he made a quote to his generals early on to the effect that “If letting the Confederacy keep slaves would keep the Southern states in the Union, I’d be all for it.” I know my memory isn’t that good, but it is quoted as close as I remember from the reading I did. And the idea was to occupy the enemy forces with chasing slaves bound to the North. Sorry to disillusion you, but at the time there was an uproar, though I don’t believe it extended to him being a “staunch abolitionist”.

After the Civil war he had people going all over the world trying to get them to take the Black folk and he succeeded in part, he sent some to Trinidad, Haiti, Jamaica, Belieze and a couple of other places! Lincoln didn’t care about the slaves read his inaugural address. He only want to keep what was theirs. And that was the money really read into what was going on in south carolina from 1838 till dec. 24 1860(date of secession). the feds were taxing the hell out of their shipping for starters. Lincoln inaugural address march 4 1861. says slavery is none of his business and talked about keeping what was theirs as i said above. more states secede 4 are forced by their state governments. now the slavery issue. Robert E. Lee attempts to get Jefferson Davis to free slaves to join army Davis would have nothing to do with it. Ulysses S. Grant said “if this war was to abolish slavery, I would resign my commission and offer my sword to the other side.” His wife had slaves follow her from camp to camp with her hubby and he himself was given a slave by his father. Now i am guessing that you are say well uh uh uh that is because of the emancipation proclamation. Then i will say to you… you have never read anything about the emancipation proclamation. you only understand what you have been told. and that is that then emancipation proclamation freed all the slaves. That was concocted by his advisers in an attempt to cripple the south. You should ask yourself why it was only meant for the seceding states and not the union slave states? or even parts of the seceding states. It was because it wasn’t fought over slavery. but that was the outcome. Now more importantly you should be asking yourself why are you a slave today.

The American civil war was not over slavery. If it was, then blacks, whites, and everyone else have lost bigtime, and it would be our biggest upset ever. Only six years after the declared end to the “Civil War” the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 passed making all Americans slaves to the federal corporation.
I wonder if Ron Paul will put forth legislation to redefine the United States as a Federal Republic instead of a Federal Corporation like the law states now.
That one word would change EVERYTHING! The same way that “navigable” was deleted under the Clean Water Restoration Act 2009 now makes all water federal corporation property. So even the rain that falls on your roof is Federal Reserve property.

You know in a sense you are right. The civil war was not fought over slavery. Lincoln has been quoted saying he would have kept them in bondage if that would keep the union together.
Another angle from what I can ascertain – he really personally did not approve of slavery and probably was happy to see them freed.
I think his motive were somewhat humane – no he was not willing to go to war to free them you are right.

Let’s think about this for a moment. The South had cheap labor and the North could not compete. So the money men in the North wanted to put a stop to this inbalance. In my opinion the war was about MONEY for the rich men from the north. States rights and slavery are the disinfo, follow the money.

A couple of points that have been missed. The north was changing from agrarian to industrial economy. The south’s economy was still agrarian and expanding much on the basis of cheap labor and the northern politicians were trying stop the competition. The war was fought over States Rights and property rights. The States were Independent per 9A & 10A.
Slaves were private property owned by the wealthy plantation owners. This is the rub. The Fed told the Southern property owners that their property, the slaves no longer belonged to them. This directly impacted the south’s economy. The British involvement was as always to support the conflict through banking. Driving the uSA deeply into debit to the British. Which is why Lincoln began printing debit free greenbacks to curtail borrowing from England. His refusal to stop the printing is what got him killed. It was not by accident he was killed on April 15 th, now tax day. England wanted the central bank here to pay interest to them.
After the war, as correctly stated above, the Organic Act of 1871 was passed. It created a new United States, a Corporation. There are two the united States the first governed under the Constitution. The second, created by the Organic Act of 1871 was the United States corporation, that entered into agreement (contract) with England to repay the debt.
The new Corporation created its own Constitution. Omitting the original 13A, a prohibition of Titles of Nobility, and inserting the one most are familiar with. Abolishing slavery. Because of the debt it was necessary to bind the people to a contract through Congress to repay the debt. Reconstruction. The new United States was governed under the laws of commerce. Admiralty and Maritime law.
The Emancipation Proclamation took effect only in the District of Columbia. Then enter the 14A. This legislation made all those persons that had previously been (slaves) property and elevating them to the status of citizen (lower case), giving them rights and benefits, becoming United States Corporate citizens with rights limited by the corporation. This created two Classes of people. Those who had not been slaves were (C)itizens (upper case) of their respective States of the Union, American Citizens a landed people. And corporate (c)itizens, former property, now property of the United States
Today we are all mislead into believing we are United States Citizens governed by the united States Constitution with unalienable rights. We are not.
Today we are corporate citizens with limited rights governed by the United States Constitution under Admiralty and Maritime contract law. You have no landed rights. This was all perpetrated to assure slavery to the Bank of England. The house of Rothschild.
The 16A levied a progressive income tax to pay the interest on the money borrowed by Congress in your name from the newly created Federal Reserve System. You are a corporate citizen that has promised everything you own as collateral to the United States now in receivership to the foreign bankers even the dirt you stand on.
Now that is slavery

From a baby’s first breath, the Un american IRS is smiling all the way to the bank as another “user / taxpayer” is born. Ending slavery ultimately crippled the East India Trading Company scheme the Brits were deploying. Now is the time to get to work. Contact all your state reps for the US Senate and get them to vote against this bill when it reaches them. This is our last stand against this bill. We have to put everything into it. I’ve already e-mailed both my State “US Senators” and asked them to take the same stance my Congressmen did.. Voting no. Come on folks. We can do it. Get active. Get them to see the truth. Get them to shut this down. Give them the facts, given them thought provoking notes imprinted into their brains. Because if we shut this down and it comes back, we’ve gotta be able to shut it down again and rely on our Senators to do it too. Encourage them to vote no. And if they don’t, vote them out of office.

Actually, the earth is not on an exact circular path around the sun. It’s more oblong, so when we are on the shorter side of the circle, we will also experience a warming trend. But it’s always cyclical, it ebbs and flows. So far, from what I’ve seen, I’ve not experienced an ounce of global warming. It’s been damn cold up here for the last two years. Winters have been long and brutal and this spring has been nothing but cold and rain. We’ve had maybe a total of 6 nice hot days since the start of warm weather season.

No, actually they have tampered with the temperatures at the weather stations and have been caught lying, actually it has made The Drudge Report – he does carry some good information on there.
I think it was around 2000 or 20001 – solar activity slowed down and the temperature started to decrease. They knew they would get busted that is when they renamed the fraud from Global Warming to Climate Change they knew the gig was up. I hear we should see substantial cooling I think by 2010. Oh, the earth was never that extrodinarly hot anyway, not compared to the chronicels of history. It all is garbage.
PS: Polar Bears can swim hundreds and hundreds of miles. They were never in any damned danger of drowning – despite the freakin lies.
Meanwhile – the fish are mutating from the toxins in the water. How often do you hear that discussed????? That is a big damned problem and really never seems to be mentioned.

I did not hear about the polar bears situation part though. So I have no clue what is concerned with that. I guess they were trying to say due to the ice caps “melting” from climate change / global warming that the polar bears were in some danger of drowning. That is only a guess though. It’s a shame noone watches Cspan, at least you can get some information that isn’t propaganda. The author talks about certain govt official(s) who said, when questioned about this warming/cooling, “we have 25yrs of research that proves our impact on global warming, we don’t have to provide that data to you.” Is it me or are they blatantly saying more n more “we’re here, we’re right, screw you.”?? Also, when Obama was talking about the health reform bill and I think Katie Couric asked “You just said that private industry does have good healthcare, and it works, why get the govt involved?” and he said quite plainly “Look, we’re going to be there, the govt will be involved.”

The companies used to extra emission rights to sell to private citizens.
Then it turned out that they had given to much emission rights so no company did infact lower their emissions but they made a fortune of fooled evironmentalist citizens, who bought emission rights to hinder emission..
In example.
Joe smith buys emission rights to cover for the emissions he creates when flying to Europe on vacation (this was a HUGE thing in sweden)
But since the companies got to many emission rights they never lowered any emissions and the rights joe smith has bought was actually nothing.

He is selling the DVD and his time an energy to burn the video (at a loss it would appear). He is not selling AJ’s intellectual property. Indeed, the video DVDs I saw were being auctioned for a penny. Many people would prefer to have a DVD in hand rather than stream online. Many on eBay may find the DVDs who otherwise would never see the videos because they do not know the videos are available online at sites like YouTube. He is not making money from this. The most he is profiting is likely his increased eBay feedback ratings, which entail a seller to certain perks and benefits as a seller on eBay. It’s not a bad idea. I seriously doubt AJ has an issue with this. In fact, I seem to recall this coming up at one point and AJ said he didn’t have a problem with it.
The eBay seller states that the videos are free of copyright for a specific reason—so eBay will not shut his account down. I haven’t seen his statement regarding copyright, but he should state that the owner of the copyright has granted permission to distribute the material. I can assure you, the guy is not making money off of AJ’s intellectual property. To the extent the seller is able to sell other items to people who “purchase” AJ’s videos, then he is gaining somewhat. You folks are trying to create a problem where there isn’t one. Relax.

I should add one more thing. He has to charge something, otherwise he could not list on eBay. He has to pay eBay a fee. eBay is not in the business of providing assistance for the free distribution of political information. The fact that he lists the items for a penny and only charges the actual cost of shipping is proof of his true intentions. I am sure there are some crooked or delusional eBay executives that hate this, but there is nothing they can do to stop him. The problem with your argument is that this guy IS violating the contract as provided by Alex Jones. Alex gives permission to make copies and for those copies to be given away at the patriots own expense. You are missing the point. You are trying to justify a contract violation.
Well, the ends justify the means, you might say. I don’t mean to be too harsh but, there are a lot of self-righteous cops and politicians who undoubtedly feel the same way as they trample our constitutional rights each and every day. Not all that want to help can do it completely for free. Even Alex has the money bomb. I make and sell screen printed T-shirts (patriot type) and with each purchase they get a free DVD, either Obama deception or Endgame. But don’t think I do not incorporate the cost of the DVDs into the shirts. If I didn’t I wouldn’t make anything. I burn the DVDs and information and websites to look at and give this material out. I feel he is not trying to “sell” as much as trying to get the info out to more people. That’s just my take on it.

I’ve actually heard Alex say a few time on his show that he doesn’t care if you sell it as long as his work gets out he’s fine with whatever you do. He tends to say that every time he releases his movies, the next time he releases something big listen to him, he’ll probably say it again. This guy is just using ebay as a vessel to reach people, and you need to list a fee to use ebay. I’ve seen a lot of people buy their copies off of ebay. It’s a good way to reach people, so who cares if this guy is charging a dollar? It’s about getting the word out.

Put it in your own words, read it verbatim, or just wing it if that’s your style. But these representatives are pathetically deluded and need to understand what’s at stake, so try not to get tongue-tied. If you’re asked where you’re from, give your location and then point out that even if it’s not in that representative’s district or state, it’s in the USA. This is national legislation that impacts the lives of all US citizens, not just a particular constituency.

I think it’s delusional to think the legisators are deluded. They’re partners in crime with the plutocracy who pay for the electionering to keep their legislative enablers in office and to bribe and “coerce” their legislators to do what they want. And if some the Infowars moderaters weren’t so busy blocking this type of information from concerned readers it’ld be a lot easier to bring this information to light.
The answer is to start replacing the incumbents and overhaul the legislature to get responsible people in office who’ll do a good job. Returning incumbents to office 94% of the time is what got us where we are today.

Maybe you have a point. However, it’s no less deluded to ignore human nature, which basically equips people, including members of Congress, with cognitive blinders that stop them from getting accurate images of themselves, their behavior, and their motives when they stand in front of a mirror.
No one is so perfectly objective that he or she is immune from playing these psychological tricks on themselves, and it’s absurd to suppose that the mental and moral pipsqueaks who usually get elected to office in this country (and elsewhere) are somehow immune. This raises the possibility that we can still do some good by communicating with them, if we do it well and soon enough.
On the other hand, if you want to dispense with communication entirely, then you become unrepresentable and have no cause for complaint when your opinions are ignored. I agree with you regarding the removal of degenerate incumbents using the electoral process, but I suspect that you’re merely preaching to the choir here.

I’m not ignoring human nature. I was born in DC, I know how these people are. I’ve delt with enough legislators over the years and been in the capitol and legislative office buildings enough times as important legislation was going through to get a pretty good understanding of the system. I think you’re being an apologist for their misconduct and giving them a benifit of the doubt they don’t deserve.
If I wanted to dispense with communication I’d say lock and load and rock and roll. We’re not there yet and I’m trying to avoid that. I’m also not saying dispense with communication. I just think portraying legislators as these poor deluded coerced victims of the plutocracy is extremly inacurate.

We have two nuclear reactors that will provide pollution free enviormentally compatable energy for a sustainable future using existing off the shelf technology and equipment. The sun and earth’s magma. Doubling the the grid electricity and supplying it with geothermal, solar, wind and hydro will meet current energy demands and provide sufficient electricity to make hydrogen at the filling station from water for transportation fuel at a cost of $2 to $3 a gallon of gasoline energy equivilent. This will allow carbon resources to be used for materials production feed stock with thousands of years worth of reserves.
I don’t have a problem with zero point except weaponized it makes nukes looked like kitchen matches which is why it’s suppressed. I think the neighbors in the galexy would be more comfortable if we used renewable at this stage. As we get to the stage where we can help with security work then we can phase in zero point on an as needed basis.

PLEASE INFORM UR SENATORS OF THIS MAJOR FLAW IN THE BILL
car emissions are carbon monoxide not carbon dioxide
but yet in section 711 page 530 in the 1092 page version it lists the greenhouse gasses.
carbon monoxide is not on the list so therefore cars dont pollute and this bill is unneseccary
please take thie time to read this urself in the bill but ive copied it and here it is
21 ‘‘(a) GREENHOUSE GASES.—For purposes of this title,
22 the following are greenhouse gases:
23 ‘‘(1) Carbon dioxide.

Can Congress pass a bill that violates the Constitution? No, because it is null and void from the beginning. (See Supreme Court decision Marbury vs. Madison) Why? Because of the Supremacy Clause in the Constitution does NOT ALLOW Congress to pass any law OR TREATY (defined under law as a law itself) that violates the Constitution. The Constitution doesn’t allow Congress to pass any CAPITATION TAX, OR OTHER DIRECT, TAX “UNLESS IN PROPORTION TO THE CENSUS (This is only a counting of the people. It has nothing to do with how much money, how many cars, etc. you have.) OR ENUMERATION…’ Article 1 Section 9 Paragraph 4. Also, the 16th Amendment, though shown NOT to be properly ratified, only affected the term “income” or as Irwin Schiff, etc. show you using the IRS code is “corporate profit”. That means all other direct taxes STILL HAVE TO MEET THE CRITERIA SET DOWN IN Article 1 Section 9 Paragraph 4! Now, I also don’t see anything in the Constitution allowing Congress to impose a UN/Global tax on the American people in violation of the Constitution itself using a treaty (to supersede the Constitutional requirements ). Furthermore, neither the President nor Congress has THE AUTHORITY TO PASS ANYTHING (BILLS INCLUDED) THAT VIOLATES THE CONSTITUTION. Does everybody get it now? To top it all off, I don’t see anything in the Constitution giving Congress or the President the authority to regulate (CONTROL) the air we breathe (aka this Global Warming BS). Since it isn’t in the Constitution and the 10th Amendment applies to the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, IT SEEMS THEY ARE OVERSTEPPING THEIR AUTHORITY AGAIN. (Not that states would have that authority either. This was just another observation.) Those traitors just can’t help themselves, can they? They will keep trying their scams as long as the American people allow them to get away with it. So, stop letting them get away with it, RIGHT?
P.S. In case you don’t know it, the President has no authority to impose any tax on the people by himself! The President can’t make agreements with other countries by himself and the UN is not our government, people. It is a trojan horse that needs to be sent to the slaughter house.

The corruption that permeates the capitol and the states, whenever blocked by the Constitution and Bill of Rights yell “National Security” and use that to shield themselves from the punishment due to them from us, the rightful owners of this nation.
What do we, the people have that penetrates and overcomes the shield that T.P.T.B. hide behind? Our minds? Our voices? Our spirit?

If you’re not trying to overhaul the legislature, you’re fighting with one hand tied behind your back. Trying to stop this stuff going through isn’t enough. Getting a legislature in place that can start reversing some of this stuff that shouldn’t have gone through needs to be a big part of the solution.

The ban on DDT is a bunch of crap, it is not harmful.
People are dying all over the globe needlessly because of this damned ban.
DDT is a chemical that was very effective in controlling the mosquito populations.
In area’s where malaria is prevelant – it really did save many lives – it is not harmful.
Another lie – They lie people suffer and die – all the while they live better than a damned king of old.
No one really gets away with anything – they will give an account in this life – or the next.
