CDC Drafts “Isolation Order” for H1N1

The following draft of an “isolation order” was discovered on the CDC’s website. It is a template for state and local officials to impose quarantines and what would effectively be martial law.
“Your illness [as determined by state and local officials] requires that you be isolated and requires further public health investigation and monitoring.”
Failure to obey will result in imprisonment without bail prior to trial and the possiblity of a two year prison term.
In other words, according to this document, officials can impose quarantine without evidence that somebody is actually infected with a virus that is now negligible at best. It may also be used to quarantine potentially millions of people suffering from any number of illnesses — or not suffering from any disease at the discretion of the state — that have nothing to do with H1N1. It is basically a carte blanche for martial law under the cover of protecting the public from a communicable disease that is demonstrably a manufactured and weaponized threat.

But YIKES….. Have you ever seen a document that was current from ANY of those sites? And you won’t either, they will tell you it has been in the planning phase etc., for years and you believe them, cause what there is a date stamp from the SAME website! This has been done to ALOT of documents, and most of them have NEVER been classified! So how do you suppose that they had the foresight to come up with this YEARS ago? If you want to fight the flu, if you come down with it…honey and cinnamon. It is great on respiratory ailments, arthritis, heart attack, blocked arteries, cold, many other things. 1 tsp of each on toast or in tea. Take a few times a day you could lessen any flu by days.

This paper is nothing more than a pledge to stay at home (ie: not go to school, work, the mall, etc) while you are sick to help hasten the spread of the flu. These have been used for longer than most of you have been alive, are not enforced except in the cases of extreme infectious diseases, and basically meaningless.
Why has this site turned to so much sensationalism and hyperbole? It really dilutes the things that could have meaning and implications and makes anyone who has cause for concern for said issues seem like crazy person who buys that this is some type of document that puts us the precipice of police state. Get a grip.
There are real issues to be concerned with, this is just not one of them. I am having a harder time coming here as fact finding, research and other good things are turning into sensationalism and harmless things twisted into fear, projection and plain fiction akin to Fox News, Rush Limbaugh and countless other outlets of unfounded paranoia.

this stuff comes from the plagues of the middle ages. quarantine never really went out of style, from TB to polio to today.
their game plan is clear: they plan to restrict movement personally and by shutting down highways and interstates, or setting up checkpoints to stop traffic and check IDs, health certificates etc.
it’s a three-prong Holocaust: swine flu panic/vaccinations, martial law and food rationing/compartmentalization. It has all the elements of the Nazi Holocaust: 1) identify target population 2) segregate/concetrate 3) cull in waves with enough plausibile denaibility left for the individual so he/she believes he/she might survive.
in this case they use infectious disease as a pretext for identification and the first cull, and for segregation. martial law amounts to segregation and can be expected to cause more fatal attrition. the economic angle is about rationing food and essentials, just as the Jews were given less than adequate amounts of protein per day by design.
i think alex jones is probably right about the endgame. the people in high places espouse this stuff semi-publicly. pretty soon it’s not going to be anything like “america is stuck” but more like this is your choice: death by their hands or death resisting them. contrary to popular opinion, european jews weren’t especially docile, and there were a lot more revolts and uprisings than they tell you about, but the overall kill rate was terrific anyway.

Its hard when people have their minds made up. My wife was the same way. She called me crazy ad said she was worried about my mental health. The way I woke her up was to have listen to Alex Jones when he had a guest on that she could relate to. So instead of evaluating Alex Jones she was evaluating Dr. Tenpenny. Being that she is interested in virology it worked. Now she loves Alex Jones because she has gotten to know him a little better by listening to the show. We laugh a lot at his rants but I think we have a mutual respect for him. That being said, after she warmed up to Alex, she was more open to the info. Once that happened, I sat her down and broke it all down for her. Now she is an INFOWARRIOR!!

understand that feeling well for years now since 9-11 i have been preaching this to every person i meet, in truth i feel the time for talk is past, and the time to prepair is here, sad as it is you may have to make a choice if your wife does not stand with you, hope you do not have kids involved, i would suggest doing all possible to prep to fight run hide survive etc, if you have those close in 100 percent agreement then join and prepair together, just loose the cell phones when you talk and not close to any tv or computer etc, hope you live close to rural setting and can spread supplies all around

This is very sad but we don’t know EXACTLY what happened.
The gov. CERTAINLY DOES NOT “tell young people to go out and have sex every time you want and with whoever you want”… BUT:
In the UK 1.5 million girls have taken this vax. So far 1 tragic death from an unknown (possible) complication. Death of a 14 year old girl, much younger than a typical cervical cancer death – average is 50+.
In 2006, 2,873 women in the UK were diagnosed with cervical cancer.
Cervical cancer caused 941 deaths in the UK in 2007.
This prevents 2 possible diseases strains that cause cervical cancer out of many.
If, after the vax. campaign, there are significantly less cervical cancer deaths compared to any increase in vax. adverse reacions (ie. much less total deaths) the gov. will have statiscally deemed the campaign a success even though those that had the (fatal) adverse reactions probably would not have contracted cervical cancer. If they had would have been prob. much older.

Congress still has to approve the form and make it an official document. When that happens, it no longer will say, “Draft” at the top. Instead, it will have a GRN, or Government Reference Number. Well in sounds like in this case doctors will not be your friend. Will they “report” you if you come to their office sick? How wonder how many public servants have been ordered by now to report anyone with sneezing and runny noses to the CDC? What about them not doing anymore testing for H1N1? Are just going to be guessing that people have this lab-created flu? So anyone that has the simple common cold will be reported and quarantined? This has such a grey area and the implications for mistakes and lies are overwhelming.

This “secret” piece of paper is nothing more than a pledge to stay at home (ie: not go to school, work, the mall, etc) while you are sick to help hasten the spread of the diseases. Every county in the country uses they and has used them for longer than most of you have been alive. They are not enforced except in the cases of extreme infectious diseases, and basically meaningless.

Well…You realize that quarantines are not unconstitutional? I don’t recall seeing anything restricting them in the constitution…in fact the “General Welfare” clause gives a lot of leeway in this instance. Plus, this is only a draft and obviously never put into a finalized document intended for public use or you would have seen a lot more media coverage of it. Seems to me it was just a preparatory document so that if a real outbreak occurred and a lot of people were in danger they could quickly finalize a document and get it out quickly. Although I have to say the H1N1 really isn’t bad enough to quarantine, can you imagine the problems if we could not quarantine people that have drug resistant TB or Ebola? So…you’re wrong, it’s NOT unconstitutional to quarantine people with highly contagious diseases for the general welfare of our country. And as for ‘this administration’…quarantines have been in effect long before Bush or Obama were even close to attaining office.

I think everyone should start by informing as many people as they can and have a plan for what they will do if something happens, like swine flu checkpoints or any other reason for the next civil war to get under way…take your pick. Have some food, water, guns and ammo ready to go and stay off the highways. make a map of the back roads you can all take to get to your pre determinded rally point. I plan to stay away from they cities and main roads as much as possible. I already know my little spot in the mountains i will be heading for. And plan for how you will feed yourself and those you love. bring seeds and learn how to grow crops in your area, and how to hunt. It will save you from a starving to death or having to always be in citys looking for food. but most importantly dont forget that we will win this….It will cost many live’s perhaps my own but that is somthing we all have to come to terms with. I would rather die on my feet than live on my knees!!!

Oregon Patriot, you might want to consider CB(citizens band) radios as an alternate communications system. I have a couple as well as several antennas that I can set up just about anywhere. Only requires a car battery. Can transmit several miles.

Your best bet is “MURS” Multi Use Radio. It is avordable, and utilizes “Narrow Band Width”.
I would also highly recommend the marine band transceiver, if you do not live near a major waterway. This will give you wide open bandwidth.
CB’s should also mbe in your arsenal as a secondary comm. Use MURS for your immediate area of operation.
If you have lots of money, and are smarter than the average bear, consider a ham radio and license.

Totally agree with your statements- but with exception of a small percentage of violence-minded weirdos who post on this site, have never heard any exhortation from Alex J. to commit acts of violence at all. I live in PA, and just saw this morning on the news that the CDC says that Swine Flu is wide spread here. I don’t know of ANYONE who has had or has this mild grade of flu personally. I have heard though that a few local schools here in the Pittsburgh area have had cases. All of those kids however stayed home and it ran it’s course and are fine now. But you don’t hear about what happens after they get it…just that they got it. Why won’t they talk about the fact that in 4-5 days, the people infected are well again?
What I don’t understand is that if it is already, widespread, and people are living through it…why the hell are people going to get in line for the shot? It is already proven that this is a mild form of the flu…and that with rest, like anyone other treatment of the flu, it will run it’s course and go away. Just wash your hands and you can prevent this flu.
Also, if you look at those that have passed away from this flu…they have all pretty much had proir medical conditions that contributed. They won’t tell you that though. This all leads me to believe that yes, this vax is poison.
