CDC H1N1 forced quarantine docs leak

Last night Zero Hedge obtained some interesting documents from the CDC web site. They contain blank ‘forced quarantine’ orders from Iowa and Florida regarding novel H1N1 — including quarantine to a ’secure detention center’– which appear to be recent — dated April 2009. Some may be aware the NIH and CDC just held an H1N1 conference in DC — August 19-21 2009 — that focused on ‘mass fatality management’. For many, this should be cause for concern. As is becoming clear, our government is quite corrupt. The idea that this same government is now preparing for forced quarantine and mass vaccination should make anyone who has been following recent events shudder. There is something going on here, but governments have not come clean with the public. Why ’secure detention centers’ in the U.S. and ’secure vaccination centers’ in France if there is nothing to be concerned about? It is becoming increasingly clear that a global mass vaccination campaign is planned — likely to become mandatory in the 193 WHO member countries, despite serious safety concerns regarding these untested novel H1N1 vaccines, some of which are now known to contain high levels of the deadly adjuvent squalene.
Others may be aware that it was only last week that the Massachusetts State Senate passed a law making it a relatively serious crime to refuse a mandatory vaccination or to break a quarantine order. This law also includes rather astounding violations of the 4th Amendment, including warrantless searches and seizures of property if deemed necessary in an ‘emergency’. This new Massachusetts law also included authorizations for illegal arrest without a warrant and of forced vaccination of the public. But the political activity is not limited to the states. Yesterday Obama held meetings with senior cabinet officials regarding H1N1 ‘pandemic prepardness’ including HHS Secretary Sebelius. So this is not idle speculation. There is something going on here. Either the government knows something we do not, or this is the biggest hype since the dot com bubble.

A blank document from the Iowa Department of Public Health has been discovered online, designed to be filled in with the name of an H1N1 virus victim who is required to relocate from his or her home to a quarantine facility.
The form, which began appearing today in e-mails and on the Internet, has concerned a confused public already swimming in conflicting reports about the severity of the swine flu and intrusive government measures that many fear may be taken if the disease becomes a pandemic.
The Iowa document, which WND confirmed with state officials is authentic, has done little to calm the public’s fears.
“The Iowa Department of Public Health has determined that you have had contact with a person with Novel Influenza A H1N1,” the form reads. “The Department has determined that it is necessary to quarantine your movement to a specific facility to prevent further spread of this disease.
“The Department has determined that quarantine in your home and other less restrictive alternatives are not acceptable,” the document continues, before listing mandatory provisions of compliance with relocation to a quarantine facility.
The blank-form document, which has no name or case number listed, is titled a “Facility Quarantine Order,” and though Iowa Department of Public Health Medical Director Patricia Quinlisk confirmed the state has the form, she told WND it’s highly unlikely it will ever be used.
“We’ve had these kinds of template orders for years, but we hardly ever use them,” Quinslick said. “I can count on two hands the number of times – in 20 years – that we’ve had to relocate a person because of quarantine.”
Quinslick wasn’t certain who released the blank document, or who signed her name to the bottom of some versions circulating on the Internet, but she wasn’t concerned that it’s been made public.
“We’re not trying to hide anything,” she said. “This is the kind of form we use.”
Quinslick told WND her department has prepared similar documents for several contagious diseases to “have them ready just in case.”
But at the same time, she said, state law requires that when IPDH does need to quarantine someone, it be done in the least restrictive way possible, which typically means in the person’s home.
“Usually when we relocate, it’s only because they have no place to be, like a homeless tuberculosis patient,” Quinslick said, “One time, I recall, we relocated a homeless man to his relative’s house.”
The Facility Quarantine Order for the H1N1 virus that has been circulated online illustrates Quinslick’s point.
Following the order that a person be removed from his or her home, the form contains a blank for explaining the reason, including one of the following: “the person violated a previously issued home quarantine order, the person does not have an appropriate home setting conducive to home quarantine, etc.”
Quinslick told WND it was doubly unlikely the state would use the form, since the swine flu has proven less dangerous than earlier estimates.
“I don’t anticipate using [the form] for H1N1, since it’s been shown to be a very mild disease,” Quinslick said. “We found this spring it’s not as serious as feared.”
As for fears that Iowa is preparing detention centers for rounding up the people who refuse swine flu shots, Quinslick was quick to dismiss the idea.
“Iowa has no relocation facility currently,” she said. “If we can’t quarantine a person in their home, we usually use a hotel room. There’s not a facility, no gymnasium or anything like that set up.
“And I’ve never been in on any discussion of forcing people to be vaccinated,” she added. “If there’s a highly contagious outbreak and a person refuses vaccination, that’s fine, they don’t need to be vaccinated, but they may need to stay home until we’re certain the danger has passed.”

The hint of Max Keiser and Alex Jones’ rift showed itself when Jones was a guest on Keiser’s show. On today’s show however, Keiser busted out of the gates. I feel the same way as Jones in that I’m not for government intervening in health care. I’m also not quite opposed to Keiser’s assertion that we should obliterate corporate control. Keiser just seems to have picked a relatively easy target, since the CEO conveniently opened his pie-hole.

The standard response from the government seems to be of the “Ignore that man behind the curtain!’ from the Wizard of Oz, denying everything until it is already a fait accompli (Just look at the Cap And Tax and the Health Care legislation)… This government is corrupt and compromised to the core, and (as always) the fish rots from the head down.

The article and all these comments are just amazing to read. I am speechless and also very scared. Hope I am over-reacting. It is easy to say that we won’t take the shots, I never take a flu shot as they make me seriously ill and the flu is easier for me, but what kind of control does our government have over us, can they force this? I know we have dumbed down America, just look at Reality TV to see that is true, and I am smart enough to realize much goes on “out of our sight” of “Main Street”, that the media is controlled and so on and so on. And now with the economy and so many focused on survival due to job losses of millions and home losses of thousands it makes it a lot easier for the government to keep taking more and more from the U.S. born taxpayer that have supported this country all our lives and now have nothing left for us in return – nothing. I read a lot about things that are wrong, for example only people with BILLIONS can run for office so that means they are all indebted to those who paid their way into office and then when elected they all want to be Leader of the World without setting an example in their own country to walk the walk and not just talk the talk but instead they bully other countries’ leaders and way of life. How does it end? How do people come together to make a difference? Many of us have written editorials, signed petitions, voted for the lesser of two evils in elections, shared information for years/decades and it has not gotten better. We still have two parties that never respond to how to “fix” anything instead they just blame the other party, an easy way out for them to not address their failures and lack of intelligence on resolutions. I read a lot of blogs or articles about the things that need to change but not really how we can change them. I thought the Tea Parties were great. They were peaceful and spoke tons with out violence or problems and yet? It is nice to see so many intelligent people writing on this site without being unkind to one another and respecting each other’s input. Just good intelligent conversation and discussion. I am looking forward to hearing from more and more as they receive the email from people like you and me that have spent sometime today sharing it. Good luck to us all, we are going to need it.

Sandra, people are now finally “getting it”, it took many years of the “good life” which blinded, and caused people to not take notice. Well, NOW they are noticing, and taking action. There will be a whole lot more pain, suffering, starvation, and yes, death, before we can start to heal our country. In response to OldEnough: Most blogs like this are filled with people tearing down what someone wrote, wanting to argue and many who get on just to promote their own websites (like work at home sites or dating sites). But on here the majority write well, discuss this issue and do so without stating how wrong the input of someone who has written before them is or how wrong they are in what they state. I see more open discussions on here than I do criticisms and put downs. Every site that has a place for comments gets someone who wants to just see their name, or their words and who are not trying to make a difference but here we are at least seeking knowledge, and discussing our concerns or suggestions. I think in general today with so much wrong in our country it is time the “Main Street” crowd realized that these issues exist and maybe together somehow we can make a difference if not for ourselves for future genrations. Most of all to let the government that has become a government Of/By/For the Government and not one that is any longer Of/By/For the People know we are not stupid enough to realize that we are being taken advantage of with every decision they make and every bil they pass, that it is all about “them”. The elected, for the most part, are only about greed and of course the “all about me” mentality that is rampant in these times. I guess you have not seen or read some of the sites I have where everyone is mean spirited, do not care how they sound, write only to be mean but believe me, this is a good one compared to many I have come across over the years. Most have been a “one up” sight where everyone wants to be the smartest writer and one up those that have written before them. On here I think that for the most part it is more of a discussion forum and not a put down forum. I like that they include links to validate their input as well and not just make statements without validation where it is needed. Sorry if you do not see it the same way and it is fine for you to disagree as so far we still have freedom of speech – to a point anyway.

I actually went back and read most of the posts on this particular thread, and YES, today they are in fact articualting themselves quite well. I’m not sure just how many different threads/articles you have read in the past here. Again, this thread is quite tame, I wish I could say that for some I’ve read in the past. They can, and are, spontaneous, immature, and tend to use less than acceptable language.
This site however, does attract a wide segment of the population. Like I said, somtimes you end up wading through some posts that do very little to contribute to the given thread.

A network needs to be created. An alert system comprised of conventional means, I dont mean emails and cell phone calling trees! I mean horsemen and dirtbikes. If the grid goes down we have no way of communitcating. Create your networks, plan, meet in advance!!! There needs to be a netork of like minded patriots who can help eachother. Help with food, shelter, travel, medical attention, etc. Start thinking about that guys. The time for realization is OVER! If you dont except what is happening as the TRUTH RIGHT NOW, than you are already dead. This isnt a GAME, this isnt FUN, this isnt a FANTASY to justify your military collections to your wife/husband. For EyesWideShut: I have a friend that has made similar statements to me, and others, for quite sometime and that a revolution, as happened in the past needs to, and will, happen again. I hope he finds the time to write a comment in the next day or two on here as well as it would be good to hear from him. He is a history buff to the max. From the past mistakes that we have not learned from having made now to have only repeated he can pretty well peg what is ahead. Your input is valid, in my humble opinion, and kind of what I heard from my friend and did not want to hear any more than any one else wants to hear what is ahead of us. Mental exhaustion from being overwhelmed with daily living and all the fears of what the government will do to us next is making life tougher than it should be for all of us. It is a lot for all of us to handle isn’t it?

yea life suck ass! there is very little that we can actually do about it. they control almost every aspect of our lives. especially how they genetically alter all the food so we, over time, become sterile. and then there is this swine flu hype they want the world to fear, so they can create this “vaccine” and inject us with an untested substance. nobody knows the long term effects of what this thing can do or if it will actually work. i would say god help us all but we brought this on ourselves! we stood by on the sidelines while watching the government and military kill of innocent in other countries. SHIT WILL GET WORSE. this is only the beginning! im still young and im barely going into this world on my own, and all this shit finally starts to move. why make moves now? bad part is, when this goes down, there will be nowhere to hide.

I’ve never had the flu in my life. Never took a day off sick from work once. I must have one of hose super immune systems. Anyway, thank God for Alex Jones. All of his videos hit home. The government can kill 3,000 people in the towers, why would a hundred million more deaths bother them? Besides, we have the media keeping this economic Depression, hush hush. Before the realization sets in that we’ve all been lied to about this current collapse, it only makes sense that they scare a the world, throw people in prison and begin the whacking. Revelation does say there will be a return of the guillotine (beheading). Everything the government does is proving the Bible to be totally correct. The RFID chip and without the chip a person won’t be able to buy or sell: straight out of Revelation. Max is certainly on a rant. He’s also correct to point out that Americans could be getting a lot more done if we would use the power of the BOYCOTT against the oppressive corporations.

Ive already had the swine flu, my wife was exposed when a co-worker of hers came to work and worked 2 days before a doctor found out what he had. They sent him home for 3 days. He came back to work yesterday fit as a fiddle. I ended up getting the swine flu from my wife, she didnt get sick, but i did. All i had was a bit of a fever and some chills and a general feeling of yuckiness. Its been a couple days since then and im back to normal. Dont buy into all this fear mongering bullshit.
I do know that most nurses and doctors in the US refuse to take the h1n1 vaccine because the longterm issues are much worse than the short term. Even my doctor refused the shot and says he aint taking it till they strap him down and force it in him. Guillian-Barre sybdrome is no laughing matter. They tried to push this exact same junk back then and many people fell for it. Government figures SAY not many died and few were injured but that smells like propaganda to me. And if anyone tries to put that junk in me, im going to cough on them and expose them to it, and maybe spit in their eyes if i have to.
