A largely unreported meeting held at the State Department discussed integration of the U.S., Mexico and Canada in concert with a move toward a transatlantic union, linking a North American community with the European Union.The meeting was held Monday under the auspices of the Advisory Committee on International Economic Policy, or ACIEP. The meeting was held under “Chatham House” rules that prohibit reporters from attributing specific comments to individual participants.

We declared our American Independence from the putrid decay of the Europeans so that we could free ourselves from the harness of the tyranny of their kings, dictators, emperors, and traitors, to be an exemplary beacon to lead them and the rest of the world to a more satisfying, eventful future!
For these small-spirited, harebrained animals, bushies and their ass-lickers, who wear the Skull and Bones of the children which they abducted from their crying mothers and slaughtered as sacrifice to their monster Moloch, as an insignia to drag us the Americans back to a time of Terrorism, and the Age of Darkness is intolerable, and can not be endorsed to continue in this United States of Americans!
Empires, or One World Powers and New World Orders, do not work, never have worked and never will work! As no one can tell other people what to do in their own countries, how to live their lives or chose their leaders for them! And we can not keep endeavoring terrorist invasions of aggression against other countries and have these nefarious politicians in the Bush Nazi Terrorist Administration and their collaborators declare war on Iranians to directly confront the Russian-Chinese-European-Oriental coalition and oppose them while we are suffering humongous unpayable deficits after these vermin, and the congressionals, defiled our U.S. dollars into worthless toilet paper implicitly to have both sides of the Equator repudiate this useless currency for stronger foreign money…
Turning away our former Allies and staunches friends against us the Americans in this United States already kicked-out of the International Community for being utterly stupid! Storys like this is what started the revolutionary Wars. Why and HOW on God’s Green Earth, have we allowed Governemnts to regulate or another word for Regulate is to control the flow of what we are ALLOWED to do. They musta found a really Intelligent way of putting people to sleep with there EYES WIDE OPEN. They’ve found ways to run your Minds and you never knew it. They put CHEMICALS in the water and NO ONE EVER says a word. Hell i lost a Job i worked for over 16 years and retirement that was well above the Norm, because i stood up to what I KNEW was Right. Yea, Sure they so-called won,Because i walked and was a member of the Unemployed. But i let them know Just because they had the paper hanging on there walls to say they were More educated, I was a so-called Illiterate in there eyes who uncovered what they were doing. Bought off the State in order to keep operating. Then they ingeniously brought over to the United States here from Germany that Talked about “Mad Cow” Bone from France England And Germany. Why Not there Mother company was DGF STOESS of Germany. They Snuck it into the country and ran it in there Processes. That went into pharmacuetical Gelatin used in making capsuls you and I Take to remedy Illnesses. The Pharmacuetical Company they sold it to was Capsulgel. Did anyone note the use of the term “capacity building” in the description of the meeting’s agenda? Curious, I looked it up: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capacity_building. Sounds like code for “diverting American resources and money to Mexico.”

More of the same old same old. I can understand and agree with many of you that such actions are treasonist. However, we cannot hold these people responsible because of the staggering number of ignorant, self absorbed, fools that laugh at us for talking about these things and label us as “conspiracy theorists” when in fact it is “conspiracy reality”. These criminals will continue to recognize success in their missions until the masses get fed up. The true threat is that when or if the population wakes up and sees this for the treason that it is… will only be realized when they are on the cattle cars on the way to the ovens and gas chambers. I hate to say it, but the future doesn’t look bright for this nation and I don’t see that the few decent Americans, such as those that read these notes, can offset the human wave of ignorace and complacency. Congress makes laws to build fences to block Mexico, but are unwilling to fund the construction and unwilling to enforce immigration laws, and nobody calls them on it and those that do are called racist or “conspiracy theorists”. This is ridiculous, this country is doomed! If I could get my wife to understand all of this instead of arguing and pretending like all is well, I would already be on my way to some unknown location. All of us in this country are in for a Hell the likes of which no American has ever known and only few in the human race can even imagine.

Yes, yes, YES! We are in alot of trouble in this country. But, do not forget that there ARE many that are waking up! Be aware of what is going on, of course. Educate and inform yourself, by all means. But, do not forget that where your focused intent is needed is on what will need to be done AFTER it all falls to ratsh*t. Focus your intent on how you would like to see this country\world AFTER the chaos that will most definitely insue within the next few months and years. YES, time is running out, but remember all this means nothing if we allow it to begin again AFTER the chaos. They do believe that they will be able to control the outcome when things do finally erupt and while the chaos is ongoing they believe that they will be able to “put things back together, they way they have always wanted it.” At this point in time, the only hope that TRULY remains is how to stop them from using the chaos to implement their new order after the mess truly begins. Instead of putting ALL of your efforts into concentrating only on what is going on now and how they are screwing us daily (although this is important- to be aware of what is happening) try to save some of your energy for the intent of what you would like to see happen to this country and this world instead of how they want it to be. We are very aware that from every possible angle we are being attacked–even in some manners you are not yet aware of–but, if all of your time and energy is taken up by ONLY these things, you are missing some of the point to the end of this story. They CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTROL THE OUTCOME OF THIS COMING CHAOS. They WILL attempt to re-establish their idea of a new order. THIS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COME TO ITS INTENDED CONCLUSION. Save some of your energy and thought for what you would intend for this country \world to become; not just what it is now becoming.

I AM for the open borders. Humans are one species, and every one of us should be welcomed anywhere in the world we go. I don’t see a problem with that. This does not challenge national sovereignty any more than open borders for the 50 states challenges the sovereignty of the individual states. Now I’m not for turning humankind into worker bees for the elite. That’s a whole other ball of wax.

I am NOT for open borders—any more than I am for open box offices, open houses, deprivations of privacy or letting the shiftless “human species” eat, sleep and shit anywhere they want. Even dogs and animals respect borders for good reasons. Good neighbors make good fences. The answer: FIX MEXICO in MEXICO.
We don’t want that here. Latin America should be having a booming economy now like China, India and other countries with emerging economies. Mexico and Latin America’s problems are due to thier fuedalistic system that they need to fix, with our help of course. Don’t brng it here!

They are not ceding my sovereignty. They are ceding theirs. I am not a citizen of the corporate USA. I am soverign US Citizen. They can not enforce thier laws on me I am out of thier jurisdiction. If the violate my jurisdiction they need to go through my enforced second amendment which is my God given right.

Three South Texas highways to be interstates

South Texas is not only going to get its first interstate – it is also going to get a second and a third.
State transportation officials knew one of three southern highways – U.S. Highway 281 in Hidalgo County, U.S. Highway 77 in Cameron County or U.S. Highway 59 in Webb County – would eventually become part of an interstate stretching from the Texas-Mexico border to Texarkana, in the northeast part of the state. Only Webb County is currently served by an interstate.
The state’s Trans-Texas Corridor plan calls for an Interstate 69 extension linking South Texas to points north, with I-69 eventually becoming part of a federal highway project to connect Canada and Mexico. Advocates expect the project to reduce congestion, enhance safety, expand economic opportunities and improve air quality, among other benefits.
Now, though, instead of only one South Texas highway making the cut for I-69 inclusion, all three of them have.
“All three routes are considered part of the I-69 system,” said Mario Jorge, the Texas Department of Transportation’s local district engineer. “The actual determination of which one comes first will be handled at a later date when funding becomes available.”
Early discussions included the possibility of adding new lanes to one of the highways and operating them as a toll road targeting commercial traffic, while existing lanes would remain free for motorists to use.
But Jorge said no new lanes will be added to the highways, and the major upgrades will just be overpasses.
U.S. Highway 77 is the most likely choice to become the first I-69 corridor running through the Rio Grande Valley, he said, because it will be quicker, easier and cheaper to upgrade. No final decision has been made yet, however.
“Our plan is to get an interstate to the Valley as soon as we possibly can,” Jorge said. “If 77 can get it here, we will do that.”
Of the two Valley routes, U.S. Highway 77 has more segments that are already up to “interstate standards,” which means they have more overpasses compared to U.S. Highway 281.
There also are fewer landowners along U.S. Highway 77 between Brownsville and Corpus Christi, meaning the state doesn’t have to get as many approvals from property owners to access land for construction.
“It is a lot more expensive and a lot more complicated along 281,” Jorge said. “There are way too many property owners.”
The private development team for I-69 will have the final say over which corridor is upgraded first.
A consortium comprised of Spanish infrastructure giant Cintra and San Antonio-based Zachry Construction Corp. will provide TxDOT with a cost estimate and design for the Texas portion of the I-69 corridor in the next few months, Jorge said.
TxDOT also will ask the companies to do the upgrade of U.S. Highway 77, he said.
He said “zero dollars” have been allocated to upgrade the highway. State transportation officials started cutting road projects in December, citing a budget that can’t keep up with existing road maintenance and new highway construction.
Jorge said the private developers will be funding the U.S. Highway 77 project from tolls collected in other segments of I-69 outside the Valley.
Once the consortium presents the three corridor construction plans to TxDOT, state officials will make their final decision on which route to upgrade first.
Hidalgo County Judge J.D. Salinas met with Gov. Rick Perry last week to ask him to upgrade both U.S. Highway 77 and U.S. Highway 281 at the same time.
Salinas points to a February 2007 TxDOT study that repeatedly states that U.S. Highway 281 carries more truck traffic as a result of the North American Free Trade Agreement. The federal government signed NAFTA in 1994 to increase trade among the United States, Canada and Mexico.
U.S Highway 281 carried 5.9 percent of the state’s NAFTA traffic. U.S. Highway 59 was slightly lower and U.S. Highway 77 carried 3.6 percent.
The study also predicts U.S. Highway 281 will have the second largest increase in truck traffic by 2030 among seven major NAFTA corridors. Only Interstate 30, running from Dallas to Texarkana, will have a larger increase, according to the study’s projections.
Salinas questions the state’s rationale for leaning toward upgrading U.S. Highway 77 before U.S. Highway 281.
“Their own studies say that 281 is busier than 77,” he said. Salinas added, though: “I’m not going to put 77 against 281 – they need to do both.”
Repeated messages left with the governor’s press office, the main TxDOT press office and Zachry were not returned Friday, which was a holiday. The Monitor was unable to locate contact information for Cintra.
U.S. Highway 281 will be upgraded, Jorge said. He just doesn’t know when. However, construction for the U.S. Highway 77 upgrade should begin in the next three to five years.
“We’re doing something very similar on 281 and trying to get the plans ready for expansion,” Jorge said.
