CBS News reported that Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, John G. Roberts, Jr., would meet in private with impostor president elect, Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro and so forth, on January 14, 2009:
"At the invitation of Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., Mr. Obama and Vice President-elect Joe Biden will pay a protocol visit to the Supreme Court of the United States Wednesday afternoon, the office says….The visit is private; reporters and photographers will not be present."
I called the media number at the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon. The giddy operator confirmed they expected Obama at any minute!
To say I was floored when I read the news item is an understatement. A ‘ceremonial’ meeting between a president elect and justices of the Supreme Court is somewhat traditional. HOWEVER, in this instance, it’s flat out wrong. Chief Justice Roberts has cases on the docket where Obama is the defendant or is the subject of the litigation. Roberts and the other eight justices have already held two ‘Distribution for Conferences’ on the Donofrio and Wrotnoski cases on Obama’s citizenship ineligibility. They just turned away one of Phil Berg’s cases a few days ago; that one is still in the Third Circuit. Tomorrow is the fourth case; another from Phil Berg.
On Wednesday, Roberts meets with the man at the heart of that case in private. Two days later, he sits down to discuss the case with the other justices after having a closed door meeting with the defendant! There is still the Lightfoot v Bowen case to be heard in conference, January 23, 2009. Again, Chief Justice Roberts will sit in that private meeting to discuss whether the case should go to oral arguments.
Does anyone see major conflict of interest here? How can Chief Justice Roberts meet with Obama behind closed doors under such circumstances? Even if they just chatted up the weather, it is highly inappropriate in my humble opinion. Roberts should have notified Obama that under the circumstances, he would not be able to meet with him, private or with photogs in attendance. There must be zero appearance of any bias or preference when it comes to judges and justices of the Supreme Court.

There’s a real outrage.

That’s a mini list. Gun sales are through the roof; already written about that asking, now that you have all these guns and ammo, what are you going to do with them? It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand these poltroons in Congress don’t need your gun once they take away your ammunition. Think writing a letter to Nancy Pelosi is going to make a difference? There are thousands of gun groups and clubs across this nation. There are many great militia organizations throughout the states, but we know the feds want to shut them down if possible.

That’s a mini list. The warnings were ignored and now the pain is here, but it will get much worse because the real solutions are being ignored.
Companies like Monstanto are killing us with their engineered foods. They are killing off our family farmers. If you haven’t watched ‘The World According to Monsanto’, get the DVD and watch it. The aerosol spraying of our skies is killing us slowly, but enriching the big pharmaceutical houses because people are getting sicker and sicker:

4. Mission accomplished: Globe enveloped in a radioactive, toxic chemical, heavy metal and nano particle-laden haze
Where are our state legislators? They are breathing the same toxic chemicals and so are their children. Constitutional state reps and senators need to make a formal inquiry with the Department of Defense and hold hearings at their state capitol, haul in the state health department and ask them what they know. We must get the truth and the spraying must stop. Those chemtrails are why John and I have the Berkey water filter system and filters on our shower heads. Not a drop of tap water goes for cooking, the dogs or our bodies. I even wash my face with filtered water. The spraying has been going on for a decade.
People have been listening to my new radio show; thank you! Emails from listeners also express shock and anger and what can I do? Dr. Edwin Vieira has been writing about reconstituting the constitutional militia for years. I have dedicated a large block of time through my columns and radio on that issue. Both Edwin and I get the most ridiculous and pathetic excuses why men won’t step up and embrace their constitutional duty.
As I said in a recent column, there are tens of thousands of groups across this country working hard to stop this tyrannical government from rolling over us. There is fear of martial law and even many openly speaking about being locked, loaded and it’s time to roll. That’s exactly what the federal dragoons and their handlers want. Don’t become the next Bevis and Butthead of the patriotic movement: Patterson and Kiles.
Y2K was the big scare people to death event thanks to the deliberate hype by a lot of people writing books. Some took it so seriously, it turned into a very bad situation and I’m talking about two guys here, Kevin Ray Patterson and Charles Dennis Kiles. These gents were so convinced Y2K was it, they decided the best way to combat the complete collapse of this country would be to blow up a couple of 12,000 gallon propane tanks located in a residential area about 30 minutes from my former home in Sacramento.
Patriots immediately came to their defense, so I went down to the federal court house, copied the arrest warrants, affidavits and all the paperwork available. These two geniuses got themselves into deep trouble and in the end, their own words on tape from undercover federal agents is what got them convicted. One of those wired agents was a female from the ATF with a cute little wiggle. I wrote about their trial. What they were planning was wrong. Had they blown those propane tanks, no telling how many innocent people would have been killed or maimed – people who have nothing to do with the UN, the central bank or passing laws. The constitutional militia can stop a call for martial law based on a false flag operation. It’s all about numbers.
I urge you to tune out the noise and distractions and get involved with effective grass roots organization right now. Grassroots is where it’s at, but it takes bodies and commitment.
For the first time in 19 years, I have become affiliated with an organization, Committees of Safety. No, I don’t get paid and I don’t get paid for doing my radio show, either. This isn’t about money, it’s about our survival and freedom. It’s about becoming part of the solution instead of just talking or accepting defeat.
Their focus is four top issues and you can read about them on their web site. Time grows short. Anyone, no matter your age, can join and become a freedom fighter because each chapter is local in a county. There’s always work for volunteers no matter what your age. You can continue activism on other issues, but if we don’t force the issue regarding fiat currency and implementing a sound monetary system, reconstitute the constitutional militia, stop the vote fraud and protect our food and water, many other problems will seem like small potatoes.
Numbers build power. Do you know the history of the original Committee of Safety from the colonial era? Many Committees of Safety were established throughout Colonial America at the start of the American Revolution. Back then, the men gathered to discuss the issues and problems facing them. Local militias were generally under the control of the COS and importantly — they sent their representatives to the county level assemblies to represent their local interests. They derived their power from the people. They sounded the alarm when necessary and networked with adjoining counties. You can read the Order of the Provincial Congress signed by John Hancock here. It’s worth five minutes of your time this weekend.
There are 3,141 counties in this country. There are millions of patriots. Just think what can be accomplished with a COS in every county in America? As a cohesive unit, you become part of the solution. Your representatives go to the State Capitols and present the case for constitutional solutions on key issues. Everyone who becomes part of a COS will learn the history of this republic as relates to our monetary system, the true militia and so forth. As your county chapter grows, you meet other Americans who love this republic and are committed to solutions, not more politics. I can tell you from personal experience, it’s very rewarding.
It’s time for retirees – especially our veterans – to step forward with your flexible schedules and leadership qualities. Remember your oath. America still needs you. If there isn’t a chapter in your area, YOU step forward and get it organized. Heavens, our vets are highly trained in a hundred different fields. I realize this will be difficult in major metropolitan areas like LA, but let freedom ring in every county possible. You are not alone. I’ve watched this movement grow over almost two decades. There are more of us out there than you realize. Get on down to your local VFW Hall and start talking. Participate in our Wednesday night conference calls so you know what is going on and listen to those who have active chapters.

My email is full of tragic stories from people in dire financial straits. Americans who won’t have any money for the IRS come April. Who can barely put food on the console because they’re now living in their cars. How much longer are we the people going to put up with the fraud being perpetrated by the IRS? Like prohibition, only a massive grassroots awakening and campaign will force this issue with the crooks and cowards in Congress. Remember: the IRS feeds the privately owned Federal Reserve. Congress must have it as their collection mechanism to keep borrowing more worthless currency to fund their wars and massive social spending.

Forget about the person who doesn’t want the truth or could care less about their freedom. We can’t baby sit millions of adults whose body temperature is barely above warm. So, do you folks intend to take this kind of treatment or do you plan to take action to oppose? Time will tell and the fight began years ago as the warning bell was pounded over and over….. NOW IS THE TIME TO become involved and oppose restrictions of our freedoms.
We must oppose with peaceful actions first and only when they fail should we remove by force those who don’t maintain their oath to office.

We have pleaded, we have asked, we have tried peacefully to make known our wishes. The corruption could be seen as they thwarted our attempts at placing a people’s president. The corruption is too great to have room for the people. They flaunt their corruption. They must think they live in a bubble that protects them from the wrath of the people. It is a sad day in America.
You can count on the revolution starting in 2009. The boys are almost ready for the revolution, mostly right now the delay is the weather. It seems ominously quite right now because it is is “The Deep Breath Before the Battle”. Our thoughts are ever more sober, because we know what lies before us.
Pray for your country, pray for us because soon some of us will kiss our wives and leave the house…. one last time.

It seems like a message from Roberts that in his mind the issue of legitimacy is resolved. He’s in a bind, but the meeting cannot be acceptable if the cases in the Supreme Court are being accorded serious consideration. Roberts is prejudging the outcome of the court’s deliberations.

It’s not just Roberts who will be meeting with Obama today – it is all of the justices. At least according to this news article:

And that is simply ex parte communications with a party to a case (meeting with only one side in a dispute – you can bet that the Supreme Court has not invited Berg, Donofrio, or Wrotnoski to come have a nice chat with the Court).
So, it is not really a matter of a conflict of interest, but a violation of well settled principles of due process that one side to a dispute should not be able to communicate with the judge outside of the presence of the other litigant. Canon 3(A)(4) of the American Bar Association (ABA) Model Code of Judicial Conduct discourages judges from such ex parte communications bedause of those due process concerns. There are exceptions made in rare instances where the safety of a litigant is at stake, such as in domestic violence cases, where a woman can get an ex parte restraining order, but in the normal course of litigation, it is patently improper for only one side to have an audience with the court.
Ex parte communiciation would be improper in a challenge to the fitness for office of the county dog catcher in county court. It is also improper at the highest level.
