China Blames Wall Street Meltdown On Fed Overissuance Of Currency

China’s state media today reports on the real reason behind the Wall Street meltdown and a subject that the mainstream US media dare not mention – the Federal Reserve’s overissuance of currency – which the Chinese say is part of a wider agenda to justify increased control over the global economy.
The Bush administration today announced a plan to use hundreds of billions of dollars of taxpayer money to buy up up bad mortgages and other debts. The process of injecting more fiat money into an already over-inflated system had the desired effect – the Dow Jones shot up 450 points – but the dollar, following a brief jump, began to plummet.
According to numerous Chinese state media news sources today, the Federal Reserve’s continued zeal for propping up the market by injecting illusory liquidity is part of an agenda to gain trust and grease the skids for increased government intervention in financial markets.
China Finance , China News and Chaobao Financial News, all state owned media outlets, slammed the Fed for taking action that will only make long term economic conditions worse and devalue the dollar by “creating money that does not exist which leads to the inflation of liquidity,” a policy contrary to China’s position as a holder of vast reserves of US dollars.
The analyst quoted by Chaobao Financial News highlighted “that when there is market failure, the paramount purpose of government intervention should be saving the market for the benefit of the people: Relief, Recovery and then Reform,” and that “Protecting the rights of people who are suffering in the housing market and as a result of high oil prices should be treated as a priority.”

The analyst added that by concentrating on saving just a few large financial companies, the Fed is creating wider financial chaos while arousing anger and suspicion by “only protecting and encouraging large companies’ wrong doing.”
CEIBS Professor of Economics and Finance Xu Xiaonian told a conference yesterday that “The fundamental source of Wall Street’s meltdown is caused by Federal Reserve overissuing currency.” He cautioned that the US government has already exceeded its scope in terms of intervention compared with their usual policy.
Similar sentiments were echoed by economist Zuo Xiaolie, who said that the amount of money injected into the market will have little real impact, but that such measures are a “Narrow minded way that the Federal Reserve uses to diversify the pressure of currency adjustment to other countries, which leads to the devaluation of the dollar, causing imbalance in the global economy.”
“The amount of money that has been put into the market can not fundamentally save the market,” said Xiaolie, adding that the move was merely part of an agenda to “regain the trust and justify future further intervention in the economy.”
On Wednesday, China’s official People’s Daily newspaper, the voice of the ruling Communist party, said that the US had unleashed economic “weapons of mass destruction” and set off a “financial tsunami” by allowing Wall Street lenders to trade in subprime debts and unstable financial derivatives, according to a Press TV report.
China has previously threatened to liquidate its vast holding of US treasuries, amounting to $1.33 trillion, if Washington imposes trade sanctions to force a yuan revaluation. The Communist power has also repeatedly expressed its anger at the Fed’s indifference to the weakening dollar. If China were to dump the dollar it would likely set in motion a chain of events that would lead to a collapse of the greenback.

SOLUTION FOR THOSE WANTING TO STOCK UP NOW:
Max out your credit cards in order to purchase survival gear and then subsequently, file Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The bankruptcy court will have to approve it as long as you wait 6 months (180 days) after your last major purchase and not make it look fraudulent.
If you still have credit during the 6 month period, you can use your credit cards to buy groceries, pay rent, utilities, gas and car maintenances during this “waiting” period—just no major purchases. The key is using the right strategy and doing it smart!
As a caveat, my sage advice is to transfer—title ownership only—your house, car, etc. to someone else during the meantime so that the court cannot relegate them. A friend of mine purposely maxed out his credit cards up to $60K then filed Chapter 7 successfully. He still has everything and is now $60K richer in survival gear including guns, ammo, storable food, bunker, etc.
You can do it too but do it now before the imminent collapse of the United States of Hysteria!

For those who say “my solution” is stealing:
I’ll bequeath unto you a little example:
Let’s say you and your family are left with nothing—no money, no food, nothing. Now, the only option for you is to steal a loaf of bread from a corporation (e.g. credit card company), to feed your children or else they starve to death. Would you do it? I would, thus, my children live. You wouldn’t, thus, your children die. Sometimes, the right thing to do is the immoral thing to do. Look up moral consequentialism and learn something.

For anyone else whining:
This solution worked for my friend successfully, who filed Chapter 7 just last year. It works! You just have to be smart about how you do it.
Moreover, You CAN’T be thrown in jail for debt, UNLESS:
1) It’s for income tax evasion <- Not Applicable
2) It’s for child support evasion. <- Not Applicable
3) It’s found fraudulent. <- (which I already covered) If you make it look legit, then you can’t be found fraudulent.
Furthermore, the debt that you accumulate does NOT get paid back from our pockets! When a credit card company grants you a credit limit increase, do you know where the money comes from? It’s called fractional reserve banking, meaning they can loan up at a minimum 10 times for every dollar. This means it’s created out of thin air, NOT from our pockets! Thus, paying back the debt doesn’t come from people like you and me.
Besides, the merchants you buy from will be happy because you’re purchasing their stuff and they get paid regardless. You only end up screwing the credit card companies! Woe is them!
By the way, I know stealing is stealing. I did say it was immoral (read above) and I also posted something about moral consequentialism (read above). But you won’t be complaining about stealing when you’re starving on the streets after the police take your house away.

I just have to say this. The saying, “What goes around, comes around,” comes to mind. Remember 1998 when Chinese interests worked overtime to get Normalized Trade Relations with the US? Remember when they devalued the Remnibi to make their goods seem cheap? Guess what? That’s happening IN REVERSE now. The dollar is worth nothing, making prices seem high for all goods. It’s not surprising that China is up and arms about this, but they were laughing all the way to the bank when our manufacturing sector was gutted and moved over to China, practically in totality. Very ironic.

The way you read into this situation is all about interpretation. The Chinese government wants more of that American fix they’ve been sucking on for years. This system is going to come down like a hammer on China. The Chinese economy is even more so governmentally controlled then the American. China wants to get everything they can from America whilst they still can. Their who is propping up the Americans, don’t be fooled! If this whole situation turns bad on the Chinese government there will be a lot of animosity towards America. At that point provoking a large scale war will be relatively simple. If you haven’t notice China is very vindictive and bitter towards the west. They already want pay back for their own personal mistakes. Just imagine how angry driven they’ll become when the situation changes again. Just think of all the weapons technology siphoning into China right now. China has been using American Greed to build up its infrastructure and technological advancements. Already they can reverse engineer any product we make and they still have not returned the military tech they stole from us in 2001 when they shot down an american Spy Plane and returned it stripped. Your statement, though understandibly attempting to express your emotions on the matter, is not quite accurate.
I would say the Chinese financial community of bankers and policy people knows what’s going on, just as the American financial community of bankers knows what’s going on. The average American is in fact watching TV, but the average Chinese citizen is either working on a farm, sweat shop, watching tv, or doing whatever else they do over there, and they probably don’t have a clue either.

We need to develop organized resistance against the primary weapons of international tyranny and fear:
1. the 9/11 falsehood and the self-inflicted wound template.
2. the checkpoint concept.
We need to denounce 9/11 as the inside job that it is, and we need to develop organized resistance against the checkpoints, and the fear they produce–the reason checkpoints exist and are proliferating, is because they wear guns, and most non-police don’t, and in that scenerio, it really isn’t possible for someone wearing a gun, physiologically or psychologically, to have respect for someone who isn’t wearing a standard sidearm.
Excuse my language, but it takes a damn lot of disrespect to run a checkpoint–especially when they know that they are the ones who instigate these airline attacks–99 percent or more are self-inflicted false-flags, and the governments damn well know it. We people need to be able to move, and travel, and think, and walk, and breathe without being challenged, or checkpointed, or dehumanized.
Why do they have to get your guns first before you are checkpointed? Because every gentleman carries a gun, no matter what the laws say, because the right to self defense is a matter of common law, that is written in men’s hearts, and only depraved cowards and parasites can checkpoint their own brothers, after indoctrination, and they are (rightfully) very frightened of people who have a robust self-defense capability; they don’t want us to have that. They don’t want us to think like that.
We need to show our professionally holstered guns (check your laws, and review open-permitted carry if necessary with your sheriff in your juridiction), and we need to start challenging these checkpoints. If people are denied air travel because they request to be treated with dignity and don’t like being manhandled or treated like they’re going through a slaughterhouse chute, then we need to break any aviation monopolies associated or coupled with the checkpoints that are driving them.
From the standpoint of psychology, logistics, and ethics, the best strategy is to form temporary alliances with fellow travelers at the checkpoint area, and then you can reverse the behavioral-contagion attacks with a direct, forceful, verbal confrontation of the CO, but you need to have the right people around you–if they are properly mentally prepared, they will respond properly to your display, but if they are cowards, they will turn away, and then you know that the human material, the raw social material of outrage and courage does not exist at that place, and you don’t have your numbers. And if that is the case, then you are probably in the wrong place, or you are living under a tyranny that needs to be overthrown. Don’t get instigated, but trust your instincts. Instigators usually have a lousy sense of humor, they don’t smile much, they don’t speak from the heart, they eminate lovelessness, and their emotional responses are sarcastic, masked, slow, disingenuous, or contrived.
Remember, each checkpoint is an opportunity for another tiny revolution–don’t ever let anybody ever humiliate you in front of your fellow human beings, and if they use fighting words, do what you need to do, and try to recruit a few people first.
Challenge each and every checkpoint. If somebody tries to take you away, or orders you to do something that doesn’t feel right, or if you are a woman, or maybe you’re a gay man who’s a very well dressed, non-confrontational professional who doesn’t want trouble, then say loudly, “I don’t want to go in some back room with you. I don’t want to get in your cruiser. I’m not doing this, this is harassment.” And people have to start jumping in. We have to start risking it, risking everything for each other, or we will lose everything.
Secret Service, law enforcement, FBI, I know that you are here. I know that you know who I am or can find out very easily and I don’t care. I’m sick of this. I’m sick of you. You are scum, you won’t investigate yourselves for serial murder, but you’ll investigate a citizen for a 2 inch pocket knife. Your services are no longer required. You’re guarding fake candidates that nobody cares about, aiding and abetting fraud and electioneering, and are largely engaged in political and retaliatory investigations of an intimidating nature. You have turned into slum-agencies of hoodlums and gangsters driven by narcissistic actions and dubious “Mafioso honor”. Most of the time, you don’t even obey federal law or your own agency’s administrative regulations, and whenever you do, it’s almost invariably to violate somebody’s rights before the mountains of lawsuits against you have reached the Supreme Court, because you know you’ll lose. That’s why you are always sneaky, and that’s why you are always afraid of cameras and always trying to hide your name plates.
The thing is, if you really are gentlemen, if you really are ladies (and I’m talking to law enforcement here, federal, state and local) then you don’t ever have to see what my limits are, or what I’m really willling to put up with. If you’re decent human beings, you’ll never try to find out, because that isn’t just extremely dangerous, that’s out-of-bounds behavior, and that’s extremely disrespectful. And I shouldn’t have to tell you this, but you aren’t going to stop until somebody stops you, are you?
And we all know, these people on this web site, and you federal law enforcement, that it’s not going to stop until entire families of Americans, British, and Australians are being shot down, and shot dead at checkpoints for “refusing to comply”.
You know, there’s a policeman in Connecticut who was pretty sad for a while, he shot his own daughter as she was sneaking back into the basement of the family home. He shot her, not because perimeter security or deterrence value was needed (low crime neighborhood) but because he didn’t have one iota of respect for his fellow human beings–and it’s the same way at checkpoints.
Law enforcement, if you shoot us, you might as well be turning those guns on yourselves.
The checkpoints, the fear, and the 9/11 mock-up story are not part of a “package”, but are part of a witch’s brew of viciousness and vicious tactics designed to subdue, anesthetize, neutralize, and extinguish the light of the human spirit itself.
I will not abide, I will not comply, and I don’t consent. I’m not trying wake up sleeping dogs here, I let them lie, but when you come at me with such disrespect, you’re really telling me that I’m not an American anymore, you’re telling me that I’m on some plantation called America.
And if people just spontaneously start rising up, or disagreeing, or refusing to go along with these indignities and these checkpoints, then don’t say you weren’t warned–you’ve been warned–back off with the checkpoints, and back off at the airports.
We’re going to carry our guns, lawfully, whether you like it or not, or whether you think you own the town or not (you don’t). Your corporate-whore media that always tells lies for the police, and shows non-law enforcement in a bad light has been exposed, the kids know that you lie, and not to talk to you,
If other people build airplanes, you corrupted parts of the military (not everyone) blow the planes out of the sky, forcing us all into an aviation-based technocratic tyranny, a monopoly of the airspace and of air power and air travel, and then you use that monopoly to try to force dehumanization on us at the checkpoints, when you damn well know that any real radicals work for you, and that they couldn’t even get out their own front doors without your own advanced intelligence training programs.
You law enforcement (and some military) are the ones who deal the drugs, I know you do, so don’t ship 3 tons, and then come and interrogate me and put your hands all over me in front of 20 people to show that you’re doing something–I already know that you’re “doing something”, you’re shipping the drugs, training the terrorists (who are on your payroll) filing false charges against people for extortion, unnecessarily overbearing control, or political purposes, and you’re terrorizing the populace, that’s that “something” that you are doing.
You law enforcement–particularly federal–are the “Drug problem”–and you are the “terrorism problem”.
You created the terrorists. You ship the drugs, and don’t deny it. To everyone else, remember the spirit of this message when you are at a checkpoint; don’t emulate mainstream media depictions of police-citizen interactions, those are false. Remember the spirit of this message, and say “No” if you feel uncomfortable. Don’t go with the flow. Don’t make it easy for them.
When you see a checkpoint, give them hell–make it like herding neurotic cats. And don’t worry about those stupid laws that attempt to criminalize “interference” with the checkpoint–you have the right to “interfere” with someone who is blatantly participating in the destruction of democracy, and of your country, and frankly, it would be a crime not to interfere, under such circumstances.
Remember: openly challenge the top dog; make it like herding cats and defend yourself and your turf and respect your own feelings and instincts no matter what they shout or say. Don’t make the mistake of leaving yourself with the image of seeing somebody else dragged off that you could have helped–stand by your man, stand by your woman, stand by your fellow passenger because your loyalty to your fellow human being is your freedom, and I promise you that. I promise it. Your loyalty is your freedom, no matter how dark it is, no matter how afraid you are, even if your stomach is turned inside-out with the fear they try to induce in you, and no matter how many “agents” are at the checkpoint. You’re just flying or trying to travel or get back to your own country, but those agents wouldn’t be working at that checkpoint if they weren’t bullies and cowards, eagerly anticipating violating your rights, who have absolutely no respect for citizens.
If they really cared about you (which they often pretend to do, to gain more intelligence) they wouldn’t be working there as agents of spite and evil. Don’t fall for the Delphi Technique–they’ll try to lean in real close to your face, and say something horribly offensive in a quiet, menacing voice, and then if you yell or get angry, they’ll stand there with a fake look of surprise on their face, and with their hands clasped together, as if they are reasonable, and just “dealing” with you, when the whole thing is staged and that’s another behavioral contagion attack on the people behind you. Set the stage, and showcase their villainy, don’t let them try to put the onus on you for objecting to something unreasonable and the deliberately provocative horrible behavior and the horrible and vicious tactics used at these checkpoints. Make a game out of tearing down the checkpoints, and everything you do, do it with dignity and self-respect. Don’t stoop to their level.
The spirit of America is in you, not a piece of cloth on a flagpole, or a piece of paper. Your rights come from God, and people who try to take your rights away, are, in essense, trying to take your soul away. What could be more worth defending, even at any cost?
One more thing: if you are ever abused at any checkpoint in the United States, leave the country, permanently, no matter what, unless there is some high-level diplomatic negotiation in good faith (almost inconceivable) from the US federal government involving an apology and major reforms in the laws and governmental procedures. It’s just not worth exposing yourself, your loved ones, or your own psyche to the equivalent of being beat up 10 times on the playground as a kid, each time you cross the border. It does too much damage, and your emotional well-being is too important to put yourself through potentially aneurism-inducing confrontations and scientifically-based psychological (and physical) torture just for a flag with some stripes on it, run by a bunch of piratical liars, looters, and lunatics. Carry your country in your soul, and never act as an agent of injustice towards your fellow human beings. And since the tyranny is global, fight it globally, fight it whereever you are at.
Now let’s get out there, and do some checkpoint breaking.

Hello,i have just read your post.Wow what a well written thought out intelligent post.I agree with you 100%.We all need to realise that non compliance is the key.I am from England and have been telling everyone i know for ages what is going to happen but i know it is falling on deaf ears.Nobody likes bad news so most people are just happy if they have their daily fix of Beckhams,Soaps,football etc.Most people don’t understand that the power is in the hands of the masses and not the tiny elite.1984 not too far off i think.

Thanks. I am only just learning about all this – so central banks are a network and all operate the same way. Australians had there gold removed about the same time Americans did – 1933. We had Pounds back then but now we have dollars. Our Pounds used to be backed by gold……until 1933. I don’t know if a penalty for non-compliance here as there was in the US.
Our Prime Minister has publicly stated that he working on getting Australia (and India) into a or the Asian Union based on the European Union by 2020.
