China Blocks YouTube Tibet Clips

Google’s wildly popular video-sharing site YouTube on Sunday came to a standstill in China after the authorities there blocked access to YouTube within the country, in an attempt to block coverage of riots and demonstrations in the Tibetan capital, Lhasa.
The world’s most populous country, China reportedly has blocked domestic access to YouTube and Google News after video clips of the Lhasa demonstrations, montages of photos and scenes from Tibet-related protests abroad appeared on the Web.
This is not the first time Google has been banned in China instead in 2002 Google’s Internet search site was blocked by the Asian country.
Besides YouTube and Google News, some other online news sites have also been blocked. Internet users in China were not able to access to news sites reporting on the riots, including BBC, The Guardian, CNN, Yahoo! and Flickr.

With its latest move, China has joined the brigade of countries that have instituted either temporary or permanent blocks on the popular video sharing site YouTube. Burma, Brazil, China, Iran, Morocco, Thailand, Turkey and most recently Pakistan previously have disrupted access to the site.
Although, the Chinese government has not commented on its move to block content from the eyes of Internet users, but users trying to access YouTube got a blank screen and an error message saying the web page could not be displayed.
China-based video sharing sites such as Tudou.com, youku.com and 56.com are not hosting content on the Tibet unrest, which has already claimed many lives and appears to be spreading.
The current riots flared up after Tibetan protesters, mainly Buddhists, gathered on March 10 to commemorate the 1959 uprising against Chinese rule that resulted in a number of Buddhist clergy, including the Dalai Lama, into exile.
While China has blamed Dalai Lama, who had fled to India, for rioting in the country, the spiritual leader of Tibetan Buddhists has denied involvement in the rioting that may have left as many as 80 people dead.
In a statement issued Friday, the Dalai Lama urged Chinese leaders and Tibetans to avoid violence. He said, “I am deeply concerned over the situation that has been developing in Tibet following peaceful protests in many parts of Tibet, including Lhasa, in recent days.”
“These protests are a manifestation of the deep-rooted resentment of the Tibetan people under the present governance,” he continued.
China’s move to block access to the sites follows similar government censorship of Pakistan that last month blocked access to the popular Youtube Web site because of anti-Islamic material that have outraged many Muslims.
Most of the world’s Internet users lost access to YouTube for several hours last month after the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) had ordered 70 Internet service providers (ISPs) to block access to YouTube.com because of the offensive material from Dutch Politician Geert Wilders’ a forthcoming film posted on the video-sharing site.
Opinions varied on progress towards democracy.

Debt and the Destruction of America
there is a doctrine called “Odious Debt” that creditors dread to hear. This doctrine states that “when creditors lend to a dictatorial regime which they know is not using the loans to benefit the population, then debt payments cannot be demanded of those people once they are free.”

Following my comment that since Bush was not the legally-elected President, We The People are not legally obligated to pay the costs of his wars, a reader sent in this article, which points out that this opinion is in fact grounded in prior legal precedent.
Free people have a right to say “no”, and if the majority of Americans did not and do not want these wars of conquest based on lies, then we have a natural right to refuse to pay for them.

Brown Bear and Rick hit the nail on the head. We have a choice in this country. But unfortunatly people would rather give up that freedom for a Wii or some sexy photos of Brittany and some other stupid crap. Think about we have been fleeced, dupped and screwed for many years. Something that is so interesting is yes China is very intresting but Steve Fosset, he was part of the America First party, was going to give alot of money to Ron Paul, they (Zionists) killed him and sent in their watch dogs (CIA) to clean it up. Why am I talking about this, well if they can do it to one man then they can do it to a whole country, right now they need to shut the Tibetens and they other troubled Chinese up. If you know anyone who is a chinese citizen living in mainland China please tell them what their government is doing to the people of Tibet. Average Chinese people are brainwashed from a young age to believe that Tibet is theirs. My wife was born and raised in Communist China. The brainwashing was so thorough in her youth that she still has difficulty believing the truth. Still to this day she believes the US is responsible for all evils in the world. We must start change by educating regular chinese citizens through any and every means we can. Talk you your elected representatives and make this an issue in your government. “Vive le Tibet, Tibet libre.”

There are many brutaility against Tibetans by the Chinese government. But for the Tibetans to killing, attacking and burning innocent people does not justify for their cause. They are actually hurting theirselves. The protest was never meant to be peaceful, it was organized with violence in mind. Google it, and you will see what the situation is like.

Never heard of “Divide-and-Conquer”?
The US and British militaries are no match for the Chinese military especially on Chinese turf.
So, the only thing the US and British militaries can do is to bring their undercover agents called the CIA and the MI6 respectively
into China disguised as journalists, teachers, businessmen, NGOs, pastors, etcetera, to hopefully DIVIDE the Chinese government and its people.
Of course, there are genuine journalists, teachers, businessmen, NGOs, pastors as well. So it is quite hard to filter the BAD SEEDS from the GOOD SEEDS. Using highly sophisticated telecommunication equipments including computers, they are able to secretly communicate among themselves and to their surrogates for organizing subversive operations. In many cases, the surrogates (secret society members and clueless people) are carrying out orders without a single clue on the motives of the orders. If the Chinese government start banning all encryption software as well as encrypted communication it will be a good start.
The CIA and MI6 are also giving genuine Christian organizations as well as other religious organizations a very bad name. They used God’s name to carry out their evil works. They use Christian organizations as well as other religious organizations such as Buddhist and Islamic organizations as fronts for their subversive operations. They also used the supposedly “human rights” organizations as fronts for their corrupt operations as well. They don’t really care whether the foreign government is totalitarian, socialist, or capitalistic. They don’t care if the country is black, white, middle-eastern or oriental. It does not make any difference to them. What matters for them is a government that will serve their master’s (the anglo-american elite) purposes and pockets.
If they succeed in toppling a government (succeed in divide-and-conquer), they will set up a new puppet government. To keep the new puppet government in check, they monitor using spying technology all communications to occur within the new puppet government. To keep the new puppet government in check, they hire local secret societies (gangsters) using local go-betweens as fronts to threaten and/or even eliminate government leaders who resist their master’s agenda. It will be interesting to see the Chinese government start paying off their local secret societies (gangsters) working for the CIA and the MI6 as well (to be double-agents) to track down the BAD SEEDS.
The Tibetans and the Chinese look alike. It is not surprising to hear from the Western mainstream media (owned by the master of the CIA and the MI6) that the Tibetans are so different from the Chinese. In what way are they so different from each other? In what way are they so unequal?
The CIA, MI6, and their master will be laughing big time behind the scene to see Chinese being suckers killing Chinese (their own) or Asians killing Asians. These perpetrators will be really happy when the Chinese or the Asians all die killing each other because it becomes easier for the anglo-american elite to amass wealth, control, and enslave the human population regardless of color.
