Climate Cops To Fine “Wasteful” Homeowners & Businesses

Climate cops in Scotland have been handed new powers to fine “wasteful” homeowners and businesses who use too much energy or too many plastic bags under new legislation that represents the first wave of invasive tyranny under the pretext of fighting the manufactured threat of global warming.
Energy police will have free reign to impose penalties on householders and companies who do not comply with “energy efficiency” demands following home inspections. This is the template for similar measures set to be imposed in the U.S. should Democrats manage to force through their own climate legislation this week.

We have been warning for years that the real agenda behind the climate change con has nothing to do with saving the environment and everything to do with the government controlling and regulating every aspect of our private lives.
How long before you get a knock on your door from the “green brigades” demanding that you comply with the latest government energy regulations?
Apparently not too long if Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has his way. Schwarzenegger took the unusual step of praising the legislation passed in Scotland and said that “other nations to step up to the plate” with similar measures.
Obama’s pledge to “create millions of new green jobs,” in other words millions more government enforcers harassing and fining citizens, is part of the government’s effort to push through a sprawling climate change bill this week which ultimately aims to cut carbon dioxide emissions by a whopping 70-80%.
As we previously highlighted, if such a program was to be fully implemented, the consequences for the American economy would be devastating, creating a new great depression and sinking Americans’ standard of living to near third world status.
As University of Oxford Professor Dr James Buckee states, banning the internal combustion engine, and coal-fired power stations of an entire country, be it Scotland or the U.S., would not even get close to obtaining an 80% reduction.
“More energy has been expended on finding ways to infringe on human activity than has gone into understanding the science,” said Buckee.
Such a massive program of carbon emission elimination can only be achieved through an army of “green brigades” bossing, enforcing and regulating the personal behavior of over 300 million Americans.
This is all about the creation of a leviathan system of suffocating bureaucracy, staffed and enforced by a gargantuan ‘green stasi’ army of regulators and petty officials charged with sucking the population dry of any money that hasn’t already been taxed or fined out of them by sticking their noses into our everyday activities.
The good news is that recent polls show that less and less people are buying into global warming hype as the apocalyptic predictions of hysterical alarmists fail to materialize in the real world.
Schwarzenegger’s desire to see similar legislation passed in the U.S. is being opposed by state representatives in places such as Arizona.
“Arizona is now close to becoming the first state to outlaw climate change legislation,” reports the Daily Tech. “The state Senate voted Monday, 19-10 to approve a bill banning the Department of Environmental Quality from enacting or enforcing measures with language pertaining to climate change. The bill is now awaiting House approval.”

as much as I dislike Phoenix having lived there for 25 years , it is nice to see the state legislators growing a backbone and not going along with all the hype. But I have a feeling that palms will be greased because once they realize all the excess taxation they can employ they will gladly jump on the bandwagon because they love taxation in that state like most others, so I will not get too excited about it

I’m going to go to McDonalds and buy a bunch of Big Macs, then head on over to dollar general and buy a bunch of light bulbs garbage bags and hairspray, then I’m going to go home. I’m going to turn on every single light, and keep my car running for a couple hours, turn on every radio, every TV, then clean my bath tub with bleach, then use hairspray on my front lawn’s grass so it will stay perfectly in place. I’ll take the garbage bags and hang them in my tree, and I’ll use the lightbulbs to replace all the ones that burn out. I’m going to sit out on my front lawn in a flimsy lawn chair with my bags of cheeseburgers, and eat them. With my car radio blaring Rage Against The Machine, and when I’m done eating I’m going to leave all the trash in my front lawn.

I think that the “climate police” are a waste of money, time, fuel, and potentially (based on the absurd reasoning for ’causes of man-made global warming’) will promote more changes to the atmosphere. After all, the climate police are human – putting off carbon dioxide and methane gas by their bodies alone. The vehicles also will emit carbon monoxide unless they are walking instead of driving. If what the elite say is true, then climate police are bad for the environment.

Well, you really have a point. When people have been “dumbed down”, aka stupid/ignorant, and their self-respect has been damaged, the only thing they can do to feel better is to put others down. That is the only kind of power they understand, and I’m sure we’ve all been the victim of bullies at one time or another in our lives.
This type of brainwashing and turning people into self-hating ignorant bullies is just what the NWO ordered. These bullies are the perfect breeding ground for their climate police, stooges who rat on their neighbors, etc. Using brute force makes them feel like somebody.
Only a mature, intelligent person (no matter WHAT their age), can exercise self-control and mercy/compassion. The NWO is the top of the food chain when it comes to controlling and squashing the lives of others.
For the world’s sake, it’s time to stop the programming of the NWO and turn off the TV. Our ancestors got along fine without it. Instead of being programmed and propagandized, learn to think for ourselves. There is a period of withdrawal involved, but I haven’t (excuse my language) sucked on the TV tit in nearly 10 years, and it’s the best thing I ever did – turning it off. Yeah this is a true story. Yesterday when I was driving to work an emergency vehicle that turned out to be a Toyota Prius with red and blue flashing lights pulled up to an apartment complex, parked in the middle of the road and fined the owner for watering the lawn at 9am. Inside the vehicle were college age guys probably my age (25) or younger. They discussed amongst themselves what to fine the owner..

Who is there to judge how “wasteful” someone is still allowed to be and how “efficient” one has to be not to be attacked by the green squads? This sounds like “carte blanche” to invade someone’s property (for example to see what’s in your trash bins, or to peek inside your windows to check how many lightbulbs are on) and to extort money from people.
It used to be being “green” was a choice – you were allowed to be non-green. But now they’re coming for our non-green liberties! I see that Captain Planet is sending his troops. One thing we need to do is make more solar panels that measure 9 volts 20 mA which I bought along time ago at place called All Electronics. Another thing stop China from making devices that when you take a 1 AA battery and connect it to your blackberry that it does not work right. Instead of selling rechargeable batteries in small dinky little packs sell them in a box for around $40. Another thing thats wasteful is buying Carbon Zinc batteries that ends up anyways in the land fill. Carbon Zinc are money wasters. Get China and others to produce solar powered devices and cell phone chargers that run on solar power. Also I have seen a project called the Joule Thief that runs on dead batteries.

My mother is Scottish. She taught me that the scots were brave, fierce warriors who fought for their freedom. And they did. However, I went there in 2004 to visit my relatives. We were discussing Big Brother in a bar and everyone got frightened and didn’t want to talk about the English oppression. (Yes, I still refer to Parliment as the Dictator authority).
