Hillary Clinton’s speech last night was one of the most astounding political speeches I’ve ever heard in terms of its pure insanity. Mrs. Clinton had lost. That was it. There were no more primary races. The Florida and Michigan delegate debacle had been resolved. The superdelegates were flocking to Barack Obama, who had reached the magical number to clinch the nomination. Yet she had no grace, and acted as if she would soldier on and try to undermine the Illinois senator’s candidacy. News reports today suggest that Clinton will concede the race — how big of her, given that it’s over – on Friday, but I wouldn’t count on anything with this despicable family. It’s all about power. Sen. Obama, by contrast, has been extremely gracious. Clinton raises an interesting situation most of us have to face every once in a while. It’s easy to get along with most people. Some people take extra work, but you can usually find a way to get along with them. But some people are so utterly self-centered that it’s impossible to find common ground. The only way to appease them is to give in to their every whim or to fight them and win. If Clinton doesn’t give up this lost race on Friday, then Obama has to fight and remove this albatross before the election gets into full swing. He absolutely cannot give in to her latest whim by picking her as vice president, which would portray him as weak. This would allow an unscrupulous couple to dog his every move and steal the limelight for their own personal gain. Furthermore, Obama’s whole shtick, phony or real depending on your interpretation, is about change — mainly, changing the tired, partisan way that Washington does business. The Clintons epitomize that old way, so if Obama chooses Hillary as veep he will be saying that he puts winning above changing, and that will be, in my view, the end of the road for him in the view of many voters.
Frankly, the only real way to change Washington is to cut the size of the federal behemoth. Having a nice, gracious president has its advantages, but ultimately Washington is corrupt because power and government are corrupting influences. I wish Obama would talk about that problem, but unfortunately he is committed to building a bigger federal government. His opponent, John McCain, is a big-government guy also, plus a bit of war-monger. What a sad choice for believers in limited government.
As an aside, whatever one thinks about Obama, it is worth honoring the excellent campaign he has run — which suggests, policies aside, he will probably be an effective administrator. And it is quite satisfying and worthy of note that an African-American man might indeed become president. This is a genuine milestone. All Americans should be proud of this situation. It speaks well of the nation.

shit is starting to hit the fan
June 5th, 2008 at 11:13 am
just say it, a black man. people don’t call WHITES european-american!
June 5th, 2008 at 11:13 am
Clinton reminds me of Mugabe from Zimbabwe. She can’t let go no matter how hopeless her predicament is. She has burned her bridges; she tried to polarize the nation and it blew up in her face. She’s damaged goods working her voodoo doll, hoping some catastrophe will happen that will usher her into power.
GWB is a lunatic who will probably trigger WWIII, but the prospect of having Hillary Clinton in the Oval office scares me even more. She would kill everyone on this earth so that she would have the satisfaction of saying in her dying moments that she didn’t lose.
June 5th, 2008 at 11:35 am
Dude, the shit plugged the fan up a while ago…
June 5th, 2008 at 12:04 pm
Is Gary Player an “African” even though he is white he was born in South Africa. If Obama’s dad had been white American and his mother black American would we still call him an African-American.
The use of divided name decriptions of what ones ethnicity , origin or religous belief is only creates division among what every one who lives here are-Americans.
At one time in our history people struggled to come to this country for the dream to become an American not a Chinese-American,Mexican-American,Jewish-American or Muslim-American.JUst one name American.
But I believe if HRC were to have gotten the nomination and won the election we would have had to create a new hyphenated term, Bitch-American.
June 5th, 2008 at 12:11 pm
Just a funny thought/observation; Would it not be to far of a reach to suggest that at the conclusion of the Bilderberg meetings that Billary will come out and publicly state her final desires/intentions? Would that be proof that she is a puppet for the ruling elitist? what if Obama comes out and says that he will ask her to be his vp? would it be too far of a stretch to assume they made the choice for him? Are the Bilderbeg meetings the true reason Billary has prolonged her final decision on what her decisions are as far as her conceding the race to Obama? What does she know that we dont? Just a thought but ya have to ask your self! ” if it looks like a fish, and it smells like a fish, then it’s probably a FISH” get it? Has it really come down to this??????
June 5th, 2008 at 12:16 pm
All hail Obama!! He’s soooooooooooooo gracious.
Maybe Hillary got it threw her egotistical head the boys at Builderberg set her up for a fall.
On the other hand, you’d be surprised how much more Hillary could get accomplished under the radar as VP.
June 5th, 2008 at 12:18 pm
You say ‘put winning before changing’. Nader was for change. So many put change before winning and now look where we are. I like Obama and the Clintons. At their worst the Clintons didn’t do to this country what Bush has. I hear rumors of Democrats saying they will vote for McCain over Obama, because they prefer Hillary. I think that is stupid. I think Obama and Hillary together would win and do a lot of good.
June 5th, 2008 at 12:34 pm
God help us if any of these three idiots get into the White House.
WRITE IN RON PAUL

June 5th, 2008 at 12:35 pm
Mars black,
Between Obama, Clinton, and McCain, can you really see a big difference between the 3? Hillary would actually fit as a VP for either canidate, which shows how sad our “two party” system is. Hillary is more republican than McCain, and Obama doesn’t have the experience as the other two. I am going to vote on the libertian ticket, just to try and help build a third party option.
June 5th, 2008 at 12:44 pm
I wouldn’t be surprised to see them make Mcshame win and he would make Lieberman his VP and then they would kill off Mcshame and then we would have Lieberman as President!!
Lieberman scares the shit out of me more than the 3.
June 5th, 2008 at 12:47 pm
do we have a new audience here? where the hell is the comments stating how it doesnt matter….they are all puppets except Dr. Paul and possibly Dennis Krucinich. Hey…who knows….the media praises him just as much if not more then they criticize him. That tells me he is corrupt
June 5th, 2008 at 1:03 pm
Well, it’s no surprise that Hill-degberger Clinton is out. She lied so effortlessly about the whole ‘landing in the middle of sniper fire’ issue. Then, when she got ousted, she just shrugged it off….hmmmm!!! It’s alot like what ol’ Billy did with that ‘I never had sexual relations…’ bit. Seems to me, this family can look you in the eye and lie without a blink.
Who would believe ANYTHING she has to say???? They are phony people, with phony smiles and basically LIES-R-US!!
Whatever one thinks of Barak Obama, he has one very important thing going for him….HE’S NOT A CLINTON!!!!
June 5th, 2008 at 1:08 pm
Having Obama is a good start – he is a good speaker & seems to be thoughtful & diplomatic all the time. Untill he gave his Aipac speech I actually had hope that he would stand up to the “war with Iran” crowd but he’s just another puppet at the end of the day.
If you guys want the change he talks about it’s going to happen from the ground up. There is no easy fix for the fucked situation your country is in. You don;t get nothing for nothing & watching American Idol should be looked down upon like it is here in New Zealand. We don’t let bullshit fly for too long here. We still get kicked around by the crown but that history will eventually be gone once we figure out how to honour the treaty they were forced to sign when they couldn’t kill the native Maori people. The treaty of Waitangi ended in 1991 & we are still figuring out how to live in a bi-cultural country, but I digress.
Change will happen when you give your leaders no alternative. You can’t expect the President to fix the problems of your country – he can fuck it up but he can’t fix it, that’s just how it goes. The good part of the country always comes from the hard work of individuals. Balah blah blah

How this guy can write an article about a stupid new world order puppet presidential possability, and talk as if he is some great guy, is beyond me! Rising up & all that jazz is nice to get your heart going but it’s more about hard work & smart thinking if you ask me. Negate the corporate media with alternatives… Educate your kids to not worship money & instant gratification…. etc etc. Go America make your grand daddies proud.
June 5th, 2008 at 1:32 pm
what a big reality television show!
just another diversion to occupy our time with their rethoric and propagander.
while all this is happening, what is bush and his adminstration doing?
probably signing some legislature that’ll take the rest of our rights away!(if we have any left).
these people are evil geniuses! to them we are just bottom feeders and peasants paying the piper,
but i’m glad to know that some of us are rising up. the final hour is at hand brothers and sisters!!!!!
god bless
June 5th, 2008 at 1:44 pm
McCain, “Obama will be bad for Israel”. Well that makes obama ok with me
June 5th, 2008 at 2:12 pm
is this speech online? in a small way im glad that Obama should be your next president, i know its all probably smoke and mirrors and Obama is probably just as much a establishment puppet than the other two but after quite a bit of research over the time compared to Clinton & McCain hes like the lesser of three evils, im probably completely wrong and they are putting him in to try and make people think things are going a bit better, sort of lure us into a false sense of minro security (well more than Bush has ever gave us) which will happen, in a way ill take a sigh of releif when Bush hands over the steering wheel to Obama. This is all media programming im sure, they want us to think like this.
its like Arnie i know hes elitist scum but hes harder to dislike than Bush, Cheney, Rice, et al.
i have been saying for a year, that Obama & Hilary will run on the same ticket. It appears itll be hilary as vice, which puts her in place to be president and probably use PD51 should anything happen to Obama, now that is a scary thought.
June 5th, 2008 at 2:19 pm
Afro-American is just a label used to designate what used to be known as a “mulatto” or later, by the blacks, as a “zebra”. I wonder how the Libyans and Egyptians feel about being excluded.
I guess nobody has come up with an easier label.
How do ya decide which ya wanna be?? Easy, just choose whichever label gives ya the most preference.
June 5th, 2008 at 2:25 pm
How about: The appointment of supreme court justices, internet censorship, new wars, free speech, use of military force against American citizens, getting out if Iraq, education in the inner city (Im a criminal lawyer and believe me, gang membership is directly related to lack of education), America’s reputation, drug laws and the draft.
I would suggest all of those issues effect you and/or your family.
Write in Ron Paul (he’s the Man), but don’t tell me there’s NO difference between Senators Clinton, McCain and Obama.

Strong communities are the way to get away from government
June 5th, 2008 at 2:58 pm
It appears Steven Greenhut does not know much about O-bummer. He is going to be very bad for America. All three of those hopefulls are very bad as our leader. How can this guy write for any news or editorial source and not know this? CFR strikes again. Why is this article here, to let us know Greenhut has no clue, I guess.
June 5th, 2008 at 3:00 pm
Think about it, the elite are fuckin’ racist woman haters! There is no way in hell they are going to ALLOW either a woman, or a black man to be president. McCain is going to win plain & simple. The elite NEED the USA to be in iraq to destabilize the area & have an excuse to keep pushing up oil prices. McCain IS their guy, he will ensure their “hundred year war”
June 5th, 2008 at 3:28 pm
How is it a proud day for America when the imcompetent liar of a nominee happens to be black? Yes, he may be a total decieving fuckup of a nominee, but at least he’s black? We may be picking another big government politician that is completely bought out by special interest groups, but godamnit we’re saying something about racial equality! All the democrats had to do was run a middle of the road white guy and this election would have been a landslide… instead they run what seems to be a republican version of the democratic party, a crazy white woman who derived power from her husband, and a black guy that will literally do anything for a buck, including writing off his church of 20+ years and publically denouncing his friends and previous values.
A proud day indeed!
June 5th, 2008 at 3:37 pm
GUESS I’M A EUROPEAN – AMERICAN, IF HE’S AN AFRICAN-AMERICAN!!!!!!
June 5th, 2008 at 4:06 pm
Hey, glis,
What middle-class white guy do you have in mind? Who do think could have beat Hillary?
Oh, it was staged.
Bullshit!
If you ever run into Barack Obama, I would suggest just saying, “Thank you.”
June 5th, 2008 at 4:59 pm
it’s TOTALLY staged
only an idiot thinks this is a straight up “democratic” function.
From the bogus two party system to the electronic voting machines, to the controlled media, NGO’s
secret societies..
smoke and mirrors.
reboot the system.

June 5th, 2008 at 5:56 pm
I have nothing against having a woman or a black president, as long as they are the right person for the job.
I don’t like either one and I don’t like McCain either. So, I guess we’ll have to choose among the weeds, which weed do we prefer, weed A, weed B, or weed C.
This country is in serious trouble and we need some REAL contenders!!!
I know why we have been given the choices put before us. It’s because we need that element of incompetence, to justify what’s to come.
June 5th, 2008 at 6:30 pm
I WILL NEVER VOTE FOR A BLACK MAN OR A COMMUNIST WOMAN
June 5th, 2008 at 8:30 pm
I would vote for ron paul if he were black.
June 5th, 2008 at 9:21 pm
Hey, Patriot, would you vote for a dumb, weak, untrustworthy,soft-willed, old man like John Whatsisname?
Do the right thing and put all of your voting energy toward Dr. Paul!
June 5th, 2008 at 9:41 pm
Blood sucking vampires don’t do anything with grace. Not even dying.
June 5th, 2008 at 9:51 pm
Actually I am relishing the behavior that Hillary Clinton has exhibited! How Revealing!
June 5th, 2008 at 9:51 pm
I’m really disheartened by this article, except for its pointing out that Hillary is disgusting, which should be obvious to anyone.
I, for one, can’t believe all of the sycophantic insanity surrounding Obama’s candidacy. It’s extremely saddening and disapponting. It shows that most Americans (or at least most Democrat followers) still, after eight years of war, looting and subversion under Bush Co., don’t understand how the system works and will bow down before whatever media phenom that corporate-controlled press promotes as the “change” candidate.
Barack Obama is not someone who any of us should be supporting. He is totally anti-gun; he is pushing an even greater expansion of government than the staggering amount of it we’ve recently seen; he is 100% for legislated amnesty for the illegal squatters; he is a committed war-monger who has now made it clear that he will gladly toe the Neocon line on Iran and take orders from his Israeli lobbyist masters (his first speech Wednesday morning was to the AIPAC crowd, for God’s sake); and the list of horrors goes on and on. The guy is a BEAST. He does not represent any real change and is so obviously just a pretty face for the global control freaks to puppet around and push their unholy agenda! Are we really going to fall for this again? Please! Can we not drink the Kool-Aid this time?!
And then to attempt to compel observance of the race issue! Sickening! The corporate media is just LOVING the fact that dumb Westerners everywhere are sitting around and talking about what a thrill it is to have a black U.S. presidential candidate–Oh, how our country has changed! They are going to try to get so much mileage out of this. It’s a perfect distraction from the current administration and all of their unprecedented crimes. “I know, we’ll just play the race card on the public and they’ll forget all about it!” Meanwhile, the state wages all-out war on blacks in this country everyday, and no one in the corporate media says a word about it. And now that scumbag, Barack Obama, gets to jet all around the country on taxpayer money (changing his accent as appropriate, just like Hillary) invoking the name of Martin Luther King, Jr., whose legacy is being dismantled by his bosses, and pretending to be anti-establishment in front of the American people.
I just can’t take it anymore. It makes me want to throw up!
June 5th, 2008 at 10:36 pm
Not one of these three canidates are presidential material. No change will come from any of them. This is just an illusion of “choice”. It’s sickening how they pretend that Ron Paul is not even a canidate. This country is fucked. I doubt there will even be an election in Nov.
June 5th, 2008 at 10:44 pm
If I had to guess; I would say McCain will get in and he will be even a worse puppet than Bush (I think he is half senial already) and shit is going to go down hill really fn’ fast. That’s if there even is an election in Nov. These are by far the worst three canidates this country has ever seen. I find it hard to believe these are the best three in our entire country. Oh, and what a surprise, they’re all CFR members. What a coincidence! Kind of like Bush vs. Kerry (both skull and bones) and kind of like three buildings collapsing in one day on the exact same date that Bush Sr. announced the New World Order. But I guess that’s all normal, right?
June 5th, 2008 at 10:55 pm
Patrick, I share your frustration. Never say die! Don’t give up, spread the word and know that each person you wake up will be looking for more people to wake up. THIS IS THE BATTLE PLAN!
Git’er Done!
June 5th, 2008 at 11:10 pm
Short of the Russians doing us a favor and dropping a nuke on DC, we need Ron Paul and more like him to take their (Congress’s) heads out of the sand, and lets get ourselves a brand new smaller gubamint – NOW!!!!
Maybe we need both, and ASAP!! Please!!!!!!
June 5th, 2008 at 11:43 pm
Clinton promised change in 1992. Bush the same, in 2000. And now Obama. Does anyone really think that Obama will produce change?
June 6th, 2008 at 6:27 am
If Obama takes Hillary Clinton as vice-President he’ll get killed in maximum 6 months (in the case i’ll win the presidential election)
June 6th, 2008 at 7:30 am
The Clinton’s have had people murdered in the past and she already stated that it would be nice if
Osama or Obama was knocked off! She is hanging on for a reason! She probably has a copy of the Michelle Obama racist rant tape, and will use it to black mail Obama into asking her to be VP!
She is a snake in the grass! We can’t have her and the ex-impeached President anywhere near the
Whitehouse! That would be a DISGRACE TO THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY! They both, Bill & Hillary, think they are the Rockstars of America!
With the choice between Obama & McCain, there is still not a gaurantee that we won’t have more of the same! Big Government! SUCKING US DOWN THE TOILET!
SAVE AMERICA! SAVE THE WORLD! VOTE RON PAUL~2008! WHY NOT!

Since Shillary and Obamination are both Builderberg puppets, Obama will probably invite Shillary to be his vice. One, big, happy family.
June 6th, 2008 at 12:44 pm
Finally, a somewhat positive article about Sen. Barack Obama. **Sigh of relief**
June 6th, 2008 at 12:52 pm
EVEN WHEN WE WRITE IN RON PAULS NAME AND HE GETS THE MAJORITY VOTE. DO YOU THINK THAT WOULD MATTER? THE ELITISTS DO NOT WANT HIM IN THERE, SO HE HAS NO CHANCE. EVEN WITH THE MAJORITY VOTE!!! I REALLY DO BELIEVE THAT OUR VOTES DO’NT COUNT…
June 6th, 2008 at 4:11 pm
There would be nothing more comical than to watch Hillary have to take orders from Obama.
Just watching her angry eyes that don’t match the forced smile on her face makes me laugh.
It could turn into a love-hate relationship which would be even funnier to watch.
Who knows, now she might even divorce Bill and we could see an inter-racial marriage, making her the first VP that’s also the first lady.
You go girl, go for the power!
June 6th, 2008 at 4:55 pm
just a quick question…. with regards to the “mad gunman” who kicked off at hilary’s office, what was the score there? was he a looney or do the info warrior’s have other info? just a question as this article got me thinking… sorry i wasnt around this site when that was happening… thanks
June 6th, 2008 at 10:18 pm
all i have to say is that hillary is a bitch.
June 6th, 2008 at 11:02 pm
I feel as a black man in America we should be called Black Americans instead of African-American. Being that we are of African descent dosen’t make us African. To be called an African-American to me means I’m from Africa or I have family member born Africa. Dark skin dosen’t classify as African just like light or pale skin dosen’t make you european…
June 6th, 2008 at 11:54 pm
Dear JJ,
Bush will be our LAST president. He will invoke martial law in October (10/13 to be precise), and by bombing Iran, he will usher in WW3. The elections will be suspended, and we will be kissing our asses goodbye. So, pray and get active to help your friends and family to prepare, and do whatever you can do to enlighten many of our “dumb shit” members of Congress about what is about to happen. This McCain – Obama – Clinton “dog and pony show” has been merely a great diversion for the media to keep us all in the dark as to what the military and globalists have in store for the Fall. GET WITH IT NOW, before it’s too late.
June 7th, 2008 at 7:07 am
Obama wont change a damn thing since he is a DEMOCRAT – every 4 years its always the same old bullshit – change change – yeah right dickhead the only thing that POLITICIANS CAN CHANGE IS THERE FUCKING UNDERWEAR – VOTE FOR NONE OF THE ABOVE SINCE DEMOCRACY IS THE WORST FORM OF GOVERNMENT
June 7th, 2008 at 10:29 pm
While all of us worry “what can be done?”, and “how to fix it?”, we forget our only chance at
liberation from what horrible things they have in store for us. Christ’s return. 2008 marks the
beginning of the end of the evil our leaders are doing to us and to the world. And when 1/3 of
the United States is suddenly destroyed, you will know that the Seventh Seal has been broken,
and there will be 3 1/2 years of tribulation before the new age of peace, the new root race of Man. The religious zealots will be set straight, as well. All lies will be exposed.
All I’m saying to you is that there is help on the way, all lies will be uncovered, and our evil leaders and the whore that sitteth upom many waters (banks) won’t see their plans come to fruition. Fear not. Walk in peace and with God and you will be protected.
June 8th, 2008 at 12:09 pm
I agree wholeheartedly with this article.
Coming soon is http://www.wemustchange.org
June 9th, 2008 at 10:44 pm
Not that I want Obama for president, but I feel sorry for him if he picks Clinton to be his running mate for vice president. Just imagine the possibilities for Clinton! I’m not going to come right out and say it, so I hope you can figure it out. Never know who is snooping in on our typing? I believe everyone that can vote, should; don’t know if they are counted but at least we tried. Write someone’s name in but just not vote. That is you right as an American and you are not punishing them if you don’t vote; they like it like that.
June 10th, 2008 at 2:40 pm
This election year is like every other – a long trail of empty promises, concessions that don’t really change anything, ignorant masses of Americans flocking to their favored candidate like shameless sycophants, hoping that they are noticed, praying that their candidate will love them. Barack does not represent change. While it is indeed a historical and cultural milestone for a black man to be elected to the presidency, politically it is the same nightmare that has been destroying freedom for decades. More government will only lead to more corruption. Considering how far our current regime has taken the rapine, slaughter, and pillaging, it will be difficult for Senator Obama to outdo them, but with his plan to expand the federal government, I’m sure he’ll do just fine.
June 10th, 2008 at 2:45 pm

This sounds familiar…you know, I think the people of medieval Europe in 999 C.E. were waiting for the same event to happen to save them from the iniquity of the world. They too asked themselves what could be done, and they too were advised to simply wait for Christ to float down with his magic box of band-aids to make everything better. How did it work out for them, you ask? Not very well. Not very well at all.
June 11th, 2008 at 10:40 am
Obama is just as bad as Hillary and Mcbush. He’s pushing for a lot of the same gov. policies that will only further the cause of the police state and globalism. The Florida vote count bullshit, the overwhelming coverage of the Dem. primaries, all of it is just a well-orchistrated torrent of misdirection. All have ties to Bilderburg, just like Bush and Kerry. While America may be ‘choose’ through and obviously flawed election system, we do based off of the myriad of spin and propaganda thrown at us by the gov. sponsered media. It doesn’t matter who gets it folks…do you think the powers that be, with all their money, power, and influence, would allow their plans to be foiled by a president who won’t ‘go with their flow’? (think JFK) The candidates are candidates for a reason, because true patriots (Ron Paul) are swept under the rug because it would be a conflict of intrests.

This entire program is designed to make YOU, the Dumbed down American, look like a FOOL!
This is the FIRST TIME a “WOMAN” & “BLACK MAN” have been given manufactured consent to run and almost obtain the office of President & Vice President, Now, There is the very real illusion that we will have both minorities holding the top mob positions in our Government.
This is nothing more than IN YOUR FACE, GLOBALIST, WHAT-R-YA-GONNA-DO-ABOUT-IT-BULLSHIT!!!!!!
This is designed to show you how EASILY you can be misled and controlled! PERIOD!!!!
Even ten years ago if a black man and a woman were to be in these same circumstances, the American people would have seen the bullshit. But now, because of the mass media campaigns to promote both of these criminals, the people of this country buy this crap hook, line and YOUR SUNK!!!!
